Absolutely shocking food. Worst takeaway ever eaten, missing items to order, Delivered by just eat, stale pitta bread, dry chicken. Even a 1 is too good. It looked like it had been thrown in the carton. Never again. Food went in bin.

DONT BOTHER!!! How can they get a cheese + tomato pizza wrong??? Look at the screenshot taken from their website and what was delivered. Nearly all just cooked bread, and a bit of tomato × cheese! Totally disappointed - 19th September 2014

El peor servicio al cliente imaginable, según el rastreador de pizza mi comida estaba a 10 minutos, pero llegó 25 minutos más tarde y frío. Al recibir mi pedido he llamado a la tienda para que me lo reemplacen... No se dio ETA y tuve que llamar a la tienda 3 veces pidiendo una actualización (se colgó en 2 ocasiones) lo que pretendía ser una solución de comida rápida y fácil se convirtió en una espera de 2 horas antes de que eventualmente pudiera comer... Cuando el segundo repartidor llegó con el pedido fresco, procedió a discutir conmigo diciendo que me había comido la pizza (se comieron 2 rebanadas y le había informado a la tienda de esto, de qué otra manera sabría que la comida estaba fría) después de un par de minutos de ir y venir con el repartidor, procedió a entregar el pedido fresco a regañadientes y no quería llevarse el pedido frío de vuelta con él. Llamé a la tienda de nuevo y pregunté por qué su conductor estaba dispuesto a discutir conmigo por la información que ya había compartido (2 porciones perdidas) el gerente de la tienda aconsejó que hablaría con el conductor y me llamaría de vuelta, me colgó una vez más antes de que pudiera responder Y... no me llamó de vuelta. Esta es la respuesta que he obtenido de su ‘equipo de quejas’ «Ha realizado su pedido a las 8 : 26 PM. Hemos comprobado la ubicación GPS de nuestro conductor para su pedido en ese día y tenemos la marca de tiempo cuando nuestro repartidor llegó a su dirección que era 8 : 56 PM y la hora también cuando dejó su dirección que era 9 : 03 PM. Con esto, muestra que su pedido fue entregado en 30 minutos que no debe estar frío. Cuando llamaste a la tienda por primera vez antes de las 9 : 30 PM, el gerente te dio el beneficio de la duda y te dijo que te enviará un nuevo pedido y cobrará el que recibiste inicialmente. Una vez que el conductor llegó, casi terminaste ya el primer pedido y recibiste el pedido rehecho también. Esto fue incluso si el primer pedido se entregó a tiempo. En esta ocasión no ofreceremos reembolsos ni un bono de buena voluntad.”

Please DO NOT order from this Dominos. My recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered a tuna pizza, and what arrived was genuinely inedible—both in appearance and quality. The tuna was hard as a rock which suggests the cans were open and left uncovered for days if not weeks. I raised my concerns and the response from both customer service and the very rude lady in the store was dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing the actual problem, they focused on reassuring me about their “strict protocols” and insisted the product was within their expected range—despite clear evidence to the contrary. Worse, they framed the replacement pizza I received as a “goodwill gesture,” when in reality, it was the bare minimum after serving UNSAFE food. Oh and get this, she even said that in order to get a replacement pizza, I had to send her back the tuna pizza (guess she thought I was just complaining to get another free pizza). And I happily did send that horrible unsafe pizza right back to her. And even the one I got as replacement, I couldn’t eat because I was so disgusted and couldn't trust dominos in dunmow ever again. It’s so disappointing to see a company more concerned with shutting down complaints than ensuring customer safety. So please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE. Want a good pizza place in Dunmow? Order from Dunmow Flames Pizza & Grill, they are more affordable and SOOO much better and kinder to people.

Phoned order in told 25mins arrived 5 mins early asked for my order he just put it on counter asked for money and turned around wot a ignorant man got food home was stone cold chips were cold and raw kebab meat was like rubber avoid at all cost

Was wary of getting food from these type of establishments Papa John's Lansdowne Bournemouth noticed the guy making pizza also operating till what would happen if cash sale handling dirty money then making your pizza no gloves no hand washing before how can this be allowed pizza wasn't even fully baked in my view seems I was right about these places

I just had the worst time with this place I will never order from this company again I just worked a 14 hr job and got off the people had me pay twice on the phone for an order then told me that my payment was successfully tranferd and then the woman on the phone said my transaction was unsuccessful i watch my bank account get 40+ removed from my account and they then tranferd my call to a local dominos and decided to put me on hold to evoid the issue that I was having my family doesn't need to rely on our once favorite pizza service and we will not be takin advantage of again by this neglect people I will not be robbed by this company il wait for the 24-48 hrs to receive my money back if not by then I will contact the proper authorities. Takeaway order for 9. All pizzas were cold. Ordered fungi for myself - couldn’t have had less mushrooms on. Rest of meals uninspiring. Won’t be ordering again from dominos.

It was a delivery over an hour and 15 mins for deliveryso i cancelled after an hour. Ordered on the app as i have before and it added burger sauce which wasnt listed om my order only when i refused it and he was told to deliver anyway did i realise so unfortunatelty had to bin, struggled to find burger sauce on app.. not ordering on app again, probably not from dominos either even thogh i do like the pizza.

I went down to the shop to get buy1 get one fee which was advertised on the shop window went to order and they would not onner the advert I rung head office and they where no help I would stay away from domino's and go somewhere else just lost a very good customer as we go there evey week

Reading Evelyns review below is very very disappointing yeah you work with the NHS you chose to work there what about the people that were OUT of work due to the corona virus that weren't getting paid and lots off business that went to the wall I'm pretty sure people were very happy with the great discounts this company offered but no they should have given all the emergency police fire brigade nurses doctors and the list goes on free pizzas no I don't think so I would rather family's that were left with both parents out off work were helped it's them that struggle not people in jobs that weren't effected

Absolutely disgraceful service! We rang with our order to be told they had no tandoori chicken. So we had to change our order. The order came and was all wrong. We rang them back and asked for a new pizza and wedges to be sent! We had to wait an hour for this! My little boy was supposed to enjoy he’s take away with us but instead had to sit and eat on he’s own! We spent a lot of money ! The woman on the other end of the phone could not understand a word of English. I’m not happy at all! Your customer service is awful!
