One of the worst experience I had in ordering pizza with this store specifically. Ordered 15 pizzas early morning for an office event. While instructions where given clearly where to deliver the order, the driver landed up somewhere and he didn't know where he was. I had few colleagues with me collect the pizzas and it was raining. After 45 mins of confusion the driver came and he said he is new and was not aware of the routes while the only building in that post code is my office. The store manager was taken on a call but she simply disconnected the call while the driver was trying to get her help. My calls to the store was not answered either. I am sure the store is not too busy on Tue early afternoon to ignore customer calls. I called up later in the afternoon and the manager was still not available. Someone said she will call back but nothing. A ticket to Central team resulted in a £20 voucher and a standard message template that they use to apologize was used. They assume throwing a voucher on the customer is enough to ignore the substandard service. I think their view is, the food is paid. If it's delivered late it's not their problem and they use standard excuses like unforseen circumstances! How is hiring a driver who doesn't know the routes is unforeseen? For a large order they need to make sure someone who is capable of on time delivery is used. The store manager has not called yet and I am sure she is a person that doesn't care what happens to company's brand image. My take, I will never use this store again. Have used dominos and Papa johns for big orders, they did a perfect job. If you are looking for big orders, please avoid this store! They might treat you same way when you dine in as well! From a food taste standpoint, the pizzas were really good (not as hot as we expected though). This was the reason I chose Pizza hut but when the service is pathetic, the brand image the company builds goes to dust by employees who don't understand customer satisfaction!

Never order from this place !!! Dirty delivery guy and when you try make a complaint about order they don't want speak to you.

Been a long time since we visited pizza hut but this didn't disappoint! Food was fresh and hot. Pizza was really nice and not soggy!

Food was terrible. Ordered a Hot honey big New Yorker pizza. Pizza is supposed to have chilli flakes on but I think the cook must have come to the bottom of the chilli flakes packet as they had just thrown chilli seeds over the whole pizza. It was revolting and has completely put me off ordering from there again.

Recently I visited in pizza hut when I collected my so the service was quite nice and the pizza was also yummy 🤤

We order once or twice a month from the Boscombe take away and always get a great service and lovely food. If there's ever an issue I receive a phone call to discuss from maybe a slight delay in delivery time to a possible missing ingredient to then be offered a replacement item. Mostly we get it delivered and the drivers are always very friendly but if we collect the servers are welcoming and attentive. The food is always hot and tasty and the prices very fair.

I ordered pizza accidentally at boscombe pizza hut and as soon as I realised, I called them to change it to Winton instead of boscombe.. They helped me in that and I was able to collect my pizza from winton.. I found the staff very cooperative.. Will definitely recommend pizza hut to everyone who is looking for genuine pizza with best taste in the town.. I ordered some pizzas for delivery and I had some mistake on my order while ordering so I called them and then to add vegan cheese instead of normal one and I receive as I told them thanks to the manager whom I spoke on that day was very polite and I will order again from Pizza Hut delicious pizza 🍕.see u soon

Never ordering from the Boscombe Hut again. Pizza hut has turned into a joke. After spending so much money after years of ordering, it officially has reached the point where we won't be ordering again. The price increase, and the ingredients getting lesser and lesser, is extremely upsetting. It's not cheap pizza, and even paying for extra cheese, the pizza always arrives like they've run out of it mid shift. It's the only pizza place where 9 out of 10 times I can see through the cheese right into the sauce (when they put any on it) And let's not forget to say, the last time we ordered, our pizza arrived raw!! The pizza dough in the middle of our pizza, gave our family upset stomachs, and all pizza hut did to solve it was "investigate it" and then email back that they can't do anything. Avoid at all costs! Save your money for better pizza where the money actually is used for the ingredients that they put on the pizza and not to pay their bills and rent as that's what it feels like whenever we order from them for a while now.

I've ordered from pizza hut a fair few times, it's always a 50 50 chance it's going to arrive and it's actually going to be nice, most of the time they are very tight with their cheese even if you paid for extra, very plain tasting pizza, I now give up, what a waste of money, Asda pizza is actually nicer and much cheaper.

I ordered a meal on Thurday night. It turned up luke warm! We heated it up but both the hawaiian and meat pizza tasted diabolical. For want of a better word it tasted like plastic so assumig they are over processed. The garlic bread had little or no butter on it and was soggy and cold. The Nachos were dried up and brittle with the cheese gone hard on the top. It was THE worst pizza meal I've ever had. Very disappointing! I called them and complained and was offered a redelivery, but the food being luke warm wasn't the main issue. It was the quality of ithe food. I asked for a refund but was told I'd need to contact customer services. I did and was offered an E-voucher to the value of £15.00. I said I wouldn't eat there again and would prefer my money back but was told that was the only offer I was going to get. I can honestly say I've had better pizzas for less than £5.00 in Tesco. Don't waste your hard earned money with this company. Unfortunately, they are not the company they used to be for quality of food. I gave one star because it was the least I could give!

Don’t even bother ordering… The second time we’ve ordered and they’ve sent it out with Deliveroo when we’ve ordered through the Pizza Hut website.. this means that the Deliveroo driver (that we didn’t order through) calls you to say they aren’t delivering you the food as the store won’t pay them.. not our fault at all.. We then call the store and the rude man tells us he is on his own so can’t do anything, he says he won’t send new food out and won’t refund us… £40 down the drain.. We then get a notification to say our food has been delivered.. don’t know where as we are still sat here starving hungry.. we don’t have money to just waste .. now sat here without a dinner. Hope the rude arrogant person enjoys their free pizza.. We have complained to Pizza Hut head office and want a full refund and an explanation as to why they keep sending food out with Deliveroo when customers order through the Pizza Hut website and not the Deliveroo app…

Got a pizza from the Boscombe branch, it was ok

SHOCKING!! (Only gave one star as couldn’t give zero) Ordered food which took an hour to come and when it did finally arrive it was all COLD and missing items!! Phoned the restaurant only to be told it was fine when it left there and that they could deliver the missing items and remake the cold food. After several times of us repeating we just wanted a refund we gave up with the conversation. STAY AWAY!!

I and my former flatmates used to order pizzas, condiments and sometimes drinks at this restaurant on Saturdays in the summer of 2020. There were always excellent offers on Saturdays. We always received delicious and hot pizzas. Drinks and condiments were also good. The delivery guys provided us with an outstanding service. Delivery was always fast.

Food was great, bit slow service but well worth the wait!!! The drivers are trying their best to get the food out as quickly as possible. The management should focus on getting people who are more in control of their customers.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Like soggy cardboard with tasteless toppings Cold when it arrived. Extras didn't arrive without a phone call to chase them. Delivery driver lied to say they were in the box when asked but they weren't. When he came back with the extras he lied again.

Pizza on time friendly delivery guy. The food itself big portions, I do think the way it's packaged needs to be thought about as the boxes take in heat from the bag making them slightly soggy. Pizza tasted nice wedges could have been cooked a bit more. All in all it was good thank you.

Please stay away, They sent a pizza that we didn't order. when asked for replacement the lady on the phone confirmed that a freshly made one should be with us in 20 minutes. it never arrived. we called back just to receive harrestment on the phone.

Our Pizza arrived 20 minutes later than stated, the boxes were wet and squashed (wish i could post a picture), food could be seen as the delivery man handed over the boxes then just laughed at us when we said they were ruined and walked away and all food was cold. We called Pizza Hut for a refund or fresh pizzas this took 3 phone calls they did bring a fresh Pizza (an hour later) but this time forgot some of our order!! If I could give zero stars I definitely would.

Awful food. My pizza turned up soggy & inedible & some of the order was missing. I rang the shop & the manager just said I would get a free pizza which I don't want. I want my money back. I understand they are busy but don't take my order uf the food is not going to be good.

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received tonight from this pizza hut branch. I ordered 2 large pizzas and a side which took 45 minutes to come when I had been told only 30 then when they arrived they were the wrong oder and that we had a completely different order to the one we purchased as the lazy delivery driver was to preoccupied on a call on his phone .Then when we called customer service to fix this problem we where greeted with a rude man who told us we could take the pizzas even after we told them we where vegetarian and unable to eat then said are pizzas (worth more than the order we received) would take 50 minutes to come with NO DISCOUNT! This kind of service is unacceptable and as a person who works in the service industry is NOT expectable we are still yet to receive are pizzas and personally NEVER BE ORDERING AGAIN and to anyone else who wished to go here I recommend another pizza company!

Lousy home delivery service. Pathetic and lame excuses. They will deliver cold pizza in a wet box. I wish to give zero stars but one i gave means zero. No surprises their outlets are closing . Delivery guys hav no clue how to deliver food. Def you would not want to have them enter your property - wonderful personalities🙄🤦🏻‍♀️. No surprises there too because managers ( esp the one i spoke with) are equally useless. NEVER to order again from Pizza Hut for sure👍🏻

I tried to just go in and order something. Then I was told to do it online. Then when I did that it said not taking orders for collection
