The worst takeaway food I've ever eaten, be warned it's so bad.My chips completely mouldy ,every single chip.It was also stone cold.The chicken burger I had like road kill.

The food takes ages and the customer service is terrible they are quite rude and ignore you, the rats for me was a great put off they are running around all over the place outside, the bins are full to the brim, the food is not very good

The new women in drive through is incompetent messes up the orders she is more interested in flirting with male colleagues but yet presents herself as a good Muslim wearing a scarf. They call it a drive through but yet you have to park up and wait half an hour or more even when your the only customer in drive through to get your food where as if we wanted to wait for our food we would just go to a restaurant sit and wait. The Birmingham branch is way more busy with a constant flow of traffic but yet they manage to give you your food straight away. The workers just stand around flirting with one another ignoring customers the place is shambels it needs new management a whole new line of staff! It's not surprising they are not that busy I'm sure other customers have felt the same and never returned. Even after 30 minutes wait we had uncooked chips served to us.

Awfull service awfull food. The prices on display are apparantly old prices and they will charge you a few pounds extra so beware. Would definatly not go back here. Staff look like tgey need training on all aspects of service

Ordered thru drive way, came hone order is wrong and some is missing. Called twice and they keep cutting off the phone.

Service was terrible. Staff behind the till clearly did not want to be there. Food finally came after 30 minutes of waiting. Chicken was disgusting. Chips were hard and cold. Curry tasted like soap. Would not recommend. Best thing about big johns was walking out.

Absolutely disgusting service I waited 43min inside the shop to be served when I questioned why is it taking so long as there is no customers inside the shop or at the drive through they also had no tickets from just eat to prepare. Get some good staff that want to work or close the shop down if that’s the best you can do

I brought two large pizzas from here and garlic sauce. The pizzas turned up 15 minutes late and we're Luke warm if that and we're burnt on the one pizza and inedible. Contacted the store to complain only to have the very rude member of staff state they would pass the message on and then slam the phone down on me. The manager rung back and asked what the issue was, when we explained the manager said send a text with photos of the pizza showing the burnt pieces which we did,he replied that they didn't look too bad and refused to accept my offer to view in person and proceeded to ignore my request for a full refund. Big John's have always been reliable up until this time and we were regular returning customers, I only ordered pizza from here because my youngest prefers Big John's but was not impressed or happy with the managers rudeness and ignorance and inability to resolve the issue for me,I should have stuck with my usual place Dominoes in Wednesday who not only always send the food piping hot it's never burnt,delicious and most importantly on time,their staff are also polite. I am happy to pay Dominoes prices as they are alot cheaper than the £47 down I was left by Big John's. I would never buy from your store again and I would never recommend you or be a returning customer you have lost my loyalty and custom as from now on Dominoes will get my hard earned cash. If I could give you less than one star I would you are a disgrace to the food industry and hospitality sector and your customer service is shocking,you need to go back to cooking school to learn how to cook properly you could also do with retraining your driver's to deliver on time and retraining in customer service skills. Absolutely shocking if you want burnt, late food, no refund and rude customer service then go ahead knock yourself out, but if you value your hard earned cash and want great pizza go to Dominoes in Wednesbury and give these bunch of clowns a miss, avoid!!!

Totally disgusting and scamming people. Ordered a grilled Beef Burger and it took them less than a minute, said your burger is ready. I was shocked how can you grill a burger in less than a minute. Had my first bit, totally old and cold. Maybe cooked a day before.

I am honestly so disappointed, with the service I got. I had approached one of the staff members and asked to speak to the supervisor. This supervisor had no communication or any management skills. The way he was speaking to me didn't seem like he understood what I had said to him. Instead he turned a blind eye, and ignored everything I had said and started laughing in the corner with another male staff member in his on own language. This made me very uncomfortable as I knew the talks they were having was regarding about me. I shall not be coming here again and I recommend no one else should. As this supervisor doesn't have any clue on what he is doing and is very irresponsible.

On my way from work 10.30 at night tired and hungry not even tried food yet but was stuck at the drive through while the server spent 20 mins chatting to a car full of mates they did buy something eventually but by that time there were 3 of us behind them in the queue so couldn't reverse out - not good enough and I won't be coming again I'd rather starve

I go here occasionally for the value menu, which is a range of options that costs a couple of pounds. There's a few tables, usually deserted (as most people get take-out) to sit at. What I get usually turns out to be good value, especially the portions of chips. Dips are slightly pricy, but apart from that, all good.

I rate them for their food it's amazing, new to the Midlands I found this halal spot and to be honest their pizza is to "die for"... amazing! My only issue is the staff; they're rude! They're driving down business..

Just ordered fish and chips after a long shift only to come home and be dissapointed with old chips and old fish, if you ever want good food after a long hard day do not go to Big Johns in West Bromwich. What a joke.

2 of us went to this place on a Wednesday afternoon being's we were in the area and never been before. They had the "eat out to help out" sticker in their window but charged us full price of over £8 each for our meals. When they were questioned about this, we were told by the two staff that their manager said it was only on orders over £10, even when showed the government website stating no minimum order, they still refused to give us our discount. One of our worst experiences, food was full of grease and certainly not worth what we paid, their tables are not cleaned after each person and as we are in covid-19 times this is disgusting. You have been warned!

We visit this store on a regular basis and never have we had a bad experience, the staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything is to our satisfaction Sohail is always amazing he loves the banter and always treats us with the utmost respect he always goes out his way to have a little chat with us Whenever we go in the same goes for the manager Usman always very polite and again always makes our visit pleasurable. Who ever says they’ve had a bad experience in this store with either food or customer care they are crazy these guys won’t be beaten EVER! Keep up the good work we will definitely be back!

We ordered some food from big johns West Bromwich and I ordered beef burger and when it was delivered it came with cheese on it so I phoned them up for them to tell me that’s how there beef burgers come I said really that’s a cheeseburger and he said no that’s burger I said no and he said I’m that’s my problem the attitude is disgusting and will never eat from there again or any of my family disgusting

Placed an order, I called to confirm that I will get the delivery in 90 minutes I called 2hrs later and I am told to wait another hour completly unacceptable

The customer service at this place is disgusting had a delivery and it took over a hour to get in touch in the end no one picked up and I had to report to Uber disgusting do not recommend when food came was cold and disgusting

I’ve been a few time’s over the past few months and I must admit the food is lovely. Pizza and kebabs are always good quality however, most recent time I went the customer service was terrible! I ordered at the drive thru and it took them 40 mins just to get my ONE pizza. About 3 people who ordered after me got there’s first, it wasn’t until I asked about my order which they “forgot” about, I then got it. Terrible service.

Always a regret, their food standards are really low and it stinks as if they never change the oil. Vile.

Spur of the moment stop to feed the family, wish I hadn’t of bothered. Staff behind the counter have no service skills, being told our food would be 10 minutes but having to wait over 30 minutes for a simple order. When confronting staff to ask where our food was I was ignored while they served other customers. Once we finally had our food the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. We last went there 5 years ago and we couldn’t fault the place. Let’s just say we won’t be going there again.

I used to love eating at Big Johns but the food is far too overpriced for fast food and the portion sizes are too small for how much you pay. Staff look half asleep and zombiefied.Floor is always sticky. Toilets are a mess and floor is always wet and slippery.

Avoid!!! Visited today and was appalled. First impressions were of a tired decor, lots of paint coming off the walls, dirty tables though the place was very quiet with a staff to customer ratio of about 2:1! We waited at the counter for around 5 minutes, being totally ignored by all the staff not even an acknowledgement let alone a smile. Finally someone asked if our order had been taken yet and she was very rude, not even the faintest smile, nod or anything. Only ordered a mocha and a Diet Pepsi which were fine so cannot comment on food. Having said that, I would not ever order food from this place. The kitchen is open plan so you can see all the “chefs”, all cooking with no hair nets on their heads or beards, some were wearing caps but this was not consistent across all staff. Would not be surprised if they get many complaints about hair in food. I must add the ladies toilets were disgusting. Two cubicles and wash basins, graffiti everywhere all over the mirrors and backs of doors, no toilet paper available in either cubicle and only one had a lock, even that was hanging half off but still worked. The floor was so sticky can’t have been mopped in weeks. If this is the hygiene standard I would absolutely discourage anyone from ordering food from this place - vile!!!! Will never visit again and I’m usually easily pleased.

Ordered with these jokers today they got the order wrong and I am still waiting for for over 3 hours later. Phoned customer service 4 times who state the food is with the driver. Complete liars and the worst customer services. Don’t bother ordering with these idiots.

Came here while out, customer service superb, staff efficient and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Filet of fish meal fresh and tasty, chips lovely, chicken sandwich really nice, place very clean, not overpriced. Would come again and would recommend.

It's big johns and they are all pretty average, but on this occasion the place was really dirty. They seemed busy but no excuse to not clean tables with plenty of staff hanging around.

Sent back Boneless chicken it was raw! Awful cup of tea we both had 2 teabags in cup and there was no milk so tasted nasty. Miserable woman reluctantly changed Chicken for a burger but had to ask for the chips as did not want to replace them. Tables had not been cleaned and had to ask for fowks and napkins. Watery curry sauce. Staff looked at us like we were dirt on their shoes

The pictures of the restaurant are very misleading, the place looked and felt like it hadn't been cleaned for days tables were filthy so we didn't sit down

I love their kebab! I don’t love opening mine and my husbands meals to find he has way more food than I do when we placed the same order. Don’t ask for sauce unless you want your food drowning in it.

big johns used to be good a year or 2 ago, now they have put their prices up, and it has gone downhill they used to do rotisserie chicken that was nice and well cooked, infact they used to sell out quite early, at west brom or perry barr branches, it was £5 now its £7 and they cook to order on their grill and its undercooked and nothing like it used to be. The same goes for their shish kebab also gone up in price to £1 each. I think the problem is the staff are on minimum wage so consequently they employ anyone who applies, which is why generally their english is so bad and they do not care what they serve. I wont be using them anymore

Visited big johns today and loved everything.. when we walked in it was quite busy we thought we'd be waiting ages but were served very quickly. Impressed with the service very friendly staff.. ordered fish and chips and some chicken, best fish and chips in the area... will definitely be coming again

I was going to try the drive through but whilst I was waiting to order, unusual for me because I nearly always go inside but Thank the Lord I did. Rats...Rats ...Rats....Rats....Rats...They was all over the embankment I only had to wait less than a minute but that was enough to put me off and we had too go through the drive through without ordering. Needless too say we wont be returning.

Sin embargo, después de terminar mi almuerzo, en una ocasión, mi batería del coche mientras habían ido plana Me comí mi almuerzo así que llamé a mi esposo y él llegó y arrancarse el coche, me fui lejos y nada si. De todos modos, recibí una multa por esto y cuando intenté ponerme en contacto con la oficina central que estaban completamente inútil y alegó no saber nada sobre la situación de aparcamiento! ! ! No sólo eso, pero no hay absolutamente ninguna señales diciendo que hay un límite de tiempo de estacionamiento o, solo uno diciendo que es sólo un aparcamiento al cliente! ! ! ! ! En general, este fue el almuerzo más caro que he tenido! Cientos de libras sólo para comer una hamburguesa y patatas fritas! mediocre ! ! Completamente injusto y en mi opción no es aceptable para grandes john lavaron sus manos del incidente porque me dicen que no a ellos! Desde aquí pedimos comida tienen en muchas ocasiones y siempre ha sido aceptable. La última noche me pidió comida y cuando llegó todo estaba quemado y helada. Llamé, me quejé y me dijo el gerente que reciba el pedido completo en otra noche, así que está esperando ahora para ver si llega y es cálido.

Mientras que en la zona de recoger la carne de al lado, que decidimos ir a Big John's para una comida. Optamos por las dos comidas de pescado y chips con una bebida. Había muy pocas personas allí y nos dijeron que no iba a durar mucho. La comida parecía tardar años y venía en una caja, abrir la caja nos encontramos con el más pequeño de pescado que he visto. Completo de masa y casi no peces. Los guisantes blandos eran principalmente el zumo. Y las patatas fritas eran muy pobres. Se olvidaron de nuestras bebidas, así que tuvimos que volver al mostrador para ellos.

Fuimos a Big John después de ir de compras en West Bromwich, fuimos allí, ya que estaba en la casa y nos quedamos bastante hambre. Después le dije a mi esposa dónde está nuestra bebida, así que nos fuimos hasta la barra y pedimos nuestras bebidas, las bebidas estaban supuestamente Pepsi, pero lo que nos dieron fue una bebida cola con no un extraño sabor y fizz - no beber después de que sip. Cuando la comida estaba preparada, nos esperaba una comida decente después de la espera, la comida venía en una caja que nos esperaba. Este es cuando fuimos cuesta abajo la caja estaba llena de patatas fritas y una pieza pequeña masa en la parte superior, que era se supone que el bacalao, el pescado y las patatas fritas sin sal o vinagre tenía que pedimos la salsas pedimos llegó en una bañera pequeña que no podía desembocar en las patatas fritas, como cabe esperar de un normal "fish and chips". Pizza - thick, doughy and tasteless. Cheese burger - dry. Mayo and tomato sauce - cheap tasting. Customer service - staff are friendly but slow, especially at a time when the place was empty. The 2 stars I gave was for being Halal!!

Los precios en big johns parecen cambiar mucho, así que no sé realmente lo que va a pasar antes de llegar allí. Hay un montón de ofertas. Pero me gusta especialmente la oferta de 20 pulgadas que pizza solía tener. Pero por alguna razón han tomado. A veces el lugar es limpio, pero no puedo siempre. Como no solía ser un montón de basura fuera del restaurante. Pero ahora creo que ha sido tomada por otra persona. Parecía que tiene para cuidar de este problema. Que es muy bueno saberlo. La presentación del restaurante es muy bueno y acogedor. Sólo necesita la limpieza mantenimiento

Pedimos dos tartas, patatas fritas, y sfc desde el camino. Hombre que sirve no nos dio ninguna contacto visual y sólo entregamos comida sin siquiera decir una palabra. Cuando llegué a casa tanto tartas eran congelada, como si nunca hubiera sido climatizada en general, fue muy fría!!!! Patatas fritas asqueroso todo muy bajo nivel. El encargado de la tienda contacto y él pidió disculpas y muy inclinado a resolver. Sin embargo, nunca volveremos a este hotel en concreto. Comida rápida en su peor.

Compré un 16 pulgadas, pizza normalmente no me molestes con cualquier tipo de comentarios, pero me siento obligado a comentar, pizza pizza fue el peor que he comido. No podía dejar de probar era el sabor irresistible de tomates, el sabor de la puesta no venga a través. Normalmente no habría ninguna izquierda, pero parecen aún tenemos unas pocas rodajas izquierda.

Los baños daban asco y no había papel higiénico. Cuando les pregunté a un miembro del personal que se reponga, me dieron una pila de servilletas!!!

El alquiler de vehículos utilizados por y a pesar que no hay que esperar sentado allí por 5 minutos. No hay disculpa por la espera, no existiéramos de cualquier miembro del personal. Pedimos pollo con ensalada es envoltura chili y menta yogur y hamburguesa doble con ensalada y mayo. Nos dieron la orden simple equivocado. Single hamburguesa no mayo y un montón de azúcar cebolla. kebabs de pollo tenían una pieza de lechuga para ensalada y ninguna menta.

Where do I start! After waiting an hour for food I called back to ask when it will arrive and explain we ordered an hour ago, the lady basically called me a liar and said it hadn't been an hour, we called at 18:28 and I called back at 19:33. Hour and half later our food arrives and the order is wrong. Call back and explain, get a call from West Bromwich store manager who states 'oh I don't know what to do'. She says that the West Bromwich menu has olives and sweetcorn on their chicken supreme, I'd like to ask if she stands by that statement as we've ordered many times before and that pizza has never had sweetcorn on it, she then asks me to go and collect because they're busy! It's their mistake and they want me to collect it! I was livid so my partner took the call and eventually the manager states that they'll send our correct order over but we will have to wait ages and 'do not eat the other pizzas'. Why would we??!!!!! I don't know what your other customers do but I'm not going to kick up a fuss about you getting our order wrong to then go and eat it anyway! We eventually had our order at 21:15 and thankfully the delivery guy apologised. A few tips for the manager too, the customer is always right, admit it was your mistake, apologise and don't give us an earache. Worst customer service I've ever come across.

this branch is convenient for me as it is only 5 mins from my work place. the peri chicken meal is by far the best they do here and it s great value for money. the guy at the window is always polite and food is fresh tasting and quick. i prefer going through drive thru and its relatively quick and easy. so far dont have any complaints

No es bueno para mí después de comer aquí. Tenía una hamburguesa y terminamos con una intoxicación alimenticia. No recomendaría este sitio, ya que no está limpio. Acabé haciendo semanas de trabajo después de comer aquí.
