Pizza was far too thick, the dough had been left out too long to prove, it was airy and alnost vinegary!!!

food was barely warm when it got here everything was dry as if it had been sat for ages before it was sent out for delivery..specifically requested no sauce on donner wrap just chips it came covered in garlic sauce went in the bin as my son doesn't like garlic sauce 😔 onion rings and wedges were soggy they definitely wernt made fresh its like theyd been microwaved ..wouldnt order from there again food wasn't very nice at all..pretty long waiting time aswell took hour and a half to arrive !!

The kebab meat was half a each thick. Wasnt cooked in the middle. The wrap was burnt & falling apart a was chewy. Was only around 2-3 chips in the wrap. Overall bad taste. Bad experience for me. Its put me off kebab meat completely.

There was hardly no bolognese on the pizza it was just like a margaritaand I paid for extra cheese and hardly no cheese on it either. It was overcooked aswell. I would like a refund and I will not order from here again. Very disappointing.

service from online really easy, food very nice. delivery driver was very rude to my colleague who answered the door. stated he'd been ringing for ages when he didn't ring at all.

We got the food and the garlic bread cheese was freezing and the cheese had gone hard and when looking at the burger it was pink on one of the sides and was also cold.

Absolutely disgusting cold greasy food the one of the garlic bread slices was a burger bun fried with lettuce on the bottom and kebab was black only ate a couple of the chips and haven’t stopped spewing I would like a full refund !!

Ive never had one bad thing so say about fona pizza until tonight. i got a wrap the meet is that hard i can not chew it its not great at all. The wrap generally is cold. The cheesecake i got was frozen cant eat that either. I want my money back.

Quick staff, good taste and fresh nanbread, from a special oven. I collected it in Store, I had a good service. I recomend the place. It has good prices.

Took an hour and a half for the food to turn up and when it did turn up it was cold. Poor customer service, rang multiple times said the same thing ‘it will be 10-15 minutes’ and just took ages.

Well… where do I start? my friend, Taylor, ordered from here on New Years Day at around 5am and they smashed it out the park. Tonight? You might as well call them Luke Littler because they’ve done it again! Beautiful food, beautiful delivery driver and beautiful service. What more could someone want? Don’t bother ordering cakes and milkshakes they will forget them and not answer there phone , tried calling over 5 times. Bolognese pizza was disgusting only thing I cannot fault is the dough

Bread was undercooked and the pizza tasted too much like tomato. The offer was confusing as chips were listed as part of the meal deal but then chips weren't available. Salad tastes very strongly of lemon - making me believe it was not fresh at all and the lemon was used to disguise the taste. Delivery was very good this time however I ordered a few weeks ago and the food took over 2 hours to arrive and was very late.

Ordered some food this evening, was really excited d it’s my first time ordering as I live in Peterlee and currently visiting family in hospital, food arrived chips are solid and cold, kabab is cold and hard and burnt doesn’t even taste like proper kabab and salad didn’t look fresh and was all over, hair in my food £20 completely wasted and food has been binded wouldn’t even give it to a dog! Don’t recommend, reported to food hygiene and photos sent!

Fast delivery but that obviously shows as to why the chicken wasn’t cooked. Cant whack some goujons in a box put cheese on top and call it a parmo like.

Cold, late and you get x small chips when you order x large

Estimated delivery time was 3.05am - 3.25am it got delayed and new estimated time was 3.45am. I went to sleep at 4.15am after waiting over 2 hours Woke up this morning to the food on my doorstep I would like a refund please the food was far to late and is now un eatable

Waited 1 hr and 50 mins for delivery (over twice the ‘estimated’ delivery time) and it was cold when it came. Requested money off for the delay through justeat and the shop said no. Was no explanation as to why. Had to ring the restaurant to ask where our food was as a later delayed delivery time didn’t get updated and they just said it won’t be long. Won’t be going here again the experience from start to finish was terrible, avoid at all costs!

Open too late. Woke up and dipped my kebab in the garlic running down my chin, cold. Not good. Would not recommend, do not go here. Will be ordering again next Saturday.

They are awful at customer service I didn’t get my food and i’m pretty sure they delivered it to the wrong house

two pizzas, three pizzas, five pizzas, ten pizzas, four hundred pizzas, nine pizza.

Delivery was perfect however the food was not good. Pizza never showed up neither did the cake I ordered. Chicken wrap was unbelievably bad I had to chuck it all in the bin. Don’t think I’ll be ordering here again.
