Ninos Dial Pizza in Rossendale

I reluctantly agreed to have a takeaway from Nino's Having had a very bad meal last time ( about 2 years ago) But I was pleasantly surprised, three of the four of us had pizza and they ALL went down a treat I ordered pasta. Firstly the wrong pasta dish was sent. When I phoned up they were very apologetic and quickly got my replacement meal sent to me. It was absolutely delicious. Very polite delivery guy too

This pizza we ordered was burnt on the sides and then the pizza tasted absolutely rubbish and made me sick

Ordered online. Called to confirm delivery time and they asked for extra money as the price on their website was incorrect. Chips not cooked, ingredients missing from pizza, rib sauce like water. Disappointing

Ordered a some pizzas they accepted the order then 10 mins from delivery they said it was ready then canceled the order so I rang them and they said it was because they had no GF bases shocking customer service

Spare ribs were in a rich tasty sauce but were fatty and mainly inedible. The garlic bread was very thin and quite crispy which wasn't to our taste. The pizza was delicious but extra toppings hugely expensive.

I got food poisoning confirmed by GP 5 days later. Only food I had as a takeaway and was poorly from morning after I ate it. Chicken pizza . This place needs closing down and is now awaiting inspection by public health.

We have been eating at nino’s both, restaurants and take away for over 30 years. Normally good food But Tonight, absolutely disgusting, undercooked chicken wings and ribs, Raw gluten free garlic bread, which made our coeliac son vomit. Other garlic bread undercooked Took over 20 minutes to return call. Extremely bad service, will not be eating there again. Recommend nobody else does either.

I rang to place an order at approximately 19:17 On 29/07/20 . I was greeted by “yeah” I asked if I could place an order for delivery . I was then treated to a long sigh . Then I was asked “what’s your number “ . I asked politely which number house or telephone to which I got no reply I asked again and with a tut and a raised voice he shouted PHONE . I’m not sure if he was having difficulties hearing me but I tried to give him the number 7-8 times I can’t be 100% on what was shouted before he put the phone down on me but it certainly wasn’t nice . Can’t rate the food but the customer service is terrible .

Ordered 2 pizzas and it took them 2 hours to deliver!! They changed the time on just ear twice, by the time we got the pizzas, they were stone cold. Tried to ring up to get money back and because its taken them that long to deliver it they have closed. Will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend anyone to order from there. It wouldnt let me post no stars.

Maybe its time to call it quits if you can't do the specific job that.you advertise? Ordered 2 hours ago, could have made one from scratch. Useless.

Ordered over a week ago, but they didn’t have any Lasagne, tried to substitute that with chicken wings!! I said no thanks just cancel the order, which they did. However they still took the £20.45 from my account, 9 days later I am still fighting to get it back. I have even been given phone numbers from the shop in Pakistan!! The stand in manager promised me he would sort it 7 days ago, still nothing and no response to my paypal resolution claim.

Quite good food but with some unusual substitutions at times. For example "Bella" pizza has sliced potato on it but they had obviously run out as I found french fry chips under the cheese instead!

Over an hour after placing our order the pizza's and chips we had ordered arrived stone cold, soggy and underwhelming. We had tried previously and it was similar, but thought this might have been a one off. It wasn't.

Looking forward to a quiet evening in we ordered a delivery. Our order was over an hour late and we received multiple confusing messages as to where our order was, we couldn't ring them despite multiple attempts. The 'phone was always engaged When it arrived the pizza was cold and the dessert was wrong. We'll never use them again and strongly suggest that no one else does either

We ordered pizzas at 7.10pm but they didn't arrive until 8.40pm, this following a phone call at 8.20pm where we were told '5 minutes'. The pizza was delicious but almost cold

Always used this place and been good. Rang tonight to make an order. Really odd. Rude abrupt guy at the end of a phone saying waiting for a driver 2 hours after original order and hung up on me! Will not be using this place again as a result.

rung up and asked for vegan pizza and they said they offered vegan cheese. went to pick pizza- box was wet on the bottom from how soggy it was- pizza had no vegan cheese (they had lied) and was full of mushy and cheap pizza vegetables which made the base inedible. couldn't eat the centre, it was literally unbelievabley wet. just ate the crusts and was so disappointe, what a waste of £6.50. If you say you do vegan cheese, please actually do.

We ordered at 7.30ish and got a text at 8.12 saying it was on its way. Bear in mind Haslingden is only 5 minutes away. After two phone calls finally turns up at 9pm COLD! The delivery guy was apologetic but said “just phone up and complain”! So I did and the guy on the phone was apologetic saying it was only his second day and that they only had one delivery guy on for a SATURDAY NIGHT!! He offered us 10% off our next order but We certainly won’t be ordering via delivery again if at all! Just not acceptable.

Ordered a giant pizza via delivery. Arrived burnt, cold and the base was just like rubber. Rang them, promised a call back but it never happened. I ended up driving down there for my money back and told them I wanted petrol money as,well so got an extra £5. Steer well clear. Can't see it lasting another 12 months.

Placed an order for delivery, very overpriced even with a Black Friday deal. Waited an hour and half for delivery. Pizzas arrived burnt and lukewarm. Tasted very bland. We ordered chips but instead received a plastic box full of bolognaise sauce? Will not be ordering again.

Very poor service. Paid for and with an email confirmation stating how long it will be (45-50 mins ) ... one hour and 30 mins later , still no supper despite my telephoning and their saying it would be here in 5 mins ! Liars ! Avoid st all costs folk

We came here last Saturday evening and the place was packed, but that did not effect the service or the quality off our food

Really disappointed, ordered at 7.30, an hour an half delivery, what about pick up an hour an a half, ok delivery rang after 9pm its on its way, after 10pm tbe pizzas came luke warm, very poor and very expensive for what you get.

I ordered on 17/3/18 and they were unable to deliver. Rather than calling to let me know this, I had to phone to chase up my order only to be told they had declined my order and weren’t going to tell me. Bare in mind I had already paid online via PayPal.

We decided to try these guys after having a Dominos and being charged over £30 for 1 large pizza, some wings and some cold limp wedges. Thank god we did.

The pizza tasted fresh & full of flavour. The staff were friendly & very accommodating. Half & half - not a problem, gluten free - not a problem. Far beats any other pizza take out.

Very simply put our food was over 30 mins late and inedible once it arrived . Between the bad mannered delivery driver and the very bad mannered guy taking the orders on the telephone it was a disaster from start to finish .

New to the area, I ordered an extremely overpriced pizza, after being promised by the assistant it was something special. My wife was hungry too, so we nearly ordered some of their famous authentic Italian ribs, but decided against it because at £10 for 4 ribs, it seemed a bit of gamble having never ordered from them before.

Always come here for pizza - best in town! Fresh ingredients & freshly prepared, highly recommended!

Ninos directo una pizza no es nada comparado con el auténtico restaurante. Esto podría ser porque no tiene nada que ver con el original de la cadena, que utilizan el nombre de "niños héroes" para conseguir más clientes, pero por desgracia sus pizzas son nada...

No creo que me volveré, pizzas no era nada especial y el pan de ajo vegana no era buena. El queso vegano era terrible. La masa era agradable. Llegó 10 minutos después de la hora me dijo que quería recoger y yo aún tenía que esperar otros 5 - 10 minutos para que se pasaron a mí.

Hemos pedido desde aquí dos veces en los últimos dos meses y en ambas ocasiones la pizza ha sido, honestamente, una de las mejores pizzas para llevar que he tenido!

Nino's should be shouting from the roof tops, they have real wood fired ovens and produce some great pizza. Where else can you get a takeaway pizza made in a real wood fired oven???? I placed the order and was given a time to collect, on arrival the lady at the counter greeted me and was very polite and professional. It is not like going to pizza places around town, you get a good feeling walking into this establishment, they have fitted the place real nice and everyone was very welcoming, particularly the lady at the counter. The food was much appreciated by everyone in the family, my girls can be fussy when it comes to their food and they tend to talk too much, tonight the dinner table was quiet and played empty, trust me that is a great endorsement from my girls. I ordered a take out last night I was told it would be with me in an hour, which I accepted and placed my order which wasn't a small order either, 1 hour passed so I called them to see where the food was in fact I called them sixteen times and not once did they answer the phone,2.5 hours later the food turns up cold, they new it was me calling and ignored the calls,All I wanted to do was cancel the food and go elsewhere, but the sneaky guys knew that and blanked me, Well ninos never again will you take my money, Avoid this place,

What has happened to ninos? Is it under new management? Used to be fab but got a soggy half cooked pizza that was awful.all the extra toppings we asked for was piled in the centre.urgh!

After visiting the branch at Haslingden on a number of occasions and always very happy with my food, I was excited to find out that a branch had opened in Burnley(where I live). Therefore last night(Monday 28th Nov) I ordered online to collect from the branch,as the £18.00 minimum order charge I believed was a bit steep. I placed my order and received an email to tell me the shop had received my order and I was to collect from '20 Farrington court'. It didn't give me a time in which to collect so I thought 15 mins was a reasonable time and if it wasn't ready, I would just happily wait. I arrived at Farrington court and was unable to find the shop, everywhere was in darkness. I therefore rang the number on the website, but had actually been put through to the Haslingden branch. I asked the girl where the shop was, and she informed me that the order had been received there instead. She asked if I could call back in a few minutes, which I told her no. I asked her if the Burnley branch was even open, she said she didn't know! I asked to speak to the manager, and was told he wasn't there and she 'only answers the phone and takes orders, and none of this was her fault'. Correct, none of this was your fault but your customer service skills were appalling. She then asked another member of staff if Burnley was open, and he said it wasn't. I expressed my annoyance at ordering food, going there to collect,to only find out that my food needed to be collected from Haslingden, which I wasn't prepared to do. No apology at any point. Thank god I hadn't paid online for my food. Very disappointing. Stated on website it was open on Mondays.

What has happened!! We used to love you pizzas, they were hot fresh and delivered on time. The last few times we have ordered pizzas they have taken nearly 2 hours to be delivered and we have had to microwave them because they arrive cold!! Sorry but this was the last chance, we will NOT be ordering from you again.What a shame!!

The most authentic pizza bases and numerous topping all lead to an excellent take-away.Delivery available or pick up from the shop.

Ordered pizza bistecca, mozerella, tomato, sliced sirloin steak, red onions and Gorgonzola-shocking honestly worse pizza ever literally one small piece of steak on each slice, dough may be organic but was chewy and hard not nice at all, cannelloni was just as bad very dry rubbery cheese little sauce and mince beef with gristle . Salad was just rocket leaves with chunks of sweaty cheese not nice at all. Shocking this place is using the good name of a well established restaurant with a good reputation even the name on the menu is similar to the restaurant and very misleading. Over priced worse pizza/pasta/salad. I contacted the restaurant and was informed they have had a few phone calls from people who were not happy thinking it was part of ninos restaurant

The best gluten free pizza I have ever had. Good choice on the menu too.The pizza tasted like restaurant quality rather than a takeaway. Delivered on time, and hot when it arrived.

Delivery service is awful. Despite being told that pizzas were on the way on numerous times finally turned up after 1 3/4 hours and were barely warm. I will go elsewhere next time.

Not much to say really apart from great friendly service, attentive and really good pizzas. Knocks spots off your regular chains. We pick up from here as we are out of their delivery radius.

Had a takeaway from here as we didn't fancy the usual Indian or Chinese and regretted it straight away. Took ages for delivery and the food was not good!!Had the chicken wings in spicy barbecue sauce and the sauce had to flavour and was just pure grease!!Also ordered the lasagna and it was terrible. No better than a ready meal and and the chips weren't nice either like they'd been cooked in dirty oil.We've ordered pizzas from here before and they were nice but won't be back.

Just received our delivery nearly 40 mins late (was given a time of 45mins) and my 5 year old could of done better at making a pizza, ingredients thrown on and very sloppy, pizza base wasnt cooked properly, tomatoes weren't blended properly and just no taste at all. This is the 2nd time now we have ordered and its been vile. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. Nino's you really have gone down hill which is such a shame.

At Nino's, you definitely get what you pay for. I have been ordering every few weeks for at least 6 months now, probably more. Pizzas are ALWAYS to the same standard every time. The only variant is the temperature; sometimes it can be too hot to eat, and other times it can just be hot. No complaints from me at all. Wonderful food.

We thought we were getting an authentic pizza but despite the bread being amazing, the cheese was not mozzarella as stated in the menu. It was rubber-smelling fake cheese. Won't be ordering from here again!

Ninos Dial a Pizza is a great business that serves some very tasty food. We have picked up a few times over the last month and have been consistently very good. Not sure about delivery stopping at 20.30 though

Last time we ordered from Ninos we were told 45 minute delivery on the phone. SIXTEEN minutes after placing that order there was a knock on the door and 4 pieces are chips were duly delivered. Hows that for service!!

Always the best pizza in the area but they lie to you about times, made up accidents with drivers and more recently I was hung up on whilst complaining. Don't deserve to be in business. If you are patient and like great pizza I wish you the best of luck.

I have ordered takeaways from here several times but it seems new management have taken over and the service has really gone down hill.On Xmas eve my family and I ordered a takeaway to be delivered, I was aware they'd be busy so was ok with the hour wait. An hour and a half later, still waiting, I called back and I was informed they'd missed my order! They apologised and offered a free bottle of wine as a gesture and I was told the order was on its way! I waited another 40 minutes before the delivery finally arrived... No wine! No sauce for the chicken either! I called back to explain my continued disappointment at which point the phone was put on hold and then the line conveniently cut off! Really poor service and I haven't been back since.

Ordered Pizza for my Sons birthday treat, (his choice) pizza took over an hour, was cold and the ingredients thrown on, chips tasted vile as tho they had been fried in oil that had been used to many times and the chips were covered in black bits, ordered tiramasu (had it before and it wad proper stuff) this time it was a small piece of the cheap cake stuff you get from Aldi, horrible and dry, we certainly wont be ordering again! Its a shame its gone so down hill and over priced for what you get!

Being a local and the fact they offer gluten free pizza/ garlic bread is an attractive combination. When on form the food is wonderful, however it can be hit and miss. Waiting for good food isn't a problem - delivery is usually around 45mins - 60mins, however all too often the pizzas arrive cold. We have the oven on in preparation and the quality is not compromised but it is something to be aware of.

Although bad reports had been produced about this place we found,both the food and staff were excellent-no complaints what so ever.

Ordered and was told there would be a 1 hour wait. After 1 hour and 20 minutes we rang and they seemed to have forgotten our order. We were told we would have to wait a further 30 minutes but cheekily asked for a bottle of wine which was provided. Food was its usual good standards however paying restaurant prices at a takeaway and having to wait longer than in a restaurant is not what you want on a Saturday night after a long day at work-or any other day of the week!

Have ordered in the past and been rather slow delivery. They now use a local Taxi company and deliver much faster! (about half hour for us!)The pizza is great and stone-baked in a wood burning oven and chips are great!

since new ovens went in the pizzas are much better weve started ordering again and delivery times much better

We had to wait 2 hours for our pizzas to arrive. We have ordered from here before and the pizzas are going downhill fast. This was our last order we will be making. The pizzas are made with better ingredients than most takeaways but the lack of care and attention they show undermines what was a very good takeaway. The pizza was not only 2 hrs late it was burned and cold. The toppings were thrown on and wasnt even sliced properly. They looked like they had been made in the dark. At 12 quid a pizza i wont be going back again.

We've only ever bought the pizzas from here and they are amazing. A bit pricey compared to other takeaways but so much better and always good quality. Definitely recommend.

Decided to pop in as was passing by. The shop front is very inviting and the man inside who I think is the owner was very friendly-offering us a cold beer while we waited.We ordered two pizzas. One sirloin steak and gorgonzola and the other mozzarella and sun blushed tomato. They werent cheap at approx £8 each but worth every penny. Excellent ingredients and made with love. Nice to have a change from the usual rubbish pizzas.

If you want quality you have to pay. Don't compare to end of night places. Ordered on the phone, four pizzas ready after 25 minutes as agreed. Food delicious. Quality ingredients. Friendly staff. Authentic taste. Good mouth feel as well.

I love the pizzas and food in general, nice friendly staff. Plenty of variety and well made. I don't go that much but only cause its far away but if I was more local Id be there more. Love Ninos rawtenstall restaurant too.

The food arrived within about 45 mins. We ordered the special spare ribs, lasagna, cannelloni and a garlic bread. When it arrived the spare ribs had a huge excess of fennel seeds making them overpowering. The lasagna and cannelloni were cold in the centre and the garlic bread was burnt. We rang ninos dial a pizza and they sent out replacements for the lasagna, cannelloni and garlic bread as they were in edible! When the second lot of food arrived the garlic bread was not hot enough and the lasagna and canelloni were far too salty, poorly presented and of a watery, sloppy consistentcy! For this we paid £28.95!Awful food and far too pricey for a takeaway. Will never eat there again.

Ordered on the internet and received email confirmation, apparently 45 - 50 mins. We rang after 1 hr 15 to be told the driver wasn't far away. After several phonecalls (with different members of staff, each time stating our name and house number) we spoke to the driver, 2 hrs and 5 mins after email confirmation. He told us he had a different house number on his sheet so he was far too busy to come back so we would not be getting our order and would be refunded. How can a company think that it is acceptable to treat customers in this way?! Why not use the phone number provided to check the house number if you are having trouble finding it? What a joke!

I ordered a plain and simple Caesar Salad (Romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmesan shavings, and the appropriate Caesar dressing), however when it came it had fried bacon, bits of chicken, and wait for it, yes a poached egg sat right on the top of the lettuce which was Cos not Romaine!The dressing was very vinegary and the whole thing most unpalatable.My spaghetti carbonara order came ok except they used tagliatelli instead of spaghetti, and lastly the tiramisu was very watery and insipid.Overall a disappointing experience which I shall not be repeating.

We ordered a pizza from the website, after waiting over an hour for the pizza to arrive we decided to phone the shop to ask where it was, after phoning they informed us that they hadn't received an order (even tho we had received an email to say they had) we then had to order the food over the phone and decided to go and pick it up. They told us it would be ready in 30 minutes. After arriving at the shop after 30 minutes we then had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our pizza. The manager did not even apologise to us for not receiving our initial order and just said they hadn't received it. Not good customer service.
