¿No gauco taco no salsa no sour cream pie me no 5 star?

I normally get pizza every Sunday 15 inch pizza Margherita this Flavour for £10 delivery pizza so nice this place should have higher review not sure why other people are so fussing as i cant see what wrong with it

This used to be so good. Good sized portions, hot food. Unfortunately I’ve had three bad deliveries now. Cold, wrong items on kebab and surprisingly small portions! £7.99 for a large mixed kebab with 4 slices of lamb! I don’t know if under new management but I will be going elsewhere now. Such a shame

Always quik delivery and nice food and fair price

Food was 2 hours late they lied about where it was saying it was a new driver and he was lost then the driver turns up and says something different customer service is shockingly awful promised a refund and have never received it, never answer the phone and then lie again on the phone disgraceful we will never use them again and certainly do not recommend them.

Esta noche pedí kebab, que estaba bueno, sin embargo, la pizza y el pan de ajo estaban bien hechos y duros, y el pis de resistencia era patatas fritas viejas cocinadas, se puede decir que las patatas estaban huecas y crujientes. Perdí mi negocio.

Did not deliver food and lied to the deliveroo customer service saying that they did. Most pathetic restaurant i've even encountered, dont order!!!

Además de la pésima calidad de la comida, hicieron mal nuestro pedido y una de nuestras pizzas no apareció. Llamamos al restaurante y nos dijeron que aparentemente estaba allí, y que revisáramos el fondo de la bolsa de plástico para ver si se escondía. . . pero bueno, ¿qué sabemos? Solo estábamos mirando nuestra orden a la cara. Bajo ninguna circunstancia debes comer nada de este lugar. Preferiría covid a comer aquí de nuevo.

Terrible, food literally never arrived

Placed an order nearly 2 hours ago. Still nothing! Called them and they apologised for the delay said they was busy. Now the phone is engaged! I order atleast once a week from here. Not a happy customer

Awful service. 20 mins late, were told they tried to deliver but calls weren’t answered, received NO calls and refused to redeliver despite it being their error without covering delivery charges. Worst customer service.

Awful customer service wrong item sent and just didn’t care, wouldn’t go there ever again

Expecting a delivery, 45 minute lead time had a call 25 mins later thought great early food!!! oh no, driver was lost, directed him to my business work place, then receive an email food order cancelled WTF!!! Money was taken out of bank within seconds then emailed me saying they had cancelled food order for no apparent reason and refused to refund money if I could leave a no star rating I would .please be care ordering from this company not to be trusted.

Delivered in time. Pizza reasonable, not great. Don't get a stuffed crust, tastes horrendous! You have been warned!!!

I ordered 5 pizzas on line. I honestly have to say mine was the most delicious pizza (BBQ chicken) I have tasted in many years. My friends were all equally impressed - there was not a single bit of pizza left amongst us! Great value for money too. Thank you.

Wish I could have tried their food but no such luck! Ordered half a dozen times and every time they cancelled my order. Last time cancelled after 40 minutes. 10 minutes before apparent delivery time! Clearly staff don't care about customers. Appalling. Don't bother, go somewhere you might get your food and from the looks of the other review's, decent food!

Having emergency spinal surgery tomorrow morning following a serious accident to an already disabled spine, wanted a sort of 'Last Supper' with my family so used a previously awesome provider in these guys. Whole evening ruined after.... * Food on time +,+,+,+,+, (hence my 1 star) * Food looked like had been chucked around in boxes -,-,-,-,-, * Food cold -,-,-,-,-, * Order incorrect -,-,-,-,-, * Food missing -,-,-,-,-, * Manager rude when phoned for missing to be delivered -,-,-,-,-,-,-,-, (initially argued items weren't on JustEat order) * Delivery guy threw missing food almost at door and stamped off, no apology -,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,- and, finally....... * REPLACEMENT FOOD STILL WRONG * Called again & was put to answer phone!!!!! Sad to say, because for the first year we used them (at least 2 x per month, every month, due to our disabilities really our only treat, plus they had one of best vegetarian selections on offer, they have now lost our future business. Between the 3 of us (myself spinal disability, husband with Dystonia and dad in law with dementia who we both care for as well), we normally spent around £100 a month between us, but have worked out, what with missing items not replaced, food that was so cold/damaged it was unsalvagable and wasted phone call after phone call, together with the stress from not only that but rudeness of staff of late, we are probably £120 over past 3 months. Ho hum, their loss.

One star is too much! Worst food ever! Kebab was meant to be large and was smaller than a kids portion! All burnt crispy meat! More onion than meat! Stone cold when arrived! Pathetic bit of sauce! Pizza didn’t have any pineapple on it! Black round the edges and no taste! So greasy it soaked through the box! Also stone cold! Took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive even though it’s 5 minutes away from where we were! Never order from here!

Rude staff, horrible food stone cold. Would never recommend. Just pay the extra and get dominoes or pizza hut. Trust me.

Food was over 40 minutes late, and the burger was ordered with NO sauce however we were given a sloppy mess. Obviously thrown into the microwave, burger and chips were like mush. Absolutely foul, I had kebab meat and garlic bread and I’m now suffering with the worse food poisoning I’ve had in a while. Do not order from here unless you want microwaved trash with a side of extreme vomiting ! Never ordering again.

First you order and they forget about your order then when they deliver after 1:40 minutes they over charge you. I ordered there first time the food was ok but now will never order there anymore. Service 0

Will not waste money on this again. Garlic bread was stale and dry. Chicken in kebab was stone cold, chips were overcooked and chicken burger was cheap dry and tasteless. Don't waste your money far better options out there.

These guys have been looking after me for at least 10 years. Food is good and I've rarely had a failed delivery or wrong order.

I couldn't give a kebab / pizza shop a five star experience. But the staff have always been friendly, the portions generous, the food tasty and I go back regularly. There are a LOT of similar places near by, but I choose pitstop pizza and have done for more than 5 years.

Having previously had nothing but first class food and service from the staff at PP, sadly we have decided that now, after a catalogue of mis-completed orders, poor quality service and a couldn't care less attitude, enough is, most assuredly, enough. After I placed my overwhelmingly positive review last month, sadly they haven't kept up to the previously high standards in the slightest. In fact, the contrary is true. Food arriving late, one on occasion mushed together in the bottom of the bag, with zero explanation, nor apology or offer for replacement. However, that aside, bar none the biggest issue has been over mis-completed orders. My husband being vegetarian to the tee, his food is of principal importance to him. Here once again he had to wait over an hour for the missing burger, missing the only relief in an otherwise tasteless desert, the jalapeños, meaning he sat as 'billy no mates' at the table alone whilst the rest of us carried on with our evening's enjoyment. We would not mind if it was a one off but, after the ultra positive review afforded them by us, every other time has shown them to be a lackadaisical, customer doesn't matter once we've got the money, money grabbing business. Avoid like the plague.

We regularly use Pitstop as, being vegetarian, they are one of very few Bournemouth based takeaways offering vegetarian options who actually go to the trouble of ensuring all their sourced offerings ARE indeed suitable for the vegetarian and, in the case of my brother in law, vegan specialities. We always leave a positive review but I felt tonight deserved to go to the excellent' level. Being only 4 minutes late in delivering to us (I'm sure merely because of traffic) the driver presented us with a really rather superb bottle of wine that cost almost half of our order value! Plus, being wheelchair bound, their drivers always give me extra time to answer the door and, on one occasion, the driver came in and helped plate up my order, carried it through to the lounge for me and made sure I was safely comfortable in my chair. Personally, I would never use another company, they are excellent all round (oh & the food is amazing too)

Went there yesterday for a kebap, waited about 20 minutes mine and my friend's. Rest was okay. The staff didn't seem to be bothered how much I wait to be honest.

Have used pitstop pizza for years & years and although I don't order take away pizzas that often would only ever order from here. Last one we had from here was a month ago. We had the seafood pizza to share. Delicious. They are really perfectly cooked for a takeaway pizza (ie not too thick or chewy) Plenty of topping choices & delivered nice & quickly.

I am a regular of Pitstop Pizza and have no plans to change that any time soon. Here's why: 1) I like the food. 2) It's quite good value. 3) I order from here using just eat and if I don't like a topping on a pizza and request a change, I do it through the comments box. They've never got my order wrong and are happy to help. 4) Always good service and often delivered up to 10 minutes early. I would improve one thing: Make sure the potato wedges are cooked thoroughly as twice now (out of about 100 visits) I've had raw wedges!

Absolutely shocking!!! Really bad, the food was disgusting and overpriced. The staff was really rude too.
