Was wary of getting food from these type of establishments Papa John's Lansdowne Bournemouth noticed the guy making pizza also operating till what would happen if cash sale handling dirty money then making your pizza no gloves no hand washing before how can this be allowed pizza wasn't even fully baked in my view seems I was right about these places

Ordered a large pizza and 2 sides online for 6pm collection Arrived at 5.50 to fine my order ready 5 mins down the road to destination and everything stone cold Not good enough considering I was 10 minutes early

Pizzas had hardly any topping on. Nearly £40 for 2 bare pizzas. Called them to give them chance to put it right. They didn't give a hoot. Poor attitude. Will never use again. *To the owner* You have a lot of competition in Telford. If you don't value your customers you won't stand a chance. Not a way to run a business!

Do not use the Telford store. Two hours to deliver food and cold on arrival. Manager Jas Singh denied me a refund. Was told I would have to wait 5 days for a refund.

Please stay away from these young people they don’t even deliver you order if you order past half 10 at night they take your money and shut up shop and don’t expect to get your money back either stay well clear

Delivery was late, toppings incorrect and on the roof of box, 3 complaints made on the night due to the complaint not being rectified, 1 the day after where manager curtis refused to help with complaint as it was too late to complain then proceeded to shout down the phone and hung up, overall an awful experience primary due to management

Collected our pizza for first time tonight to be greeted with the server asking me ‘what do you want?’ . I then see one staff member touching food after putting his fingers repeatedly through his hair, another touching the till to check orders then picking dough to create the pizza and then girl on phone touching face/mouth and then labelling all boxes leaving the store. Worrying to say the least.

We ordered a lunchtime pizza from here earlier this week and i must say it was very nice, ordered over the phone and very speedily delivered,will certainly have more from them.

Do not order from this place unless you enjoy cold and rubbery food, and incredibly rude and unaccommodating staff. We don't normally complain but constantly orders are missing multiple items or are incorrect items, food is inedible and we have just lost £30 when money is tight and we were looking for a Friday night treat during this lockdown.

Amazing service, amazing food, pizza is always cooked to perfection along with sides and dessert, food arrived in 15 minutes! Great service, would recommend to everyone

Delivery driver came to the door didn't call ahead. Handed the food over. Food was cold allin all very disappointed. Highly unlikely to use again. Expensive for what it was

Ordered a treat for a Saturday night of papa johns pizza with the cookie dough and brownies. The delivery was rather good took half an hour and the food taste lovely. Brownies were sickly and cookie dough was rather tasty. Did however feel bad hours later wasn’t sure why took 3/4 days to shift with toilet issues. However it is rather expensive and cannot trust papa johns.

The poor rating comes from our first experience of papa johns and it was not a good one. Upon receiving a flyer through the door we were tempted by the advertised marmite pizza. We ordered online for delivery - an hour later no pizza - called, was told they would call driver and that he was on way. Ten minutes later no pizza. Rang again to be told he was outside.....no one outside, they then said they would ring the driver (funny they knew he was outside without being on the phone to him?) they confirmed that he was heading up our road. Again no car.....they then decided that the driver was lost and would call us! ten minutes later the driver called to say he had taken some wrong turns ( we are 3 minutes drive from the shop) He found us and was very sorry, said pizza would probably be cold as he'd had another drop off that got mixed up and he could heat it up. I declined as we were starving - it was Luke warm and tasked okay - very little topping in comparison to other pizza places. I have written my concerns to the company who have apologised and given me a free pizza to claim which is nice of them, but I still can't understand the lying to a customer. They knew full well he was not outside and should have apologised then which I would have accepted - after all everyone has bad days.

Terrible service, pre ordered well in advance, then turned up late and cold. Tried to call the store, when I got through after an hour the person on the phone said they were told not to answer the phones as they were too busy. Awful customer service.

We had 2 XXL pizzas for 21.99.... I would never pay that for one pizza... So for £11 per pizza it was a good deal. Pizzas were hit, tasty and as ordered.

I was staying at a hotel in Telford for business so ordered from here as i didn't fancy anything on the hotel's restaurant menu. Food arrived quickly and was piping hot. Pizza was really fresh and they included the pickled pepper which some stores don't. My only minor complaint was that the pizza base appeared to be made from offcuts of dough all pressed together which resulted in the pizza breaking apart like tear and share bread. Will definitely continue to use papa johns.

Pizza bought online, told a time to collect but arrived 5 mins early. When i got there I said I was early but they said it had been ready for 10 minutes already.

Fab food fab pizza helpful staff requires a better waiting area but worth it for they tasty pizzas. Easy to find need more parking spaces

Las pizzas en línea ordenados antes de las 6 pm en un sábado por la noche, todavía no entrega de pizza en 7. 45:00h!! Tienda y busco el fin, mantuvo en lectura dirección errónea. Finalmente encontré mi dirección y dijo que estaba en camino, pero no se disculpó por el retraso. 5 minutos más tarde recibimos una llamada desde el conductor entrega como él era perdido viniendo a nuestra casa. Nuestra casa está a 5 minutos en coche de la tienda, fuera de la carretera principal. Tuve que dado paso a paso las direcciones a mi casa, que duró 10 minutos y fue bastante difícil, ya que él no entendía como el inglés no es su idioma 1. Finalmente cuando recibimos la pizza estaba tibia y tuvimos que calentar en el microondas.

Our pizzas arrived hot and were very fresh and tasty. The delivery man was very polite. I will have food from here again.

I have ordered pizza from here several times and never had a problem however tonight I've ordered my pizza online as I always do and have waiting 4 hours for my food so I rang to find out where it was as I paid online and the money had already left my account firstly I was told that my food was on the way then I was told that they hadn't received my order and that there was nothing on there system and that there wasn't anything they could do and I would have to call head office which I can't do as it's a bank holiday. The man I spoke to on the phone was very rude and cut the phone off at one point so I had to call back and I didn't get an apology. I will never be using them again

No usado antes. No tuve que esperar mucho tiempo para la entrega, aunque el conductor se disculpó por retraso y fue muy educado. Pizza estaba frío y no había ninguna señal de queso. Cantidad pobre de topping (no un poco como la imagen de internet), aunque un montón de cebolla. Traté de llamar 4 veces pero teléfono estaba sonando constantemente. Decepcionado

Decidimos probar Papa John's, ya que no antes de llamados a la orden. Cuando llegamos nos esperamos alrededor de 10 minutos antes de preguntamos si nuestro oder estaba listo. Un montón de personal, pero nadie siquiera nos saludaba. Podíamos ver nuestra comida estaba lista, pero nadie parecía estar sirviendo al frente. Por el momento nos dieron nuestra comida y fuimos a casa (alrededor de 5 minutos en coche) la comida estaba fría pero muy sabroso. Intentará de nuevo, pero quizá no en un día ajetreado:).

Pedimos un par de pizzas en la noche y después de esperar 1 horas 40 minutos decidí llamar y ver que mi entrega fue. Me dijeron que no estaba aún preparado todavía y sería al menos otros 40 minutos como mínimo. ! ! Teniendo en cuenta que es un sábado por la noche parece que sería organizado y cubierto para que ajetreada noche de la semana. Decidí cancelar y todavía estoy esperando mi dinero a través de Paypal. Pesimo servicio, nunca volveré.

I usually use dominos until someone recommended papa johns to me this is the second time I've ordered from here and on both occasions the food has been lovely but unfortunately has arrived cold and needed microwaving. Definitely better than dominos though even cold

Have had papa johns 3 times first 2 were lovely but won't be getting again as last time, Friday was awful. We ordered a half and half chicken club/sausage and pepperoni. We waited ages and it was freezing.......this wasn't the problem as I understand that's par for the course when you get a delivery and as i like food piping hot I always reheat anyway. However, the pizza itself looked like it had barely seen the oven, anaemic cheese. There were large thick slices of raw tomato on the chicken club, this wasn't depicted in picture/description, the onions were raw and the meat overall tasted uncooked especially the bacon on the club. The papas guarantee states you must complain within 30 mins of delivery which I also find a bit of a cop out as by the time I'd reheated etc etc given it a go to see if any better the 30 mind were up. I emailed the company direct but have yet to hear anything.

Love, love, love the pizzas from Papa John's. Great service from staff, phone order through & it's ready in 10mins to collect. Also buy one get one free is great when we have family visiting.

We decided last minute to order a pizza from here on recommendation from someone, so visited the website to complete our order... Now while that process was easy enough and the order was delivered within the time frame, our pizza (all the meats) was probably one of the nicest we've had for some time, however the sides were something elseThe garlic knots were covered in what can only be described rank oil, the smell was vile and literally making the box they came in fall apart and chicken poppers where ''mur'' We have since found that there is a facebook page dedicated to people who hate the oil/stuff covering the knots so clearly we weren't the only ones not impressed.

My first order from here was satifactory, if a little underwhelming, so we tried again on a different occasion. Oh boy, how I wish we hadn't.Not only did the delivery take the best part of an hour (we live about 5 minutes away) the pizzas were cold, had solidified cheese on top and were totally unappettising. When we asked the driver why they took so long he told us he'd done other deliveries on his run that were literally on the other side of Telford. basically, he delivered the furthest away ones first instead of getting the food to the customers hot and on time.As their advertising offers a free replacement as long as you order it on the SAME night we decided to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation.We rang the shop and were told the next driver would deliver our order again nice and hot. Forty minutes later another batch of luke warm pizza arrived. We were so hungry by now we accepted them and gave the cold slop of the original order back to the driver.Their head office were a whole lot less than helpful and we got the impression we were boring them with our complaint when we emailed and telephoned them.Personally, I'll never order from this outlet again. Why should I pay for cold food, late delivery and rudeness from the employees? It's a shame the real life experience doesn't (didn't) live up to the advertising.

The actual building, and the staff who occupy it are nothing special. The sliding doors were broke for a good 6 months (It's been a few months since I've been so I'm not sure if they still are, though I wouldn't be surprised) and the staff aren't particularly friendly. You don't go for the service however, you go for the take-away pizza, and it is delicious! It is significantly less greasy than the Domino's pizza, and at an affordable price too!

We usually order Domino's but the last couple of times we've been disappointed with the amount of topping on our pizzas and also the time it takes to deliver.This time we decided to try Papa John's as we had an offer. We also decided to collect it. The pizza bases were nice and crispy but the toppings were a little sparse to say the least. I know you can't overload a pizza or you'll end up with a heavy, stodgy mush on top but in my opinion you could have added at least another 50% and still had a decent pizza. We had to leave some as it got a little 'bready' towards the end.The taste of the pizza was far superior to Domino's so we would give them another go but maybe have a word about the quantity of toppings!

The best pizza place in Telford in my opinion. Pizzas always come delivered hot and tasty and would definitely recommend Papa Johns.

Wonderful pizza! I have never ordered a Papa Johns pizza before as I usually just grab one from the supermarket but one late evening I just fancied pizza! Glad I did, the pizza was gorgeous!

We've enjoyed the pizzas from here before, so very disappointed that we just rang them at 10.50pm to be told they are closed. The website says 11pm closing and it's the new year weekend. What a let down :-(

I've never been so disappointed with a takeaway!Firstly; we were served by a miserable and sulking young man. However, I could have got over this if the pizza was worth the effort ...... IT WAS NOT! This pizza lacked any flavour! We ordered three very different pizzas with the only discernible difference between them being the one pizza with BBQ sauce on, oh and by the way, simply squeezing BBQ sauce on top of a pizza is a poor excuse for a BBQ pizz!! All three were loaded with this horrendous bland cheese with a slight scattering of tasteless toppings mixed in.The final insult to my taste buds came in the form of their 'garlic dip' .... this was revolting!!! All in all a terrible, disgusting, waste of money pizza which was no better than an Asda Smart Price frozen pizza! ..... no offence Asda.

Ordered Pizzas at 7.50pm told it would be with us in 45-50 minutes gave phone number and full address.Rang at 9pm as no pizzas and no phone call to be told the delivery driver couldn't find us, gave number again and full address was told it would be with us in 15 minutes.Rang again at 9.30 still no pizza and no phone call, to be told that the driver couldn't find us, but no phone call. Gave phone number and address again.Rang again at 10.10pm over 2 hours after we ordered to tell them to shove it! Complete p*ss take! Rang Dominoes from the time we ordered with them to the time it arrived was 35 minutes. Will never use Papa Johns again, no apology off the staff either, I think it must be run by a bunch of very incompetent people who would struggle to run their own bath! So disappointed as had Papa Johns when on holiday and it was great!

Best pizza and largest too tastes so good I recommend getting and XXL and saving some for dinner, some breakfast and maybe some lunch

We decided on the spur of the moment to order a delivery from Papa Johns.I found their online booking form and navigated to my choices and selected my pizza and sides easily. As I could pay via card, credit card or even Paypal I chose the latter and got an email right away telling me my food was being prepared.Less than the quoted hour later the door was knocked and a friendly delivery chap dropped off our food and we sent him on his way with a nice tip!The pizzas themselves were a decent size and were topped nicely. Although I didn't particularly like the buffalo wings (too greasy for my taste) the pizzas went down well with us both but I would have preferred it to be slightly hotter temperature-wise.Will I order again? Probably, but I'll order a smaller size next time and more sides! Was it value for money? Difficult to say based on one order. There are other pizza delivery firms in Telford that could have done the same for less money but as far as the quality goes I have no real complaints.

Ordered food on the app, they called back to say the had run out of large boxes could they put half In a box and half in another. No problem. Turned up and they gave us three boxes for two pizzas?! They had managed to give one half away to another customer. So we had to wait whilst they cooked another fresh pizza- very inconvenient when ordering fast food!

Lovely freshly made pizzas, staff have always been friendly helpful and polite both in the actual store and when ordering for delivery. Use this store a bit so worth signing up for the rewards too!

America hot , and a all the meats pizza with potato wedges sounds lush well you would think so ! Very disappointed wedges under cooked and the pizzas not much flavor except the chillies , we should of gone morrisons and grabbed them from there !!

I ordered online and asked for a saved pizza that I have ordered several times which does not have sweet corn. Pizza came with sweet corn and not very warm. Phoned them as they have a satisfaction guarantee. They said its my fault as I must of ordered it wrong and could not understand that there is a fault in the online ordering system that sent them the wrong order. Their satisfaction guarantee should read, if your not completely satisfied, tough, it must be your own fault. Head office didn't help either. Never again.

These guys do the best pizzas. Good choice of toppings and nice dough base. Also they have much better deals than doms. The best is the buffalo chicken, I've had quite a few of them now...

Great pizzas ! We needed a decent takeout and we chose here as we had been to the one in nottingham. Did not disappoint. You don't feel stuffed like you do at Pizza Hut and it's half the price .

Really enjoy the pizzas from here, love the dough bases and choice of toppings. Staff have always been friendly and pizza ready on time when I collect
