A great place in crouch end for pizza.

First time pizza was not cooked through. Was very doughy, tomatoe sauce made it worse, picked up a slice and it was just sloppy. So we stuck it in the oven for about 10 mins and it was fine. First time this has happened, to be fair from the time of ordering and delivery was very quick maybe too quick hence very soggy base.

I went today around 4:20 to get three pizzas, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. One guy named Francisco helped me, waited for me, and assisted me in deciding my order. Thank you so much

Very bad pizza had twice still didn’t like it

I have ordered now twice from the app. This second time I ordered the app told me transaction didn’t get through. I ordered again. I received the call from Denin , such a lovely professional guy, apparently he told me the app does this to other customers. he applied refund for the second transaction. Dominos should fix this. It happened when i use ApplePay.

The service of the staff leaves much to be desired , I was waiting to place the order, no one spoke or gave an answer for 10 min.

Got the wrong pizza delivered, had to call 4 times to get it replaced, terrible service and terrible staff, not helpful and hangup if you complain. Would not recommend this place for delivery. The delivered food even looks burnt and little to no cheese on the pizza.

Pathetic. I just ordered a create your own with beef, pepper, onions and mushrooms.....would you believe that they put one single piece of beef on each slice....PISSTAKE, JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!

Asked for potato wedges with my meal of a cheeseburger pizza and chicken kickers and was given an extra veggie pizza that I didn’t want, it was late so I accepted the mistake to not cause a problem but it was quite an egregious error and I paid for the extra pizza because I thought he put through the potato wedges, other than the bad English the service was fine and the food was fine also, just double check with the cashiers as their English isn’t the best.

I can’t believe how Domino’s given license to this guys…..

Cannot believe the conversation my Daughter has just had with this store. They delivered a wrong item and she rang up asking for that item to be refunded, its too late at night to be bothering with replacements. They suggest they will process a refund but MUST collect the wrong item. Excuse you? Who wants to faff with you collecting a wrong item when we have already said no we don't want a replacement cause its too late. The fact this is your version of being helpful is disgraceful. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL. We will not be ordering from here ever again. What a joke.

I have been told i cant order a big order over 25£ over the phone. Dont make sense so i could order two large pizzas but the moment i add sides i cant. And i could assure you i am not confused. I am ordering 110£ worth of food adter this review through online system

I waited 1 hour for a pizza to be delivered! THE MANAGER FRACESSCO WAS VERY RUDE! MY HOUSE IS ONE ROAD AWAY FROM THERE SHOP! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My pizza had the wrong toppings and had a thin crust that I had not ordered. 20 pound for some bread and cheese and you couldn't even get the order right. Lots of better pizza takeaways available avoid this nonsense

They were being really rude. I was trying to get pizzas for my sons birthday party and they accused me of prank calling them. They definitely deserve this one star rating.

Ordered from here a few times and this place has never cooked my pizza properly it's always soggy and the cheese is not melted in the middle. how people can eat pizza like that I will never know. I shouldn't have to cook my pizza when it arrives. When I've complained to the stupid manager who can't speak English he has asked me if I like the pizza burned??? How dumb does this guy think I am? I just told him naa mate I like my pizza cooked properly. Fool!

Ordered through the app, i’ve chosen tomato sauce instead of Bbq sauce on the meteor pizza. Unfortunately it was delivered with bbq sauce, I hate it. No option to complain or give feedbacks on the app. I’m pretty disappointed.

NEVER ORDER AGAIN, 1hrs 15mins after ordering I called for an update and the staff said they tried to deliver but Failed (apparently they called my phone, once, but I never had any missed calls, liers!!!!!) I will tell all my friends never order from this store again

Terrible service, made an order over the phone after looking at there website, family feast witch consisted of 2 large pizza 2 side and a bottle of soft drink for the price of 23.99. They then rang to say they no longer offer that deal despite advertising it on there website they then said I couldn't have that deal but would have to pay 29 pound, I asked politely if they would allow me to have 2 garlic pizza bread instead of 1 and a potion of wedges, both where the same price they refused but then offered to do it for me if I payed an extra 3 pound. Even tho there was no difference in price... they are defiantly running a scam to change customers more than needed I recommend checking the price online before ordering..

Quite a long wait for a pizza, chicken was good but thay failed with my gelato. I ordered peanut butter and I got chocolate marshmallow stuff. Disgusting

Ordered from here just yesterday. The lady on the phone took 30 minutes to take my order and when she finally got it we finalised that I was to pay £32.98. After waiting a good hour, the pizzas still had not arrived. We called them back and they could not find my order. Spoke with the manager and he did not even offer to redo the order. He just started saying how they were a franchise and there is nothing he can do to fix the situation. He also said that they have no head office number and just an email. I've ordered from here before with no problems but will never be ordering from here again as the customer service was poor and I ended up having to order Pizza Hut which I will be doing from now on.
