We wanted the collection offer only to have the lady telling us they aren't doing that offer. We tried to understand what she was saying, but she kept giving us different prices. We end up leaving hungry. 3 people there and everyone was too busy to help the lady at the cashier put the order thru.

Great Staff! Great Food! Unlike its sibling Dominoes in Lansdowne this Dominoes has staff that actually smile and acknowledge customers. They honor A-List deals for students and their service is very fast and friendly. I was impressed that it only took 10-15 minutes to make my pizza and it was fresh and hot.

I order pizza for my son the Chees is burn on one side and the one staff wasn’t look happy when I pic up pizza they are no good welcome to customer I don’t need to say that but I have to customer service is very important for your business even I didn’t took pizza back to shop I no they will argue for noting shame

Ordered 5 pizzas with one having specific ingredients not to include onion or garlic. It wasn’t delivered, need to arrange delivery for it and it took 40 minutes to arrive and funny part is the place i was staying and dominos was just 1.4 miles.

Ordered pizza from here and it was so oily I literally feel sick sad as tasted in another dominoes and was not like that 🥲

I loved the pizzas, the customer service is ok. I ordered in the Papa Johns in front of this and they took almost 1 hour to deliver 5min from the store; but with dominos they deliver when they promise (20-30min). Of course is quite expensive, buy there’s a deal garlic bread and wedges for £6.

4 big topping mistakes, bits of meat on the veggie pizza, and badly made cinnamon rolls. They added cranberry sauce to the festive pizza when we specified not to have it. They forgot to add my gherkins or burger sauce to my cheeseburger pizza (2 of the 5 main topping on said pizza). They added peppers to my friends veggie volcano which she specified to not have AND there was ground beef on her pizza despite her being a vegetarian so she couldn’t eat 2 out of the 5 slices she ordered. The cherry on the cake (or should i say BEEF on the PIZZA) was that the cinnamon rolls were badly made and only had chocolate on 3 out of 6 of them when it should be all 6!!! We are uni students and so this was a treat for us and we were left really dissatisfied and my veggie friend was hungry. Just a waste of money. As a former dominos employee myself THIS many mistakes is ridiculous, I could let one or two go but five is too many!! I understand its busy but mistakes on both pizzas and two opportunities to notice the errors is enough to notice and remake at least one of the 5! Going to order from bournemouth dominos next time :)

Love this place, better then pizza hut by far. The one thing that makes me smile about pizza 🍕 is... It's a round food, served in a square box and eaten as triangles 🔺️... now thats fun lol.

This is the wintons dominos standard for original crust. 4th time 4th remake was done but dinner was just late and left half cold. What is even worse is that the boss was in-denial and arrogant, order from the one in lansdowne which is one of nearest.

Absolutely horrendous customer services, ignorant, arrogant and when I walked in for my collection he was out the back faffing around and left me stood there for 10 minutes after his staff told him 3 times, this tells me he has no interest or effort whatsoever and undoubtedly the back we can't see is a mess guaranteed undoubtedly unhygienic.. I am a local and trust me its not the first time! I will never be loyal to this disastrous place ever again and it hurts me to say the least

Paid £40 for pizza. Nothing has turned up. Apparently delivered it to the wrong house. Over 2 hours and still nothing. So they’ve just taken my money and delivered nothing. What am I supposed to do?

Great Domino's! Exceptional customer service the other day when Chester helped me on the phone about an order online that I made by mistake and that I thought it was Domino's who delivered the wrong order to me. His customer service skills exceeded my expectations. He was very nice on the phone and he picked the side of the client when offering me a solution. His costumer service skills where brilliant. Firstly i have to say I've been a papa johns fan for years however, I popped in to domino's (fancied a change) and ive got to say, upon watching the young lady making the pizzas I was totally captivated. It was like watching an artisan at work, each pizza she produced was simply perfect! I could tell her attention to detail was immense even with the speed she turned each dough into a pizza. I have to say im a convert just on this woman's talent alone .. I will be ordering again as is was the best pizza ive had... domino's, I hope you realise the talent you have at your hands! Simply the best pizza ive had. Thank you 🙂

Chester, the main man in Bournemouth, always got a smile on his face when I go in and recognises me instantly, his service and attitude is always spot on! He makes sure the food quality is on point and never have an issue with this branch. What an absolute legend…

Could give them 0 stars if possible. Waited an hour for my order then called up to ask where it was then got told it hadn’t been made so it would be another hour to hour and a half and got put on hold for 10 mins. Probably should’ve read the reviews for this branch before ordering. Trust me don’t do it to yourself 🤣

Never had any issues with this domino's

Domino's needs to STOP updating my order as delivered when it hasn't been. Tonight 20 minutes after my order was shown as delivered I callled the store to be told it was just leaving. Clearly playing with figures and targets.

Winton shop - They wouldnt deliver 5 minutes down the road to me even if I offered to pay extra. Had the wrong pizza a few times.

Reliable, well prepared pizzas, and excellent, sociable good staff

I am utterly disappointed with my customer service from Winton Dominos this evening. A group and I ordered from your website at 8:15pm, totalling in £158.60. We still hadn't received our order at 9:30pm. Hence, we called the branch. The staff's advice - they 'weren't sure' what was going on and there was a 'processing issue' and to 'call customer service'. Customer service informed us that 'the order was put on hold' and they would have to 'manually process it'. Customer service confirmed there was no payment fault as they could see the money had been paid. We waited a total of 3 hours. From my experience, this level of customer service is not acceptable. The fact that the group and I have paid a considerable amount to your company. I would expect some sort of clarity, sincerity and apology for the inconvenience. It's just not good enough considering the brand establishment and your slogan is 'We Got This'. Tonight's experience with your brand does not reinforce this.

Worst customer service!!! The staff member Alex was extremely rude, totally useless and tried telling me the pizza didn’t exist yet I was showing it to her clearly on the dominos app.

Possibly the longest wait for a pizza i have ever had, whole shop was in shambles and seemed like the manager just did not have a care in the world. thank the lord that there were 2 amazing young women trying to get to every customer in line ASAP. If not for them I wouldve rated 0. to the manager there, do better..

Ordered a deal which was very tasty and cheap. I really enjoyed it however them calling me the next day to talk about my experience really put me off from ordering from there again. All I wanted was a pizza the day before I don't want to have a chat over the phone with you about it the next day. I am happy to do online survey or something but don't bother me with phone calls on my day off thank you very much. 👍

Bit hit and miss. Had some good tasty pizzas but on other hand some of the recent efforts have been shocking.

The guy taking my order out the front had no mask on which seemed really unhygienic on its own. But then once I stepped outside to wait I looked in and saw he was folding pizza boxes ready to have pizzas put in them. No gloves, no mask, nothing. I could also see that there were a lot of people in the kitchen not wearing mask as well. Some were but it was about 50/50. Seemed super unhygienic and made me really uncomfortable. I ended up putting my pizza in the oven when I got home to cook off any germs there might be.

Tasty pizzas but it the deals are always the same and the menu is pretty small pre-covid19

Never eating from here again! Ordered a pizza for delivery on 19/06, and have been suffering from food poisoning all the next day because of it! Whatever methods they are doing to prevent cross contamination especially with COVID-19 is not working, and they need to take another look at their cleaning and cross-contamination precautions!

Ordered pizza, told it would be 30 mins, called store after an hour and told it had left the store ten minutes ago, after a further half an hour called again and told it had been delivered an hour ago (so apparently before it had left the store the first time I called), and that I was lying about having received my pizza. Explained that we had not received it and that we have CCTV to prove this. Still accused of lying and given refund and told I could never order from that store again due to "notes" on my address (presumably about an equally awful experience we had with the Winton store a year ago). Awful customer service, breaching data protection rules and lies about having sent pizza.

Quick deliveries and a willingness to correct any errors, and completed.

The driver didn't deliver my chicken strips. I payed for it but it wasn't in my order they e mailed neither(12. 12. 2019 21:00) the pizza was great tho.

Staff are rude about allergies and I spoke to the manager about the issue and he did make a fresh one but the staff was outstandingly rude and need to take allergies seriously especially when i could die from anaphylaxiya

En serio, eran casi 14 para una pequeña pizza hawaiana, unas cuñas de papa y una bebida gaseosa suave. Es cierto que fue entregado rápidamente, pero muy, muy caro. En cuanto a cómo era la comida, bien, probé una pequeña cantidad de pizza y comí unas cuñas. Absolutamente horrible, la comida sin sabor. No aceptará una comida para llevar otra vez. Error caro

Last time I ordered from here I got food poisoning! Hadn't eaten anything else that day so had to be either the Texas BBQ pizza or the chicken strips I ordered, was absolutely livid. Another time before that my friend and I waited over an hour for the food to arrive, and when it did they'd forgotten one of the pizzas! Very poor quality establishment, ordering from the local Pizza Hut from now on!

Phone staff very rude and unacceptable way to speak to another human being, let alone a paying customer! When I asked to the female member of phone staff if I speak to management, she huffed slammed phone down on the desk and proceeded to slag me off to other members of staff (she didn't even have the audacity to press mute!) And left me waiting for 3 minutes, then came back to the phone herself, to continue with her appalling attitude towards me. This time I demanded to speak to management and when the manager materialised finally on the phone, she was just as rude!! I will be making a formal complaint to head office/ franchisee, because I believe these 2 women should not be allowed to treat customers in this way!! It was truly shocking behaviour 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Dominos Pizza is very good and tasty, but their prices are very high indeed. Pizza hut £5 pizzas versus dominos £10 pizzas. I want to see Dominos versus Pizza Hut in the £5 deals!

Me quejé y me mandaron otra pizza. Lamento decir no hay mejor y me siento que he sido absolutamente estafado. Puedo conseguir una pizza de asda por £2:50 y sería mucho mejor. No hay relación calidad-precio. Nunca volveré. Por favor mire la foto de mi £17:00 pizza. Estafados?

Great quality and selection of pizzas, with the ability to build your own. The food is always great whenever I have ordered from here. They are a small, popular branch so I would recommend collecting your order rather than arranging delivery. Could be 5 stars if the prices were more reasonable.

Lovely women running this place! Amazingly fast service! They didn't get a single order wrong of the 10 pizzas we ordered! They were very helpful when I couldn't open the door (because of the pizza mountain I was holding) they went round to help! GREAT TEAM!
