Best Kebab in Rother

The food was super greasy, I tried 1 bite of my wrap and I could not swallow it and I had to spit it out, there was so much oil, I could not eat my food and I was so sad. I managed to eat the cheesy chips, they were good. I’m not sure if the chicken was raw.

chicken was a bit dry but apart from that it was lovely

The food was cold and also forgot the salad and 30 mins later then the estimated delivery time waiting an hour and half

Food arrived cold fridge cold temperature they replaced but 2nd one was cold too, kebab meat is cut to thinly unfortunately we paid £30 to not cook and not eat

Appalling food. Paid alof of money. The size portions were very small. Asked for garlic sauce. Could just about see it there put on the kebab and certainly couldn't taste the garlic. Salad was as plain as anything. Pitta bread was the smallest and the cheapest. Crunchy chips?. Would I order again? No!

STAY FAR AWAY! never been so horrendously sick after eating food. i have been vommiting all night after eating this disgrace. stay away unless you one a day off work the next day due to being sick! should be closed down

Missing the buy one get one free on the pizzas. Usually satisfactory but lately chips have been poor and thr rolls stale.

confirmation that it was on way way past the estimated arrival time. Said it had been delivered but wasn’t. By the time it arrived it was nearly cold and on kebab meat n chips there was so salad. Salad on other was all onion.

The salad was wrong. Very small portion af humus for the price. All food was cold.

First & last time ordering from here. The food is dry and horrible. Missed a portion of chips, sauce on the kebab and a pizza. Although the guy on the phone was apologetic, the missing items turned up another 45 minutes later.

My order has not been delivered at all even tho I ordered it almost 2 hours ago. I have tried calling the shop with no joy and also raised the lack of delivery to just eat who said the order is still on its way. I’m guessing it won’t show up at all now which is incredibly frustrating.

Food took 2 hours from when I placed the order. food was cold. I requested sauce and removal of certain salad in my burger to which weren't done! Will NEVER order from Best Kehab again.

Proper dirty, bits of doner meat all over the counter, chief dropped the knife and re-used it, no cleaning it. Burgers in counter were not covered up and looked brown. Only 1 guy working who looked half asleep. Won't ever go back here again nor would I let my dog eat this disgusting food. STAY AWAY !!

Best Kebab definitely does the Best Kebabs. Friendly and effective service. Delivery drivers are polite and friendly. Food quality is always consistent. And arrives hot and fresh. Definitely recommend them.

I always used the kebab shop but never again. Coming up to 2 hours since ordering and food isn’t here. Phoned twice and guy on the phone didn’t care at all and blaming it on the driver. By the time it gets here, if it gets here it’s going to be cold. Avoid using this place if you want good service.

Always a good experience with these guys. Always friendly, Good food and delivered to me just before midnight christmas eve! Can't ask for more! Huge portions too!

Not to sure why they have started to put rice in a Donna kebab

Extremely tough and inedible sinewy lamb. It was also really strongly flavoured. Never had a kebab like this before and hopefully won't ever again.. Microwaved pitta bread outside of the box. Sorry to say the worst kebabs we have ever attempted to eat.

Mixed donner meal is great and chilli sauce a must, delicious

Lovely chips and nice swift delivery but sausage was hard and leathery. No sauce on or with Kebab so I had to make my own. Kebab meat was dried out and also like cardboard. Pitta bread was hard also. I ordered quite early and maybe they weren't up to speed yet. This is a real pity as my last order was 5 star excellent. I know I should have sent this one back really but I was just too hungry 🙁

I literally ordered a portion of chips, it took an hour for them to turn up and they were cold. I asked for a large chips with sauce on them aswell and they sent a small with no sauce…

Asked for no sauce came with garlic sauce. Best kebab should be renamed worst kebab

absolutely awful, i got literally tired eating the kebab because It was difficult to chew. me and my friends almost throw up ( not ironically) and i honestly can't understand how they think the name of the restaurant match the food. don't. go. there.

That was terrible…the chicken was so dry it seems like it was been cooked three years ago, my friend almost chocked on it. I had to drink a whole bottle of water trying not to die. The cheesy chips were glued together.

Food pretty good for the price. Had better and had worse. Delivered right in the middle of the quoted 15 minute window, which is very good considering it's a 2 mile drive with numerous road crossings & traffic lights.

They pad their dishes out with rice so they can cheap out on meat. The rice is undercooked and cold as well so a real winner. How you make chicken taste like rotten fish as well is a real puzzle. Give them a swerve. Better kebabs in the town.

Nowhere on the menu does it say that they pad out their dishes with cold and undercooked rice.. but that's what you get. And how they manage to make chicken taste like rotten fish is amazing.

Excellent - Tasty, juicy food - swiftly delivered. Order was complete and correct. Possibly the hottest chilli sauce in Bexhill. Will use them again. They get a full 9/10 from me. (My review date 27th October 2023)

The chips always seem like they have been reheated and this has happened the last 3 times I’ve ordered so I’m unlikely to order again now.

Delivery driver apologised for lateness, said they had added extras to make up for it. 3 burgers and chips, 2 very old looking chicken pieces and chips, but nothing we had actually ordered apart from the drinks. There was no answer when we called the restaurant. Not nice tasting food at all, chips drenched in fat, chicken inedible, burgers bland. Have requested a refund from Just Eat.

Visited in person and ordered chips. Guy serving insisted I pay cash and when he gave me my change, had not given me the full amount until I challenged him on it. I think he believed that as it was a Saturday night, I was drunk (I was not) and I believe he was deliberately trying to short change me. Count your change if you do go here which I advise you don't! He gave me my chips (costing £4.00, awful value for money based on portion size) which I opened after only 2 minutes into my walk home. Was greasy and cold and had clearly been recooked. Tasted disgusting and full of oil and we're frankly inedible. If I hadn't already started walking home I would have demanded a refund.

Website made it look like I’d ordered a meal based on wording but the restaurant said I didn’t so didn’t deliver chips. They also included rice in the salad even though it’s not mentioned in the description. When I spoke on the phone they said I need to pay more for chips and would have to pay directly into his personal account as card machine wasn’t working. I didn’t want to do that so I went without. The meat wasn’t that nice either and the lettuce was covered in plain rice which wasn’t expect

Every order I get from Thai kebabs shop is always wrong! Last time our meals came with no chips this time my meal came with no salad and two lots of chips!!

The salad was a bit manky, had to get rid of it but the rest of the meal was good

Food took long to arrive! Also I did leave a bit asking for them to call me as family was asleep and they decided to pound on my door instead.

Food was cold, burgers overcooked bun was solid couldn't eat, chips was hard and well over cooked.

Issues with order kebab was delivered with rice (although not ordered) additional note of salad and sauce for kebab and burger not added to order and garlic sauce had completely leaked in bag and drinks were warm

eclair was rock solid, taste like cardboard. disgusting. the most disgusting thing i’ve ever had. disappointed. i do wish this helps and i hope they sort what ever this was and i hope it was a mistake. please check the food everything was wonderful apart from the dessert i hope they didn’t mean for this to happen.

Seriously bad. Cheese tasted absolutely disgusting. A shame, because we’ve ordered from this place quite a few times over the last few weeks. Won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately the kebab ordered turned up with rice instead of pitta bread, may have been the wrong order or they ran out of pitta, but not the order expected. Didn’t bother questioning or complaining as it was late and was hungry and couldn’t be bothered. It’s not the end of the world.

Me and my girlfriend agree that the chicken donner we both had with rice and salad was the best kebab we have ever had ! And being 40 years old we have had many.try it you will NOT be disappointed.the rice made the kebab special 👍👍👍

Lamb was a little bit tough but good flavour overall. Chips were dry and didn’t seem fresh.

Disgusting - Ordered Food about 2 hours ago, stayed up waiting as thinking its running late and Still nothing has turn up. They are 3min drive away yet it left for delivery over 1.5hrs ago. They've taken my money and yet delivered NO FOOD = Stay Away.

Absolutely delicious kebab, truly the best in bexhill. Hot, good quality, lots of fresh salad and the meat is amazing. We miss the rice though! Haven't ever tried this place before as have always been put off by the bad reviews. Decided to risk it late last night and couldn't have been more pleased with the food and delivery time. Really generous portions too. Will definitely order again-all round great experience.

Won't be ordering again the menu does not make any mention of the fact that the meat is served atop of rice. I did not ask for rice. Could have serious consequences for someone with an allergy. If people want rice they would order it. - Kebabs Served in warm pitta bread with fresh prepared salad & choice of sauce (garlic herbs, chilli, salsa OR BBQ). All meals are served with chips

Where is my food????? No delivery

Ordering is easy, food delivered on time (as per usual) and food fairly good. Only problem this time was salad was a bit ‘runny’ as water in bottom of box, otherwise all good. Always plenty of it too.
