I ordered the vegan pizza, home delivery option, it was late, freezing cold and tasteless. For the last two montha I get texts with offers, when I text back to opt out it makes no difference. I received four texts one after the other on a sunday morning today. Boy I am pissed off. How on earth can a restaurant go wrong with a pizza.

Amazing pizza with porchini mushrooms. I highly recommend (yummy).Firezza pizza always make my day whenever I have challenging or tyring day. Also the staff is friendly and very chatty when you become regular. Well done guys, I❤️u.

Well .. It was Saturday night .. but order was for my kid and .... due at 20.38 I rang at ten past nine when they said another twenty five minutes. Pizza was hot and reasonable when it arrived but ... nothing great IMHO. Won't use again.

Second time I've had a cold pizza delivered. You don't order home delivery in order to have to put it in oven. I ordered one vegetarian and one with meat and they were packed in same box. Luckily my veggiw friend didn't mind but many would. Pizzas are good but should arrive warmer !!

I've been receiving a constant stream of unwanted spam texts since my one order with Firezza. They're sent from a withheld number, so there is no way to block them. This conduct is unlawful and borders on harassment.

Cannot fault this branch and even when they occasionally get things wrong, they are quick to put it right.

I placed an order for 2 pizzas at 19:11, at 22:06 we still didn't received the delivery. Called multiples time the shop, they answered once after we were waiting 2 hours saying the pizza was on his way. After 45 mins of that call still no delivery and nobody answering the phone. The staff didn't apologize for the delay. Very disappointing, we'll never order again!!!

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. It took 75 mins to be delivered when told 60 mins. For me, no big deal if the food is amazing but both were dry as if had been sitting around waiting to be sent out, being kept warm somewhere perhaps? To my suprise I now receive unwanted spam texts from them every couple of weeks to the mobile I ordered from, telling me I need to 'opt out' when I never 'opted in'. Smacks of despiration, probably due to a lack of repeat custom. Avoid.

Online. Ordered 1 Bufalina and 1 Gorgonzola (removed the chilli topping before checkout). Received 1 Marinara and 1 Gorgonzola with chilli seeds all over it. Called the customer service, the guy on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE, said it was all my fault because they received the order for Marinara (I hate anchovies, so would have never ordered it). I suspect there is an issue with their website, which picks up different pizzas @ the checkout. Overall, atrocious experience and gross pizza.

The restaurant is very clean but the pizza is very Poor. The ingredient are the cheapest so the pizza is poor

Our pizzas were never delivered. The manager told me he would not refund the money as we had put our "address wrong" - we hadn't.When I became angry - he said, "what's the big deal - it's only thirty quid"Very aggressive, rude and clearly not a business you can trust. Don't take your chances - the guys are crooks.... (and I say that as they stole £30 from me).

Always order pizza here it's great... never had a problem... I feel they provide great and quick customer support online

We ordered a couple of pizza's at 7.40. Within 45 mins waiting time for delivery. At 60 mins I called ... "oh yeah - we're cooking it now", they said. "15 mins it'll be with you". Another 30 mins - nothing Called back "we're trying to locate your order" er..... it's the one you lied to us about already dude!!!! The driver was on the phone. The manager was overwhelmed and wouldn't come to the phone. He hid. He wouldn't even take some constructive feedback. Just don't lie! Don't offer discounts on food that's not going to arrive. Just man up. Awful

Ordered a pizza. Wrong pizza arrived. The Manager was very rude. Eventually they said they'd change it. The next day we discovered they'd charged us three times for one pizza, the first one was handed back; they refused to replay the money so effectively stole from us. DO NOT USE.

The assistant manager of the Ealing branch is the rudest man I have ever encountered. Appalling. Monosyllabic, disinterested and downright rude. The pizza's not much better either. Never again.

This place isn't great, tried a few times and they seem to mess up your orders often. Last time they delivered when I opened the box the pizza was literally splashed oh the top side like it was dropped... crap service. Never again.

Pésimo servicio. Pizza fría y resultó tarde, lados donde frío también. Conductor de la entrega no está interesado. Llame para quejarme, me dijeron que estaban ocupados, así que la pizza era tarde y había un montón de entregas de conductor... Mi PROBLEMA ES QUE FIREZZA?! Ofrecieron 50% de descuento próximo pedido o conductor recoger alimentos y restitución. Allí no habrá una próxima orden así la restitución fue que tomó semanas!!

When checking the reviews, I was a bit surprised by the many negative reviews. We live in the N4 area and use Firezza frequently (at least once every 2 weeks) and have never had any issues with non- or late-deliveries. We have always received our (hot) order within 30-40 minutes.The pizzas really are amazing, and in contrast to the many pizza delivery services that do generic flavorless pizza, Firezza is doing delicious traditional Italian pizzas. They have a nice selection of pizzas with buffalo mozzarella on top of the more classic pizzas you would expect in a Italian style place. The side dishes are good as well. I've ordered the slightly spicy and lemony breaded chicken several times, and it's delicious.The price is slightly higher than other places, but the pizzas are really worth it. Also, they often provide meal deals where you get a side order or dessert for free or for +£2. Regular customers also get discounts (our last one was a £10 discount on 2 pizzas).For us, this is the place to get great pizza.

Waited nearly two hours for pizza to arrive, no one picked up the phones when I called to check. Got put on hold, cut off, no call back. When pizza arrived it was cold and tasteless. The delivery guy was rude, disinterested and unhelpful. Never again.

I had to wait two hours for my order. When it did arrive half of it was missing. I called and they wouldn't do anything. I paid £40 for an awful cold soggy pizza.

I was recommended Firezza via a vegan blog, great at least a pizza I can buy with vegan cheese! However the pizza was cold and frankly cheap, certainly not worth the expensive price they charged, I emailed the company last night and awaiting a response, will update when receivedI would not recommend Firezza at all unless you want to waste your money

Firezza used to be the quick go-to option when I was being lazy and didn't feel like cooking. The pizza used to be pretty good (decent quality ingredients and pretty tasty "basics" like the tomato sauce). However, the last two times, it's been a complete miss:Firstly, the "half meter" pizza has shrunk by perhaps 20%. But they have made it thicker and more doughy. Second, there is less filling on top and the "extras" that you can order are now delivered separate. Which meant that my buffalo mozzarella came in a separate bag so that I could put it on the pizza myself and then heat up in the oven. Strange.Thirdly, the drinks I've received have been different than those I've ordered.Not sure if they've changed ownership, changed concept, changed cooks or generally just become sloppy. But I wouldn't recommend Firezza.

The pizza was good but delivered cold and late. The second order never arrived, pizza ordered at 8pm, at 9:30pm was not delivered, I have called the horsney branch to discover that my order had not been processed. Not proper excuse given, the guy seemed happy when I requested my order to be cancelled.

Agree with some other reviews..............usually good this time a bad experience.First the order was late and on calling they told me it had been delivered! They called the driver who reported delivery; unbelievable!! Eventually it arrived but was cold.On complaining they send more but on arrival it was very greasy. This was two hours after first ordering.It is unlikely I will ever use them again. It is not cheap so would expect tip top service.

Ordered 2 pizzas which came together as one giant pizza - which would have been fine had one not been veggie and the other pepperoni! Made half the veggie pizza inedible because of the oils and topping overlap. We also weren't informed that the pizza was arriving half an hour late and no apology was provided.

I wouldn't normally complain about cheese but seriously... Drenched. The pizza base itself was/still is underdone. 1hr 20 delivery time. However having stated all that when they've got their A game on its great but that's 50% of the time and when you're parting with a fair amount of cash that just isn't good enough. I gave you guys a second chance, the first was a year ago. You can't lack consistency when you're dealing with people...

Decided to test this place for the first time, turns out their ordering system was broken so when I called them after an hour of patiently waiting the guy tells me that im better off cancelling my order as they are overwhelmed due to a bug in their system due to which he has only just received my order. Such a poor first experience, I will never be ordering from here again as they clearly don't have their act together.

I have been on the hunt for a regular pizza delivery around W14, and found it here.Great base, good selection, good quality, good flavour, and good value.Although suffered a late delivery last night, an apologetic card with free side on next order is a good win to pull us back from disappointment - how a company reacts to a drop in service is important.Although some sides have not been 'great', this is about pizza - and after testing many places around W14, this place became the go to delivery.

The pizza is great 99.9% of the time but on more than one occasion the online delivery and collection options say 'Closed'. What's the point in having online ordering if it doesn't work half the time?

After ordering a pizza on Christmas eve (which never arrived) I wrote to the customer service team. It took me some time to find the address as all the 'contact' links on the Firezza website are down. I had a message left for me, but after calling him twice and leaving messages I got no response - so gave up. I decided to go back last week and the pizza was cold and had way too many herbs on so any flavour was completely overwhelmed. I can't find anywhere to feed this back and feel like I have already put in more than my share of effort. I used to love Firezza pizza and have been a long time customer, but this has quite simply left a bad taste in my mouth.

An hour late, freezing cold pizza, and to top it off was inedible. Have made complaint to management so will have to wait and see their response. They claim to hold customer satisfaction in the highest regard.

After a couple of order errors and communication failures the management team got back to us and really seem to have turned things round.Firezza's pizza has always been one of the best in London so it's good to see the service matches the food.Great work guys!

This was my second time of using this pizza, restaurant .My first experiance produced a poor cold wrong order. I thought they may had by now ironed out any initial problems , however, their online ordering service wasn't working and when I called the direct phone number I was asked to call back in 20 minutes, I never had this problem with La Fiamma , they delivered within minutes , hot and tasty pizzas! So why can't this crew match up to their predecessor

I've always been a fan of Firezza pizza and on a recent visit the owner happened to be in the store going through a new pizza with the chef. They gave me a couple of slices while I waited for my actual pizza and it was awesome! Porcini mushrooms and the cream/truffle base (in place of tomato) were absolutely lovely and not the sort of ingredients I've had on a pizza before.Would highly recommend.

Bad food!! My family Was sick for 3 days after!! They forgot half Oder and replaced coldslaw for chicken wings!! Don't eat here!!

What a disappointment it has become, if there was consistency and good management it would make a real difference .I live round the corner from one in North London n4 really close , pizza has often been late cold, poor level of costumer service no apology for missing things off you know the irritating stuff and a level of arrogance which in the end they will pay for and people will go and simply spend their hard earned money elsewhere,if in a few years they are no longer around , remember where you heard it first .

We ordered two pizzas from Canary Wharf, one vegetarian one with meat. They forgot to send out the vegetarian one. They sent the driver back to get another pizza, who returned 30 minutes later with another meat one, being a vegetarian of course I didn't want to eat this. I called the company, and the boss accused me of lying, saying that the first pizza was vegetarian, so we showed the driver (who was very polite through the whole thing) the remainder of the first meat pizza. The manager then said it was "too late" to send another pizza even though they didn't close for another 2 hours. They said we had to still pay for the second meat pizza but we sent it back with the driver out of principal.Never again.

I stopped by on my way back to my hotel. I had the piccante and it was so good. I wish I had ordered extra cheese but all in all the pizza, time it took and price was excellent.

I got to say that I have ordered a firezza pizza twice now and both times its left me wanting more try the piccante with extra mozzella

Sounds like there are some poor experiences of Firezza. Mine was fine. The food was really really good, with crisp and thin pizza base perfectly baked, and lovely lean italian sausage topping. Excellent flavours. Delivery was prompt too. I've only used them once, but my friends use this delivery service every now and again and speak highly of it. So....go figure. If I try it again I'll report back...

Awful. The delivery never came and I was promised a refund within 5 days. Now 6 weeks of emailing and calling and it still hasn't been processed!! Dodgy company to say the least.

I've been waiting for 1.45 hrs. for their "less than 45 min" delivery. The store staff in Canary Wharf said "sorry, we are busy". That's it? Not buying here ever again.

Currently stood waiting for a pizza I ordered over an hour ago online. They claim not to have received the order. This is the third time I've had this problem. If I ever get this pizza it'll be the last.

Nice pizza, shame about the service. Was unconvinced the person taking our order understood what we were asking for, this proved to be correct as they got one of the sides wrong and forgot to bring the other one. We called about it and it was promised redelivery. 45 mins later we called back and were told that they had come back to redeliver and called our phone number, which wasn't true - considering we were sitting in our living room waiting to eat our pizza which was rapidly becoming cold we were, of course, eagerly listening out for it.Upon calling back again we could hear someone in the background who'd taken our order in the first place moaning that we were ringing back and complaining - classy. We were promised a free 12" pizza next time we ordered which I very much doubt that will actually happen. Basically we spent £26 on a pizza and side rocket salad and we won't be ordering from here again, shame the original owners of Firezza sold up a while a go, I guess this is what happens.

Durante la vita a Londra ho provato varie pizze a domicilio ma questa è la migliore in assoluto. Non le solite PizzaHut o Domino's questa è la vera pizza italiana!Buonissima anche se secondo me, il top è quella di Chiswick!

The pizza tasted good but it would have been better if it was warm!- Delivered late and not warm- Probably they delivered the wrong pizza- Wedges were not delivered although got charged

pizza is quite good but customer service very poor. Pizza arrived half an hour later than indicated, pizza was not only partly burned but also not the one ordered. When i wrote a mail to their customer service they didn't even bothered answering. Won't be using them anymore!

This is the best pizza I have ever had, its a shame that there are only a few places where you can buy this delicious pizza but its worth a drive if you live outside the delivery postcode. It is a PROPER pizza that is cooked in a PROPER oven, none of this thick nonsense! The prices are good for what you get, you have the choice of making your own pizza by adding the toppings that you fancy. There are often various promotions going on, get a leaflet inside. Definitely my favourite pizza, very tasty, recommended.

We ordered pizza while staying at a hotel in Battersea and it proved to be a great idea.We had 1/4m Vegetali and 1/4m Cotto, plus chicken wings and banoffee pie for £25 which or a meal in London is great value. For a small appetite this is too much, but for a healthy appetite this is perfect. Whilst ordering over the phone was a bit of an ordeal, it was delivered within half an hour of putting the phone down and we were really pleased with the quality. The base was thin and crispy, the toppings generous and fresh, and the garlic mayo was ideally flavoured. The banoffee pie really needed chilling so remember to do that when it arrives if you order it.Overall, we were really pleased with the pizza and would order again!

Tasteless, expensive also my salad & coleslaw had tipped out the bag look like it had been stood on very very disappointing

Zero stars.I first ordered delivery from this place when it first opened. The pizza was great and toppings were fresh and generous- nice big slices of veggies and meat. I ordered more recently and was disappointed but thought I would give it one more chance. Wish I hadn't. It is even worse. I ordered the Firezza and the toppings are nearly non-existent. I paid £1.50 for 2 anchovies?! Are you kidding me?! There is so little topping I can see the dough base mainly. This used to be a more quality pizza place but now, for the same expensive original price, it is even worse than pizza hut.

Great fresh pizza right to your door ! not the cheapest by any means but better to get fresh ingredients and a stone baked base ,its as good as a decent resturant pizza and the same price ! there are some deals but not enough.Expect to pay around £15 to £20 per head but at least you wont be disappointed ,dserts are great so are sides and salads ,The best delivery pizza in North London,

Went when it had just opened and had a very good fish dish which was a special. Went again, noticed their pizzas are HUGE would be perfect for two not starving people to share I would have thought. Didnt want pizza however and had a very disappointing main which I ate so little of we werent charged for.

I'm a huge lover of pizza express, so when I discovered a Firezza menu in my letterbox I was intrigued.I ordered the rustica, from the Wandsworth branch. The pizza came within the hour and I also got a 15% discount for ordering on the mobile app. The pizza was quite tasty a little burnt around the edges and they were a little to generous with the oregano but overall I'd say it was worth it. Tasted much better then Pizza Hut or Dominos! I will totally be ordering from them again. If only they did something similar to a pollo ad astra & I'd be in pizza heaven!

I ordered from the Canary Wharf branch and had the Speck Pizza. Even though you can see the open oven cooking your pizza it doesn't mean it has been cooked properly. The pizza i had was too salty, the cheese was not melted, some of the speck was overcooked and some were not cooked, and the rocket was literally just thrown on.Good for those nights where you just really can't be bothered to cook, otherwise I would not really recommend it.

Pizza arrived stone cold. Took over an hour. Driver very very miserable and no apology. Enough said No i can go onchicken wings also stone cold forget this and back to pizza express

I have eaten Firezza pizza a few times, both eating in and taking out. Each time I have found the pizza delicious crisp and very tasty.The toppings are great, clearly fresh and of good quality, and the branch itself (I have been to Canary Wharf) is contemporary and clean. You can see them making the pizzas in the massive pizza oven, which is also pretty cool.It is a little more expensive than bigger chains (Dominos etc) but it is not by much and I definitely think it is worth it.

Terrible customer service on the telephone and complete silence from Head Office after writing to complain. Despite the fact that Firezza had delivered just a matter of weeks before, I called one evening to find that my postcode was not 'in the system'. I asked more about this system but to no avail. The manager was incredibly rude. It seemed that as a non-customer on this occasion, he could speak to me anyway he chose. It's a pity because the FIrezza menu is good and the quality generally high. But gourmet competitors are multiplying (eg Basilico) and customer service will be the differentiator - why spend money (or attempt to spend money) with a business that can't even extend common courtesy?Epic fail.

My partner and I ordered Pizza and some sides from Firezza on Saturday night. I was impressed that the order arrived in 30 minutes and was really nice. The sides were good too - we had side salad and potato wedges. My only complaint would surround the fact that the delivery guy didn't have any change at all! This was our second delivery from here and both have been good.

Awful. Waited 1 1/2 hours for our order (1/2 metre pizza) and then they brought the wrong one. The delivery guy gave us the small cold wrong pizza and said he'd be back with our original order. An hour later, still waiting, we called them up and were told we'd been happy to accept the cold wrong pizza, that cost less than our order. They claimed they couldn't refund us, so we are now still waiting for our original order. They offered us a discount on our next one but I will never order from them again.

I had to order delivery pizza yesterday and this company's menu had come through the door very recently. Thought I'd give it a try. The flyer looks great and exudes quality. Brown rough 'ecological' paper is the theme, much nicer than say Pizza hut's or Dominoes' promotional material. It looks very much like Basilico's menu, a pizza that I rate quite highly.Unfortunately the rest of my experience was not on par with the flyer. For starters the call operator barely spoke English - i end to be quite patient and accommodating for such cases, but when someone cant even take the correct order or credit card details you start thinking if they should be in the back room cooking instead. I had to speak to the supervisor after about 5 minutes, who took the straightforward order in no time at all.The pizzas themselves were nothng to write home about. They were edible, but for the price, I expected quality of another level. Unfortunately for Firezza, there's just so much competition in this sector that I wont be bothering with them again. They've had their chance with me and they blew it. As such I will neither be recommending it to anyone who I know.The flyer is already in the recycling bin - perhaps it will be made into a Dominoes menu!

I used to use the Wandsworth branch 1-2 times a month & even received a loyalty card for being a frequent customer giving me 10% off very order..delivery was always prompt, staff always pleasant & efficient on the phone, delivery quick & most imporatntly pizzas were fresh & very tasty.We also used to "sit in" occasionally, but now the tables aren't even made up & staff just seem to use the tables for doing their paperwork or their breaks.The last 4 occasions I have ordered from this branch the pizzas have been soggy & had obviously been out of the oven for quite some time & staff not quite as efficient on the phones. Delivery times have crept up & the pizzas toppings were more sparse than before.In the last 18 months or so I am also receiving frequent text messages regarding Firezza special offers & despite repeated requests to both the branch & Firezza HQ to take me off their database I am still receiving them.Firezza have completely lost touch with their clientele & now offer a product below that of my local Pizza Hut at a premium price........I now use a great little independent further along Garratt Lane called "La Salvia" who appear to actually want my custom.

Hi, On Saturday evening, 30/01/10, I placed an online order, for a meal deal and some drinks and as per the advert it should have come with a free garlic bread. A short time later the pizza arrived, stone cold with the garlic bread missing. Straight away I called the store, where the guy told me sorry, and that it would be delivered shortly. The garlic bread never arrived.We have placed a few orders for home delivery before and have been quite impressed with the quality and style of the pizzas delivered, however on this occasion, we feel that the service has been very sub standard.

I love this place! The ingredients are good quality, and the pizza is delicious. The service is usually quick (I order from the Wandsworth branch). Bizarrely, I think it even works out cheaper than alternative (and far lesser quality) pizza takeaways. All in all, I've never had a bad experience with this place, and I must have ordered at least 10 times.
