Absolutely amazing food, ordered multiple times here and never been disappointed. Typically very picky eaters and ordered for the first time two months ago, and it’s our go-to since! Food always comes hot, and not a long wait at all!

Ordered the Munchbox, perfect for a family of 4. Great value for money and is high on quantity and quality.

I reccomend the apple crumble very cheap came on time I loved the food it was amazing Maisie rated it a 10/10 Savannah is being a bit mardy and rated it 2/10

After driving past one night and seeing it packed out, we decided to check it out the next night. Glad we did! So many options on the menu and the staff are very polite. Food was amazing and didn’t wait for long either. Due to the food being so good, we decided to have it again the night after to try out their pizza🙂 Great food and service

1st time ordered from here, was delivered early and lukewarm. Get it’s holiday season but how about wrapping the burgers in foil to retain the heat?? Food was ok. However no sauce on the mega burger which was needed. Will give another try but please take on board the comment

great food....fresh and as hot as could be...soooo much food we couldn't eat it all. Our favourite takeaway in the area will keep using them as long as they keep this up.

The most revolting takeaway I’ve had in a long time. We waited an hour and a half for the food and I don’t think you could’ve put any more salt on the chips If you tried, they were that bad we had to throw them in the bin. And I think you need to tell your drivers too slow down a bit as they just missed the car that was parked on my drive.

The meat feast pizza was lovely with nice big pieces of meat on it. The burgers were absolutely lovely too. My group are Definitely going to try something else from here again before the end of our holiday. 👍🏻😎

Waited 20 minutes for cheese and chips and a donner kabab with no salad or sauce cheesy chips was normal cheese not motzerell 2 custermers came in after us was severed befor us aswell as 3 takeaway orders and not even a apology for the the wait or lack off service saying these customers ordered pizza was annoyed at the wait time for what I ordered and no cuminatcation will not not go there again

Let's not lie Bill. Yes I did order Pepsi max once and you sent something different including items wrong on the meal so I complained. Is it that hard to get things right? My order prior to yesterday you delivered to number 3 who then went on to find the actual recipient. The burger wasn't thrown over the counter was it bill. Would love to see the cctv of that. The store is about 2 mins away from me but never manage to deliver the food when it's hot. What about the time your driver got stuck on happy days and I didn't get my order for 3 hours until they walked it up to me. You telling me that food was hot enough for consumption? I dont know you. Only thing I know about you is that you was turfed out of the arcade you had for years. So let's not lie bill yea 🤣🤣

Although the food here is nice, the staff find it hard to either 1 get your order right, 2 ensure it's hot enough on delivery, and 3 deliver it to the correct place. A few weeks ago we ordered from here. When it was delivered they delivered it to the wrong house. My neighbour they delivered the food to bless them knocked on all the neighbours doors (we live in a group of bungalows) to find the real recipient of the food. By the time it got to us it was cold. I therefore complained to just eat (as I've had to do before) and got a partial refund. Today bill the owner delivered our food and greeted us with an sarcastic 'can you check all items are there and warm' we checked the bag and could see the order was correct. Upon opening the food we found one of the burgers was covered in salad which wasn't requested. My parter has aversions to food and can not eat tomatoes. After ringing the store 3 times with no answer I returned the meal there myself. I was told 'well you checked the order wasn't anything wrong then' we checked the order was complete. Didn't check if the staff was competent to make the order correctly. I got a refund for the meal but was told not to return again 🤣. Just a warning guys if u like nice food that may be slightly wrong, delivered to the wrong place and not hot enough then eat until your hearts content. However if you're looking for hot food and good customer service I reccomend going elsewhere

Food was cold and not many chips. Chips was not fresh and tasted like warmed up chips. chicken skewers was nice though but was cold. Salad was nice and plenty. Mint Sauce was nice and thick. Just abit harsh on delivery costs but would try again in the future.

ready before advised time by 30 mins, paid extra for cheese on both burgers only got on one also missing salad on one with no cheese so a bland burger, cheesey chips ok.

We have Hillbilly's once a week as our treat. Each order is great quality even for our little fussy eater. Once you've had a hillbilly burger other burgers just do not compare. See you next week lol

SKEGNESS! Put down whatever you're doing! Unless its your significant other! Get yourself a Hillbillys! We just had an amazing double cheese and bacon burger with Sweet potato fries! A pepperoni pizza with sliced chicken breast as an extra. And a large Donner kebab. We shared so we could have a taste of everything and I have to say its the best takeaway ive had for a while! Highly recommend!

we had the mother clucker burger loved it only fault we had in the description when ordering it said chips or onion ring so I chose to have chips but you get 5 to 10 chips on the burger they don't come on the side as a normal portion which I found abit disappointing if I new that I would of ordered extra chips as was still hungry as the burger ain't that big so if your ordering one maybe ask for a extra portion of chips

When I ordered I was clean shaven by the time I received my food I had a beard and the order was wrong absolute shocking customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS JUST ORDER FROM SOMONE ELSE. Shocking customer service. Ordered a meal at 6pm food arrived around 6:45. Was told 2 of the meals spilled in the car so would be sent out again. Unpacked the order the gluten free burger was mixed in with the non gluten free chips. Was told another would be sent out with the order that has spilled. They re delivered but then drove off before we could receive our food. Called again was told be same thing had happened so they would re deliver. After 3 hours I called up to ask for a refund and was told the delivery driver was 5 minutes away. Waited again still no delivery. Called back to ask for a refund. Was then accused of not paying. After proving I had paid and 4 phone calls where the phone was put down they finally agreed to refund me for the items but refused to deliver the food so at 10pm left with no food and partial refund. Avoid this place at all costs. Staff were unhelpful accused me of not paying to cover their inadequacies. Would give 0 stars but not allowed. Appalling place.

Delivery was late, driver went to wrong address and food was cold when finally got to eat, which is a shame as Hillbilly’s is one of the best takeaway’s around Skegness.

This is the second time I have placed an order and only some of it has come not impressed especially when waited an hour and a half for food

Food was ok, only down side we ordered a large doner kabab and it was more like a small, if that was large I would hate to see the size of the small one. Want worth the price.

I almost had to pinch myself when I saw the menu, I couldn’t believe how well catered they are! They had options for vegans, vegetarians and gluten free! I was a very happy vegan with my lovely burger and onion rings and even vegan churros! An amazing round of applause for this restaurant and their amazing staff! And the food is also very affordable, I got 2 meals, 2 desserts, a side and a drink for £20!

We used them reguler £60 orders every weekend now they wont even answer phone and when they do they say ring back in half hour and we will see if we can do it not good for a reguler ill take my money somwere else

I live locally in a rural village, and this was the first time I've ever been able to get takeaway delivered out here. The meal arrived early, but that wasn't a problem as I selected later on the basis they might be a bit busy (holiday season will be in full swing soon) and I wasn't in a hurry. Food was tasty, very generous on the large order of onion rings, and the delivery driver was friendly. I'll be ordering again at some point because there's a good selection to sample.

See all the bad reviews and don't take them to heart , I'm a food fan (a fat guy) and I placed a order late at night for a large order , they had a chef off and the driver was very friendly, this was are 1st order from them and delivered to the van! Share box 9/10 hash brown's needed a tiny bit longer and the burgers could do with a bit of sorce, everything was banging 👌 Pizza 10/10 flavour was spot on Mac and cheese bites 10/10 Chilli cheese bites 10/10 Chilli cheese hotdog 10/10 was one of the best This is my rating was really good! Now for the price I cannot complain I normally spend £50+ on food for.the family , and yet this was so bang for buck it was cheap and did what a takeaway would do filled us all for a budget. Very happy and I don't normally leave reviews but seen all the negative comments and really think try it before you judge! Thank you 😊 Will be ordering everything we are down now 🙌

The burgers were fantastic. Always throughly enjoy food from here. Today the fried food - tots and mozzarella sticks were overdone but this is easily done and certainly wouldn’t discourage us from ordering from here again.

I must have had over 20 take aways from HillBillys. Every time the food is spot on. I’m not just saying the food is okay, what I’m saying is the food is melting in your mouth delicious. The burgers will leave your taste buds dancing way after you’ve finished it. The fries are like nothing I’ve tasted anywhere on the east coast. Any issues with the order you can call them up and they sort it out straight away. Once you’ve had a Hillbilly’s you won’t want to order from anywhere else.
