Domino's Pizza in Halton

DONT BOTHER!!! How can they get a cheese + tomato pizza wrong??? Look at the screenshot taken from their website and what was delivered. Nearly all just cooked bread, and a bit of tomato × cheese! Totally disappointed - 19th September 2014

Runcorn Domino's. The vegetarian pizza was delivered uncooked. I picked it up and it fell apart as it was so sloppy and undercooked. I had yo put it in the oven to cook properly. I am extremely disappointed.

Dry, lacking ingredients. I have always been previously delighted, but this was dry, expensive, a waste of money. It is almost like the cost of living crisis has hit, and we will only apply the merest smearing ingredients and charge £30 - good luck with that, never again

Ordered pizza for my daughter and her friends for her birthday. Paid £64.32 for 3 pizzas. Arrived and they were disgusting. Hardly any toppings, appeared to have no cheese, and burnt. Absolutely vile. Returned the pizza the next day to store and was promised a refund. No refund received. Visited store again and staff have said they cannot help. Even the Regional Area Manager refused to speak to me. Disgusting pizza, disgusting treatment of customer. I do not think a refund is too much to ask! Would not recommend Domino's to anyone!!

Absolute disgrace, waited well over an hour, then delivered a stone cold pizza. Went straight in the bin.

Brilliant Service from Brandon, he explained everything really well as i was ordering for my Daughter and needed a bit of advice, nothing was too much trouble so Thank you it was really Appreciated and so was the Mayo :)

Not great, if you complain about food, no problem they change it. But it is disgusting again. They don’t care at all. Runcorn dominos is a big loss.

Ordered Meat Feast Pizza, came on time. Perfectly cooked with lots of topping. Would definitely order from there again. I dont understand the negative reviews. 10/10

Honestly, stay away from this place and save your money. This has got to be one of the worst Dominos in the country. The staff and manager should be ashamed of themselves. I think we all know Dominos is slightly outrageous which their pricing at the best of times. Many non-chain/franchise pizza places beat them on price. Well, this place doesn't even shine through with quality. It should be their unique selling point, but their "lack of quality" is were they have chosen to excel! So, we have high prices to pay and for that they offer poor pizzas with hardly any cheese and very little topping. For the price that you pay, and the pizza images you gain in adverts, you'd expect a nice juicy pizza brimming with toppings. Well not at this establishment. The lack of cheese is offensive. Even when you select double cheese in the toppings on the app there is so little cheese that what does make it to the pizza crisps up when cooking or you just end up with large areas of tomato sauce severely over baked on to the base. I've (rather stupidly), time after time, given this place opportunities to show me that the last order was a one off, but this place continues to offer poor quality expensive rubbish. I've returned goods, awaited new deliveries; only to be past hunger when the replacement pizza arrives. I've had drinks missing from orders. I've had offers over the phone to credit me with a free pizza next time I order, rather than send a pizza back; only for that "free pizza to not be showing on the system". The only thing these guys have gotten correct for me is speed of delivery, which is why get one star. But quickly delivering a rubbish product is pointless. I keep my app as I travel a lot with work and I can assure you there are some amazing Dominos out there. This though, isn't a Dominos I can ever endorse to anyone. Others have a massive selection of toppings and this place is also very basic in the topping choices which are available (not that you'll get a lot of the toppings you select anyway) Honestly, stay away. Go spend £20 in Asda and make your own it'll probably cost you £4 your pizza will be so much better. The manager/owner of this Dominos must be a right weapon. They have obviously mis managed the place and placed controls around the amount of toppings which are allowed to go on a pizza. Well this message is for you, the owner/manager. "you sir need to sort your act out"

Totally get it’s unprecedented times but after wait 2 hours! Totally understand that but I’m sorry that was absolutely disgusting! Everything was cold ! Wings not cooked and the wedges were foul! £47 and a total waste of money! I have asked for a refund! Shame on you Dominos!!!

You need to take out a mortgage to buy a pizza from here.. its only dough, tonsto sauce and factory cheese.. completley overpriced.. rip off. Nearly £20 for a pizza is a joke.. supermarkets sell 14" pizzas fresh for £3.50 and still make a profit. Dominos prices are completely unjustified. Dont bother.

Really bad service I’d avoid if your hungry, ordered for pick up said would be done in 12 mins, had to wait in the store for 30mins, won’t be going back agen.

Pizza had very little cheese on, when asked to have it changed the woman phoned me back and said we had to give the first pizza back (why would I want a pizza I complained about) made me feel like I was trying to scam them. Spend a lot of money in that shop and got zero respect, let's she now I'd never go back.

Barely warm pizza prepared by someone who obviously can't scatter ingredients equally, can't cut a pizza into equal pieces and has no food presentation skills. And as for the QA process......... there clearly isn't one.

Fantastic pizza from here made fresh while you wait or watch it going through the making process online before ,having it delivered. Never had a bad pizza, would highly recommend double pepperoni, if undecided.

Cold uncut pizza with only 60% of toppings covering our cold pizza. Horrible cold potato logs and garlic dippers, £35 order they either too busy or can’t be bothered to cut, cook and top their pizzas

Really great pizza from Domino’s in Runcorn tonight! Fast delivery and the food was exceptionally fresh, hot and tasty. We had a vegetable pizza with added pepperoni which was delicious. Also had the hot wings which were great too. Couldn’t fault it.

Overpriced bad quality rubbish food.... consistently.Even with a whopping discount it’s glorified tomato on warm bread.I ALWAYS order extra cheese as they literally show the pizza the cheese so it’s really necessary. This pic is extra cheese. I’ve already complained about a previous order and they simply don’t care! Don’t waste your money - corporate mass produced poor quality awful stuff!

Such a shame as I used to love dominos. The takeaway service is slow on occasions; often the pizza is barely warm. Twice forgotten my drink. Apart from the first order, the pizzas have been poor quality. I question the quality control. I have tonight ordered from Sorisso, surely they must be better.

Came here after swimming, and the pizzas were lovely. Staff were friendly too, and the restaurant itself was in good condition. Will come again another time soon.

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and was by far the worst I have ever had from dominos. They scrimped on all the meat ingredients - 1 piece of chicken on each slice, yet it was the tandoori hot pizza I ordered.

Quite possibly the worst dominos pizza ever had. Due to lack of options up to now we still ordered from here. Pizza is always either overflowing with sauce or has no cheese or something like that just made really badly.

Hit and miss with delivery and how careful the driver is. We’ve had both excellent and rubbish and so we tend not to use them now unless we can collect. Good online booking service.

Ordered pizza and sides from here and thoroughly enjoyed my meal! Took 15 minutes from ordering to walking out the door. Staff were very friendly, deals were great and food was delicious. Highly recommended!

Lleva años para conseguir su pizza admitir que están preparando fresco pero no se recomienda si estás hambriento. . . También asegúrese de mantener su caja de pizza plana o cuando lleguen a casa tendrás algún tipo de desastre de plegado. . Pizza caro pero es agradable especialmente con ajo y hierbas chapuzón. . . Every time me and my boyfriend go to Dominos we are encountered with great friendly service along with great food and great service with the Dominos app. Very impressed

Pedimos una pizza familiar. La pizza estaba caliente y la entrega fue rápida. Cuando abrimos la pizza el queso no existía. Nos decepcionó, ya que teníamos a casa del trabajo y estaban hambrientos. Llamé a la tienda y hablé con una señorita llamada se le llamaba Febo educado que me pasaron por el gerente llamó Cameron. Le dije sobre la pizza. Me dio una explicación completa de por qué el queso parecía que no y enviado otra pizza de masa directamente con algunas galletas para las molestias. Excelente servicio al cliente.

Esperamos una hora y veinte minutos para nuestra orden. Puedo vivir con eso y si llega y lo disfrutamos. Sin embargo. . No hicimos! Todo era frío en la medida en que el queso en la pizza había desaparecido dura, mi marido tenía la coberturas de pizza y la equivocada striptease pollo parecía penoso. Considerando el costo de Dominos esperaba comida caliente por lo menos. Cuando ring tienes algún grosero miembro del personal que no le importa y sólo ofrece un 10% de descuento en su próximo pedido. Curiosamente no estoy inclinado a pedir de nuevo. Lo siento, pero su servicio Dominos Runcorn y su pizza es pobre.

Normalmente acertadas, incluso si a veces con un poco escueta pero eso es habitual las coberturas para cualquier lugar de pizza como este. Puedo decir 9 / 10 veces, pedimos desde aquí el conductor normalmente llega a unos 10 minutos de anticipación. Pizza siempre caliente.

La comida siempre es agradable desde aquí. La entrega siempre es realmente rápido, y la comida está caliente cuando llegue. Sin duda volvería de nuevo

Two for Tuesday's can be good idea if your able to have it. However on of us is gluten free which then means you are unable to have one base gluten free and one base from the rest of the list on the deal?????? You are pushed to pay more through other deals.We chose to pay more and opted to choose from the new Italian menu as they looked great in the images. What mistake that was. I think they forgot their job was to make pizza and just gave up at the prep stage and went straight too the cook stage. Once out of the oven there cannot be any quality control stage as what turned up at our home was a tomato stained piece of cardboard. WE ASKED FOR TOPPINGS!!!I travel a lot and have used other dominos throughout the uk and this one of the worst. The amount of choice in toppings is poor compared to elsewhere. I will say the customer service and good, place is just let down by the produce. When I pizza cost £18 it should be swimming in toppings not the product of a business that's maximising profit, ahead of looking after its customers.

Got the medium pizza offer with two toppings which when we got it home underneath was a bit over cooked. Also had a delivery from here few weeks before to my work paid for Fanta orange and came without the drink had better dominoes. I think it depends how busy they are in this branch as its hit and miss

Ordered online at 8.30pm last night personalise pizza and wedges and chicken combo! arrived about 8.45pm my box was empty whilst my boyfriend got his pizza. I rang straight away and spoke to someone who said they saw my box was still on the side would get it sent out straight away! An hour went past so at 9.45pm I rang to ask where my replacement was the lad responded saying " the driver is just leaving now should be with you in 10/15 mins" 1. It doesn't take an hour to cook what I ordered. 2. It then got to 10.15pm still no food so I rang yet again.This time I spoke to a girl who said it had looked like my order had been sent to someone else so I was left with no food no refund seeing as I paid cash on delivery. To be told that next time I order it will be free of charge. I'd prefer to have my money back than be a next time what I if happens again??? As you can see from the picture the grease mark shows hia arrived and mine was empty.

Booked online at 3pm for delivery at 6.30pm.come 7.10 pm ring the store to be told there is a 2 hour delay . I asked how long it was going to be ? To be told dunno another hour or so . Cancelled order no apology . Advice don't bother!!! .

We waited 2 hours for our pizza and it didn't come. The woman on the phone thought it was funny and didn't even try to help us. Absolute disgrace, should be ashamed

2nd time in a row the pizza was stone cold, give then the benefit of the doubt 1st time around won't order again! Good if you like cold pizza as it's still tastes nice but I like mine hot!!!

This Domino's is quick to deliver, but forever out of something. Been out of Chicken kickers on last few occasions and also out of all chicken sides last week, how can they be out of all chicken? Its their main sides dish.If we dont need delivery, we use the Widnes branch.

Always fast delivery & helpful service love there pizzas always have a pepperoni passion with bbq Base my favourite by can't fault any other topping though :)

This place doesn't live up to the Domino reputation. Ours were overlooked and lacked toppings. We usually use Stockton Heath and I suggest you do the same if you can.

It's Domino's you get what you expect. Sometimes they are a little stingy on toppings but not this time. Is dearer than most even with deals but easy to deal with. Website works very well and tracking device is quirky plus. Accepts PayPal too. Can't go too wrong with Domino's. Delivery drive was very happy chappy too...

I like Dominos, delivery is always very fast but they are very, very tight with the cheese resulting in a very dry bready pizza. Also toppings never even get close to the edge of the pizza. Also......very expensive even on a deal.

There are lots of Pizza takeaways in Runcorn, and this is probably the dearest, but it is definitely the best. The website is extremely easy to use, and you can track your Pizza from being made, to being in the oven, to being in transit. The Pizza's always arrives hot and are always tasty.There is always some sort of offer or deal on, and the Two for Tuesday is excellent value.So if you want a Pizza then Dominos is the place to go!!

Just ordered online from Dominos. A very good web site with tracking of your pizza from ordering, baking to delivery. They were spot on with fast delivery. The web site takes paypal as well which was great.Delivery driver was friendly, pizza arrived hot and tasted great. Had the half & half with Rio and Tandoori Hot.Will def be ordering from them again - they make the process really simple!
