From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to our outstanding server, Ian. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated by Ian, whose genuine hospitality immediately set a positive tone for the evening. Throughout the meal, Ian's attentiveness and professionalism were exemplary. He effortlessly balanced attentiveness with a jovial demeanor, ensuring that our dining experience was not only efficient but also incredibly enjoyable. What truly set Ian apart, however, was his undeniable charisma and infectious personality. He engaged with our party with genuine interest, sharing anecdotes and jokes that added an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience. His ability to connect with each member of our group, from the youngest to the oldest, made us feel like valued guests rather than simply customers. In addition to his exceptional service, Ian's efficiency and attention to detail were commendable. Despite the restaurant being busy, he never once faltered in ensuring that our needs were promptly met. Overall, our experience at Papa John's Skegness Butlins exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to Ian's exemplary service. His dedication, warmth, and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience to a five-star level. Our waitress Mandy was an absolute delight and the food was fresh and delicious.

Sat in papa johns had buffet a child’s meal and a child’s meal at a pound Please don’t bother with the buffets garlic bread tastes horrible so does the margarita pizza very greasy after tasted had to leave it Mac cheese tastes fine no hot drinks available broken machine no chips available really not worth visiting plenty of other places on here to eat at This is my opinion of papa johns also my 12 year old granddaughter and my 4 year old granddaughter did not like it either 1 star for the staff very nice people that work there Cameron was very attentive

Shut the till at 10pm and refused to serve the last person in the queue straight away at 10 despite serving me just before. 30 min wait for a pizza. Refuse to sell/giveaway dips after 10pm as store is now closed.

Worst pappa John's we have ever had , pizza was so thin and burnt under the bottom , not much toppings or cheese don't bother at this joint the inside is dirty on the floor it needs a good clean and staff needs to be retrained on basic hygiene.

Awful tasting pizza, hardly any toppings, pizza creator went from making pizza to screen to making pizza without washing hands. Put me off going to any Papa John's anywhere.

Absolutely fantastic. The BBQ wings are potentially the best wings i have ever eaten in my entire life. The Tater tots are nice as well. Never actually had a pizza from here before but i've heard they're nice and If the Chicken Poppers (They're called something like that) Wings and Tots are lovely I would assume the Pizzas are as well since it's the main focus of the restaurant. Food is quite pricey however i do not mind paying premium prices if i get premium food.

Not great ordered papa John whilst in skeggy on the 50 percent deal for 5 of us supposedly would of been 100 quid cost us 50 with deal. ..hardly any meat and toppings were chucked in middle not spread no care went into this order whatsoever always loved papa John's totally put off now wish if of checked before I left as would of returned it all young kids who were not bothered tbh

I had my order delivered. It didn't turn up that hot like it usually does when ordering. The food it self was nice however because it was on the colder side it made it not as nice as usual. We ordered 2 vegan pizzas and vegan chicken side. They are really nice vegan options

Love Papa John's,Best pizza.Better than Domino's.

Hardly any toppings. Really thick, bready crusts with peppery tomato base sauce. I couldn't tell the difference in flavour between our three different pizzas. Ugh.

Good value very tasty chips in recyclable cardboard box not like most of the others in town who still use smaller Styrofoam containers. Would recommend.

Waste of money! The pizzas tasted burnt, hardly had any toppings on them. The garlic bread had an awful smell to it. The potato tots was bland and very greasy. Will not be going there again!

I'm really disappointed with their pizza hardly any cheese on the topping and the cinnamon rolls were disgusting.

Every time I've been to this branch of Papa Johns I've had nothing but good food. i would definitely recommend to anyone visiting in the area.

Can’t rate the food highly enough and will be returning very shortly, all the pizzas, sides and desserts were deliciously moist and could eat there everyday all day. Absolutely love it! Friendly staff and seemed very well run by the very young looking lad and the Middle Aged ginger man.

We ordered from here whilst we were on holiday at Fantasy Island, and couldn't fault it, food was great and cooked to perfection. Will definitely order again from here.

Papa John's Pizza saves teatime tonight as Butlins has these new dining rules onsite where we were told that we had a 45 min - 1 hr wait if we wanted to walk in any of the Butlins onsite restaurants! 🤦🏽‍♀️ smh but thank God there's Papa John's at Fantasy Island to feed 4 very hungry guys. We used the JustEat app and ordered × 2 XXL double pepperoni pizzas, ×2 potato tots, ×2 chicken piri piri poppers, cheesey jalapeno poppers all for £52 with an online discount too 💯✔ they were ready fairly quickly and we didn't have long to wait so we'll be ordering again whilst we're here in Butlins Skegness for the next couple days!

Would not deliver to our caravan which is right next to the entrance. Apparently not allowed in to the site due to covid which is an open air site.We could not collect as we are self isolating so they cancelled the order and our kids have to go hungry. We own a takeaway and would always deliver to someone self isolating as they might not be able to get any food for themselves. Thanks papa John's we will not order from your company again

I’ve often visited whilst staying locally, but was shocked at the rude attitude I was confronted with yesterday evening when visiting. I was rudely told ‘we’re shut!’ (When the lights were on, the door open and there were several staff members at the counter). They half explained they’d stopped taking orders at 9.30 ‘because of corona’ Then offered a very sarcastic ‘bye’ as i turned to leave....worst experience I’ve been confronted with. I won’t be going again. Awful attitude!

When i called this restaurant, I was blown away by the customer service i received, however, when I looked at tripadvisor, i was deeply saddened to see that Wade's management was not being fully appreciated, I have been made aware that Wade recently became manager, and since then the establishment has really took it up a notch, him and his staff went above and beyond to ensure my order was as good as possible, and it arrived in the blink of an eye. Please do not take the previous reviews as accurate, as the place is improving each and every time I order. Thank you Wade

Didn't honour discount over charged by £15, and the food turned up hardly any topping on pizza,the brownie was burnt so bad the whole bottom was solid black hard and crispy burnt edges, contacted them no response or refund or apology nothing, one to avoid.

ordered 2 large pizza's, Margareta had no cheese! American hot no cheese and no base sauce! Absolutely disgusting. Called and complained they ask me to then bring the pizza's back and they would swap them! 2 children to feed and they wouldn't deliver the 2 pizza's! Spoke Jamie said to bring them back and he would make them him self. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

Just had my first Papa John's Pizza and chicken wings and will definitely be back. Delivery was very quick and the food arrived piping hot. The chicken was well cooked and melted in your mouth. I am not normally a fan of pizza base, so tend to order thin and crispy. I chose the thinest base option (American) and was disappointed when it didn't look particularly thin. But, I soon changed my mind; it was the tastiest base I have ever had.

We hadn't ordered pizza for awhile, so decided to order from Papa John's, where we have previously had fairly decent food.We ordered a meal deal upgrade, which is a large pizza and 2 sides, one of which can be chicken.We ordered a works pizza, potato tots with bacon & cheese, plus chicken poppers.When the order arrived, the chicken had been replaced with bacon & cheese strips - though the box still said chicken poppers.When I rang up to complain, the person on the phone sounded like a sulky teenager & said 'oh yer, well the delivery right, didn't turn up right, so we sent the strips right' - NO, not right! if they can't give me what I order then I want the choice to decide for myself what I'm going to do - plus this meant I was overpriced by a quid for my order. I'm disgusted by the total lack of customer service and will avoid like the plague from now on!

I have called yesterday and today and they have said there ovens aren't working but then why does it say open... what will they be giving out just drinks salads and desserts

Every time I've had a pizza from here it's been piping hot and delicious. The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to help the customer in any way.

Located near Ingoldmells market, after a day out on he beers. A couple of non-greasy pizza's with good quality ingedients. Hits the spot. Definitely the best quality take away pizza you will get in the area.

We visited Fantasy Island and couldn't decide where or what to eat. We stumbled upon Papa Johns and they had an offer, Buy one get one free on any size pizza. The food was nice and hot and it was a great choice for lunch. There was a short waiting time but it didnt matter because it was worth the wait.

The Pizza is really very good, we have been here a few times in the past, but this time we simply walked away. Simply too expensive now. Come on guys, £20 for a Pizza!!! NOooooooo Wayyyyyy.

terrible,ordered 2 pizzas and chicken had no chicken,offered to replace with nuggets and then after 30 minutes of waiting they ring and say they have no nuggets.the pizza arrives after 1 hour but was not what we ordered,they sent the wrong drink too.food was coldon arrival ever hda problem with any other papa John's but this 1 was awful.

Ordered from skegness which is quite far for a pizza delivery. Still the pizza arrived much quicker than a takeaway would and still hot. Something went wrong with the order, the delivery driver was very nice and explained the issue, really friendly, good customer service.

Called in for the usual snack required after a night out in Ingoldmells! Got served by I think Sam and Rob, two right lads .. very friendly, was extremely quick with our food and made us feel welcome even though it's only a take away.. Top lads, thanks...

Have a pizza from these guys quite often and I cannot fault them, excellent!!! I recommend anybody that is in the area to try it, you won't be disappointed

We called in today. Pizzas were more or less instantly out. They were really well cooked and delicious. I will definitely be looking out for one local to myself.

Stopped in here one evening to get takeaway pizzas for the kids. I gather it's quite expensive if delivered, but I collected to take advantage of the bogof offer . 2 pizzas £14.

No idea what was going on tonight, lots of people complaining about their pizza and the service. Staff members seemed in a bad mood. Our pizza's were completly overcooked, no dough to it it was just like eating a crisp with topping on , not the nice dough we have come to love papa johns for. On taking them back we were told it's because we had bbq sauce base, i questioned this as we always have bbq base and never had a problem before. He said well I like it like that and all our pizzas are like that...very strange, all 4 of us have always enjoyed it from that branch before. There was no offer to cook some more we were just given our money back. So after driving 12 miles just for papa johns we have 4 very unhappy and hungry people. Hopefully they will get new staff soon otherwise I fear it will soon shut down. Most customers here are tourists so I guess they don't review it..try it see what you think..

We went to ingoldmells over the bank holiday and had 2 pizzas here. The staff were very friendly and pizzas were amazing. Can't wait to go again.

okl if your a millionare the prices are far to much for the size and quality they serve very small overpriced portions

placed a order online.. took a hour and 50 minutes to come I phoned them up and they said it was on its way didn't arrive but 25 mins after and the food is cold and dried up

I have had many papa john takeaways, but this one is the worst one that I have had, and when the order went wrong the shop simply did not care, despite calling them (24 times and they not answering - this was blamed on short staffing), I then went to the store twice, the first time I had my details taken and was promised that I would get a call back in a few days, but never got any communication from them at all, so I went back 2 weeks later, spoke to the same guy and he said I had never been in before, I then proved that I had as he had written his details down for me should I have to go back which is what I did after not getting any contact from the store manager, who was always not available for 1 reason or another, simply put the store did not care.

Papa johns is the best pizza we have ever had we are holiday makers here are have had papa johns twice this week because it's so nice . The staff are really friendly and helpful and you can see how your pizza is made from the dough to the toppings then in the oven . Defo recommend if you want a lovely meal ☀️

Took my 9 year old today to get pizza for tea as I walked in the door there was an employee shouting to another member of staff saying a 30 minutes wait on food so started looking threw menu to order and he turned to me and said hey love you will have to leave as where not taking any orders for the next 30 minutes waved me towards the door and locked it behind me being 40 year old did not like his attitude as it was only around 8 o'clock and I use this place regular as I own my own caravan but will not be recommending this shop to anyone I lease my caravan too

My absolute favourite place in the world for takeaways cannot fault it at all been using it every saturday for the past 3 weeks! after a long day at work its all in thinking and talking about my boyfriend tried it too tonight for first time and he is just as impressed . Nice that the pizza is made fresh in front of you pizza very nice good price good customer service . On the sat navigation it comes up as dominoes pizza but it is not it is papa John's which is a lot better.

Called here on a stormy night and wasn't overly impressed, got 2 XXL pizzas and tbh they were average with a garlic dip in the corner of the box.

We visited this Pizza place only once and will never go back, we decided to take a pizza back to the caravan we we're stopping in, there was 2 people waiting when I ordered my pizzas which were a ham and pineapple a pepperami and we at the last minute decided to get a garlic bread, when ordering i asked for a NORMAL garlic bread, after a wait of almost 45mins I got to the caravan, the pizzas were ok but the garlic bread was AWFUL, instead of normal garlic bread it was covered in tomato with what I think was garlic cloves on the top, it ruined everyone's meal, whether it was a mistake or how there garlic bread is I certainly won't return and would stress to everyone to make sure you get what you order.

Papa Johns is a good choice for those who don't fancy the neighbouring McDonalds rubbish or burger stands. The pizza is made fresh to order and you can watch the pizza being made through the window. The kitchen looked very clean. The pizza was delicious and the chicken nuggets my son had were much better than McDonalds dried up specimens.

Good service nice food. Out door seating only due to location. Average price for pizzas, excellent for sharing with the kiddies. Took about 15 mins to cook from fresh.

Had papa johns before their pizzas are always really nice even in Skegness the pizza was top quality fresh and very tasty and their garlic sauce is amazing. The staff were friendly too

papa john's no matter where you are this is the best pizza ever, even in skegvegas they delivered we had thin crust all meats and double pepperoni every mouthful a treat.
