Papa Johns in Bracknell Forest

So far Sandhurst Yorktown was the best of PJ’s! Pizza is always fresh and super hot. Not even once we were disappointed. These people are making customers to fall in love with pizza and Pappa Johns. Ps. If you ever come to Leicester, never order from Birstall store. Terrible pizza. Ordered from there twice. Pizza was cold and dry, like it was 3 days old. Sandhurst store #onelove!!

Think I might be a dominos convert for pizza, wings were lovely but the garlic bread was mostly solid.

I'm incredibly impressed with Pappa John's Sandhurst! This was my first time ordering through the app, and I ordered pizza for my family. The service was faultless, the food arrived nice and hot, the quality was excellent, and to top it off, the manager gave me a free pizza. I'm truly grateful to them, and the delivery was super quick, just in time for me to break my fast. A big thank you to all the staff!

35 minutes late and still counting….. I ordered this at 7pm the original delivery time was for 7:50pm - 8:10pm. Around 8:15pm I received a notice saying it was delivered so I had to call the store and let them know they reassured me the driver is on the way and I’ll be the first to receive my delivery. Till now it’s still not here!! Really disappointed as this was ordered as my kids dinner but I had to give them something else, such an inconvenience !!

Although my pizza said on the app that it had been delivered it hadn't so i called the shop and a young lady answered who was polite and reassuring saying give it 5 minutes and sure enough it arrived, the delivery driver was polite and the pizza was delicious but i did need to heat it up a bit in the air fryer but I've not taken any stars off as it was handled well.

Pizza was not what I ordered at all.

Ordered from here twice. The first time, the pizza was overcooked. The second time, the side dish was undercooked. The last order has been a disaster. Allegedly, due to their system issues, my online order never arrived, yet I was still charged. During the phone call, they suggested placing the order again. Interestingly, when I provided my order number, they knew my address but couldn't see the details of the order or deliver it. Quite strange. They suggested placing the order and paying over the phone again. It was getting late and we were starving so I placed order again. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong (let's say it could be due to my accent, but if they couldn't hear me, they could have asked for clarification). Since I paid twice I was told I would receive a refund and an email regarding the cancellation of the online order. Let's see how that plays out. It sure is too early to speak about refund itself but I haven't received any email acknowledging their error or providing information about the canceled order. Essentially, I paid twice for an order that arrived late, was incorrect, and undercooked. The driver was friendly, but given all of the above I can't give any more stars. Upd it's been two weeks and there's been no progress. Customer support is not supportive. I actually have to now escalate with my bank if I want to get the refund. Thus was my last time ordering anything from them.

Pizza cold, toppings were few and only covered the centre of the pizza. Waited for an hour when I could have picked it up in 5 minutes. Poor service and pizza.

I dont know what they do with their crust but i have never eaten such a light pizza crust the spices , flavours ingredients everything is top notch The best pizza hands down ❤️

The two guys in Papa John's are very helpful & you can have a good laugh with. Papa John's do a great variety of pizza's, cheese 🧀 and Ham and Pineapple 🍍, Four 🧀 Cheeses, Hawian, Peperomi, plus many other flavours to choose. They will also do you a home 🏡 delivery service that is provided. You can also get get yr'self a cold 🥶 drink, bottle 🍼 or a can of coke, orange 🍊 or 7 up. There is a bus 🚌 route that runs through the main Yorktown Road Sandhurst, from Camberley to Bracknell every half hour. Plus a railway 🛤 service opportunitie the public house The New Inn Pub.

Wings were too salty couldn’t eat them and garlic bread didn’t have pepperoni on it was ham! Garlic bread was under cooked !!!

I spoke to the restaurant (Papa Johns) and they said they would cancel the order and inform Just Eat to refund me. I will check my bank account over the coming days and be in contact if the refund is not reflected.

Still waiting on a refund from and order over 1 week ago. Been in touch with customer service too and no luck there. The order didn’t arrive after 3 calls to this branch the delivery driver marked my order as arrived when nothing had come after an hour I called and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Very disappointed and have complained about this incident. No one seems interested.

Far too often the restaurant calls you to tell you items you ordered are in fact NOT in stock, even though they are not shown as. Causing annoyance, frustration, delays, even cancellation. They blame just eat. Yet nobody deals with this issue that happens repeatedly to many customers. Traditionally, & typically, just eat does nothing about any of it, & even the restaurant seems to prefer to put up with it rather that get it rectified!! Quite frankly....I now give up!!!

I keep saying this about this Sandhurst branch as it is by far the best Papa John's in the area and always piping hot, also if you add extra toppings the give them to you rather than most pizza shops your not sure if you got extra toppings as they don't look any different, highly recommended.

Meat feast, I think someone forgot to put the meat on pizza more cheese and tomato paste than anything else, not the best I’ve had.

The pizza was lovely except the cheese was very oily. I have not experienced that in the past.

Papa John's is amazing. The pizza I ordered was great and very tasty, the potato tots with cheese really good too, thank Papa John for delivering my order I know getting food on Friday is hard since everyone is buying take. Though, thank you once again and the driver was very friendly as well no other issues.

Very disappointing experience. Delivery took far longer than expected considering how close we are to the store: we could have driven there and back again twice in the time it took them to deliver after they said it was ‘out for delivery’. The pizza itself is very bland and tastes similar to what you’d buy from a kebab place after a night out at a uni town rather than a pizza place that charges almost £20 a pizza. We only managed about three slices each and then threw it away: neither of us could bear even keeping it for leftovers the next day, a real waste. Overall extremely poor experience and would not recommend this store or any Papa Johns pizza to anyone in future - there are plenty of lower-priced alternatives with better pizza that deliver faster. Definitely avoid.

First-time customer as Domino’s wasn’t delivering. Item missing from order and had to argue with driver to prove it wasn’t there. Pizza was greasy and the BBQ sauce not to our taste. Garlic dips weren’t very nice either, threw most of it away. Will not use again.

Ordered a fairly late pizza at 9pm. What arrived was not what I ordered. Both the pizza and the side we’re incorrect. I still ate it as it was getting late in the evening. Avoidable !

The food arrived piping hot, which was great, but I had ordered some bottles of pepsi, which they did not deliver. The driver said he would return with them, 2 hours later I am still waiting. Since we had nothing to drink the meal rather stuck in our throats. Abysmal service.

Absolutely delicious as always, this branch is by far the best around and all ways polite delivery driver's.

Just had a big family bash and to cover the late night nibbles I had bought 5 of the XL thin crust (Works, All meats and a Chicken) from Papa Johns Sandhurst in advance. They were split then into four slice portions, wrapped in cling film (while still warm) and then whacked into the freezer. On the night, from frozen, they took 8 minutes at 200c in a fan oven on a tin pizza tray and they were as good as new. Every 10 minutes I put out another batch until everyone was fed. Everyone loved them. No excess oil, well topped almost to the outer edges and very very tasty. We buy these often and have never had a bad one, never had a cold one and the service is always good and friendly. Well done chaps and chapesses and thank you as always! Peter North & family

Order never turned up. Restaurant ignored phone calls and service to update order via text. Can fully understand may be busy, but not good to not even send a message to update. Won’t be using again.

I haven't had a Papa John's in about 2 years and thought I'd give them a go, I've got to say that the pizza i had today was the best pizza i think I've ever had, it was piping hot with a good topping so I'll definitely be ordering again from this Sandhurst branch, just great.

Very tasty pizza that is never too greasy and oily and always made fresh and the sides and sauces that come with the pizza or as a extra are very delicious too. When some pizzas are advertised as very spicy hot, they really mean that, so ahead if you like a bit of heat. Mild and vegetarian pizzas are also available here. Best Pizza place whose foods I have even tasted. Top marks and hope that they will be around for a long time.

Pizza ordered tonight after an Hour wait it arrived Cold ! called to complain answer was well we are busy asked what they were going to do about it told you have had a Discount ! yes but that is what is offered on their Website so irrelevant. I also had to tell them about our last Order which was Double Pepperoni had very little sauce or Pepperoni on so they did add extra this time but the fact is it was still Cold. I am so disappointed with this outcome as will not use them again. Don't know if they have changed hands recently but that is no excuse. Off to Domino's !!

A 45 minute wait even though I ordered an hour in advance.... not worth the wait. A very doughy, bland pizza with a side of more dough disguised as garlic bread & chicken wings that needed wringing out of all the grease. Was recommended to try papa johns by a workmate... now they are not even my friend after this suggestion! I phoned to find out where my delivery had gone & a was hung up on with a poor excuse of “ we are busy” while the phone was being Simultaneously being put down. Very poor from start to finish. Never again even if it was the last pizza place for 30 miles... I’d have better satisfaction from a unbranded frozen pizza.
