Might aswell of gone to aldi and got me a cheaper and probably nicer pizza😬

Absolutely disgusting place!!!! I spend almost £30 ordering 2 pizzas, Burger, Chips, Donna meat and a few other things and they all went in the Bin apart from the burger. The meat were gone off and it smelt soo bad, the Pizza was literally bread and cheese I’m just fuming

Walked in for a takeaway order, Because it was late tried being polite and asked if they were taking take away orders and the guy lashed out at me. Absolute horrendous customer service. Walked out without placing an order and wont recommend it to anyone.

Ordered fresh kebabs in naan noticed my app said it was cooked 3 mins after I ordered it phoned up to ask is this right and was rudely spoken to saying it’s done and will be delivered soon. So as soon as I got home cos I was driving I called back up and he was rude immediately after picking up saying you’ve called twice in 15 minutes when all I was doing is questioning how I was getting fresh food cooked in 3 minutes, none the less a place that used to serve great food gave us food poisoning and they’re customer service is disgusting, I brought so much trade to this place, friends and family used it, not any more, they can do one for all our trade now.

Absolutely horrendous, 1 hour and 45 mins to deliver food and when it arrived it was horrible … I mean this … AVOID 0/10

Absolute disgusting customer service! To say the order was £45! The one kebab was sopping in grease! To the point, it had came through the pitta bread, through the grease proof paper, wrapping paper and paper bag! The large chips..... was more like the portion you have from maccies in a happy meal! Called the restaurant, they were very rude! Arrogant! Offered no resolution! And hung up! If I could post without stars then I would of!

Ordered again for the 2nd time tonight food was so nice the bacon meat ext was real meat on the pizza the chicken burger was so good and the nuggets and chips my son said he doesn’t want McDonald’s again thank you guys it’s hard to find a decent takeout these days well worth the money

I was sceptic with ordering but I am very happy with the quality of our dinner! it was a little late but that is a small price to pay for quality food! I know these had poor ratings in the past but I will definitely be ordering again! thank you!

food is usually very good from here, not sure whats happened tonight. the kids chicken strips where ok but my mixed sheikh kebab meat was really poor, very chewy and dry, very disappointing

food is amazing. pizza had great amount of toppings, tasted fresh and cooked correctly and fries were fresh and crispy.

Paid £29 for a garlic/cheese pizza base with donner/fries/chicken kebab, only to find you still use pre-made bulk buy bases that are like bland cardboard! Please dont reply saying "we now use fresh dough" as you did lastime as its a LIE!! and i wont be using you again for poor quality over priced food

the pizza base doesn't taste fresh the toppings are fine and rest of order just base doesn't taste fresh that was let down

Missed a pizza off the order, called immediately to say it was missing, waiting over an hour for them to send it out - called restaurant for update and they cut us off hopefully we get it soon but who knows

Won't be ordering a delivery again. They delivered to wrong flat. Salad was ordered with a chicken wrap. No salad with it. Sweet chilli was asked for. First bite and it was hot chilli. All in all had to wait 1 and half hours for a replacement.Mr Walters

Absolutely blown away the bacon cheeseburger was absolutely huge as was the double cheeseburger !!!! Highly recommend! everything arrived hot and on time..... completely stuffed thank you guys amazing 👏 😌

Was the worst pizza I have ecmver had. Wasn't fresh felt like it was a frozen pizza had no hardly any toppings .

Dull and unremarkable food..the 3 star hygiene rating on the door should have warned me off but had already ordered. Guys these days don't handle food without gloves.

Food was fantastic. Best doner I have had for a long time. Pizza was spot on. Chips were delicious also. Credit to the delivery driver who was extremely polite and took into account the time and that I may have children in bed so FairPlay to the driver !!.

I have been here a few tines and I don't rate it. Iv ordered pizzas barely cooked. I ordered a small pizza for 10 pounds but if I had a meal deal it was 12. Its bonkers. I rang up no apology ill sort you out next time but you have none of my details. Go kitari in future

Ordered a deal and the pizzas were both as thin as a sheet of paper not deep pan as requested. .not much meat on either .more sauce than anything chips and kebab were cold..and when ring up to complain they couldn’t understand so they said.ended up chuckin it and doing something in the house

Use to come a lot and food is great. We order a large chips that comes with a meal deal. We got a small chips in a while bag not even the size of my hand. I call and ask if they can send the correct amount and i get arguments and then an ended phone i call again being told i was the one who hung up so i again stating i want my large chips they eventually sent one out when i recieved one it was actually a large (in the box) the guy said that he knows my dad trying to threaten me. Also saying to not leave a review. Then says he knows what im doing? So i say are you accusing me of lying and he just walks to his car. So clealry customer service is disgusting and to be honest i dont want to order from here again due to the arguments we go through. All of this could be avoided by sending the right size. This is a shame as the food is good.

Been to Pars for longer than I can remember and would never say anything bad about the place but tonight was an awful experience. £36 worth of kebabs and a pizza and the tastiest thing was the pizza box. Green edge round the chicken skewer and doner meat was bland and rubbery. Binned the lot and had to go to Bobbos blackheath for emergency tea. Hope pars was a one off

Burnt pizza overcooked fries garlic bread cook one side spent £33 really poor

Food arrived earlier than stated which was a bonus, food was absolutely amazing 👏 new menu? Everything has changed and its now so much better! Everything arrived hot even the chips were still piping hot and crispy 😋. Thank you guys 😊

Dropped order, felt light in weight,lucky was able to check and call back driver ....was missing fries,had to wait nearly 30 mins to bring back fries.

There was no source on the kebab. Burgers were dry. We are really disappointed as we have always ordered from here

Gorgeous food again. Had a couple of things missing but I called up, the man I spoke to was very polite and sent out the missing items straight away, with some free pop, had 2 delivery men and both were lovely and very polite, brilliant service and wonderful food. Thank you pars 😁

They did forget 2 send the fries with the meal but the food was so nice and we got a free burger that I didn't think it was worth asking for a refund for them, the delivery was free and only cost 70p for service charge and bag fee, the price was reasonable and the food was very nice indeed, I think this may be my new favorite pizza place, used to get food from here when I was a kid and it's just a good as I remember about 30 years later, thank you for a lovely meal 😁

The kebab I had was so lovely and fresh not greesy at all, lovely pieces of meat. The meat feast pizza was lovely just abit over done, will be ordering again. Thank you Delivery was very early by 20/25mins earlier then estimated time given. Poilte delivery driver.

Pizza went in the bin! Kebab on it was all burnt and crunchy like scratchings, no crust on it either, oily and doughy…didn’t even cut it I had to use my own pizza cutter to even try a slice, definitely won’t be ordering again, not even worth a 1 ⭐️ rating

Can't fault the food at all, fresh hot and delicious! Will be ordering from here again. Kebab meat was so good proper pieces of meat and not just mostly fat and burnt bits like most places I've been too.

Absolutely lovely food good value for money could do with a bit more topping on the new york burger but you cant moan to much for £7 kebab is just spot on perfect

Food took forever to arrive, on arrival it was 25 minutes late, food was cold and taste was less than average. I definitely won’t eat again from here and wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Honestly not inedible but Nothing to rave about.. the beef burger although free with my order was a burger van burger, the chips were ok, my biggest gripe is with the pizza and garlic bread pizza, if you like 90% dough and 10% topping then great, but with no option of thin crust it’s just overwhelmingly stodgy. Like having a loaf of bread with a bit of cheese on top hardly any flavour, had to drench in sauce, and drink lots of water to get it down my throat.

Chicken meat was literally burnt. Had to leave the chicken meat and just eat the donner meat. Had literally pieces of burnt meat in my mouth.

Ordered some kebabs and pizza for the first and probably for the last time. Kebab average, pizza could be a lot better.
