food was late missing my dips stuff crust and onion rings rang the restaurant to be told it was 15 minutes away 40 mins later rang again to be told it was nearly there then arrives with items missing total disgrace

The chicken tikka wrap was really nice but was on the colder side. Not freezing though and was definitely nice

Not only was it extremely late , the app did not carry out accurate updates. Said food was delivered at 3:30am but didn’t come until 4:15am (which Google said the shop closed at 4) , called the store steady 5 times without a answer . Pizza was cold and stodgy probably undercooked so I had to cook the pizza myself in the oven after its already been late and my cheesy bolognaise chips were just cheesy chips ñ. The food was not worth waiting so long for as it was rubbish, late, and incorrect !

The best chicken kebabs in Sunderland, it come with a freshly made nan instead of a pitta. Absolute game changer

No recomendaría hacer un pedido hace más de 2 horas y media tomé mi pedido para luego averiguar una hora más tarde cuando llamé para ver dónde estaba que no tenía la mitad de mi pedido, así que no se hizo nada cambiado, el pedido esperó otra hora y un poco y luego llegó una botella grande de comida que faltaba, se estaba congelando y uno de los panes de ajo sonó una pizza pepperoni y actuaron como si nunca hubiera pedido lo que hice no fueran de ayuda en absoluto

Pizza took 3 hours to get here. Restaurant wouldn’t answer calls, when they did they continuously said it was going to be 20 minuets. When food arrived eventually, it was cold. DO NOT ORDER.

Not to be dramatic but I don’t think in my 28 years of life I’ve ever had a pizza as good as this. Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had 🤌🏽

Pizza was far too thick, the dough had been left out too long to prove, it was airy and alnost vinegary!!!

food was barely warm when it got here everything was dry as if it had been sat for ages before it was sent out for delivery..specifically requested no sauce on donner wrap just chips it came covered in garlic sauce went in the bin as my son doesn't like garlic sauce 😔 onion rings and wedges were soggy they definitely wernt made fresh its like theyd been microwaved ..wouldnt order from there again food wasn't very nice at all..pretty long waiting time aswell took hour and a half to arrive !!

Fona Pizza is our go to for pizza / kebabs. Great quality all the time and delivery is always spot on, honestly can't fault them. Also they've got brilliant deals whatever you fancy 🤙

The kebab meat was half a each thick. Wasnt cooked in the middle. The wrap was burnt & falling apart a was chewy. Was only around 2-3 chips in the wrap. Overall bad taste. Bad experience for me. Its put me off kebab meat completely.

There was hardly no bolognese on the pizza it was just like a margaritaand I paid for extra cheese and hardly no cheese on it either. It was overcooked aswell. I would like a refund and I will not order from here again. Very disappointing.

We got the food and the garlic bread cheese was freezing and the cheese had gone hard and when looking at the burger it was pink on one of the sides and was also cold.

Absolutely disgusting cold greasy food the one of the garlic bread slices was a burger bun fried with lettuce on the bottom and kebab was black only ate a couple of the chips and haven’t stopped spewing I would like a full refund !!

Ive never had one bad thing so say about fona pizza until tonight. i got a wrap the meet is that hard i can not chew it its not great at all. The wrap generally is cold. The cheesecake i got was frozen cant eat that either. I want my money back.

My order was scheduled to turn up at 19:05, it’s now 19:35 and when I phoned to say it hadnt arrived they said the driver had been sent out and just came back so must be there, poor service

Well… where do I start? my friend, Taylor, ordered from here on New Years Day at around 5am and they smashed it out the park. Tonight? You might as well call them Luke Littler because they’ve done it again! Beautiful food, beautiful delivery driver and beautiful service. What more could someone want? Food was terrible and very cold

Bread was undercooked and the pizza tasted too much like tomato. The offer was confusing as chips were listed as part of the meal deal but then chips weren't available. Salad tastes very strongly of lemon - making me believe it was not fresh at all and the lemon was used to disguise the taste. Delivery was very good this time however I ordered a few weeks ago and the food took over 2 hours to arrive and was very late.

Ordered some food this evening, was really excited d it’s my first time ordering as I live in Peterlee and currently visiting family in hospital, food arrived chips are solid and cold, kabab is cold and hard and burnt doesn’t even taste like proper kabab and salad didn’t look fresh and was all over, hair in my food £20 completely wasted and food has been binded wouldn’t even give it to a dog! Don’t recommend, reported to food hygiene and photos sent!
