Terrible service we payed 9.99 for are meal and got kicked out and said we wanted a refund but didnt ever get are money back

I have been ordering deliveries from PJ's for quite a few years but last week the PJ's app would not let me order and this week 23 March I put my order through using some of my £84 worth of dough points only to be notified 10 minutes later that my order was being cancelled, apparently the app is not letting people order!!! You get these rewards for spending money there but how are you supposed to use them, it would be nice if they gave me the £84 so I could use them at Domino's.

Awesome pizza I got for lunch meatballs with BBQ sauce and onions it was THE best pizza I've ever had! Yum plenty of meatballs.on it was really nice

Es de gestión familiar y que familia tan encantadora, lo único es que ya no aceptan pedidos por teléfono, lo que no es genial para mí, ya que no lo hago en línea. I have order many times, and have to say the last few times for delivery it’s been disappointing, was late. The Parmesan was like it had been shoot together, and gone through the oven a few times, wafer thin is an understatement, cheese burnt to a crisp, had no belchmel sauce on, if it had it was little. Garlic bread burnt and cold, has was the chips and donor meat. The salad was very little.

Awful customer service. Delivered the incorrect pizza but would not accept responsibility. The customer service guy just shouted on the phone and thought the best way to deal with my query was to shout louder. Awful!

they took my money alright but sadly the food never came! contacted to get a response as to why a week ago heard nothing , no apology , no replacement order , no refund , stole my money and ignoring all contact which has left me to leave a review here to see if they will wake up and answer! i have a video doorbell no driver ever came to my door with food ........... bunch of robbing b*******s

Tuve una estancia horrible aquí, la comida sabía como cerdos zombificados de todos modos la pizza era como agua que se derritió antes de que el camarero recibiera la orden.

Pedí media pizza. Una mitad era de 1/2 méateor y la otra 1/2 seta, pepperoni, pimientos. La pizza estaba NADANDO en grasa. ¡Ambos lados! En realidad no podía superar lo malo que era. Doblé una rebanada de pizza por la mitad en la corteza, y la grasa comenzó a gotear si de la punta de la pizza. Pedido Dos lados. Papas fritas cargadas - Pepperoni Passion. Las patatas fritas estaban casi crudas, no sabían a nada. ¡Literalmente nada! Sin condimento de ningún tipo, el queso no sabía a nada; ¿cómo es posible? La caja de cartón en la que vinieron probablemente tenía más sabor. el pepperoni estaba CARGADO de sal. ¿Qué tan iluminado tienes que ser para “cocinar papas fritas” y que sepan a nada? LOL! Si eres dueño de esta compañía. Deberías considerar entrar en ella. Tal como está - Ha sido corrido en el suelo. Yo no le daría la “comida” aquí a una persona sin hogar hambrienta. I placed a order on a Saturday night for collection, bit of a wait as it was busy however, I think he is the shift manager with glasses, blonde short hair? Was absolutely fantastic, very nice lad.. he was very friendly even though I could see he was stressed due to workload. Whoever you are, our superman for the kids during this wet weather!

This review doesn’t even review the restaurant’s food because my partner and I were not that lucky. We ordered a meal to Lancing and although the distance between the two is quite far, we were under the assumption that we were getting our food as Uber Eats suggested. The restaurant closed despite us ordering at 10:30 and our order was never cancelled so we were hanging on for hours. Extremely poor customer service

Family meal ruined by driver…spoke to me like dirt …half to say manager was perfect she handled it so well as for driver he should be sacked

Usually never had any problems. Always been quick and hot. The last two times its arrived stone cold. I wouldn’t mind reheating if I hadn’t spent a small fortune both times to feed the family. Definitely not worth the money for what tastes like last nights food. Definitely won’t be using them again
