Pizza Barn in Sunderland

£17 for a pizza, may aswell have put dog food on a slice of bread.

We've mainly gone for the Bajih Smash Burger and the Tandoori cut chips they are amazing we haven't had a bad experience from them.

I order a cheesecake and it arrived frozen solid, I couldn't eat . I called the take away and the lady was abrupt and she told me to get a refund from just eat without any explanation

Had the Barn Mac and it was amazing never going to McDonald’s again

Absolutely delicious. Reasonably priced, great service, very handsome and polite delivery driver. Too dark to see what he was driving, but he can come back any time.

They told me to collect the pizza in 30 mins. The pizza was cold, it was left there for ages. Why can’t they give me an actual time to collect it? Chips were horrible, rubbery and tasteless. You can tell the oil is old.

Always pay extra for toppings on London pizza. Food always spot on but tonight hardly any toppings

It was fantastic! I got the smash burger, donner and chips and a chocolate fudge cake. Couldn't be happier, all warm, all delicious!

When ordering a takeaway from here expect about 3-5 working days for it to be delivered

Ordered from here and was disappointed with the food. Pizza was dry and had far too much garlic on it. The parmo burger was ordered without salad but came with it on which meant have the bechamel sauce and cheese came off when taking it off. The curry chips were the best part but still just okay. For the price that these are there are far better options in the area.

Terrible terrible food do not order pizza x 2 were both awful undercooked and bland chips cold and garlic sauce bland paid 30 pound for 2 pizza one chips and none garlic so should have been been good absolutely awful can't describe how bad it was

Just got my order from here and was on time and absolutely gorgeous really enjoyed it would recommend pizza barn kebab meat was lush and pizza was delicious definitely worth 5 stars thank you.

delivery driver came to the door and charged 4 pound over the actual cost. Did not receive any change. #robbed Now onto the food, for 41 pounds i was expecting a piping hot pizzas, fresh cheesy chips and tasty sauces. Instead however, we received pizzas that had just been in the fridge overnight, chilli sauce which tasted of watery tomatoes and cheesy chips which were burnt. Could not make it past 2 slices pizza and could not not get the chips out of the box. Do not recommend even for the starving vulnerable people out there. You will die. Guess it’s time for a bowl of frosties and match of the day👍🏼

3 orders in a row incorrect. After the first mistake of no nan bread that I paid for I called and was told that I would get discount on next order. That didn’t happen. Second order was again without the nan bread and I was told to call next time rather than use the App. When I placed the order it was more expensive so I called and was told by Raffi to order on the app and he would look out for it and fix it. I got the delivery and there was no sauce for my kebab. Now looking for a new take away. Customer service is non-existent.

I waited an hour n half for special kebab and some sides cost over £30 and all that turned up was my sides just some onion rings chips and dips i asked the driver and he just drove offno intrest phoned shop and that want me to wait an hour to bring my kebab still no idea what is coming or when it is coming and also why is it £3 for anaan bread? Totaly ripped off and no intrest in them trying to rectify the issue

Ordered a few times and never had a problem. Foods always been spot on, delivered on time and most of time it’s been early. Everyone is so friendly and they really do go the extra mile. The smash burgers are to do for😍 Would highly recommend.

Tonight's service was abysmal. Ordered at 8pm, delivery expected at 9pm, food arrived at 10pm. Food is burnt, cold and stuff is missing. The taste has left a horrible after taste and nothing but disappointment. I paid nearly £40 for two garlic bread specials, ham and mushroom pizza, garlic sauces and drinks. Tonight's service has cost the place a customer.

Well food didn’t arrive until 2 hours and 20 minutes after order made ….. rang twice first time was told it was on way max 15 to 20 mins the second time it was with driver …. They offered to do something for free but when I said I would sort that now on phone for the next night he then refused even after I said it was a disgrace and would leave a bad review he still refused ….. appalling if u ask me would t recommend anyone to use them as this isn’t the first issue with this business and a few weeks ago they were sending out food ( pitta breads ) that were mouldy (green ) …… horrible if I ask me but we stupidly gave them another chance as anywhere can have one mistake

Ordered from here a few times and it has massively declined left it 3 month and tried again and the service, lies on the phone and food was disgusting. 2hrs for 1 pissa and it was fowl. Won't be ordering again

Phone operator is amazing no questions are unwanted. Food is 10 out of 10. Burgers are unreal even better dipped into masala sauce ! Open the resteraunt again I wouldnt hesitate to be a regular

First time trying pizza barn tonight & it didn't disappoint! Great food, So fresh, kids loved it too. Look forward to next time. Great service too!

First time ordering from here and the food was lovely with quick delivery. The delivery lady was so helpful and friendly letting me know of the deals on there website.

We ordered the lockdown combo and honestly the food was beautiful and the best pizza I've had in ages. 3 pizzas, sides and dips for £20 was incredible. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Whilst they are situated within the same building, the cuisines are continents apart and they each have their own website and menu; hence the separate listing. We had chicken kebabs served with salad, pitta bread and chilli and garlic sauces. The chicken was plentiful but the salad was on the small side, as were the sauces. Fortunately we ordered extra salads. The marinade was extremely salty, which spoilt the meal.I ended up leaving almost half f my food, which is a first. The salad lacked red onion and the chilli sauce was almost a solid mass. I think that they should cut the "Italian" arm off and concentrate on perfecting the Indian.

Chicken kebab and pizza were both delicious, as were the chips and garlic dip. First time using, will definitely use again.

I ordered my food at 7.40pm & it did not arrive until 10.20pm, if it was that busy it should have told me before I placed the order & I would have ordered from somewhere else, it stated the time of delivery as 8.40pm, I will not be ordering from them again
