I ordered food through just eat and I honestly admit that it was impossible to eat it! The fries were hard and the doner meat too, I do not recommend

Order cancelled because they have their own delivery drivers . And don't like to deliver over 2 miles .. . Make sure you check if it's Uber drivers or their own drivers . .. 1 * for excepting my order . .. 4 Stars for lalach ...

Ordered here regularly, pretty much at least once a month but today was the last. Told to call and they would give a cheaper price, checked on just eat and it was cheaper there, told them and the deal on just eat magically disappeared with the person on the phone having no idea whats going on. Ordered large fries and the portion that came was smaller than the regular... The pizza was squashed as well. Only shining light this time was the driver who was great. Ordered here many times but never again and will recommend to all my family and friends who order here to stop as well - this is no way to treat any sort of customer never mind a regular one.

1st time I ordered it never came I figured it may have been a fluke now the second time it hasn't arrived again, and they don't answer calls.

kebab was great 4 stars for this pizza didnt taste right tonight looked burnt to much tomatoe and defo not a thick crust doubt be ordering pizza from here again gone down hill yet again

Tonight's food was really disappointing. My pizza that I ordered looked to have been shook about beforehand. A few pieces had no topping just sauce. The 'loaded fries' we had ordered were nothing like the description stated. there was no sauce at all nor jalapenos (cheese sauce and special sauce were mentioned in their description along with jalaphenos). It was literally a box of chips, some chopped up chicken and a bit of melted cheese gluing it all together. Very Disappointed!

Food was cold and the garlic bread pizza tastes and looks like cardboard.

First time ordering from here and we loved it !! So fresh & tasty !! Wish the garlic butter base was available on the build your own for us people not a fan of the tomato base !!

kebab meat was great and sauces only thing letting it down AGAIN was rock hard chips yet again over cooked again would of given it more quality star but its happening quite frequently know

Was delivered nearly an hour late, I recieved a notification to let me know the driver was on its way, didn’t come for 50 mins, even though it’s only a 10 minute drive from my house. after requesting a refund I was declined because of ‘bad traffic’ even though a 10 minute drive would not turn into an hour at 8pm on a Tuesday. Food came stone cold, and smushed together in the box. I usually love this place, but will no longer be using it due to poor service.

the food was all cold, the order was “out for delivery” for half an hour when the restaurant is less than 5 minutes away and when we phoned the restaurant after half an hour they said it had been sent out 2 minutes ago

TERRIBLE ordered food for delivery. 1 hour later we phoned as we had not received the order and money had come out of our bank. Stated it was on its way. 30 minutes later phoned again to be informed that they had not received our order. We gave them the order number and that we ordered through their Web page. They said that the Web page is down and they have a new Web page that went live YESTERDAY! they stated that we needed to cancel the order with our bank. About 30 minutes later they called us back and informed the webpage was back up and did we still want the order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Second time we have ordered and food not arrived. We had a few months in between but thought give them the benefit of doubt....but nope they are now black listed for us never ordering again. £35 order and we phoned said it was on its way, phoned 30 mins later no order placed. Still the money came out our account. DO NOT ORDER through their own Web page, go through just eat....then again AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

the food i ordered was decent, the burger was okay edible bit cold and just slapped on alot of lettuce which i liked , but the side i ordered cheese fries was just not it . the cheese wasnt melted made under 2 minutes and it was just normal grated mozzarella cheese on fries, unappetising and the cheese tasted off, i felt really sick after eating my meal. will not order from here again.

Says 7 chicken goujons only had 5. The donor kebab was lovely. Pizza mid. Chicken goujon poor.

They do not sell shish kebab they sell grilled chicken i wish i knew that before i waited 90mins

I ordered was given a delivery time when they had canceled my order after on the app saying was been delivered .it doesnt say on app about there been a min charge abs discrace of takeaway i wont be using again

Portion Size is a little Small but not too bad. Kebab and Salad very nice and a nice unique salad. Could use more Sauce options. 2 different Sauces would be perfect. "Chips" were Fries and not very good quality. Very Hard. Go with Kebab in Naan next time.

Legendary pizza box - misleading, it says "all in one box. We ordered the 16inch box and our kebab meat and chips arrived in a 7inch box separately to the pizza. For £20 I expected more meat and chips, pizza was OK nothing special, chips and meat was nice. Wouldn't order again simply because the pizza wasn't that nice and you didn't get a large enough portion of the meat and chips.

Ordered deep pan, but both pizzas were thin base. Other than that tasted fine.

i paid nearly £21 for 3 tubs of ben and jerrys icecream 475ml and recived 6 100ml pots of icecream this is completely unacceptable for what i paid i should have just recived a refund if you did not have the 475ml tubs but you cannot give 200ml and think its ok its not even half the amount i paid for

Ordered a takeaway. The chips were hard, tasted horrible like they had been cooked several times and reheated. The pizzas were okayish. my husbands ws burnt. We have both been ill since. Wont order from them again. Ruined our bank holiday plans as we were too ill to do anything- thanks for nothing

Food was cold when arrived. By how quickly they got the food out for delivery was 5 mins. I think the pizza was just shown the oven then back out again. Very disappointed

DO NOT EAT HERE The burgers were probably horse meat. Food was half an hour late. Chips were soggy. Chicken wings were dry, bland and tough. Overall horrible had to get a refund. Completely inedible

Jaspers have delicious pizzas and kebabs.

Abit disappointed about the £17 pizza/kebab and chips box it’s certainly not worth the 17 quid

Always ordered from here as lived opposite never had a problem recently moved and the delivery driver even after explaining my 4 month old was asleep told me to wake her up and come to get food. On top of waking her up it was peeing it down raining. Such a disgusting attitude from him didnt even bother to help me with door or anything knowing i was struggling

Obviously disgusting this place needs to be shut down I ordered 2 Donna burger meals and they was both mouldy loads of green mould over the buns I will be reporting this place to training standards needs to be shut down before u kill someone DONT EAT FROM THIS PLACE

Legendary box for the price doesn’t have the quality. The whole box is a pizza with the corners having barely any kebab meat. Chips were so cold they couldn’t be enjoyed. First time ordering and probs wouldn’t order again.

When opened it looked as though it had defrosted and refrozen not very appetising due to funny colour. Sell by date 04/2023 which is very close to the cuff being last day of April

Food was lovely, fresh, and very fast to arrive (within 15 mins of ordering). All was hot and well presented. Only down side was even though we ordered large, portion wasn't that big. Apart from that, really nice 👍

Ordered food for delivery but it arrived with salad and and mayo missing. When I called I got accused of lying about asking for mayo and told I should have asked for salad eventhough the description of the food said salad was included. Avoid this place at all costs!

I ordered the family deal 2 xl pizzas 3 sides I chose fries 12nuggets and 7 wings . We was delivered 1 pizza 8 nuggets and 5 wings I called to see what was happening they said they had changed pricing on just eat but they clearly haven't the man who answered the call was very rude and told me to take up with just eat 🤔

Teribble customer service, never ordering from here again. Food was meant to take 40mins, to nearly 2 hours and restaurant kept saying 5minutes more and food would be here. Just straight lying. Food cane cold and soggy couldnt even eat it. Called restaurant to complaint and no apology and they said "you got your food in the end didnt you". Definitely avoid this place.

Food arrived around 20-25 minutes after the app notified us it was on the way, on arrival the food was luke warm, we couldn’t finish the food as it was cold and unenjoyable.

Do not waste your time ordering from these guys, I placed an order through Deliveroo, after an hour I didn’t receive my food, called many times but they never answered, 1 hr later they marked my food as delivered even though they never delivered anything. Worst place.

Pizza was flat as a pancake even though it was supposed to be a deep pan. Pizza came cold .and kebab jas just meat not my idea of a kebab no pitta bread or anything
