Domino's Pizza in Manchester

Shame that they don’t take cash at all as I only had cash that time I went, real cash money did worth nothing!! Should they face some legal actions.

Ordered a large pizza from this dominos 3 times in a row and every time they've given me a medium. Customer service is shocking, completely unwilling to help

First of all, Estelle got her pizza first, which to me personally is unacceptable, as we were there FIRST. Also we ordered first. Second of all, the screen lied to us. Thirdly of all, the potato wedges were R A W! Fourthly of all, the OASIS I ordered was R A W... actually it wasn’t they just gave me the wrong flavour of oasis ☹ Conversely, the pizza was good, but slightly overpriced. Very edible and delectable, however. I also found a pickle in my big garlic dip, but that might’ve been my own fault, so I’m okie with that. (love a pickle) Overall, a REGULAR DEGULAR DOMINO’S EXPERIENCE. Solid 3/5 stars due to the lack of commitment and medium rare potato wedges – would recommend. P.S – there was an irish couple in store who definitely needed to go and find a room of some sort as they couldn’t contain their excitement for the pizza, next time please provide a room.

While the food tasted amazing, just like at every Domino's, the service was just awful. Madi (if I remember her name correctly), had the worst attitude. Not sure why a person like that would decide to work in a customer facing role.

This Domino's outlet didn't have a dine in option. You can only order online or order and collect on own. I could not get any Tomatoes on my pizza due to Tomato shortage. But there were less veg options like jalapeno, olives were missing at this outlet. Other than that it was quick enough to collect your pizzas.

Great service, excellent pizza, very useful hours and decent wheelchair access to the premises :) all good by me! This is on my way home from the Academy venues, and a brilliant place to snag a pizza in the early hours of a Saturday morning after doing stage door for a fabulous band or three!

Nice place for take away your Domino's Pizza. Only take away. Nice staff. 24*7 Open. Great location. Near to University of Manchester and walkable from Kimpton or Manchester technology center. Very less space inside shop, only 5-6 people can be there who can order or wait while order is being prepared.Staff is common for taking order and preparing the food. Staff did inform ongoing offers :)

Ordered a bunch of pizzas for my sons birthday party. We had meat eaters veggies and chicken & wedgie lovers so I had to order a large amount of food with lots of variety. Words cannot express how much the managaer helped me. I ordered a pizza for my wife to suprise her to food for when shes home. Not knowing shes not home. So long story short pizza came and nobody was home! My mistake. My wife told the delivery driver to take it back to the shop and she will collect it. Unfortunately hours later she coudnt collect so she rang up and asked if the same pizza could be delivered. And guess what…. They made a FRESH ONE FREE OF CHARGE AND DELIVERED IT AGAIN!! brilliant!

Good Pizza. My favourite one is the Texas BBQ. Good deal for delicious pizza The only thing I am slightly disappointed is that you will have to wait for around 10 min to get your pizza. If you want to get a quick meal, don't go there. But if you want a delicious one, it worths the time

I got my pizza hut going on the shop (not delivery) the deals are really good and the pizza was very good for the price (the collection deals definitely make it worth while).

Food was ok just took over 2 hours to deliver, rang to get updated either didn’t get through or no one was any help, just got told we’re busy and they put phone down, delivery was a joke over 2 hours to get a pizza!

I've often ordered for a delivery in between 2 to 5 in the AM and always got it under 30 minutes, with no issues. I don't get what other people are moaning about. Perhaps peak times get messy?

The food is quite average. But they bombard you with ads on your phone and email FOREVER. There is no way to block their texts. I dunno what to do as I receive them all the time and there is no way I could stop them. PLEASE be very careful and don;t give our details to this terrible business.

On a business trip to Manchester this Domino's was the nearest to my hotel. I order one large all the meats via the app. I follow how my 🍕 is doing on the app and once it says out for delivery go outside my hotel in the rain and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. No sign of a Domino's delivery person in a 🚗 or on a moped. I call up and am given the lame excuse of the drivers are busy, how they knew who I was or my order number as they never asked me is a mystery. Over an hour wait and still nothing I call them back. I am then given a load of BS about me ringing from an international number, I ordered via the app!!!!!!. When they read the number back it turned out to be my home number just outside London, hardly international. I point out well if they had bothered to call the number my wife could have passed a message or given them my mobile number. They claimed they tried but it didn't go through as it was an international number more BS. By now it was nearly 9.45pm and not in the mood to wait an another hour I ask for a refund. Told 3-5 working days, they were quick to take my money though. I complained and all I got was make sure you put the correct number in next time and your money will be refunded in 3 days. Hardly a satisfactory result for standing in the rain when the delivery guy didn't even turn up and then they blamed me. Papa John's for me next time.

Lovely Pizza tonight from Dominos All Saints! It was really kind of them to give us NHS discount as my partner works for the ambulance service. The driver was really friendly too!

Really annoyed with this dominos... placed an order for our family which cost us just over £50... took over an hour to arrive, we called to chase the order as the app said it had been delivered... the pizza finally arrived but when we started to eat we found out the order was totally wrong... the pizzas were not what we ordered... so we’ve paid and waited for something we didn’t want... absolutely rubbish...

Awful awful disgusting food and service. Ordered food arrived without the full order. Called and complained. No extra toppings as ordered and paid for PIZZA STONE COLD! Advised the manager who shouts that if the food was cold I would have told him when I complained about the missing order. Called literally a couple of minutes apart. Sarei voluta andare a mangiare una pizza con la mia famiglia. Visto la presenza di 3 celiaci, abbiamo cercato disperatamente una pizzeria senza glutine e dalle ricerche è risultato proprio Domino’s. Ordered £50 on pizza delivery requesting a VAT receipt. From previous experience they do not do as asked so put it capital letters surrounded by stars but of course they ignored it. Six emails and five phone calls later I received it, one week later after refusing to put the phone down until I received the email. Today, on my last call, I had to repeat myself as there was an almighty row in the background with some shocking language. Staff problems were blamed. No response from customer services. No reply on the phone for area manager. Will be doing papa John's or pizza hut next time. AWFUL!!

Waited ages. Tracker said pizza had been delivered 30 minutes ago but still no pizza. Rang up and guy told me tracker was a 'guide'. Flatly refused to give me his name or employee number, citing data protection. Worst place ever.

Worst Dominoes or any pizza delivery experience you can have. The pizza tracker has no baring on what is actually happening with your pizza, says delivered 30, 60, 90 mins before you actually receive it. Drivers go to the wrong places with your order and can't seem to find you, it's like they don't have Satnav, nobody else struggles to locate us other than this Dominoes branch. When they finally turn up they make you walk upto the main road to collect the pizza. The attitude and professionalism of the drivers is appalling, they often don't even say anything and just shove your order out to you from their car window. So unpleasant and rude. Staff in the store are confrontational and don't want to hear feedback, managers just fob you off, they just don't care what you think. We complained and were told that we would get a few pizza and to just call back when we want it and they would have our details, thus did seem a bit odd and didn't sound like a Dominoes compensation process (no electronic voucher ect) anyway we called and they just said that it had never happened and nothing had been promised. I really think that Dominoes need to do something about this branch which is seriously damaging to the Dominoes brand. There is no Dominoes experience other than the pizza styles topping ect. All I can say is, don't go here order from Papa Johns, they staff are lovely and they actually care about their customers unlike these conmen.

We had to wait absolutely ages for our order. When it eventually arrived it was cold and squashed. Totally unacceptable considering how much it costs. Shocking, never again

Dominos is a cultural phenomenon- but this status in undeserved. The pizzas are overpriced and bland and avoid the double and extra thin at all costs- they are glorified cream crackers that taste awful. No redeeming factors here unfortunately.

Delivery from here usually takes longer than usual and if you order to collect, they make you wait quite a while even if it says it is ready to collect

Ero super sorpresa di trovare la pizza senza glutine e non vedevo l'ora di provarla , ho usufruito del servizio a domicilio,dopo un' attesa di 50 minuti la pizza è arrivata fredda e l'impasto era duro e secco. La small size corrisponde a metà pizza tradizione se volete mangiarvi una pizza dalle classiche dimensioni italiane, prendetela medium!

Some staffs can be extremely rude. Phone to order pizza staff answer and said we are very busy phone back in 2 minutes and then put the phone down. Customer service is very poor staffs need training asap.

Pedimos una pizza, a 45 minutos en i llamó para ver dónde estaba, nos pusieron en bodega, sin respuesta. 1 horas más tarde me Ring nuevo y sin mencionar lo larga que hemos estado esperando que la pizza y todavía no ha llegado y que nos espera. La chica de teléfono me dijo: "yo te pondrán a la gerente tras otro ridículo esperar en posesión de un 'administrador' respondió, probablemente era el más profesional niño como persona jamás haya hablamos por teléfono. Ordered on line, but wasn't able to do so more than a day in advance which seemed strange. Pizza arrived within 5 minutes of requested delivery time, which was good, as was the very friendly & polite driver. Unfortunately my first choice, Papa John's, don't deliver yet to the Quays, as they would have been my first choice by some distance. The Domino's Pizza was ok, but could not be considered to be 'piping hot', merely warm. It just about did its job.

Before going into the review I'll say that we only buy Dominos because Pizza Hut doesn't deliver to the Quays for some bizarre reason, which is a shame because their pizzas are so much nicer.Having said that, the pizzas we got from this store were probably the best Dominos we've ever had, so it's a shame that the meal was let down by a starter that our dog would have had a tough time eating.The goujons must have been cooked hours before and reheated over and over, because they were dry, tough and chewy like cardboard. They went in the bin. When you pay £7 for a little bit of chicken you expect better than that.Using Pizza Hut's pizzas as a reference point, the best score I could give Dominos if everything was perfect would be 3 or 4 simply because the competition is so much better. Given that the £7 starters were inedible however, it's a 2. You just can't send out food like that, guys.

看来抢到沙发啦 在英国最喜欢吃的一家披萨 经常没饭吃的时候就会点张披萨外卖 虽然他们家别的一般 但披萨确实不错 比国内的必胜客好吃很多 很多 而且会有折扣卷 性价比很高 送餐速度也很快
