Food wasnt hot, hot but was tasty none the less

The food was cold. The cheese had turned solid by the time the pizza was delivered.

pizza is stone cold and garlic bread stone cold over 2 hours to wait for food to arrive

My order was to be delivered at 19.30 and it turned up at 20.30 and the pizza was cold.Awful service.Will not use again

order never arrived and they said delivered when it literally wasn’t

Ordered half and half pizza and they couldn't even get that right and all they offered was a free pizza next time even thou I rarely eat pizza also pizza was not hot

First pizza turned up stone cold, they where apologetic and blamed uber eats delivery driver. Sent a second that was cremated. Edit and review change. We all have bad days but very impressed with the follow up service after this review and the replacment pizza and customer service. Would happily use again now.

The food was really good and it always hits the spot. The pizza is never complete without the garlic herb dip

everything was good but I would never pay £20.99 for a small pizza, £12.99 was still a little expensive

Pedido a las 6. 10 pm solicitando la entrega a las 7 pm, pizza finalmente llegó a las 8 . 10 pm después de que PJ decidió enviarlo a través de Uber. Apenas estaba caliente cuando llegó y el maíz de la mazorca estaba seco y arrugado. El seguimiento en la aplicación dijo que estaba fuera del horno a las 6. 35 pm, así que presumiblemente esperando hasta que el conductor de Uber lo recogió. Iré a otra parte la próxima vez.

Not sure if it's papa John or just eat at fault but ordered food and it never turned up. Papa John's didn't care as it was a third party delivery driver. Just eat can't be contacted so sat around for an hour hoping for the best and nothing turned up.

Pizza was absolutely diabolical.....hardly any topping and ice cold will never order again foods gone into the bin I'll have a £2 frozen pizza it tastes much better

It's my personal opinion but of all the big pizza takeaways Papa John's is the best. Always just tastes better than it's competition. And it always has amazing deals on its pizza to.

Order food at 6pm for specific delivery at 7.30pm turned up 20 minutes late, Luke warm from being sat out waiting for a driver , meant to have two dips none turned up, disappointing and not cheap

Pizza was dryer than Sahara dessert. Imagine trynna scrimp n save by not putting enough sauce on to save 27p then losing a customer for life. I'm not buying again. Ordering a dominoes right now 🤤 Update: my dominoes was delicious and had a generous amount of sauce. Maybe my pizza at papa John's was just rushed or left in oven too long cause I don't understand how people love this so much. I personal experience was rubbish and I won't buy again. A free pizza to redeem ya self would be necessary as I'm not giving you another penny to be served rushed dry bread again 🤢🤬

Very good pizza, recommend for sure

Just spent £24 on food that was delivered semi cold. Also I ordered 2 extra sauce pots for dipping crust. There were no sauce pots at all, not even the one you usually get with pizza. Really annoying. Guy on phone say he sending delivery boy back, but no show!!!
