Sutton Pizza and Kebab House in East Lindsey

Phoned order in told 25mins arrived 5 mins early asked for my order he just put it on counter asked for money and turned around wot a ignorant man got food home was stone cold chips were cold and raw kebab meat was like rubber avoid at all cost

Over charged me for a kebab and chips so enjoy a picture of the after math the rip off scum. He is a very sly man beware of going here!

Worse takeaway I've ever had the displeasure of visiting coming from Ireland. Frozen chips, frozen so called "chicken" burgers, donor meat covered in so much vinegar that it becomes tasteless apart from acidly taste of the vinegar. Burger also had no sauces that could of hid the tasteless mess within. As Gordon Ramsey would say "shut it down" Salty's a far nicer spot with proper chips By the way they got it back over the counter after my dog didn't even want it... Due to to much vinegar

Order was incorrect, went back to complain & was met with sniggering & laughing, a rubbish explanation of what they were prepared to do to resolve the situation i.e nothing & a women walking away muttering under her breath in a foreign language. Meat was dry & cold, very little salad…..not worth the hefty price of over £9! We get twice as much meat & salad for less at home. Will not be returning!

We've not been for a couple of years, used to be a good quality kebab house but now it's just terrible. The other day we had: A special kebab - far more expensive than it used to be and half the size, meat dry, no offer of sauce, miniscule amount of salad and missing ingredients from the kebab mix. Chips, salad and garlic sauce - the chips were cold and chewy, there was one slice of tomato and about a teaspoon of cabbage and one piece of onion - not really a salad! The the garlic sauce....urgh, it was horrendous. Tasted off and plastic-y. Of course that was all over the chips so it made the whole thing pretty inedible. Pepperoni pizza - possibly the only thing that was 'ok' - however it was super salty, ready made chewy base and to be honest, I'd rather not bother with the calories! I should have gone back and complained, but we felt rather intimidated by a man sitting in there (the boss??) just watching everything we did, listening to our conversation and chiming in, and telling us what to order. We won't be back again, will stick to fish n chips as our seaside treat!

Had a take away kebab but were not over impressed with the quality of the 'meat'. Flavour and texture where not the best. Efficient service.

We haven’t ordered from here in a while and I won’t be again. Large pepperoni pizza appeared to be lacking in pepperoni! You were the best local kebab shop by far but you have certainly lost my vote. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Do not eat here. I ordered 2 chicken kebab. They didn't smell fresh so missus dint eat hers but I had mine. I only ate a few bites then left it. 2 hrs later it started and Iv been ill for 3 days now. I have no proof but that's all I ate that afternoon. I spoke to a friend that was delivery driver for the business and he said they don't follow the hygiene code. I will be making a complaint to the appropriate services today

2 leaflets this week Thought Winter, Need to support local business. Do not! Kebab awful Shiesh? Donner? Has this business ever seen a decent Kebab? Don't think so. Had kebabs all over country and Europe. All different as expected, but this was awful. Best thing was picked red cabbage in salad. Has owner ever tasted his products? Donner tasteless and beige. Minced meats of chicken? Shish?( Kofte yes.) Clueless. IT is not rocket science but whole of area including Chapel and Mablethorpe have not got a clue as far as take away food is concerned. Expensive poor quality Kebabs. Do not waste your money!Best do without!

I use to love this place especially the donna meat but I noticed it has changed it is no longer thin and well cooked its more soggy and under cooked. Such a shame as I loved this place.

This is the first time I've ordered a takeaway from here for ages, price increase yet again!! Ordered 2 large donner kebabs, the meat was dry as a bone and dark brown. Speaking of bones... My wife's kebab was loaded with bone or cartilage, take your pick of which it was. Mine looked liked it had been hacked of the spit with nice bits of bone in it. And needless to say it went in the bin. £6.50 for a kebab is a joke. They even charge you 80p for a small poxy tub of sauce. This is the last time I have anything from this place and that's a fact. My advice is stay clear unless you like bones.

We often order dinner from here .. and it's always superb , not the cheapest ...but you get what you pay for.. the mixed Kebab is very good ..

I use this place often and can't understand people having any reservations about the food. Absolutely great takeaway food

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! Good service and good range of salad. Not sure how you could fault them.

Got a kebab tonight it tasted cheap and like it was yesterday's meat warmed up , salad was no better , never again, he also licked his fingers to open carrier bag and didn't was his hands , £6:50 can get a lot better kebab in Nottingham for £ 3:50

How does it go from 3.80 to 6 pound for a garlic bread with cheese. I have managed a business with kebabs and pizzas. Its shocking.

Just had a pizza delivered ate 2 slices then noticed a dead fly in it rang to complain the owner said not my fault and hung up the phone will never use this takeaway again disgusting and food ain't that good either

I would never eat from here again not hygienic at all staff just about give you a grunt when you talk to them the food is thrown together. Holiday makers may use it but they dont care as they wouldn't know or were they caught a bug we love here and believe me avoid this.dirty place

Ordered 2 doner burgers a portion of chips and a tub of garlic sauce. The menu states that burgers come with fresh salad but we didn’t get any and we didn’t realise this until we got back home, the doner meat didn’t taste brilliant and was if it wasn’t cooked properly, the chips were okay and garlic sauce was alright. Also, the doner burger was just a handful of doner meat in a bun, we assumed it would also come with a beef burger considering it was £5 each. We realised after we got back home that the order should of come up to £12.40 but we were charged £14.. it’s not something we thought about when we ordered as we had a long day and just wanted something quick to eat. Will never go back here, I suggest people avoid this place.

Had takeaways most weeks from this place, never really had any complaints with the food or service until they increased the prices massively. The kebabs used to be £5.50 now they are £6.50 the pizzas have gone up in price to restaurant prices. Even put the pots of sauce up by 30p. Because of the price increase we left it a few months. But foolishly rang up for a Donna Kebab just before xmas and it was the worst we have ever had. The meat was like cardboard the pitta bread was rock hard too. Don't put your prices up and lower the standard of the food!!! We wont be back. We now go to Alford!!!!

completely disappointed with the lack of customer service at this place, we are currently on holiday staying in a rented house not far from the takeaway, we rang for a delivery and we obviously explained the name of the house and the street we are staying . the man my husband spoke to handed the phone to the delivery driver who was extremely rude and couldn't understand why we didn't know if it was a left or a right turn off a road we hadn't heard of..she was very rude and sharp towards myself and my husband then because of this we explained that we no longer wanted the delivery as it was to much hassle for them, 2 mins later we recived a phone call from the man we first spoke to telling us we had to have the food as he had already started cooking it he then told us we HAVE to come and collect it now... very very annoyed and as a business owner myself this is the worst customer service i have ever come across and i would not stand for this from any of my staff !!!!

Discusting garlic bread was hard swimming in grease they rang as forgot mushrooms so cause said we wanted them took it back to shop and just slapped on top. Kebab was swimming in grease the carrier bag it came in was swimming in grease as well when phoned up was told it look nice when I cook it and then said I dong understand u

The chicken breast was lovely but the chips that were bought as a side were almost black and extremely dry. I assume they must have forgotten about them but they shouldn't ha been served. Ruined my takeaway :(

Really can't believe that this take away has the rating it has ! First of all we waited for 35 minutes for our pizza's to be cooked , totally understood why when we got them home , burnt base and burnt cheese and the toppings (pineapple and mushrooms) were tinned which had soaked through to the base . The £23 we spent was a complete waste of money and I've never known any pizza house to use tinned toppings ever .

Este es un buen lugar para conseguir una sabrosa comida rápida cuando el tiempo es corto. Comido una gran variedad de comida y los niños-siempre una ventaja. El estándar de la comida es buena, lo que más que compensa el precio.

Sólo tenía comida para llevar en este lugar - una comida y una excelente relación calidad-precio no puedo creer la velocidad de entrega. Volveré seguro.

Warm welcome from all staff. However, food was over priced -£17 for 1 10" pizza and 1 kebab. Pizza was under cooked and kebab missing spice. Very mundane experience.

Food cooked to order and delicious every time. Good friendly staff and clean environment. Good sized portions and very tasty. Would definitely recommend

i have tried a variety of food on offer here as i live locally. pizzas are fresh and handmade. the kebabs are tasty and plentyful especially the chicken kebab thats a must try.

I went for a chicken kebab to this place, I was told not to go to the one over the road by a local colleague.So I enter and look at the menu board and see chicken kebab £7.40........scandalous I thought £7.40 for some chicken chunks in a cheap pitta bread with some lettuce on top,tourist prices in a town that just happens to be near the coast.Anyway to the food,chicken not bad but just chicken ,lettuce ok but the chilli sauce was water based and sank to the bottom of the pitta bread making it impossible to pick up as it has turned to a mushy gloop,never again.

We've used this pizza shop twice in the last week, both times we've ordered phone and collected. I can't comment on the delivery service. First of all, the chips are more like fries in a smallish carton and if you're after traditional chips there's plenty of choice in Sutton.BUT, the pizza? I can't stress how nice they are. Loaded with scrumptious toppings and laden with cheese, these pizzas are unbeatable. All ingredients and side salads are crispy fresh and I wasn't joking when I said they're the best for at least 20 miles. It's not a chippy so don't expect it to be one. It's an amazing pizza parlour and unrivalled in my opinion. Give it a try. Probably the most unassuming and unnoticeable takeaway in Sutton. A little gem.

After a night of a few beers thankfully this place was open until 11, everywhere else stops serving food early! After much deliberation we went for the Sutton Special for 2. 2 pittas (wrapped separately so not soggy) a good size side salad and a tray full of excellent meat. Good on yer. Will revisit whenever we are in the area.

We only order takeaway pizzas plus chips, salad etc and the pizzas have always been very good quality, tasty, hot and plentiful toppings. Good variety - one of the few places that ever has a proper sea food pizza. Yes, there is a wait as it is all done fresh and if there are a lot of customers, this cannot be avoided.

Live locally and use this takeaway quite a lot, never had a bad meal, this weekend for example, ordered 2 mixed kebabs, cheese burger, chips with cheese and a garlic pizza bread, delivered well in the time they said and all lovely. The portion sizes are big, staff really friendly and it always looks very clean. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a take away from hear and it's was disgusting it's was cold the chips were hard all the food was swimming in grease,the donna meat was really thin and curled up like it had been sat waiting for ages and to top it all off the order was not even right so phoned to complain and they said once it has left the shop they cnt do anything and that I would have to pay for another one really !!!!! And to top it all off they have put the prices up massively it's disgusting it's just greed but they have used the same menu hoping you don't notice crafty !!!! I will never ever ever eat hear again !!!!!!!!!!

Just had a take away from the Sutton Pizza & Kebab House we ordered Chicken Shish and large chips (could have had small chips) huge amount and there was only 2 of us The chicken was beautiful, tender and I am very fussy but through the meal kept saying really lovely and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was the first time we had used this Take Away Restaurant and would HIGHLY recommend it the gentleman who delivered was so polite You must support this Take Away in Sutton on Sea they truly deserve it
