2 of us went in here last night for food. My cousin was asked for her order then they completely ignored me, even though we were the only 2 in there. I had to call the server over to take my order. They got my order wrong, I asked for mixed kebab they only gave me lamb but charged me for mixed. Then while eating it I chewed in something hard, it was a staple! How? Won't be going here again. However, my cousin said her pizza was nice.

Ordered pizza tonight online paid everything, only to be told they had no Electricity. The management came on the phone and I was trying to tell him it was my last bit of money to feed 3 young children, only for him to put the phone down on me .!!!!!!! So angry 😡 so I went down to the shop only to find 2 bailiffs there . So to get this right it WASN'T that they didn't have Electricity because everything was on . Its because they DONT PAY THERE BILLS. BUT WILL GLADLY GLADLY TAKE YOURS . if it weren't for the NICE bailiffs. I don't think they would have given me my money back .he was trying to tell me I paid for food off just eat , when I never I got it direct from there website . What a dodgy bunch of tosspots they are . ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK

Poor experience. Food ordered via uber eats. Deal included 2 x xl pizzas, donner meat chicken strips, fries and a bottle of pop. What arrived was 2 reg pizzas no chicken or donner, cold chips and a can of pop. Contacted the shop to give them an opportunity to resolve and they didn't want to know. Definitely a scam 😒

I called up and said very clearly what I wanted! 2 vegetarian special pizzas without the feta cheese and garlic, extra: onions, deep pan bbq base on both… An I just got a regular vegetarian special pizza without feta cheese. Like how can you not follow simple instructions?? The onions where barley cooked and what if I was allergic to tomatoes! I literally said to them more than once that I wanted bbq based so therefore i do not recommend

Just ordered two large pizzas. A complete wrong pizza and size arrived. They told me to make another order again. They wouldnt accept that we didnt get a second pizza. Now ignoring my calls. Bad service!

Ordered food at 9pm, still waiting for delivery an hour and half later, phoned 30 mins ago to be told driver 5 mins away, be interesting if food is still hot if it ever gets here!! They originally said 45 mins for delivery, shame as I've always enjoyed the food from here just always taken so long to deliver it. Update, food was cold when it finally arrived,

Ordered from here pizza took ages to arrive, was told the large pizza was sent as regular as the other pizzas we ordered were regular. Pizzas weren't fully cooked.

Never ordered from here before so today was my first time. I ordered the Tower Burger meal and 5pc chicken strips. The order arrived within 40mins (ordered at 7.15pm on a Saturday evening). Arrived at 7.55pm. The burger was excellent, a nice smokey taste on the patty and 3 huge chunks of BBQ chicken, a slice of cheese and BBQ sauce (my choice). Came with fries and a can of coke. The Tower burger really was a meal, very tasty and very filling. Cannot recommend this place enough, will deffo order again.

I ordered on uber eats and I ordered the meal deal for 2. It came with nothing as the description states and for some reason allowed me to pick 4 pizzas? However when I ordered it and it came I got 2 pizzas no fries and a can of pop. Extremely dissapointed dont order from here.

Excellent pizza, arrived nice and hot, cooked to perfection and order was accurate. Very polite and courteous service. Will absolutely order again! Note: If you order on a weekend, expect a wait, they get very busy but it is worth it!

We put in a 100 pound order with these guys for a socially distanced garden party in order for everyone to eat safely, food wasn't late, nothing was forgotten and it was lovely! These guys handled our huge order in a fantastic way, 5* would definitely use again!!

I’m very angry , phoned over 2 hours ago and still haven’t received my food this is disgraceful tried ringing and the phone seems to be off the hook!

We have been using prego for a few years and had lovely food. However we will never use them again!! We ordered 2 pizzas tonight and waited a total of 2 hours for it to arrive. After 1 hour my husband rang and was told it would be another 30 minutes and if we have a problem to collect it , very abrupt! Waited another half hour, rang again and no answer finally arrived 2 hours after the order was placed.

This was the worst takeaway we have ever had. Do NOT order from here unless you want your food to be delivered late, cold, chewy and no refund when making a complaint. My partner and I ordered a meal for 2 deal and ordered the BBQ chicken pizza. The estimated time of arrival was 19:40. It arrived at 20:10 with absolutely no apology off the deliverer, although we are not holding him solely responsible. By this point, we were absolutely starving so willing to put the fact it was late to one side, opened up our food to eat. Everything was ice cold, not even warm. The chips were cold and like plastic, garlic bread was like cardboard and I now need to see my dentist after chewing the life out of the chicken strips. The pizza was also cold and totally flavourless. The only thing not ice cold were the two cans of orange tango which we put in the fridge to enjoy with another meal, not this one. I rarely complain but I was about to go to work on a night shift on an empty stomach so thought I would phone to make a complaint to get a full refund, the only thing we were after. I spoke to a girl, who was pleasant enough, who i explained everything to and that we would like a refund. She said she would speak to the manager. After enjoying listening to the conversation in the background between the two and hearing the occasional 'chuckle', she came back on the phone and said that they can offer 50% off our next order. I explained that if that was all I was been offered in compensation for this horrific experience, there would be no next time. She continued to have a two way conversation between myself and the manager and then stated that they would send out the same order again straight away. I explained that this was not possible as I was going very soon to work a night shift and all we wanted was a refund. She explained that a refund was not possible as we had ordered through Justeat and said they do not get the money straight away and if we had of ordered directly from them, then they could give a refund. This made no sense to me as to why we could not get a refund now but said, okay then, we will wait for you to receive the money and you can give us the refund then. This was apparently not an option and went on to say they will send out a meal on other days....all we wanted was a refund, not another meal. She stated that they could not do this. If your food arrives and you find that it isn’t as good as you’d reasonably expect for the price, the restaurant is in breach of your rights according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. When you accepted the restaurant’s service, you essentially entered into a contract with the restaurant. The restaurant should therefore hold up its end of the bargain and supply the service they described to you. The manager clearly is not aware of this. I work in the criminal justice system and can not stand injustice when we are in the right especially after paying for a substandard service and food. I went on to explain that I would have to leave a review in relation to our horrific experience if we do not receive a full refund, something that I have not done before and would otherwise have been reluctant as I am normally very laid back and easy going. They could not have been any less bothered about this and said that that would be fine. Be warned.

Ordered from Prego on a Saturday night - big mistake. Order was supposed to arrive at 7:30 and never turned up. We called at 8:30 to ask where our food was and we were told it was out for delivery. We only live 10 mins away so it shouldn’t have taken long. Never turned up. We called again at 9pm to try and cancel the order since clearly it wasn’t coming. Were told we couldn’t cancel as it was on its way. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 20 mins and then called again. The manager then checked the orders and was as confused as we were. I explained calmly what had happened and she said she would talk to the delivery driver and call back. Seemed hopeful. 5 minutes later we had a call back. The manager insisted that we had received the food at 8:10 and that the driver had gone to our address and handed the pizza to somebody. I reiterated that we hadn’t received any food so maybe it was taken to the wrong address? I asked if we could please have a refund, or even if the food could be resent since we were starving!! The lady started to get irritated with us and basically implied that we were liars and that we definitely received the food, and we could not receive a refund and then hung up on us. Why would we be calling the restaurant for over 3 hours if we had received our food?? It’s sad because we have been loyal customers for many years but please, avoid this place like the plague unless you want to be ripped off, hungry and called a liar by staff! Ordered dominoes instead. Came in 20 mins despite being a Saturday night. Pay more for quality, guys!

Food was delivered with frozen and with mould on, I contacted the store and I was told that a full refund will be made within 24 hours. No refund materialised, so I contacted the store again and the manager (or person claiming to be the manager) was extremely rude and aggresive.

This place used to be great but it's really gone to the dogs. I know thin crust is thin but I've had thicker slices of Ryvita! The pizza was bland, dry and quite frankly like cardboard. I actually can't believe how bad it tasted. Don't pick a free dip, you'll just get what resembles a semen sample in a pot.

Gone down since new ownership, used to be great now the food quality is very poor. Shame really.

Well truely amazing food. Best I've had for a while. Was told about this place by my brother and he told me try their pizzas and he he was so right. They were excellent. And two large pizzas for £12 , normally pay twice as much for that. What value. The kebab was huge and the chicken wings were delicious, on top of that we got the food in 40 minutes. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Considering ourselves and our neighbours use prego's regularly and the food is usually brill, tonight's was not very good. We ordered 2 kids meals neither of which were provided with the drinks that are supposed to accompany these meals. The kids fish fingers were black, way way overcooked which my son is not happy with as he's had to eat a bit of burnt fish fingers. The can of Fanta provided was warm and flat. Thankfully the 20% discount prevented us having to pay over £30, however still this meal cost us £25 which for the standard of service provided is not great. I'm sorry Prego's but tonight's meal/service has not been a great one.

Had problems with food here all the time found I was being sick and I read in express and star owner was found guilty at court over all sorts of problems.

Normally have no problem with Pregos but ordered food Saturday. Expected delivery time was 45mins-1hr which is pretty standard these days so it was fine. However it ended up taking an 1hour and 40minutes to come. When I rang after they exceeded expected delivery I found them quite rude and basically said shall we just cancel it. I get that they were busy but to not even send a courtesy message or call when they knew it was going to be that late was annoying. On top of this it was my sisters wedding that coming day and all of my family were in bed (I finished work early am and needed food) so I always put on notes do not ring doorbell or knock door loudly please ring phone. They normally always do this but this night they banged the door so loudly that it woke my mum up. They did include ice cream to apologise for wait but it was basically too little too late at that point. Generally they are always early or on time and I have no problems but was not impressed at all. I think the biggest issue was their attitude on the phone and then banging of the door more than the wait.

The restaurant didn't have half of the items that I ordered, but they called to let me know, so that wasn't a big deal. However, the cheesecake is too frozen to even eat it tonight. Prego Pizza is usually very good, but we were disappointed this time.

First time I've ordered from here, got 2 pizzas for £8 and they were the best pizzas I think I've ever had. Had a kebab which which was huge, couldn't eat it all, dog enjoyed the rest of it. The BBQ chicken wings were delicious, the service was excellent and I got the food in half an hour. I can't praise them enough, every thing was so perfect. I'm not used to this hence the appreciation. Normally I'm waiting and pay twice as much to my local. If you haven't tried these then you're missing out. Definitely recommend.
