Excellent Pizza with a perfect base and delicious fresh toppings

I can't fault the delivery it arrived very quickly. The pizza was good, but sadly just reminded me why I don't get takeaways very often,it is so expensive, and this restaurant is on the fairer side of prices.

Wow - the best pizza I’ve had in a long time!!!!!! We tried the fanelli fat boy pizza which was absolutely delicious. And the garlic bread with cheese was also yummy. Highly recommend.

Two small pizzas, The four cheese and the fanellis fat boy, The four cheese pizza is absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of each cheese. Perfection.

I was really hungry, so was looking forward to my pizza, sadly it was way too salty so only managed 2 slices. It was a real shame.

Decent fish and chips delivered hot and quick. Only slightly let down by an unsecured lid on the curry sauce.

I honestly don't know how you can make chips taste so bad.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered fish and chips for takeaway. Told 15 min wait...in the end we were sat waiting for over 25 mins to then be told they'd forgotten about doing the order. When I then asked for my money back they took a note out of the till and slapped it on the counter and walked away. Appalling customer service.

Used this place for ages then tonight I made a mistake while ordering online and was abruptly advised to do the job right next time. This is a great way to lose loyal customers

Literally poisoned my self with that pizza; I was back from hospital and were thinking that my ability to taste was off, that’s why I felt some strange taste, when later on I throw up, and checked leftovers realised that one of the meet or cheese was expired as it had that extra and unpleasant smell. Horrible experience.

This is the best pizza around! The only way to describe it is teenage mutant ninja turtle pizza and it is lush!! Good value and fast delivery, love it!

The way they advertise the food makes you believe you are buying fish and chips, but in the end is just for the fish.

Delivery was on time but very cold

It seems this place is a bit of a 50/50 in terms of reviews however, In my experience over a period of a year I have found that the food is good, staff have always been friendly no matter what day. The place is always clean. The food always take a while but it's always tasty so I cant complain.

Lovely food, nice and hot, always delivered on time.

I ordered at around 19.30 and estimated time was 20.10 to 20.20. I received it at 20.30, after calling the restaurant. The food was disgusting! Spring roll was very large of just mashed potato 1 pea 1 tiny shred of carrot in batter. The fish was not like normal cod or haddock, the flesh was strange, like wool, and full of bones! All disgusting!

1st time ordering as we are not from the area and we couldn't fault the service and food quality only thing we would say is we couldn't pick sauce or salad to add to the burgers but would definitely order again and recommend to others

Manky quality horrifying chips but the people were nice and I found 5 flys on the fish and there is hair on the plate.

Food was hot and tasted good. Perhaps a little bit more Salt on the chips would not go amiss

Prompt, polite, efficient service- delicious food

Fishcake was burnt, pineapple fritter was dry. Delivery time was already over an hour and then delayed even longer. For a simple small order timing was ridiculous. Driver gave us wrong order at first too. Complete shambles. Only thing I would say that was good was the curry sauce.

Ordered a takeaway pizza last night.Supposed to be a vegetable supreme with added spicy beef.There were 4 thin cut sliced tomatoes ontop and that was it other than olives.There were about 10 tiny pieces of spicy beef that looked like cat food. Never again .

Driver was driving around for ages looking for us. You can't miss the builing. Food was also luke arm at best. Hat to put comments like this but this isn't good.

usually food is good from here, however I have to be honest the pizza was undercooked, it was still doughy under the tomato and the chips were just over blanched (150c oil not 180c+) not finished. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Not only does Fanelli's make the best pizza this side of Italy, the staff are also very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

The pizza’s were fresh, hot and delicious and you can tell they aren’t commercially made like Dominoes. The ribs were meaty, tender hot and tasty. The chicken portion had plenty of meat compared to bones and again tender, hot and tasty. We cannot praise them anymore and recommend them highly. Bye Domino’s and Hello Fanellis.

I used to love their pizza's but they've gone downhill.. I ordered an Hawaiin and a vegetarian the other night... To be honest I've had better from Tesco Express at half the price... I won't be ordering from them anymore... A lot of these takeaways have come too complacent and you can get better quality from Tesco, Asda etc...

Fantastic fresh tasty pizza and still piping hot when delivered

I have been regularly using this place for a few months now but the food has gone down hill recently. This time half of each portion of chips were hard, the cod was soggy and didn't taste good. Last time most of the chips in each of the three portions of chips were around a cm long and the longest chip was around an inch long, whole new meaning of the word chip! The time before that our large portions of chips were half the size of usual. And the time before that our curry sauce was just yellow coloured water. Really not been good for several weeks now. Such a shame as the standard was pretty good for months. Don't think I'll be ordering again from here. Four orders in a row being poor is too many to give yet another chance.

We were made to feel extremely welcome and the fish & chips were some of the nicest we have ever had. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again.

The Haddock looked great but tasted and smelt odd. I suspect it was the oil it was cooked in. The chips were the same. All in all not an enjoyable meal. Will not use them again.

We had the fish and chips, good portion size, the delivery driver forgot our can of drink.... We weren't bothered, about 10 min later we got a knock on the door and he came all the way back to drop it off.... That's service, we will be back

Food quality is always good. However, I’ve now had two orders delivered by a driver not wearing any PPE. Will not be ordering again, and will be reporting to the local authorities.

Lovely pizza. Very minor thing but drink can had been dropped and misshapen at some point but drink unaffected.
