Domino’s Pizza in Clackmannanshire

Asked for no mushrooms due to intolerance. Arrived with mushrooms. Told I can have a coupon or free pizza next time as they are closed. Told I need to wait 7 days for a refund as it has to go to head office.. Absolute shambles of a place

Currently in that “What day is it?” phase of Tweenmas, where no one can actually be bothered doing anything or going anywhere. Thank god for takeaways. I do love a wee Domino’s, even though it’s stupidly expensive for what it is. Still, this 100% hit the spot! American Hot and Hot and Spicy were the pizza choices this evening, and also tried their fries, which weren’t KFC terrible, but also weren’t exceptional. That Garlic n Herb dip, though 👌🏻👌🏻

Ordered a £36 meal for me and my son on a Saturday night. Regularly use this dominos and have had a couple complaints previously but nothing like this. We collected it 20mins after ordering (the app said 9-14mins but they’re always a little later), we then stood inside for 20mins, (while they made and cooked it), to then be handed the wrong food, the correct food was on the labels so we never known until we got home and sat down to eat it. I called them up and they offered to send out another order, 45mins since the call, it still isn’t here (I live 2min walk or drive away from dominos). Will never be back to this dominos, could’ve went to either the other 3 nearby about 10-15mins away and been fed hours ago now. Avoid at all costs

I love Dominos pizza, but I ordered a bunch of pizza for a kids party and they took over an hour and a half to come, and had definitely been 'out for delivery' for most of the time the app said... was really disappointed.

Tried to order a pizza online twice and the Dominos site was down. Phoned the Alloa shop and a very cheeky employee was very blunt in stating that he wouldn’t honour the deal online and told me to phone his IT dept, mate it is pizza I want ordered not your online internet checked out. We usually order twice a week from this shop in Alloa. Phoned the shop again and got a nice girl employee who had at least good manners but still refused to honour the deal, so we had to end up paying the full amount with no discount. Now told to send an email to their head office. Total joke of a takeaway establishment.
