The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. If you choose to drink in the Ship Inn across the road, as long as the pub isn't serving food, they'll allow you to take the food from hillbilly's inside the pub. Just another heads up, the owner of hillbillys also owns the Axe and Cleaver in Huttoft, a few miles up the road, where again, they serve excellent food. Well worth a visit to either place.

estimate for delivery was 60 to 75 minutes but it was delivered piping hot in 30 minutes food was delicious and delivery lady was very polite, will definitely be ordering from here again, it's 5 stars from me

Phoned my order through. It was ready for me arriving, piping hot and loads of it - the sharing box. Definitely recommend. Will be returning.

food came from Ingoldmells to skegness. still piping hot. and drinks still really cold. which was amazing! the food is outstanding! everything is so fresh, from the salad to the mayonnaise dip, to the coleslaw. we will 100% be ordering from here again. and even better; the prices are absolutely amazing for what you get 👏

My partners munchie box was lovely he said. However I usually order the vegan hot dog from here which is always brilliant but today it came with two vegan sausages on a bun. Clearly the recipe has changed but there was no changes to the description of the item and I go here specifically for the vegan hot dog so it was a disappointment for me as I did not get what I usually do and expected

Great food always nice sweet chilli too spicy for me lol the churros was nice but could do with being cooked a tiny bit longer. bit more dipping sauce but for 2.50 it was worth it very nice food once again p.s. I have a fussy son who will only eat certain nuggets and he likes yours very much thanks alot

The chips were soggy and tasted like soap. Burger was poor quality, something id expect from a supermarkets own brand. Kebab meat dry and extremely spicy. Pizza still like soft dough and tasted funny

I’d say overall it’s a decent takeaway. They do a great mixture of stuff. My partner found too much sauce in his rap, he said it needed less than half because you couldn’t taste anything else which was a shame. I found there to be not enough chicken in my curry and our little one was missing his fruit shoot. All was very hot, well packaged and a good price. Would order again

Completely blown away by the quality of the food easily restaurant level, with a partner who is vegetarian it was a delight to see the amount of options available as that is a hard thing to come by and at such a reasonable price considering the portion sizes and quality of food, incredibly impressed and will no doubt be returning customers on our next trip to Skegvegas.

Unfortunately the pie was chicken instead of steak (which I’m not able to eat due to allergies) and the salad was missing for my 10-year-old. A little disappointed unfortunately 😞

very disappointed, ordered the mother clucker didn't have no onion rings on it and there was no more then a table spoon of chilli on my bun, also ordered the 2x buffalo sauces one to put on my chips and for my partner it definitely wasn't buffalo sauce was chilli hot sauce I couldn't eat my chips, sorry I normally love ordering from here, by far the best place normally but this time was very disappointing.

3rd time ordering from here and food has always been great. Never have any issues, the portion sizes are great and not expensive at all. Delivery was rather fast as well considering we expected there to be a longer wait with it being Friday evening

After driving past one night and seeing it packed out, we decided to check it out the next night. Glad we did! So many options on the menu and the staff are very polite. Food was amazing and didn’t wait for long either. Due to the food being so good, we decided to have it again the night after to try out their pizza🙂 Great food and service

1st time ordered from here, was delivered early and lukewarm. Get it’s holiday season but how about wrapping the burgers in foil to retain the heat?? Food was ok. However no sauce on the mega burger which was needed. Will give another try but please take on board the comment

The most revolting takeaway I’ve had in a long time. We waited an hour and a half for the food and I don’t think you could’ve put any more salt on the chips If you tried, they were that bad we had to throw them in the bin. And I think you need to tell your drivers too slow down a bit as they just missed the car that was parked on my drive.

Waited 20 minutes for cheese and chips and a donner kabab with no salad or sauce cheesy chips was normal cheese not motzerell 2 custermers came in after us was severed befor us aswell as 3 takeaway orders and not even a apology for the the wait or lack off service saying these customers ordered pizza was annoyed at the wait time for what I ordered and no cuminatcation will not not go there again

Although the food here is nice, the staff find it hard to either 1 get your order right, 2 ensure it's hot enough on delivery, and 3 deliver it to the correct place. A few weeks ago we ordered from here. When it was delivered they delivered it to the wrong house. My neighbour they delivered the food to bless them knocked on all the neighbours doors (we live in a group of bungalows) to find the real recipient of the food. By the time it got to us it was cold. I therefore complained to just eat (as I've had to do before) and got a partial refund. Today bill the owner delivered our food and greeted us with an sarcastic 'can you check all items are there and warm' we checked the bag and could see the order was correct. Upon opening the food we found one of the burgers was covered in salad which wasn't requested. My parter has aversions to food and can not eat tomatoes. After ringing the store 3 times with no answer I returned the meal there myself. I was told 'well you checked the order wasn't anything wrong then' we checked the order was complete. Didn't check if the staff was competent to make the order correctly. I got a refund for the meal but was told not to return again 🤣. Just a warning guys if u like nice food that may be slightly wrong, delivered to the wrong place and not hot enough then eat until your hearts content. However if you're looking for hot food and good customer service I reccomend going elsewhere

Let's not lie Bill. Yes I did order Pepsi max once and you sent something different including items wrong on the meal so I complained. Is it that hard to get things right? My order prior to yesterday you delivered to number 3 who then went on to find the actual recipient. The burger wasn't thrown over the counter was it bill. Would love to see the cctv of that. The store is about 2 mins away from me but never manage to deliver the food when it's hot. What about the time your driver got stuck on happy days and I didn't get my order for 3 hours until they walked it up to me. You telling me that food was hot enough for consumption? I dont know you. Only thing I know about you is that you was turfed out of the arcade you had for years. So let's not lie bill yea 🤣🤣

Food was cold and not many chips. Chips was not fresh and tasted like warmed up chips. chicken skewers was nice though but was cold. Salad was nice and plenty. Mint Sauce was nice and thick. Just abit harsh on delivery costs but would try again in the future.

We have Hillbilly's once a week as our treat. Each order is great quality even for our little fussy eater. Once you've had a hillbilly burger other burgers just do not compare. See you next week lol

SKEGNESS! Put down whatever you're doing! Unless its your significant other! Get yourself a Hillbillys! We just had an amazing double cheese and bacon burger with Sweet potato fries! A pepperoni pizza with sliced chicken breast as an extra. And a large Donner kebab. We shared so we could have a taste of everything and I have to say its the best takeaway ive had for a while! Highly recommend!

What can I say honestly the worst take away I’ve ever had add ons that I paid extra for wasn’t in order neither was the extra sauces I ordered all food was stone cold and inedible chips rock hard as well as burger bun and pitta completely stale and hard burgers and doner meat cold and grisly I honestly don’t have 1 good thing to say about this food absolutely disgusting

we had the mother clucker burger loved it only fault we had in the description when ordering it said chips or onion ring so I chose to have chips but you get 5 to 10 chips on the burger they don't come on the side as a normal portion which I found abit disappointing if I new that I would of ordered extra chips as was still hungry as the burger ain't that big so if your ordering one maybe ask for a extra portion of chips

AVOID AT ALL COSTS JUST ORDER FROM SOMONE ELSE. Shocking customer service. Ordered a meal at 6pm food arrived around 6:45. Was told 2 of the meals spilled in the car so would be sent out again. Unpacked the order the gluten free burger was mixed in with the non gluten free chips. Was told another would be sent out with the order that has spilled. They re delivered but then drove off before we could receive our food. Called again was told be same thing had happened so they would re deliver. After 3 hours I called up to ask for a refund and was told the delivery driver was 5 minutes away. Waited again still no delivery. Called back to ask for a refund. Was then accused of not paying. After proving I had paid and 4 phone calls where the phone was put down they finally agreed to refund me for the items but refused to deliver the food so at 10pm left with no food and partial refund. Avoid this place at all costs. Staff were unhelpful accused me of not paying to cover their inadequacies. Would give 0 stars but not allowed. Appalling place.

I almost had to pinch myself when I saw the menu, I couldn’t believe how well catered they are! They had options for vegans, vegetarians and gluten free! I was a very happy vegan with my lovely burger and onion rings and even vegan churros! An amazing round of applause for this restaurant and their amazing staff! And the food is also very affordable, I got 2 meals, 2 desserts, a side and a drink for £20!

I live locally in a rural village, and this was the first time I've ever been able to get takeaway delivered out here. The meal arrived early, but that wasn't a problem as I selected later on the basis they might be a bit busy (holiday season will be in full swing soon) and I wasn't in a hurry. Food was tasty, very generous on the large order of onion rings, and the delivery driver was friendly. I'll be ordering again at some point because there's a good selection to sample.

Beautiful food no processed or reformed rubbish order from here every week and now we’ve found hillbilly’s we won’t be going anywhere else ! Chicken stack burger is amazing !

We used them reguler £60 orders every weekend now they wont even answer phone and when they do they say ring back in half hour and we will see if we can do it not good for a reguler ill take my money somwere else
