Best kebab in the valley, not had a bad one yet

Ordered a burger meal with cheesy chips & a pizza to collect. Told them no red salt on anything. This is because I’m allergic to it. Got a burger with chips, no cheese. Another portion of hips that I didn’t order. And a portion of cheesy chips smothered in red salt! Charged for everything. Rang to complain and the person on the other end of the phone couldn’t have cared less. Lost a customer tonight.

Food was good but paid for cheese on the chips, didn't get it, paid for 2 tubs of garlic sauce, didn't get it and ordered a mango rubicon and got the wrong one. Food tastes good but not good when you've paid for stuff and you don't get it.

Avoid this place my son ordered a pepperoni pizza two slices in realised they was a dead fly that had been cooked in the pizza when he rang to tell them they was rude and un apologetic about it they come and picked it up and offered him another pizza the answer was a NO!!!

Come from south wales, late night hunt for some food and the guys at Tony helped us out. I had the chicken tikka kebab which was just amazing and thank you for the pizza ;) very kind

Ordered two PIZZA'S got them Cold & stale. Horrible taste. Will not be wasting my money or health here.

For the second time in a week items missing g from order! Phoned up and they’re just not bothered.

Always good food, good service and on the rare occasion they forgot a drink they brought it out. Have ordered here many time now. All the family are always happy 😊

We got kebabs last night to say we ordered large we got about 4 strands of meat each and was stone cold never again

Ordered food at 10.34pm Rang at midnight to find out where my order was and the person on the phone didn't even know where my order was Then after the phone went quiet he replied saying it was out for delivery 1am and still no food so went bed even though paid on card and no answer on phone

Best pizza had in ages , pipping hot , cans stone cold defo recommend 5/5 stars

pizzas just arrived after an hour which was fine but are too cold to eat wont order from here again its not good enough can get dominos for same price last few orders have always been late too shame orderedfew from here overyears but its gone downhill last 4 times ive ordered

Late delivery no can with my meal I ordered and no apology when I rang to as about my order and no apology when delivery was made. Usually excellent but very poor last night.

Not happy with the shish kebab, meat tough unchewable, hardly any salad and sauce and chips hard and cold.

Ordered at 5.20pm, should have arrived by 6.05pm, eventually arrived at 6.55pm to find that half the order was missing. Had to wait another 40 minutes for the right food to arrive to find its burnt and cold. When I rang through to say half the order was missing could hear the staff arguing amongst themselves, very unprofessional.

Food did not come!!!! Demand a refund immediately

There is a reason why this place is always busy, the food is awesome and the staff are great.

The best place by far in Bacup, well worth the journey. The food is cooked to perfection and the staff are awesome

We get from Tony’s all the time but this time unfortunately the portion was way small. The cheeky bastard even decided to take a tip without asking. This was for my grown son and would have fed my 4 year old boy. Was not impressed at all. If I wanted to tip I would have and on this occasion I would have wanted them to tip me not the other way round. Very rude. Not impressed one bit!!!

they forgot about our food, didnt apologise 😔 and we had to go and get it ourselves after they didn't bring it to our house.

Delivered on time. Food could have been hotter, but thought this was understandable on what must be a very busy night. Forgot milkshake, rang and they brought it straight round :)

My order was good but I had missing items my chips

Very poor quality nan .. to thick and dense .. the salad had no green at all ..no lettuce or cucumber..or cabbage.. just red onion and one slice of tomato.. the lamb was over cooked ..the chicken was burnt and dry ..and the Donner was very limited.. at £12.50 it's well below par .. 4/10 .. had 2 bites and binned it .. worst mixed grill kebab ..ever .. on a plus .. there poly package will last 15 years in a land fill .. so at least the environment has to suffer like me ...

Bland tasting food ..that was soggy and old .. not one bit of fresh taste..

Not enough donner on the kebab. Didn’t get the fruit shoot with the kids meal. Garlic and tomato bread was lovely. Chicken tikka kebab was lovely too. Chips tasty.

Always perfect that’s the kebab large & tasty ! Chips don’t do it for me prefer Z’s !

Used Tony's for 7 years ,but will never use again last 3 orders over 1 and half hr wait told me over and over it's on its way then rang up again told me we've not got your order did you order it from here because there's a Tony's in todmorden I said I've used you for 7 years why would I ring somewhere else absolute joke you had 3 chances but no more shocking service,

this is a great place for food always a good service and the food is tasty thank you highly recommended

Really did like Tony's but the last few have just been horrible and cold so I won't be calling here again.

Delicious as always, sometimes takes a bit longer to arrive but the food is always good 👍

My delivery was 2 and a half hours late. Asked for some money back and received nothing due to bad weather. It was on a Sunday and the snow was slush at this point. The food was just warm and the burger bun was hard. Really not happy with the response about no money return, even a partial refund. 2 and a half hours is appalling!

1h 30mins to deliver turned up all cold after complaining order still wrong. Gone down hill never going again

Just got a review sent through did I enjoy my order well the question would be NO as gone from 40 minutes to an hour 20 to an hour 40 went to cancel the order and the gentleman would not let me talk as he told me he was extremely busy. So cancel the order through just eat. This is the first time of a very bad service.

Donner calazone paid for extra donner .. barely any donner on it ripped right off shame i cannot add pictures to this review to prove this fact ... Shame realy because tonys was the best in bacup

Ordered my food at 6.25pm and arrived at 8.10pm on the just eat it app it said it would be delivered between 7.05pm and 7.25pm when it arrived the food was cold and not worth eating

An hour late, kebab smothered in chili sauce which I didn't ask for. Had to throw it away

Why do I pay delivery fee and service charge for my food to be 20 minutes late, ( still not arrived as I write this message ) for when/if it turns up to be cold and not taste as nice this is a joke !!!!!

Our family group of seven was staying locally, so decided to try Tony's for a delivered takeaway. We ordered seven different pizzas and some accompaniments. The delivery was only a few minutes delayed and the driver was really friendly. The food was honestly outstanding. Everyone commented on how tasty and well loaded the pizzas were. We would not hesitate to use it again, nor to recommend it.

Really good food, always on time

Food is proper naff, kids meals were drenched in warm ketchup as if you've microwaved it, chips were soggy, burger was dry and there was barely any meat on the wings. I would request a refund to be honest but it's been too long for me to do it.

Amazing food kebab was fantastic and the Asian special pizza is to die for

food arrived 5 min after the upper time margin expired. food was marked as delivered while it was still in transit, causing me to try and phone the restaurant, though the line was engaged. as I was trying to get through, the delivery showed up. food itself was decent but not super premium quality. got the monster munch box and cannot fault the amount of food at all, chicken could be slightly less dry.

The meat was lovely but I didn't get any salad on my kebab and a tiny bit of sauce, so it was just dry meat, if it had salad and sauce I would of been happy.

Pepperoni passion had hardly any pepperoni on and hardly any cheese on was mainly tomato sauce and base. Garlic bread with cheese saved the meal

They forgot my drink it’s £1.30 for a can of pop…. It’s happened before so I won’t be using Tony’s again, there’s much better competition in the area and they never forget items

This has become our main takeaway, the food has always been good amd never been an issue. But the last 3 orders have had issues. 1st was they missed food from the order. 2nd time missed all the sauces. Now 3rd time today was extremely late, and I asked for a partial refund due to the order being 45 mins late and the previous 2 orders, they refused it because they said it was late as they were busy. I wasnt going to complain about any of my previous orders but since they dont seem to be able to give a little back as an apology, its lead me to leave a review.As good as your food is, I'd like to think you would look after your regular customers more however, this doesn't seem to be the case.

Work near by Tony's, had it 3 times and been spot on every time.

No sauce on any of the chips even tho it was on the order also sent wrong cans of pop without explanation

Easily the best take away in the area. So much to choose from, even have plenty of drinks to choose from. Our go to takeaway always hot and fresh, spot on !!

Very disappointed with how all our desserts were dry and cold.

To be honest we’ve been ordering from here for 4 years and it’s usually pretty good food etc but I remember before we had issues with it coming late by over on hour before and my parents had to keep ringing the shop to see where my order was so we got a bit fead up and decided to take a break for a while off you guys as you seemed to have a bit of a rough time before with staffing so we decided to rely on Canformila Fried Chicken for a while as it’s closer by to us anyways so it would be faster and we’ve enjoyed it there too. We decided to give you guys a good again and as off the moment you guys seem to be amazing at the moment and gotten even better your so much more faster, your food is good as always and you’ve continued to have amazing drivers 😊 really impressed with you guys at the moment your customer service is miles better than it used to be. Thank you very much for making your effort to make improvements 👍.

Great takeout, cant fault this place

Nothing was cold and no items were missing , I've ordered again because there were no shops open after a certain time at night. Tonight the food came but they forgot the 2 big cokes and 2 chocolate cakes , which by the way the guy said they would be delivered separately within 5 - 10 minutes, I used rossendale eats because of the cash option. I'll leave another review when the cokes and cakes arrive (If they do 😕)

Pizza was dry, the topping tasted rubbery and I didn’t enjoy it

food was rank to be honest ordered onions on an american burger and they came not even chopped proper just slapped on in chunks burnt to a crisp . chicken burger was that hard you could have used it as a weapon , waste of £20

Food was tasty but delivery took 2 hours. Had to ring shop 2-3 times to chase up. Not impressed.
