Awful place, awful food, awful staff, partner ordered from here last night and the food was disgusting, pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard, loaded fries were also cold and hard and hardly anything "loaded" about them, when contacted about the state of the food they were abusive down the phone, wouldn't recommend, if I was able to leave 0 stars I would terrible place even worse food and below par staff, absolutely dive.

Ordered here regularly, pretty much at least once a month but today was the last. Told to call and they would give a cheaper price, checked on just eat and it was cheaper there, told them and the deal on just eat magically disappeared with the person on the phone having no idea whats going on. Ordered large fries and the portion that came was smaller than the regular... The pizza was squashed as well. Only shining light this time was the driver who was great. Ordered here many times but never again and will recommend to all my family and friends who order here to stop as well - this is no way to treat any sort of customer never mind a regular one.

Tonight's food was really disappointing. My pizza that I ordered looked to have been shook about beforehand. A few pieces had no topping just sauce. The 'loaded fries' we had ordered were nothing like the description stated. there was no sauce at all nor jalapenos (cheese sauce and special sauce were mentioned in their description along with jalaphenos). It was literally a box of chips, some chopped up chicken and a bit of melted cheese gluing it all together. Very Disappointed!

Was delivered nearly an hour late, I recieved a notification to let me know the driver was on its way, didn’t come for 50 mins, even though it’s only a 10 minute drive from my house. after requesting a refund I was declined because of ‘bad traffic’ even though a 10 minute drive would not turn into an hour at 8pm on a Tuesday. Food came stone cold, and smushed together in the box. I usually love this place, but will no longer be using it due to poor service.

the food was all cold, the order was “out for delivery” for half an hour when the restaurant is less than 5 minutes away and when we phoned the restaurant after half an hour they said it had been sent out 2 minutes ago

TERRIBLE ordered food for delivery. 1 hour later we phoned as we had not received the order and money had come out of our bank. Stated it was on its way. 30 minutes later phoned again to be informed that they had not received our order. We gave them the order number and that we ordered through their Web page. They said that the Web page is down and they have a new Web page that went live YESTERDAY! they stated that we needed to cancel the order with our bank. About 30 minutes later they called us back and informed the webpage was back up and did we still want the order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Second time we have ordered and food not arrived. We had a few months in between but thought give them the benefit of doubt....but nope they are now black listed for us never ordering again. £35 order and we phoned said it was on its way, phoned 30 mins later no order placed. Still the money came out our account. DO NOT ORDER through their own Web page, go through just eat....then again AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

the food i ordered was decent, the burger was okay edible bit cold and just slapped on alot of lettuce which i liked , but the side i ordered cheese fries was just not it . the cheese wasnt melted made under 2 minutes and it was just normal grated mozzarella cheese on fries, unappetising and the cheese tasted off, i felt really sick after eating my meal. will not order from here again.

Portion Size is a little Small but not too bad. Kebab and Salad very nice and a nice unique salad. Could use more Sauce options. 2 different Sauces would be perfect. "Chips" were Fries and not very good quality. Very Hard. Go with Kebab in Naan next time.

Legendary pizza box - misleading, it says "all in one box. We ordered the 16inch box and our kebab meat and chips arrived in a 7inch box separately to the pizza. For £20 I expected more meat and chips, pizza was OK nothing special, chips and meat was nice. Wouldn't order again simply because the pizza wasn't that nice and you didn't get a large enough portion of the meat and chips.

i paid nearly £21 for 3 tubs of ben and jerrys icecream 475ml and recived 6 100ml pots of icecream this is completely unacceptable for what i paid i should have just recived a refund if you did not have the 475ml tubs but you cannot give 200ml and think its ok its not even half the amount i paid for

Ordered a takeaway. The chips were hard, tasted horrible like they had been cooked several times and reheated. The pizzas were okayish. my husbands ws burnt. We have both been ill since. Wont order from them again. Ruined our bank holiday plans as we were too ill to do anything- thanks for nothing

Always ordered from here as lived opposite never had a problem recently moved and the delivery driver even after explaining my 4 month old was asleep told me to wake her up and come to get food. On top of waking her up it was peeing it down raining. Such a disgusting attitude from him didnt even bother to help me with door or anything knowing i was struggling

Legendary box for the price doesn’t have the quality. The whole box is a pizza with the corners having barely any kebab meat. Chips were so cold they couldn’t be enjoyed. First time ordering and probs wouldn’t order again.

When opened it looked as though it had defrosted and refrozen not very appetising due to funny colour. Sell by date 04/2023 which is very close to the cuff being last day of April

Ordered food for delivery but it arrived with salad and and mayo missing. When I called I got accused of lying about asking for mayo and told I should have asked for salad eventhough the description of the food said salad was included. Avoid this place at all costs!

I ordered the family deal 2 xl pizzas 3 sides I chose fries 12nuggets and 7 wings . We was delivered 1 pizza 8 nuggets and 5 wings I called to see what was happening they said they had changed pricing on just eat but they clearly haven't the man who answered the call was very rude and told me to take up with just eat 🤔

Teribble customer service, never ordering from here again. Food was meant to take 40mins, to nearly 2 hours and restaurant kept saying 5minutes more and food would be here. Just straight lying. Food cane cold and soggy couldnt even eat it. Called restaurant to complaint and no apology and they said "you got your food in the end didnt you". Definitely avoid this place.
