Food always decent quality. Was disappointed as I ordered a large pizza and a medium was delivered.

Ordered a pizza for the family , was unhappy as they made a mistake with the toppings. We order occasionally from tops and never usually had any issues. They didn’t like the feedback we gave so decided to black list us . The owner was the person who delivered the pizza and was bragging how he owns 3 pizza shops and needs to make sure the quality is right but why would he black list us? They certainly don’t know how to run a business, providing terrible service also making mistakes with their orders. Stay away at all costs.

Frequent orderer of Tops. Last nights pizza tasted very good and delivered hot but unfortunately the next morning made us feel unwell.

Appalling ordered a medium 8 slice pizza normally medium would be 12”-16” what I got was under 9” tiny pizza with 8 of the smallest slices ( 1-2 bites per slice ) & they charged £16 disgraceful cleverly worded on the menu doesn’t say size just says medium 8 slice deliberately done to make you think it would be much larger my advice go to a proper pizza restaurant oh it also wasn’t nice just cheapest ingredients STAY CLEAR TERRIBLE

Not a great experience - the delivery took an hour to get to us. The pizzas were OK but mainly tasteless. The chicken was luke warm. Garlic bread was burnt & dry. Potato skins were also dry and not much taste. We left most of the sides. Very disappointed and wouldn’t order again.

pizza was a bit well done, crust was partly burnt. BBQ wings had virtually no BBQ sauce on whatsoever .

DO NOT, order from here, especially via Just Eat! You place in your postcode, and Top Pizza is an option to order from. 45mins later, I get a text saying my order is cancelled because I'm "too far away". Anything over 7miles is apparently too far. I'm 6 miles away!! And I've ordered from them before! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Always a pleasure grabbing food from here. The deals are great for what we like. Delivery time was fast (every time). Food always piping hot, never get the orders wrong. Great experience. If you love stuffed crust pizza, they use the best strong cheese ever

The pizza was good but the wings and garlic bread were bad. The BBQ wings had very little BBQ sauce and the garlic bread slices were overcooked and hard. I won't be ordering from here again and nor do I recommend it.

I’ve ordered from them for a long time but this is the last time I’m ever ordering from them. They have purposely again forgot to put Burger sauce on my cheese burger pizza. I paid £26.49 which is a lot of money for 2 pizzas. The fact they can’t do 1 of them properly & still increase their prices to a disgusting level says enough about them.

The food was quite nice and hot, and it came early, which was very good.

5 pieces of pepperoni on a "medium" pepperoni passion pizza?! The pizza was tiny, definitley not a medium. Absolutely shocking.

All was delivered and as requested. But all food was incrediblely bland and tastless so won't be using again.

Normally my go to place for Pizza but just had a poor experience tonight. Ordered from JustEat on a Tuesday evening, latest delivery time was 19:15 and the order status changed to delivered minutes before latest arrival. Food showed up almost 20 minutes later and the driver frustratingly dropped a portion of food on my doorstep and said that they will credit it off. Apologies to the driver if I was rude during that scenario as it was a common mistake but the issue is we've yet to receive a refund from the restaurant or JustEat. Will not be coming back

Very nice pizza, delivery was early but suited me fine.

Slightly squashed up and the sauces had leaked. But the flavour was good like normal.

Constantly cancelling orders for no reason other then pure laziness! And your “policy” which states that you can’t just order sides even if amounts to over £30+ without buying a pizza is just shocking. Absolute jokers

This is the worst Pizza I have ever had (including supermarket oven Pizzas)! The Californian Pizza's sun-dried tomatoes where so burnt I couldn't identify them in appearance or taste! The Margarita Pizza was also burnt. But was was infinitely worse was the disgusting tasting grease they were covered in, mostly on the back of the pizzas, it smelled and tasted vile!

My first time ordering from Tops Pizza, I never will again! The Pizzas were over cooked, the sun-dried tomatoes burned up so bad they looked, smelled & tasted awful. There was so much grease the pizzas tasted even worse! I have never had Pizza this bad, even two out of three dip pots were leaking.

All good no problems, will use again.

Been ordering from them for years, received a pizza literally 1mm thick, paper thin, you pick a slice up and it bends forward and faces downwards, not at all enjoyable yo eat whatsoever, even the toppings didn't stick to the pizza. I called to complain and they tried to spin me a story that it was upgraded to a super size, quite frankly it looked the same size. So their prices increase yet the quality of food decreases. Will never buy from them again, cutting so many corners, and where did I ask for this "supersize"? Felt very done in, they have lost a good customer.

The pizza tasted like it had been over cooked then re heated, the dip with the pizza had split open and wasn't one I could eat, so that left 3 slices inedible, the sides were ok, but this wasn't a great meal.

It's been a day since I've ordered my Tops pizza, I'm sitting on the toliet while I'm reviewing this, I ordered a pizza and wings, I'll admit it was tasty but I'm sweating my knees are shaking, I'm severally dehydrated I can't stop my bowl movement this is the third one I've had today its flying out of me... I'm in the fetal position and the best way I can describe the feeling of my sore bottom is the "ring of fire" I'm in pain I keep on violently heaving from my lower bottom, I'm tired and in pain, everything in my stomach has been evacuated and I'm just dry heaving from my lower ends.... I want it to stop, its like each time I have tops the next day is a day of suffering. I'm tired and I feel sick, it's taste great but the ring sting is to much to bear and I can't do this anymore 😫

Ordered 3 super size pizzas.. all completely wrong not even any ranch dressing on the tops club. Also lucky to get a piece of chicken per slice. Just looked liked the pizzas weren't finished

They are usually 100% perfect, but chef wasn’t on point today…dough was a bit doughy and not enough tomato sauce on the pizza. Still good and tasty. I will order again for sure, based on other perfect deliveries.

I order the pepperoni every time and every time it is different. There is no consistency. It was hot and very, very greasy this time. The garlic bread with cheese was hot and tasty but the size of each piece appears to be getting smaller each time and at £4.99 that isn't reasonable. The chocolate cake was not as good as other times either and expensive for a slice. Having said that the delivery guy is always polite and the time taken for my order to be delivered is generally earlier than they say.

Was great as usual, the only issue was I ordered stuff crust pepperoni with both pizza's and got stuff crust with cheese on both pizza's....

Tiny pizzas, lacking flavour, no garlic bread with £25+ order as others have commented. Dave: "It was a rather unsatisfactory, wasn't it?" Even Steve didn't want his last slice, but Dave ate it anyway.

It's been probably over 10 years since I've had a Tops Pizza. Anyway, I took the plunge and ordered via Deliveroo. My pizzas came in about 35 minutes. I ordered an American Hot and a Chicken Tikka pizza. On the plus side they look quite appetizing and are quite generously topped with cheese, but that's also part of the problem. The pizzas don't really taste of much, apart from mozzarella! As for whether there was any tomato base or not, well if there was I couldn't taste any. A very forgettable, bland and mediocre pizza experience. I've had better from the supermarket!

I don’t understand why two portions of onion rings were placed into one box? They were for two separate people. Also they had no flavour and the pizza was mid

Took an hour to deliver and then sent thin pan light pizzas with the bare minimum of toppings when I ordered deep pan, not ordering from here again.
