They have totally changed their menu. Nothing really appeals to my taste buds

My first time ordering from Papa jhons and my last time.The worst service I had. My order not was delivered to my and the funy part was when I call them to ask for my order they say my order was given to my neighbours, I ask my my refund and they say in 1 week you get your refund is pass 1 months and I don't have back my money . Not anymore Papa jhons.

I have just had the loveliest customer service. I phones about a wrong order and a new one got immediately sent over to me. So sweet !

With no-fuss things are good as expected for timing and taste , I’m eating here around 7 years and I don’t remember a bad pizza at all I think it’s good enough to have fast takeout

The shift runner named Kay just gave me the best food experience I can remember in a long time. People like Kay, makes the world better. I wish he is protected at all times. Wonderful man!

This is a take away , so atmosphere isn't a valid question. However The food was great, the delivery fast, and the price, very reasonable. I'd say for takeaway pizza, this place is pretty near the best for it's price bracket.

I used the Papa John app to order ahead for collection. Food was to usual high standard However upon arrival a delivery Rider or someone wearing the same outdoor Clothing was boxing up orders which doesn't seem hygienic to myself. Initially I was ignored upon my entrance when I stated i had a order for collection. When another person entered the shop he immediately stopped and asked him if he was OK. So I had to wait for them to finish to ask about my order. Wouldn't Bother visiting again Reported my feedback to Papa John after collection and haven't heard back from them.

I am often served by lady boss and she does a great job. Very friendly, helpful and great service.

Delivered a pizza today was an absolute mess and the pizza arrived in a big lump. Tried to call to let them know and hopefully get a replacement and was hung up on. Terribly low standards and during a cost of living crisis when people are only treating themselves to takeaway very rarely. Couldn’t eat the pizza went in the bin.

Tried to order for collection so I called not to wait long. So the guy asks for my phone number, it's new I don't know it and I never call myself so I don't need to. So he couldn't take my order if I don't give him my phone number. I said is the one I calling you from, he said he can't see it! Seriously it's 2022 probably the only place without a caller ID in London!! Had to order from other place! Lol!

Last night, I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with pepperoni instead of ham. The pizza that was delivered was covered in pineapple, but it looked like they had cut maybe 2 slices of pepperoni into bits and spread them over the (x large) pizza. Because my partner and I were engrossed in a movie while eating it, we didn't notice the lack of pepperoni until we had each eaten a couple of slices. At this point, apparently it is too late to make a claim about quality and get a refund! Very disappointing - will be looking for a replacement for our pizza deliveries from now on.

Papa John's Haringey is a really good store. Food is always delicious and arrives in great condition. I had a issue recently with my garlic slices not having enough cheese, so I contacted the store. I received excellent customer service from the manager Azeem! He fixed the problem on my next order immediately. Azeem is PROFESSIONAL & VERY FRIENDLY! He is very willing to help and is very polite I highly recommend to order from this branch. I am a regular customer!😊😉

Had a good experience. However, you have to explain exactly what you want on there. Came out fresh and nicely made even at closing hours.

Shocking. Took the order but never sent it. Recommend you try other local pizza places.

Two bad experiences in a row. One order took half an hour in the phone to be understood correctly. Second order came wrong, they even called to say that they’d put the wrong toppings on one of my pizzas and if it would be ok like that. I said I wanted what I ordered, they ignored me and sent it out anyway. Had to send both pizzas back. Tried to compensate me by giving me a code for a free large pizza and come to find they gave me a used code. This Papa Johns is the worst. NEVER order from here. Go somewhere else or make your own, it feels like you’re constantly rolling a dice to see if you’ll actually get what you want. Terrible.

Got my order wrong! Plus put a note on my order to call me then the driver calls complaining he’s been ringing my bell for 10 minutes in the cold… I have no bell. Abysmal.

I order from the Green Lanes branch every Friday. Best pizza in London for my money. It's usually Azeem that I deal with there, who is great. Food is always wonderful, delivery on time & value for money is better than any other pizza chain I've ordered from. x

I LOVE THIS PLACE. They dont attempt to make coffee lol. But at least they are honest about what they do. They make the best pizza. They listen. They care. The manager is the sweetest man, if something isnt right he puts it right. Lately found a gem called Aysha, hope she wont mind me mentioning her by name, she is a STAR. The manager is a STAR also. The flavours are great, the pizza is quick. They communicate. Whats not to like. If ever they slip up please give these people a chance, because they care enough to put things right. There was one blunder once and ever since then they do their total best to make sure everything is fantastic. THATS all people can do in life, we all make mistakes, but humility and sincerity and offering to put things right puts these folk high up in my estimation. Thanks guys.

Never deliver my correct order, always forget something, say they will put notes on the accounts for free food to compensate for missing items, when you try to claim this there are no notes and nobody knows what you're talking about. Pizza is burnt most of the time, if you add or take things off the pizza they never do it. Wouldn't recommend

Very very poor! I waited over 1.5 hours for my pizza to arrive... Cold, hard and not very tasty. I rang 4 times only to be greeted with rudeness and lies! I will not order from Papa John's again!

Ordered food from their website, paid and received a confirmation email. Had to ring after an hour of the tracker not updating and was told they didn't know anything about it, and they couldn't help.

Excellent service and delicious pizza. Best vegan menu of all the local pizza places has to offer. The vegan works pizza is loaded with fresh ingredients and very tasty. The vegan chicken bites are delicious and you get loads. Loved the marmite and vegan cheese rolls too, so good. I realised after I placed my order that I asked for collection by mistake so I called and a very friendly and helpful guy organised for my food to be delivered without any fuss and it was delivered very quickly, thank you.

Fine dining this is not. A fine line from having my taste-buds & sensibilites insulted -this 'mos-def' IS !. After navigating language barriers on the phone; the (new recruit / pizza maker) finally got my order correct (sigh) ... Just one pizza. He said it would take an hour to deliver to me so I said I would collect. I got there in 20 minutes as he suggested. It wasn't ready. The place was empty. No staff, no customers outside. Finally he was ready, I paid. I asked him about a bottle of 7UP, then some random guy off the street -looking like he'd fallen off the back of a lorry, dirty face to match his dirty attitude and WEARING NO MASK (during lockdown) appeared close behind me. I was taken aback, he interrupted the conversation I was having with the server about my order and wanted attention. The server looked startled by the scruff guy and stopped serving me without completing my order to answer the scruffs questions. My pizza was getting cold & I wanted to go home. Then the ugly looking character behind me who had not come to collect an order and had no purpose being there continued to provoke an argument as he exited. Eventually the server closed the door (which never should have been open during pandemic). Haringey! .. what can I say, its like the Wild wild west at times. Ladies beware ! Be escorted and if you have dogs keep them close; as these low lives are roaming the streets often now; disregarding etiquette & common decency.

My go-to pizza shop! This papa john’s not only has the best pizzas also has the best costumer service, I ordered twice this week from them because once wasn’t enough to stop my pizza craving and on the second time the manager Azeem was kind enough to offer me a free delivery so I could use my rewards. I definitely feel rewarded and I’ll keep buying pizzas from this branch in the future.

Ordered a pizza. Got a confirmation. Waited for an hour. Called to see when it would be delivered and told they had cancelled the order and closed the kitchen. Still waiting for a refund. Second time this has happened.

The worst pizza ever. We ordered meaty one and some of the meat on the pizza was off. Second pizza, what can I say, tomato sauce was sweet, just rank. That garlic sauce its pretty awful too. In addition it arrived late. The dough was too thick and too soft, smelled and tasted funny, to the point it made us feel sick. Would not order again and would definitely not recommend.

Ordered twice from here. Good quality pizzas for decent prices. Cooking time was around 10minutes for two pizzas which is pretty fast! The tracking page on the website is very handy and seems accurate

The pizza was dry, bland and tasted like it was a few days old and just reheated. I won't be back.

Food was about 45 minutes late. There were no updates from the initial confirmation of the order recieved to the late delivery itself. The phone number was busy most of the time and when I did get through, nobody picked up. That said, still better than another pizza delivery website that charged my card and then decided that they couldn't process my order. Food was all right, better than the other place I've eaten on here. Only two things, garlic dip wasn't great and crusts were a bit chewy. The rest was gud
