Food quality is good owner Mr yousif is very kind and really look after customers

Order took over an hour too come then when it did they forgot to put in a pizza. Assured would be sent out another hour passed still no food spoke to them to be told would be over an hour for the pizza or ring back tomorrow! What use is that when my kid is hungry!! Food that did come was sweaty and pepperoni was defiantly salami

Order food from here last night was very disgusting had to call them back up and ask for a new pizza as first one was cold they came and delivered the other one and that was very over cooked me and my partner was not happy as we do Order from here alot

On few occasions they messed order around I let it go but today they forgot salad and drink 1 hour 15 mins still not recieved it I rang up kept saying driver be there in 2 mins brecks have lost a regular customer today.

Late food. Uncooked cheeseburgers. Peri peri tasted like boiled chicken. Naan was grilled so was as solid as a rock. Delivered dripping through the bag. New owners can't cope.

My food was so delicious, all piping hot and the flavours were amazing. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Will defo come back for more.

Food took over an hour to come. Bits were missing, Chicken on wrap was rock hard. Fries not the best. Wont be in a hurry to order again.

Absolutely ridiculous service, i dont know how they function with staff who cant speak or understand english. You ask for chicken they send lamb and to send out a wrong order they take 50 minutes. Almost every time i order the mess up, last time i ordered was 7 months ago but realised today the service is even worse never again.

Disgusting service and a waste of my money, ordered food which took 1hr30min to arrive, when i rang to chase twice after being told driver is on their way and having to repeat myself 4 times after the phone was passed from person to person asking me over and over again how can I help, food arrived late and cold, naan bread was tuff like a rock, dry and burnt and crispy, stay away and DO NOT ORDER any food, very very disappointing service.

I just came here for the first time to have some food, and I ordered a shish wrap. I noticed that they weren't using gloves and were instead using their bare hands to put the salad in the wrap. Due to hygiene purposes, I ended up throwing the whole meal out.

So ordered 2 piece chicken chips x2 at 7:38 over phone for pick up, hardly a complicated order, Got to shop at 8pm, young lad tells me chicken not ready but only 2 min wait..another 5 mins passed but still no chicken then he said 2 mins again so 5 mins went again and still no chicken, at this point i said I'm going to walk out, and I did, no one attempted to stop me or apologise to me, disgraceful behaviour from a shop I have used quiet often over the years.

Disgusting food, servers walk off when it’s your turn to order and the atmosphere is about as cheery as a graveyard in winter.

Not the brecks of years ago. Standards have dropped dramatically both food and service wise. Brecks special pizza used to be the best in town. One I had hardly had any cheese on. Says minced lamb as a topping but doesn't look or taste like it. Real shame about this place, wont eat from here again

Best kebabs in Dudley. It can get kinda sketchy outside after midnight, but that's a problem with the people of Dudley rather than the establishment. We come here regularly now for kebabs when we're in the mood.

On the just eat app you can no longer choose the 4 topping section as it doesn't show up, on the custom pizza.

Absolutely rubbish service. Don’t stick to the time they give you for collecting food. No communication and no apology for delays either. Definitely NOT fast food service.

Used to b 1 of my favourite place but recently ordred a couple of times but the chicken has alot of hair they dont clean the chicken hair ive had both peri peri and southern fried chicken but the hair just put me off its not just happened 1s its everytime now i ordered a few times thinking its a 1 off mistake but i was wrong so very disappointed with this i shall b finding a new takeaway now sadly

Well what an absolute shambles of a restaurant. Then again you've only got to read there reviews to see that i suppose, I'd give 0 stars if i could, take money don't deliver then try to turn up the next day when no-one is home although advised not too can't listen to simple instructions! I'd trust them with my money and to cook food about as much as I'd trust Jimmy Saville around kids

Ordered from Brecks only for them to cancel my order after waiting nearly an hour due to an issue with the driver. They advised to re-order which I did, to wait another hour and for them to deliver completely the wrong items. Absolute joke. Will definitely not be ordering from Brecks again

Ordered the 16inch hawaiian last night 8/8/22 pizza arrived and all I can say is the smell was funny but we still decided to have a slice and we're paying for it now me my son and his girlfriend have spent the night fighting for the loo so this tells you that something was truly off with it. It's such a shame because I've only ever ordered from here but this will be our last order.

Ordered a doner kebab and half a peri peri chicken with naan and salad. Had to wait 30 minutes in the shop , then got handed the wrapped food , which is unusual but as we had asked for chilli sauce and salad with mayo in the salad we though it was ok, got back to the hotel and neither of us had any salad, imagine a plain kebab with no salad, who does that? Couldn’t be bothered to go back to the shop as it was gone midnight, we had no food all day due to travelling and attending commonwealth games , just very poor!

Terrible food. Ordered a Meal deal last night and the pizza was covered in hairs. Not only that, it wasnt even the flavour i ordered!! Chips were vile too. Only redeeming quality about my order was the pepsi!!! Wouldn't bother, cowboys of fast food🤮🤮🤮

Lovely fresh food in the heart of Dudley. I always get my food from here while passing through. They have a great variety on their menu to choose from. I usually get their cheese burger and it's exactly how I like it. Reasonably priced, they're open till late especially on the weekend. I would highly recommend this place.

I paid 8.50 for a medium pizza and when it came it was soo small with only 4 slices absolute rip off they tried to tell me it was 7.50 for 20 chicken nuggets I will never order from here again also the deliver driver took about 5 mins to count my 4 pound change and in the end had to tell him to keep it as I was cold waiting by the flat door.

Uncooked food attitude problem when u complain about the food they argue back chicken was raw and wasn't cooked how it was asked to be done phoned the shop back to tell them they started to argue 😒 also they tool over an hour to give my food when I was told my food would have been ready within 15 to 20 mins 😑😒

Don't understand the bad reviews, I've ordered from here a few times and the food is always hot and on time. The best quality kebabs (not the usual processed stuff) and milkshakes around.

food was freezing cold when delivered asked for fresh food as the food they delivered never got touched and told me to call back in 10mins, 3rd time I've had problems with brecks! last time they took my money and never delivered pizza till the following day as they were shutting the restaurant when ordered late the night before but still took my money knowing full well they couldn't make my order! terrible customer service shame as the food can be decent if its delivered hot! I WILL NOT be ordering from them again!

Had to go here because Caledonia was closed, RIP OFF had to pay £4.50 just for a chicken burger on its own! And the pizza was £5.60 which is cheap but it was basically brea with more bread with a sprinkle of cheese. ON TOP OF THIS, we ordered our food and sad down to wait for our taxi which was due in a couple mins, all the staff immediately started to say you need to get out and leave because they were close. Staff were so rude and I will NEVER go there again not worth it. CALEDONIA is way better all the way round, cheap, tasty, friendly ;)

As a regular customer I asked for some sauce with my 2 extra large pizzas but never got a single tub. It's not about a 40 pence tub of sauce it's the principle of valuing a regular customer who spends in excess of £200 per month from this address whether its by delivery or collection. In addition to this I found half a cocktail stick in my pizza which I have kept to show them. I tip the delivery driver atleast a couple of pound everytime, which reiterates the fact its not about a 40 pence tub of sauce. Not the first time this has happened. Poor customer service spend your money somewhere else.

Helpful staff but the food is not as good

took 2 hours when i kept asking what is taking so long , after an hour and 40 mins they said they forgot to put the pizza in and then put it in did not even want to give sauce avoid!

Don’t usually write reviews but feel I need to with this place. Pizza stunk of somthing horrible. Tasted the same. Threw it away after first bite. Made me feel sick. Ate the chips that were also not the best tasting. Woke up next day actually being sick and just the thought of the smell of the pizza is making me wanna be sick again. Terrible food will never use again.

Most times when I visit this place, I always end up waiting quiet a while for food. That's because they're preparing it fresh. The food I believe is delicious, I always go for the mixed kebab in nan with a triple choc fudge cake. Can't beat it.

Brecks have always been very good. The last 2 times I've ordered they have sent the wrong pizza and then argued with me. Eventually they send out the correct order. I shouldn't have to argue with them tho. They either employ monkeys now or it's changed management!!!!!

Great food but lthey do get get busy on Fridays. So expect an average 1hr wait for home deliveries. Order well in advance. Mixed grill is my favourite item on the menu.

Specifically picked a pizza that said chicken not chicken tikka because my mom can't eat spice and guess what arrived.. Chips were soggy and unsalted. I do not recommend.

This is the most revolting place around the Dudley area, staff here Rob you then are extremely rude. They swear at customers even though there is children around, the deliveryman don't turn up which leads to the customer calling again for the food , they shouted on the phone saying they shutting so you can't have your food at 3:00 am when I orded my food at 1:00am , iv told them on the phone I would come and pick my food up , but if I had done that he said there will be trouble. The worst thing is I already paid for it. But their response was ''i don't care about your money , I believe my driver has been to the address and there was no answer, so that's not our problem your food has gone MATE "

Food came out fast, I asked for my pizza to be half chicken and half margarita, paid full price but they charged me an extra £1 for getting the half, didnt I save them half the toppings?

Disgusting ordered pizza paid by card when pizza arrived 2hrs later driver said i had not paid even tho money had been taken out my account ,driver had attitude with me so called shop and then i get threatened by owner saying i was rude to driver even tho they had taken money out of my account will never order from these again iv got to go to shop and prove ive paid and he said if i go in there ill be in trouble . Terrible sevice have been ordering from there for 4 years and get treated like this .Oh and the driver has wrote a review giving them 5 ☆ lol what a joke!

Ordered food today as always and a really rude assistant named Umar gave the worst customer service he said 15 mins time collect the food I was in the shop for 30 mins and he took the p .The food was cold and he had no manners on how to speak to customers.
