Pizza Pan in Middlesbrough

We have used this pizzeria for a long time, mainly because it is close to us. The food is not wonderful. Once again we had an incorrect order delivered even though we are on their computer as a repeat order. I always ask them to cut down on jalapeños which is also on their computer. The last 3 we have had were inedible. We will not use them again due to the above reasons.

Garlic Sausage Special PizzaTomato, cheese, garlic sausage, onions & topped with chips & garlic sauce only got pepperoni pizza no chips no spicy sausage or garlic

Amazing, piping hot food delivered so quickly. Staff also fantastic! Value for money, delicious and I won’t go elsewhere now.

I love the pizza from here my go to is pepperoni, jalapeños and sweetcorn, plus the garlic sauce is just the best garlic sauce about!

my son ordered a godfather tonight the parmo was that burnt couldnt even cut it so in bin it went,kebab meat was tought, think there doing that many takeaways there not doing food very nice anymore,cant beat marton chip shop best parmos around but sadly was to late to order 1,so had to get it from here,last week my son paid for garlic sauce & chilli sauce got home he didnt have either,wont be using here again

Ordered the god father meal deal as well as a garlic bread, garlic mushrooms ans cheesy chips and when the food arrived everything was cold. Tasted like rubber. Not the first time we had an issue and we will not be returning. From previous issues of the pizzas been burnt now all food cold.

Takeaway took 1 hour 45 minutes to come, rang twice and heard someone in the background say “just tell them it’s went out”. Person on the phone call genuine however staff in the back ridiculous!!! Arrived cold and tasted warmed up, freezing cold rock hard chips and the garlic went gooey and clear was disgusting. Wouldn’t ever order from here again!!!!!

Hung over and needed a pizza fix! Pizza pan didn’t disappoint. I had the Bolognese pizza and my partner had the seafood both lovely stuffed and happy!

Just got a pan man special pizza. Absolutely nothing special about it. About 10 chips and 2 scabby pieces of kebab meat. Not representative of value for money at all!

Ordered a Parmo for collection. Was waiting 20 minutes after the time we were told. Whilst waiting about 10 kids who worked there were in the pizza shop, screaming, dancing, stuffing their faces and folding pizza boxes whilst putting their fingers in each others ears. One delivery boy dropped a customers box of chips on the floor, the other picked it up off the floor, threw it to him and then continued to fold pizza boxes. We repeatedly asked how much longer for our food, but the staff Seemed more concerned with filling their gobs with pizza than attending to customers or making our order. Completely appalling customer service and feel completely put off our food knowing it was being served in boxes that these people had been picking eachother ears and touching the floor with. No sign on hand washing, social distancing or any basic level of hygenie. At one point a drunk young boy walked in who must have worked there, and he was shouting and screaming and then proceeded to start folding pizza boxes himself! Absolutely disgusting Will not be returning and would advise others to avoid

We have used them for ages but last twice order has been wrong... asked to pay by card and twice they forgot the card reader. 2nd time been charged delivery... never before have we been charged. The twice I have rang and let them know about payment and the order mistakes the attitude of the Las on the phone is horrible ..... they can never hear you when you order coz of noise in the background loud music and people shouting a d messing about. Such a shame coz the food is good .... but service totally not worth the hassle !!!

After two years of getting food delivered to my flat. Last night the rules were suddenly changed and I’m out of the area for delivery. I tried to explain this to the person on the phone but apparently “the manager” was having nothing of it. Was nice while it lasted, good luck keeping going if this is now customer service.

Ordered a 16” vegetarian pizza. Had chicken on. Binned it. Feel sick now. Won’t be going back to pizza pan.

We ordered a huge £50 order for New Year’s Eve for my family to collect. Ordered a bit of everything pizza, parmo kebab etc. Was gorgeous! All staff very friendly when we went to collect! They even gave us 2 free garlic breads, can’t fault them! We all really enjoyed it and plan to do it again when we all get together! We always order our takeaways from here. Always delicious and a great price! Fully reccomend!!

Decided to take up the delivery job with these.WHAT A MISTAKE! Got treat like absolute sh*¡*t, got abuse off the old blonde lady that works there all night, felt discriminated and harassed, pay was horrendous.5pm-12am (7hours) £25 and done 25 deliveries £25Total £502 Days I worked and I already lost my rag with them! 100% do not recommend them!!YOU GET TREAT LIKE THE DIRT OFF THE BOTTOM OF YOUR SHOES!!WHAT I RATE PIZZA PAN -100*!!PS the food is SH*¡*T!!

Pizza had already been cooked gone crispy on top then cheese put on top of previously cooked pizza and reheated. Wont be going back. Food went in bin.

Manager is so ignorant, he does not listen to your order, and blames the staff when it is wrong. When you get your order he is to busy talking to his friends to acknowledge you.

Wife was gutted as I ordered a vegetarian pizza and when I got it home it had pepperoni on it. In the bin it went, make sure you check your orders before giving them out

Waited an HOUR for a freezing cold pizza. Rang the very RUDE manager who said he will bring a refund. Diabetic friend who ate some (had too) then manager refused refund. Got a huge 16" pizza with a slice missing which tastes disgusting and stone cold. Manager practically shouting down the phone at us. Appalling customer service and appalling pizza

We haven’t had a takeaway from here for a long time, in the beginning it was only the place we use to go really as was always a good meal but we slowly started to go off it. When we ordered recently it arrived barely warm and it didn’t satisfy us. Don’t think we will be going back. Pizza was nice but parmo wasn’t the best. Still on the search for a decent takeaway parmo.

This place is our go to for a takeaway night, we have used this place for years and the selection is great with pizza burgers kebabs parmos are excellent from here. The also deliver even when busy the wait is not to long. Will keep on using never had a problem

I ordered pan man garlic chips and a drink which came up to 3.20, and asked for it to be delivered which cost 1.80 (baring in my there is no minimum spend and it’s a mere 6 minute drive), the woman on the phone was really rude and said “is that it, all the way to Saltersgill?”. The tone of her voice was appalling considering it’s a service they offer for there to be no minimum spend and you pay the delivery charges.

Ordered the £15 meal deal , the food was decent enough however I thought £3 for delivery to Hemlington despite it only being 1.5 miles away was ridiculous. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people

After months of visiting local pizza shops in Thornaby and Ingleby Barwick and feeling dissatisfied with the parmos we bought we decided to try Pizza Pan.

I ordered from Pizza pan to mixed kebabs they were absolutely disgusting I had never tried anything so disgusting in my full life have been very ill all night long thanks Pizza pan for the disgusting cheap food I will not be ordering again I hope customers see this message and realised order from somewhere else

Me encantan las pizzas y parmos desde aquí y normalmente recogerá. Ayer pedí una pizza y era de piedra fría en la entrega. Yo había estado trabajando hasta tarde y todo lo que estaba deseando era mi favorito de pizza pero no era incluso un poco de calor cuando entregan. Muy triste ya que normalmente recomiendo a amigos y familiares, pero este orden era terrible.

Use this place every Saturday tea time . Excellent value Patmos and gorgeous chicken kebabs . For a good value take away best in Acklam area

Los locales que pedir la pizza de pollo sobre una base regular, y no sueño de ir a ningún otro lugar aparte de pizza pan! ¡Delicioso! No podría juzgar la entrega debido a que siempre iba y ordenar. Pero de lo que. Hemos reunido es que son muy populares y el personal siempre es amable y lo suficientemente increíble pizza!

A veces las pizzas desde aquí son preciosas y sabrosas, pero más a menudo que no recientemente han estado hecha y sin sabor. No estoy seguro de si es nueva dirección o algo así, pero no ha sido el último gran 3 Pedidos que hemos tenido.

Haven't ordered from here for well over a year if not longer after discovering it had a 1* good hygiene rating I refused after many years of being a loyal customer, gradually I've came round to the idea after informed it had made serious changes and thought I'd give it a second chance. More fool me it was hands down the worst food I've ever tasted it was cold, hard and disgusting tasting, fair warning to you all it's GROSS

We are regular visitors to Pizza Pan pizza is brilliant with such a great range of food. The garlic Parmesan is fantastic usually very fast delivery although sometimes due to popularity there can be a wait.

Went tonight for me and my mate. Wastn't sure what I wanted and said I needed to look, was met with a sigh. Held my 2 x £10 notes out and the young lad snached them out of my hand. Held my hand out for the change and he put it on the counter. Asked for my order to be bagged separate and he did so but slung the bags at me one by one. Made sure I told him he had a bad attitude infront of people in the shop. Hopefully his boss will see this and ask for more details. As far as I can see my only crime was not knowing what I wanted and dithered!

We ordered and it took 3 hours we rang a number of times and they kept on telling us that the food was on its way when it eventually came half of the food was warm and the other half was cold and my mate found Cartilage is his Parmo burger NEVER ORDERING AGAIN !!!!!

The pizza had bubbles under the cheese.... not great tomato base either. The blonde woman isn't the nicest either.

Took nearly 3 hours for it to come and my friend find a bone in it and it was minging near ordering from here again

After ringing pizza pan this evening to see if the delivery driver was still bringing our order we were told the guy had already been and that he had taken the order back to the shop. We informed the guy on the phone that no one had been. At first he told us they had been knocking for ages and then he said he couldn't get in the gate. After a disagreement the guy on the phone said they would prepare our order again. Once again we waited and no delivery. We rang back for them to tell us he was at the door. Still no one there we sent our son out to look and found him knocking at the wrong house, which is probably were he went before. Finally we had our food! Never again will we order from there again, the same order must of been sent out. The pizza was freezing cold not even warm, the chips were cold and dry and the pan mans besh and chips were hard and again cold. We were told the delivery driver was new and our order had been prepared again. Which was a total lie. Total waste

This is our family go to take away! The godfather meal- Parmo, pizza, chips, salad and kebab meat feeds 4 of us, and feeds us well! The value is amazing and has stayed at £10 for many a year. Staff are friendly, the service is always very quick- I usually pick up so I don't know about delivery! Good is usually of a really good standard!

In terms of sheer value for money I'm always amazed at Pizza Pan, the classic choice here is always the "Godfather" meal deal, where you get a large parmesan, margherita pizza, chips and doner meat for £10, and this colossal mountain of food is more than enough food to share between and fill up 3 peope! There's no where else in the area I can think of where you can get such a vast amount for such a low price, and the price has been at this level for years now.The downside here is that quality generally only hovers around the acceptable level, for instance pizza pan's pizzas have always been hit and miss, often tending towards being quit stodgy, similarly the parmesans are decent but a third of one is the maximum I'd ever want to face at one sitting. In addition to this the chips are often rather soggy and tend to be cold on arrival, a vast mountain of chips is no better than a tiny portion if you don't really enjoy eating them.

This is the only pizza shop in teeside I will order a parmo from as the chicken is not to thick and not too much belcham sauce. Pizza pan is a very busy pizza shop and in the past we have experienced a late delivery with the food been cold but the majority of the time it does come on time and hot.

Ventured out earlier to grab me sen a chittten kebab, ended up with a box of salad swimming in watery garl with a few of these biscuit things on the top. A close inspection revealed said biscuits in fact used to be chiturrrn before they spent 14 years on the grill at gas mark 9,836.Was a nice feed thoughIf you like biscuitsM9

This is a very busy pizza shop with good quality food for delivery or collection.The staff are numerous as are the delivery drivers which means you get served quickly and delivered while its still hot.

I used to come here when i was at school (fair few years ago now!) & this place was awesome. I came in last week, strangely it looked exactly the same as it did 12 years ago. The pizza we got was pretty nice about a 6 or a 7 out of 10. The kebab on the other hand was excellent & the meat was high quality.

Only place I order from because the Parmos are amazing and the godfather meal is such a good deal. Perfect chunky Parmo with amazing béchamel sauce.

This place is a 1 star dump!. Phones up and ordered a Parmesan to collect. I was told 15 minutes, I arrived after 20 minutes and it was not ready. I waited a further 30 minutes! Yes 50 minutes in total before telling them to shove it and Walked out. The hagged old manager is absolutely horrible to the staff there. She speaks to them like something she picked of the bottom of her shoe. I'm glad my food wasn't ready, upon looking they are a 1 star takeaway!

Ordered from here on Saturday and it came and was freezing cold, rang them to complain and they let it slip their Parmos aren't cooked fresh. They sent another one out and I've done nothing but throw up since (2 days later) and I didn't even eat half of it. They wouldn't have took that one back or gave a refund as they got funny on the phone when we rang them the first time. Never ever will I be ordering from here again, gone right down hill.

Ordered takeaway pizza we waited just over two hours! Was no apology and food was cold. This used to be good but gone right downhill. Not first time we've waited either.

I ordered Parmesan wasn't cooked was still roar. I used pizza pan 3 times from moving in area never use them again Also price I ordered large Parmesan twice was £7.30 Today £8.30 very disappointedAs it's local to me.

My partner and I always get my pizza type takeaway from here. We order a godfather from the meal deal section - large Parmo with chips and salad, pizza(which We change for a garlic bread) another portion of chips and a large portion of donor meat all for £10!! They always do the Parmo very crispy as asked and food arrives hot and in good time. Would recommend to anyone!

Regularly order take away from here. The parmos are awesome. I always order to deliver which takes them no time at all.

Have spent a lot of money over time with this company when they were good they were brilliant. Sadly one in two orders were cold or under par with late delivery. When you complain they are not intersted dont use this company save your money and go elsewhere. I for one would not use or recommend this take away again!
