Worst experience ever. Ordered food online. Received text to confirm order en route. Nothing arrived. Rang and was told food was with the driver. Nothing arrived. Rang again and was told they had not even prepared the order. No option to cancel the order on their website. Will have to recover the charge from my credit card company. Zero customer service. Buy elewhere

Ordering via Just Eat we have ordered from here many times. From Bugers, Pizza and Enchiladas, the menu is great. The Mac n Cheese is particularly nice, not completely swimming in sauce but enough needed. Never had a negative order from here. Always arrives piping hot and the delivery guy is charming. Well recommended

We order here at least 3 times a month and the buritto's, pizza and enchiladas are amazing. Really good price and there is enough for the next day. The best takeaway by far locally

Is the second time when we had very bad experience. First time, two weeks ago everything was wet in bag and all food damaged and wrong items also, sent clear pictures but they said those are not very clear...now my son was eating burger and find in the middle of the meat, a piece of metal wire...he thinks he swallowed already another one...is not acceptable 😒. And Croquadile it was one of our favourite for food. Not anymore and be very careful when eating. By the way no one is answering...

Turned up at around 10.30 and nowhere else looked great or was open. Went in, lovely man taking my order and making my food. Left with the nicest stonebaked pizza and lovely chips

This really is the best take away in Bexhill and further a field. Food was amazing and the delivery guy was absolutely lovely. Ordered Nachos with chilli, churros and chocolate. Hot and very tasty. The best for sure.

I love this place, great portion sizes and really good comfort food. The burritos and mac are 🔥. We haven't ordered from you guys in a while because we have a vegetarian in the house - please find some alternatives to the roasted vegetable option as it's tasty but doesn't allow us to order often as it's too repetitive. There are plenty of veggie proteins that can be kept in the freezer to jazz up your meat free options. Would LOVE a veggie chilli con carne to have with mac and chips!

Literally tied for the first time this evening with my family and I can honestly say that it is by far one of the best restaurants in Bexhill-on-Sea the taste of the food is amazing the service is good, very friendly clean and the presentation is of a high standard I would recommend this place to anyone, cost wise it's not that bad either, the food is is well worth it.

Oh me oh my! Most unreal food (HUGE portions) and went above and beyond with a personal touch upon request. You guys are the goats! Thank you, love you! X

I ordered through Uber eats .. delivery time said 15/25 minutes. After waiting over the time I decided to call the restaurant. The man said “ I have my order in front on me, it’ll be a few minutes” the location for delivery is a 2 minute drive. After waiting another 15 mins. I phoned again and he said he had just left with the delivery. So 15 minutes of order waiting there. It arrived and was very excited to eat our family Friday take out yet to be disgusted with an extremely cold burger and looked like a huge mess. I decided to phone the restaurant and explain. The Owner/manager said he cooked it himself and the temp was apparently 70c and paperwork to prove it yet that’s not what I received. He then became aggressive on the phone and offered something free on the house next delivery. I said I would prefer a refund in which he became extremely rude and said no in an unprofessional manner. I said it was cold and unedable in which he denied as he apparently cooked it. The customer service is appalling and will be taking it further. He is not allowed to treat customers like this especially after I was polite about the situation.

The owner Adil is an amazing guy. Extremely friendly and puts his heart into making the food. We had a steak which was cooked to perfection and a burrito which was great!! All halal meat. And very economical considering the size of the servings. This has got to be the best takeaway restaurant in Bexhill. Would highly recommend!

Great Pizza's 🍕 from Adil, we had four pizza's and all of them were delicious. Tasty toppings, very nice pizza sauce and a sourdough base which was cooked to perfection. Thanks Adil and all the team. 🤗

Ordered and paid on line to collect and was charged an extra 50p for 'booking' Fairly large portions but burger and chips looked a mess and the filling was falling out. The chicken was too tough to eat and the chips tasted like microwaved chips. Macaroni was nearly cold and I had to re-heat it. The asparagus and smoked salmon was virtually non existent, 3 pieces of asparagus about 15cm long and 2 were so woody I couldn't eat them, and about half a dozen tiny pieces of salmon. I couldn't detect any cheese and the cream (as menu) was sparse. I don't like complaining and maybe other dishes are far better but as it was so tasteless, and tough, we couldn't eat this and put it out for the foxes. (They enjoyed it!)

We ordered a meal for three online and I picked it up 15 minutes later. Bang on time. Great value and delicious. Nothing left over whatsoever. We had a large burrito, sea food with rice (hot paella) and a huge burger with chips.

Stellar service, better-than-competition food. I ordered online for collection, and a clientside issue with the website meant I never received alerts for the food - not the restaurants' fault at all, - so the owner threw in a free can for my troubles. He was polite, friendly, and it made the whole process a relief. 5 stars service. The food I had - a combo burrito - was better than anything local, and certainly better than upmarket Rustico down the street or any of the kebab shops. The food was well-seasoned and hot even after 20 minutes of waiting, and well, well worth the competitive £7.00 tag. Importantly, the can was still freezing cold, and went perfect with the food. The burrito had a mild curry sauce - fish and chip shop style, - with a little heat. Refried beans and generous portions of cheese made the burrito a pleasure texturally, and the chilli itself was itself unremarkable but supported the chicken perfectly. With just a little browning, it had a shish-kebab texture and taste that worked damn brilliantly with the rest of the food. 4.5 Stars for food - best you'll get in bexhill centre, certainly for this price. Firm recommend.

Fantastic food. Best takeaway I've had in years. Enchiladas are fantastic and the pizza was great. My friend really enjoyed his vegan burger too and was pleased you're able to cater for his dietary requirement! Definitely going to order from here again.

Amazing! We ordered pizza and it was fresh and delicious, best pizza we’ve had. The sourdough base alone is 5* quality. Service was great and the chef/owner is very warm and welcoming. They’ll be seeing much more of us.

Adil, the owner, is a lovely guy, so helpful. The food is very good, and the pizzas are cooked in a wood fired pizza oven. This gives them a truly authentic taste and appearance. Thoroughly recommend them.

Adil the owner is a lovely guy, very friendly and helpful. He makes a mean pizza in the wood fired oven.very authentic, as good as ones I have had in Italy. There is a wide range of generously sized toppings available, both meat and vegetarian. Burgers and Tex Mex dishes are also available, the burgers are cooked on a charcoal grill. All very delicious, and reasonably priced. We had a home delivery, due to the Pandemic, and it was delivered exactly on time.

Tried out Croqadil for the first time tonight. Ordered 2 pizzas, the volcanica and carnivora. Both were delicious. Even better was the service. Incredibly nice staff and who I assume was the owner/chef. Highly recommend and will be back again ** have been back for a third time. My mother was in town visiting from Canada. The owner brought us to the kitchen to see how he made the pizzas and about the oven. Not only is the food amazing but having owners who really care about the experience is a nice change. Seriously, you want the best pizza in Bexhill (or East Sussex imo) then go here. Thanks again!

The best takeaway in Bexhill! // I tried this place for the first time tonight, as it has recently just opened. The food was delicious! Genuinely good quality ingredients and a really accomodating chef. We had the mac n cheese, with chilli and a glorious burger. All the dishes were great, the burger meat and the chilli were the highlights. Nothing was too much bother and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Best takeaway I've had in Bexhill, in as long as I can remember! You guys are a gem! (The chef asked me for feedback on his complimentary coleslaw....YUMMY! thank you)

The owner of Croqadil is the loveliest, most welcoming guy you'll meet who will accommodate your needs. The food is amazing and so tasty, having pizza cooked in a wood fired oven makes all the difference!
