Domino's Pizza in Bracknell Forest - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Took about an hour to deliver a cold pizza, the app showed the pizza had been prepped quickly and then went to "quality control” and sat round for a good 20min before leaving the kitchen so by the time it arrived it was stone cold why make the thing if you dont have any drivers to deliver it? not to mention but I will; they got the side order wrong. I will not be going back …ever ! I am stunned Domino's allow the franchisee to behave like this.

ATROCIOUS SERVICE! took over 1.5hrs to deliver and then the order was wrong, not only that but as I was staying in a hotel gave phone number as requested but they just left it in reception without telling them who it was for so was pretty much stone cold when I got it. When I complained was told they had tried to call me 😳 seriously! and then offered to refund 50% ha, so 50% of a cold pizza👍🏻 clearly should have checked the other reviews but as others have said used previously with no issues, clearly something has changed 😎

We have used this branch several times before and the food has always been what you would expect. The new Nduja was not bad at all but the double decadence was no where near the same standard as before and the rest of the sides we ordered were also mildly warm (they had clearly been out for delivery for longer than needed). I think the most annoying thing is that we ordered for delivery at a later time (not asap). It arrived super early and cold and we had just got home (it was lucky we were home) expecting to have half hour before dinner arrived. We are really disappointed because this branch has been so good before. If you can’t honour the pre-booked delivery times (book for later) then please do not offer the option.

The service was good and the delivery was fairly fast, pizzas were of a good standard and I would use again

The only reason Dominos ever get my custom is their thin and crispy pizzas - they are literally the thinnest in existence, only about 1-2mm thick! Excellent stuff. Papa Johns do better quality toppings and Heist Pizza do the best authentic quality pizza in Bracknell - period. However the Dominos thin and crispy is a guilty pleasure as you are eating pizza but don't end up in a carbohydrate coma from eating all that dough. In several orders only once did they get my order wrong (I got the right pizza but it was deep pan) - I didn't bother calling as I was hungry, but other than that no complaints.

Worst Domino’s Takeaway I’ve ever experienced. Poor service, Unprofessional Staff, Rude Staff, Unhelpful Staff, Disgraceful Delivery Service, Happy take payment for undelivered orders, No refund offered or received just empty belly & frustration

My order was wrong, I ordered Mighty Meaty and got a vegetarian pizza! after 20 mins trying to get through to complain by phone, I was told it would be an Hour & 40 minutes for a replacement, which would be after 10.30 at night, so I asked for a refund and was told would take 4-5 days, but only for the wrong pizza, not the garlic bread and dips I had also ordered (who wants garlic bread and dips on their own?) It’s impossible to get through to the store by phone as it just rings and rings then disconnects regardless of the time of day you call. When I eventually got through on 8th November 12 days later to chase up the promised refund, Andrew said he would chase up but only the faulty / wrong item could be refunded as the garlic bread was correct, his explanation was if I went to a shop and bought a dress and some socks, if the dress was faulty, I would return it, but keep the socks. Personally, if I bought it as an outfit I would have returned the socks too :) 19 days later I am still waiting for my refund, and not holding my breath.

Pre order for my pizza to arrive at 7.45 this evening. I just called the store and it's still not left and it is now 8.30 in the evening? They just wanted to get me off the phone. They should of at least contacted me to say there was a problem. I am really not happy. I have children that need feeding. It really was shocking.

I ordered my pizza for my family over 1 hour 30 minutes and still waiting. Tried to phone them 8 times and no one answering the phone they just hang up on you. Very poor service they used to be very good but completely gone down hill. Which is a shame.

Ordered a large pizza and Chicken Kickers which came to just shy of 30 quid. Delivered within 30 mins, all good. But, the pizza was almost stone cold and looked like leftovers from the night before. I am sure this pizza was made hours in advance. Had no distinguishable taste and the mozzarella was rubbery and only held the toppings in place. So disappointed as been fancying a pizza all week and we were really looking forward to a treat. Never again Dominos, seriously terrible food.

In a town full of dreadful take-aways people would still look at this place and describe it as dreadful. I ordered two deep.pan pizza's to be delivered total £26. Time to delivery given as 30 mins to 45 minutes. At about 30 minutes I heard a knock at the door. Imagine my surprise when nobody there (I live in a flat) apart from the lingering smell of pizza. I called and asked if he had just been but for whatever reason they could not answer this, instead saying he was 5 minutes away. 30 minutes elapsed and nothing. I called again. They still wouldn't say if he had been but said he is two minutes away and had a whole elaborate description of his journey to another customer first in my area . 20 minutes later still nothing. I called again. This time they said they had no clue as to the whereabouts of the pizzas. They said they would remake and deliver. They eventually turned up but with the wrong order! They brought thin crust instead of deep pan. What hopeless service.1. Give the customer more than one minute to get to the door2. On the off chance I missed the first knock (guess what it can happen) don't just p off. Give the customer a ring or is that too hard?3. Don't mislead customers (repeatedly) about when their pizza will arrive. If you don't actually know, then find out accurately rather than come out with a load of nonsense only to have to retract it later.4. If you have to make the order again, try to actually supply what was ordered in the first place. Terrible. One star is too much for this place.

Ordered for my son’s birthday. We got burnt, cold, dry pizza and drinks that had already been opened before they arrived. To top it off appalling customer service from the Manager who clearly doesn’t care once he has your money. I would definitely not recommend ordering from them.

USE ANOTHER BRANCH !!!!! Absolutely shocking service clearly a bunch of liars that think the general public are stupid... ordered pizzas to be delivered at 1815hrs, at 1830 i contacted them they stated the delivery driver had drove into a ditch !!! and would send other pizza’s, it would take 20 minutes. 60 minutes later no pizzas 70 minutes later the original pizzas were delivered stone cold... contacted them five times in the whole period and were told lies on every occasion... i’m so angry about being lied to...

Received a pizza from this outlet last night, within seconds I was gagging trying not to vomit as I pulled a long human hair from my throat hidden in the pizza topping!!!! Thats me finished with this outlet, bloody disgusting and as yet no reply to my complaints!!!

I ordered online waited like you do,no knock on door! So looked at my phone to see missed call from dominos pizza. Called them up said sorry phone was on silent and didn't hear the driver knock on my door. They said OK will resend delivery, it turned up with missing item! I called up got a rude guy on phone say can we get you another drink next order we'll I might as well just not order the drink. I said can't the driver just drop off on route to different order when in my area? The guy on phone was OK bye! Customer service is bad at dominos bracknell lucky if food is warm and the correct order! Now I remember why I don't order from them!

So I have often found Bracknell Dominos quite hit and miss when it comes to quality. Tonight I have been very impressed. Perfectly cooked, generous amount of toppings with a kinda of rustic approach having the toppings and cheese spilling over the edge. The cheese melted perfectly with that bet so slight browning on top 👌🏼 Hats to the chef

We knew it was likely to be busy today, but would have been happy to wait longer than usual for hot food. Had a message to say that our food was on the way, so usually around 5-10 minutes. Half an hour later...cold pizzas and a delivery driver who claimed to speak no English at all, just said "call the shop" when we asked why he had taken so long. Spoke to the shop and was brushed off with the excuse that they are very busy! Very disappointing and we won't be ordering from here again.

If you make a pizza you should cover it with the topping... you should love and care for it... deliver it hot if possible and respect the customer who pays your salary.Unfortunately we experienced the complete opposite of the above.Cold pizza in a soggy box.. 2 hours after ordering. Cold sides... burnt edges... to top it off... excuse the pun... the topping covered 62.7% of the pizza.... abomination of a franchise, managed by a monkey who has promised a full refund... based on other references here we wont even get that.What a disappointment... what a shame and what a let down for the brand.I have written to the parent company and supplies pictures.Please Dominos feel free to rub salt in the wound .. as we binned our sodden cold shoddy unloved pizza... there was a damn dominos advert on the tv....See if you can guess which is our delivery and what was on tv...Never ever ordering dominos again... ever... ever... ...... rather lick my own vomit from a bucket.Shame...Switching to another supplier...Idiots...

Everytime I order they get something wrong. When I phoned to complain, they were so rude. No apology. Instead, I was told 'well what do you expect if you knew how many orders we have'. Then they put the phone down.

1 of my pizzas was perfect no complaints.The other however was clearly rushed hardly any toppings and very little cheese.The worst part yet is I ordered 2 batches of the dominoes cookies yet instead I got 2 chocolate pizzas normally I don’t have a problem with the food but this place can never get the food order right.

Have ordered pizza few a times from Dominos Bracknell, I think they offer better pizza delivery than other competitors from service, taste and quality perspective. Loving my yummy pizza served hot by a decent delivery fella!

We have been ordering on and off from Dominos for quite a long time and had stopped for a while, as we had some experiences with the food, which left a lot to be desired. Bit the bullet at the beginning of the year and decided to give them another go and we were not disappointed, this was our experience this last order and we have had to finally admit, that Dominos simply dont have consistency with food orders and we found orders placed during the week, were much better, than if you order for instance on a Saturday night. Food ordered was the same as we had ordered before, with 2 large pizzas 1 thin crust, 1 classic. Arrived a little late, but it was the weekend. Sadly upon opening the boxes, we both knew we wouldnt be able to eat them, as they were dripping in grease. This I can only assume is because they had so much cheese put on them, the natural fat, seeped into the bases and it was running off the slices when we tried to pick it up. They were inedible. Sometimes they can be really good and the food hot and tasty. Others the pizzas are overloaded with cheese and not much of anything else and it is because of this, we have decided not to risk ordering again. Also the app which when working is brilliant, doesnt seem to be particularly reliable either, which we have sadly experienced. We didnt feel we had a choice on this occasion but to mark down as terrible 1 star, as the food was innedible and we had to dispose of it. Advice if you do want to try them, order during the week and try and avoid the weekends, as its when we seem to have had the worst disasters for food.

What is nice about this chain is that you can rely upon the quality, be aware of that the menu is the same in each and therefore can make your favourite list and know how to work it. therefore if you like Pizza then you will like Domino's

Asked for double this and that got a pizza with nothing on it , total crap , do not go here its rubbish.... dominos you serve crap , never again , will you reply ... no , i love pizza so much.....

Bottle of coke not delivered with our order yet still charged. When asked about it were told they had ran out yet ouldnt refund us!Shocking service especially from the young girl on the phone who HUNG UP on us 6 times as we were trying to rectify the problem. and the manager refused to come to the phone as he was busy!

Seems to be a pattern from the places I work that Dominos is the go-to place for easy lunch for multiple people.

Ordered a pizza meal deal tonight , after having a very nice delivery a few weeks back ... pizza Is my least favourite takeaway but wine it's nice I remember and return! ... ordered 2 pizza and one that turned up was a monstrosity!!! Burnt to a sinder ! When I called and complained the man replied without knowing my address " was that the night meaty? lol! Which means he knew what they were sending out was bloody awful! I personally wouldn't feed it to my dogs. Then they were going to re-send another and had to chase that one up as was another 45 mins later for replacements.... to which I was told hasn't left the kitchen yet .. not sure what has happened by I'd Defo give the chef his p45 and send him on his way! It looked like he has put it in the oven... pipped out for a giant joint ( spliff) a and forgot what his job role was ... hopefully the pic uploads to show you all but my advise is steer clear! ♠️

Ordered a pizza 1st jan. Took 1hr20+ minutes to arrive & was cold on arrival.

3 pizzas, garlic bread, nachos, chicken kickers. All delivered piping hot and fresh and delicious. Within 90 minutes on a Friday night. Only gripe really was thr driver waiting uncomfortably for a tip which then just mafe me not want to comply. Overall a nice experience

Ordered a large mighty meaty pizza, just about managed 2 slices. It tasted as if the sausage had gone off and overall the pizza was very unpleasant. Our last delivery a couple of months ago was also below standard and on that occasion we had a half and half Margarita and Hawaiian. There was more crust than topping and what topping there was looked as if they had been thrown on. The quality from here has seriously gone downhill recently and we will not be using them again.

Started ordering from here a few months ago , at first the pizza was great hot tasty and arrived quickly but the last 3 to 4 times not so good arrives at least 30 to 40 minutes after the app says it's been delivered so of course it's luke warm so on goes the oven (I might as well buy a supermarket pizza to cook myself) far too much tomato sauce so really soggy I keep being sent emails to review the pizza I keep telling them and again the next time I order it's the same so I will probably not use again

Once again another lovely pizza, we used to use another company but got to greasy so decided to give dominos a go, no going back now, it's brilliant and the app is also brilliant cos u can see when ur pizza is coming 😁top marks

Very good take out sometimes but.... it depends who is making the toppings. Wish it was a little more consistent as when it is good the taste is great.

i had ordered domino's cheese and tomato classic crust pizza. it was a pretty simple thing. i had requested for the crust to be quite thick and there to be not much sauce. when i collected it, i took it home, only to find the cheese and tomato pizza i had ordered was garlic bread! the whole pizza was garlic bread? not only that the crust had then came up dry and it was paper thin. they had also stuffed the cheese with garlic pieces? how can you go wrong with a simple cheese and tomato pizza? i also ordered cookies and they came up wafer thin and raw considering you pay so much. so i asked to have them recooked and the staff were laughing at me and the employee tried to argue with me saying he wouldn't recook them. it is appalling!

We are regulars to this delivery service! Always order the same things, and are very rarely disappointed, the only way that we are is if the food is late, yet majority of the time even if it is late, we receive a voucher, and the food is still hot! Well done Dominos

Out of all the dominos I've had the Bracknell branch is consistently extremely poor! I don't know what they do to their pizzas but they are SO salty. To the point that all of us that had them were up half the night along on water! It's happened every time we've ordered from them so we certainly won't be ordering again!

This has to be the only Dominos who under cook the pizza where the tomatoes still think their on the vine. The pizzas turn up half cooked and when you complain they don't answer the phone or ignore your complaint.How bad can it really be, call up to place order for the meal deals options to find out from the call handler nah we don't have that or that, when you ask for another option they respond with no we can't do that as part of the meal.Never have stock, organisation of this store is that bad I have spoken with head office due to a complaint.If you want to enjoy your food and spend your hard earned money I suggest trying elsewhere in the town. Try asda' for better pizza

Having had pizza from the Wokingham dominos who clearly take pride in their food the people at Bracknell dominos clearly do not.Constantly getting the order wrong, pizza often comes like th epizza has been stood on its side. They constantly forget parts of the order and seem put out that you want them to come back with the replacement

A margarita pizza is pretty simple so when we opened the box to find it has virtually no tomato or cheese it was a shock. It was a lump of under cooked dough. I have to say, this probably rates as the worst pizza I have had in Bracknell. I won't go back.

I'd rate it with no stars if possible. I ordered a pizza by phone. The general staff's phone manner & attitude was a disgrace. The Manager was even worse. The pizza matched their demeanour. Wouldn't have used it to feed my dog!

Great pizza that always comes on time. Never had a problem. Delivery guys are always polite even in the worst weather.Keep up the great work.

Rang for a pizza told 45 to 1 hr wait .On 1 hour rang them to be told they rang me and apparently I told them I no longer wanted the pizza !!Totally untrue but the manager accused me of lying because his non English speaking driver told him he rang me.Total rubbish service ,stupid I'll educated working staff and a manager who doesn't understand the slightest meaning of the word serviceAbsolute rubbish never again ...they make you fat anyway !!!!!

I popped in for a personal pizza and was quickly served by Chris, he and jiali were obviously in charge and were laughing and joking, really nice atmosphere in the store as deliveries came and went and I people watched for my time there, it was nice, and it's a clean shop also. Pizza hot and what you would expect from dominos. Would be nice to be able to sit, but I was only there for a few minutes so I suppose it's forgivable.

The pizza was very good and the staff was very helpfully and efficient. Was also given directions as it was our first te visiting.

chicken was like porridge in batter, pizza felt out of date, wings were more like mings. Avoid avoid avoid!!! Vomit!!!!!

decent pizza, always arrives quickly, and is always hot, The Dominator crust is the best. The live tracking of your order is very useful, however they are pricey, but just sometimes only a dominoes will do ;)

I have been here many times but I have to say this place has gone down hill so quick that I will not buy from this branch again. there are so many pizza places in Bracknell that I would recommend you use one of the others.

After finding out hotel we were staying in only served microwaved food we ordered from Dominos. What a life saver.Fast service and delivery. Forgot the cookies but once called they sent round fresh ones with no problems. Pretty pricey but so delicious = a very happy full family.

Considering pizza is so cheap to make from scratch at home, which we sometimes do, or to buy frozen, I always kick myself for getting a Dominos but they really are so good! Delivery is generally on time and pizzas are always very hot. I gave this an average score as it is expensive for what it is. I only ever buy when a good deal is on. We would possibly buy from them more often if they dropped their prices.
