The most rudest person I ever did speak to: rung and said the chips were cold and still frozen in the middle. Put phone down!!!! We have 3 orders before yours? I hat you want us to do? 3 orders make the chips cooked! Most families save for a meal like this all month. 3 times I rung back and he put the phone down. Awful customer service.

Popped in with family for a quick easy tea!! It was delicious! So good, I made a special trip back next night for more!! Next time I'm in area I will definately be going back!!

Ordered a wrap it came soaked in grease they didn't bother to roll it.. it was more like a tortilla wrap with soggy salad, meat & a few chips on the side which tasted OK

We're on Butlins caravan park, just ordered from here for 2nd night running ( they deliver to the gate )... really quick 20 mins both nights, food good portions and really nice, pizzas really really nice.

Ordered food, waited an hour and half, called was told it was in a queue and would be delivered in next batch, waited another half an hour to be told it would be sent in the next batch, they couldn't tell me how long before delivery so had to cancel. Very disappointing, won't order from there again.

I don’t normally leave reviews but after our takeaway today I had to! Food was absolutely amazing - large portions and fresh! Best kebabs I have had in years! I would definitely recommend - all the food was lovely ☺️

fast delivery, good hot food and polite staff, best place in Skegness for a takeaway the only downside is you can’t order online and pay by card, amazing food none the less. On the take away leaflet it says free delivery over ££ but no matter the fact I always spend over the delivery drivers always charge me.

Great takeaway food ! Headed out of Butlins to find some decent food and found a gem of a takeaway. Good food & service. No messing around. Everything we ordered(salads&sauces) was in the bag when I got back to our digs ! Will defo return if I’m in Skegness again 👍🏼 Good chilli sauce also, looked homemade, not to mild and not to hot

Just ordered a combination kebab £13 ! One pita hardly any meat and cold ….more salad than meat, with chips meal for one £15 ! Cold !

Excellent customer service. Excellent food. One of the best Donner pizzas I have had. Plenty of Donner meat on there too! 😋🤤 And great value for money. The Mrs had a Donner meat and chips also Donner meat did seem a tad undercooked. But but there was no consequences 😂 and was very tasty. 😊👍 Overall very impressed and will visit there again in the future. Was recommended to us by the Mrs's father and he's not wrong! They did exceeded expectations. Thank you for a fantastic meal. 😊👍

Long wait and good greasy! Did the job as we were tired and needed food, but had higher expectations. Although ok for a pit stop. We had x 2 cheese burgers and chips and cheese. Portions were great! They charge you for a pot of sauce though!!

Had a pizza it was more like a cake Thick horrible undercooked dough Tomato base was very watery. Had sickness and diahrea not good I’ve ate from here many times and never been I’ll but yesterday was bad Never again. Avoid. If you want good fresh cooked pizza go to alford pizza king

Me and my partner are seriously picky when it comes to choosing takeaway food especially for pizzas around skegness when we are on holiday, and I have to say milano's is absolutely amazing! The food we received was absolutely perfect! We ordered a donner wrap which was on point with flavour! Ham and pineapple pizza for my partner and he absolutely loved it! Said milanos is officially his go to for pizza! And we had a garlic bread with cheese which again was perfectly made! Definitely would recommend and will definitely be returning! Thank you Guys!

Really not happy with this service. Ordered about 20 mins ago, food came quick but the driver was so rude. Not a hello whistled handed me the food and just walked off. Really not satisfied with the customer service just poor

Chicken pizza was really spicy so I call up and asked why to be told all there chicken is spicy and nothing she can do about it. Due to having a severe reaction to spice I have to avoid it at all costs or could end up in hospital. Needless to say no offer to replace it and suggested they note it on the menu to which the reply was nothing I can do other that apologize. Been using this place for year but after this will definitely not be going back

Price keeps going up and the food gets worse , just orderd a margarita pizza and it was sooo uncooked and hardily any pureé sauce , been a regualar for years, not anymore , rather go to macdonalds. No passion

We Have been having food from milano's most weekends but never again after Saturday nights experience over 2 hours wait! Ended up cancelling the order after ringing 2 times and being told they was just waiting for a driver then a driver turns up with our neighbours order that he had ordered 45 minutes after we had. Absolute joke as I've said very disappointed and won't be going back

Ordered 62 on the menu, a mixed lamb and chicken shish. Ordered 2 portions of chips to go with it. Chips were soggy refried mush. Kebab was the cheaper mixed doner. Meat was fatty, tasteless. Portion size was big but the food was terrible. Staff were polite but when you point to what you want on the menu and they give you a cheaper alternative it’s hard to believe they are honest. Worst kebab I have ever had

Ordered a mixed lamb and chicken skewer (62 on menu). Was given a mixed donner. Really greasy and tasteless. Just couldn’t eat it. The chips were warmed up mush. Not tried anything, Staff were polite but when you actually point to what you want then they give you a cheaper alternative, in a knotted plastic bag so you don’t check, it’s hard to believe they are honest.

Ordered whilst on holiday twice, both different meals both very nice.

My son is very nervous speaking on the phone and at 14 year old I am trying to encourage him to be independent as this is something autistic people struggle with!! My son asked politely enquiring about some prices, the disgusting woman on the phone replied go away and slammed the phone down not giving him chance to ask about food prices!! Oh my lord this food is delicious! If you enjoy your food then you'll love what Milanos has to offer. I'm a regular and have been for the past 5 years. When my stomach rumbles I pick up the phone and order my self a milanos!! the best Pizza in skegness, you have to try it! In all the years i've never had an issue with this place! 10/10 :-D

You talk about fast food! This place is quick! As a local i use this every time! Beautiful! Recommend the 12" hot and spicy pizza! Does me for dinner and breakfast the next day! Its also an open kitchen u can watch your food being prepared and cooked! Pizza lady is rapid! No messing around job done!
