Pizza Hut in Bournemouth

La peor pizza de la historia, gooey y queso insípido. Café no bebible, aderezo en ensalada de papas afilado con sabor desagradable que hace que eso también sea desagradable. Mala relación calidad-precio inexistente. Personal muy agradable, pero no volveremos a visitar una cabaña de pizza.

Had a very nice time nice friendly workers and the toilets are very very clean and everywhere else all it need is just a bit more workers.

The staff are so good here, manager is outstanding, did everything possible to make our visit great for us and our children. By far the best customer service I've had in any eating establishment. Will defiantly go back because of the great service alone.

Had a buffet, buffet was very slow and was empty most of our visit. Salad bar was good and staff are friendly. Pizza however was not good. Very disappointed and overall wish I had not spent the money that I did.

Really nice staff, friendly and attentive. Manager was great, too, even gave us an extra sprinkling of stars on our cookie dough! They did a great job. Keep it up guys!

Came for a birthday restaurant experience and got a self service experience instead. I remember having a birthday party at the Hut as a kid and i loved it. This time around for my daughters 16th....... nothing absolutely nothing. We started to try to order through the qr code system but to use it you have to agree to being added to a mailing list. So instead we wanted to order the normal way. But every action required us to go to them and ask for what ever it was. Our table hadn't even been cleared when our pudding arrived. we literally had to pick up our main meal plates and put them on another table to make space for pudding. It honestly felt like we were just ignored the whole time. We had to ask for everything........... This isnt a restaurant experience you expect i guess thats the reason why it was so quiet on a friday night

Service with a smile! Assistants were all lovely and helpful. Helped me with adding a promotional voucher for the online order site, showing they want their customers to get the best deals than simply purchasing the most expensive thing on the menu. Food was great, served fairly quickly. Only fault I could think of was the salad bar which was in a bit of a dreadful state. Overall nice visit and lovely staff!

We went in to the Pizza Hut about 2 hours before England was playing and the manager he name was Anna she was so nice and the atmosphere in there was good I really recommend it.you have to get the bbq Americarno with the bbq chicken wings they are so good again thank you Anna

Anna could not have been more helpful with our large order for our school’s community meal. The pizzas were amazing and great value and the extra salad and salsa went down very well. The pizzas were ready when I arrived and they helped me to the car with 15 large pizzas!! Thank you for being amazing.

We like the mobile ordering, gives us time to think about what we want, and the customisation options are good. The two women working on our rainy Monday evening were great, friendly and kept us informed. I liked that they checked, just to be clear on some of the vegan choices we'd made.

Love coming here. Staff are amazing. My daughter has an allergy and they’re always super on top of it. Allergy menu in hand, talking through all the options. It’s clear they know their stuff. Highly recommend!

Excellent service today from Anna and Julie. They were both very friendly and made time to chat to not only us but all the tables in the restaurant. The buffet bar was well stocked and the food was amazing. It was worth every penny of the price. Both of the staff members looking after an elderly couple with a wheelchair and were so patient and kind to all customers

This the first time for us visiting the buffet at Pizza Hut. It was a good experience and we will be back in the future with other family members.

Got shown to a table and told to use an app, but the food was ok

Popped in for lunch and opted for the all you can eat buffet, pizza is hit and miss if like my husband you're extremely fussy and won't eat anything with peppers etc on. Saying that there was a good variety of pizza, and the garlic bread was superb, disappointed there was no cheese at the salad bar, but the tortilla chips were the best I've had. Ice cream was also included. Free parking outside is a bonus too.

Absolutely awful, order 2 pizzas this evening, 1 normal base and 1 BBQ and they were delivered the wrong round. we called up and the woman on the phone couldn't understand a word we were saying (English was not first language) she then argued for about 5 minutes that the pizzas were right. we told her she was welcome to come round and see for herself. she put us on hold and after another 5 minutes told us again that the order was right. she said to leave the pizza and it would be collected and exchanged. We accepted this and after hanging up we doubled checked the order and we were right. They Never turned up. Won't be going there again.

From strat to finish a brilliant experience. Felt very welcomed and looked after. Asked what types of pizzas we would want for the buffet and were made to order. Gave stickers to the kids and just an all round pleasant experience! Loved it!

The pizza was cold and the fries were half done, they were not cooked properly. Disappointed thats all.

OK, firstly service was good, seems they want u to use QR code and order but not compulsory food was very tasty and hot. My gripe is,its getting pricey it's Pizza Hut, it is what it is but overall quite expensive, kids offers sermd good though, but staff and manager worked their socks off so gold star to them.

Professional and friendly staff do not make up for the failings in this place. Staff all looked over worked. There just were not enough of them. The environment needs updating. The decor is tired and so too the furniture. You now order your own food using a smart phone app. I HATE this. If I want a job in a restaurant I will look for one!. Food arrives quickly and the staff work hard. Definitely should be getting good pay rises. But, the food is overly processed pre-packaged junk. Everything is measured, everything the same bland flavours on a pizza base which is not freshly made. At almost £20.00 per pizza I expect a lot more than this along with proper table service. There are much better places where you get a much better experience for your money. My advice........ make your own pizza bases, get your own ingredients and enjoy the satisfaction of having home cooked fresh food. To pizza hut - stop chasing share holder value and get back to providing a service. I would not choose to go back.

Really nice pizza hut. Spacious and clean. Our server was really nice, and we used the QR code on the table to order, which was very user-friendly. The kids were presented with an activity sheet and crayons, and our server was attentive while also allowing us to get on with our meal, so it was a perfect balance. The food was really nice and the salad bar looked fresh and clean and food arrived quickly and nice and hot. The kids menu i thought was a very good price. There is a car park shared with other shops but these were all closed as we went on a Sunday so plenty of parking. All level access inside and out. I would definitely go here again.

I had a gluten free Hawaiian pizza and salad bar and crisps with a salsa dip which was lovely. Service was good. Ordering on an app on our mobiles via QR code was good

Never turned up yet took my money

Haven't been out to a Pizza Hut restaurant for a few years. Went to the one on Castle Lane and it was a very nice experience. Admittedly they were quiet, but the service was awesome, staff very friendly, the food was fresh and hot. Certainly will be going back again.

Had the 'all you can eat' buffet. The kids priced buffet including drink & ice cream was good value at £9.99. However, the adults was £16.99 without drink/ice cream (£20.99 with I think). I thought it was overpriced. For me, not a varied selection of pizzas, ones there were there were very bland & tasted the same. They also had 2 pasta dishes but basic sauces but tasted ok. Salad bar always good. Very noisy with young children but It's a family place so it's expected. Phone ringing off the hook. Staff attentive and friendly.

The food was really good, but most importantly Victor and Tilly were absolutely lovely. Always happy and willing to help.

This place should seriously think about if the manager working this evening should be a manager for them, while they seemed to be somewhat busy, he only came front when servers requested it, he hid in the back and then tried to blame the single cook for the long wait. He completely avoided any responsibility by himself. After 40 minutes wait for the take out, I requested a refund the manager tried to convince me that the pizza was just about to be ready. I still wanted the refund and he finally accepted, then as I was about to get the refund, my phone drained the battery. He said he could only refund onto the google wallet account used for the purchase. 5 minute later the pizza came finally. This is a complete reverse from when I went there last month and got one of the best services I've had in a while. I've only once had to wait longer for a pizza and that was delivery by a competitor in Wales. Will not be collecting from them for a long time.

Popped in on a whim and were greeted with a smile. Very helpful man seating people got us a quieter space (due to our sons special needs). All the servers were super helpful and prompt. Pizza came out quickly and we were recommended to try the garlic cheesy sticks by one lady. They were epic! All in all a great family meal out.

Not the usual 5 star rating this time, near the door which was very drafty & customers walking past be also created a draft too, Then I didn't expect my lunch to come out the same time as the starter so my pizza was getting cold while I was eating my starter!

The chef's choice pizza at the buffet was delicious and not one I would normally have chosen myself

It's okay. Basically what you'd expect. The pizzas were nice but not earth shatteringly original. They were quite pricey though. Environment was quite noisy, considering it was only half full.

Over 2/ 1/2 hours late and cold - shocking

Everything ran smoothly food was lovely and staff great, the disabled toilets smelled lovely my granddaughter visited twice because she loved the smell in there

When I eventually got my order it was stone cold and had to use my microwave to reheat it. The restaurant was spot on with the order but was let down by the courier as it was way past the delivery time. I actually choose this restaurant as it had everything I wanted to order. Unfortunately on this occasion I was very disappointed and unhappy with the length of time it took to be delivered. Extremely cold and had to reheat everything in my microwave. I expect a full refund at least 20% off my next order.

Mobile ordering was seamless and having the staff on hand support should you need anymore help was also a nice thing. If it was the mobile ordering in isolation I think the experience would not have been as good. I really liked the hybrid approach they’ve taken to self-service. Food was good but a bit slow to come out which we didn’t mind and were kept updated. Prices seem to have crept up since our last visit, but not surprisingly it was great evening to celebrate our daughter’s 11+ results.

They were very short staffed however the service was exceptional. Well done ladies!!

Ordered at 5.15 pm. Changed delivery time on me 4 times and eventually arrived at 7.20pm... pizza wasn't nicely made..all toppings in centre so when lifted a slice all the toppings came off.

Have not been to this pizza hut for 3 years, what a change, poor service, no ambience, dirty tables, empty salad bar, expensive, cold tasteless pizza. Now I know why the car park was empty on a Friday night, I was looking forward to this visit but would never go back now.

Four of us went for a meal yesterday and service was very slow and there wasn't enough staff in. Then we were told you didn't have enough of one meal so one of us changed our choice, then another member of staff came out to say you didn't have enough of that one either. So two of us the had to change our meals to something we didn't particularly want. It was early evening, how can you run out of food!!! Felt sorry for the staff having to deal with the situation. Told card payments only, which is disappointing in a time when we are all trying to budget and would prefer to pay cash. Sorry unlikely will come back.

Crazily overpriced, terrible food. Non-existent service. One of the bowls for the self serve salad the salad bar was filthy and some of the salad options were empty. £15 for a woeful 9 inch pepperoni pizza or £27.49 for a 13 inch is just madness. It's way more than any other pizza restaurant for a dirty, dated venue with zero atmosphere or service. Easy to park though 🤣

Great staff and freshly prepared food

The staff were very polite, efficient and neat in appearance. However, the sharing vegetarian pizza was not so great. It was too tomatoey and felt like it wasn't cooked properly but the base was very crispy. The kids enjoyed their margarita and soya chicken pizzas. They loved the ice cream factory. The salad bar is always a hit with our family.

I love Pizza Hut, but this one I especially like. It has very friendly staff and quick service. I love ordering online and getting it served to the table and pizza hut's salad bar is such a good idea whilst waiting for your pizza. Overall, its a nice place to eat and a good atmosphere! Highly recommend!

5 of us went to one of the last remaining Pizza Hut restaurants in my area and I have to say that in my opinion Pizza Hut isn't as good as it used to be quality wise and just general the customer service needs to me improved. I had a positive experience though and enjoyed the food.

Dryest pizza I have ever had. I asked for extra cheese. There was barely any cheese on that pizza. I am very disappointed. The wings also only had one part. Terrible overall.

Great if you like more crust than topping, I don't recommend the 16" pizzas as you only get about 10" topping and a massive crust. All the toppings seem to have gone down hill you get better from Icelands

Very poor, didn't have ingredients for the pizza I ordered after I had paid for it. I hate the fact the you have to order on the app too. So expensive too, we just had 4 standard pizzas, no starter no pudding but did have the bottom less soft drinks, over £90.00 so wont be going again, what a rip off!

The buffet is getting very expensive, and the pizzas lack enough topping. Not enough cheese, not enough sauce. And they were out of mushrooms. Sad pizza, sad customer.

Food was a little bit late but far worse than that both the Melt pizza and chips were stone cold.

Kindness of the staff, freshness of the food and salads. Cleanliness of the dining area and the bathrooms it was such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and were offered lots of choices and variety of food.

Take away service is not good sat waiting for my order .I could see my pizza ready on the side .it was not busy staff moving around cleaning doing jobs etc. Kept waiting .in the end had to ask the if it was my pizza .the staff member then before even looking at the name on the pizza said my name so they must of known that the pizza was there and I was waiting in the seating area for collections so it does not take that much to give me the pizza .but did not appear to care I will not be returning

Lovely store and excellent food

The food was amazing really enjoyed our pizza sides and desserts they were fabulous. Clean table cutlery and serviettes. Very spacious restaurant clean toilets plenty of choice with the salad bar. Our waitress Jalissa was an absolute dream she was chatty professional friendly and helpful lovely evening at pizza hut 🙂 100 % recommend by me .....

We visited late on Sunday evening as a family. Food over priced for what you get and salad bar standards have dropped now quite horrid and does not include any pasta. Restaurant was freezing cold inside. Ice cream machine was out of action.

Somehow no chicken on my chicken pizza… also, no extra mozzarella on both pizzas which was paid for. Very disappointing and not good enough 🙁

The most incompetent company I've had the misfortune of ordering from... couldn't get the order right so sent it straight back with the driver then wait an hour and still no sign of the new one so phone up to check where the new one is and they said they'll start it now..... absolute joke and completely overpriced too. Last time I order from this place

Just had a family meal (5 adults & 2 kids) for our Grandson's 8th Birthday. The place was very clean, the service was absolutely excellent our waitress was so lovely, she went above & beyond to make our visit special. The food was delicious 😋 too.

Poor welcome and seating by manager looked like didn't want to be there. No much choice of pizza out for buffet. Spent over 50 pounds and was surprised to learn couldn't take the last piece of pizza out as a take out due to it being a buffet even though already on plate. The manager watched the lady who had said it was ok bring the box out before coming over and saying to her no, the manager could have said this to the worker before letting her get to the point she was at table with them as she was there when I asked. The worker who was helping was polite and apologized even though she actually wasn't at fault. The whole place has changed very dull unwelcoming and a complete change to how it used to be.

Not enough staff to keep tables clean or keep up with pizza plenty of queues at buffet with waiting times surly they know it's half term. When we left loads of pizzas out but then it had gone lunch time so nobody there to eat it such a waste. What pizza we did have was enjoyable but couldn't wait all day to get more so gave up and went onto sweet. Staff we meet were pleasant and friendly but not enough of them to keep place clean ice cream station a mess. At least staff were still smiling.

Awful ! Castle Lane pizza Hut. Manager was lovely but meal was terrible. 8 of us there - 5 meals came out but was eaten before the other 3 came out. Most meals were only luke warm at best. Definitely won’t go back

All good. Mens toilets was a tad loose i almost fell off it when i sat down.
