We placed a large order for a company event, and we were very impressed with the service. We ordered 125 pizzas (4 types) , which were to be delivered to three different sites, over four time slots. Every delivery arrived right on time. The driver, Mohamed Mullah was amazing!! Each delivery arrived with a smile on his face. Big shout out to him! Given the size of the order, there was no wrong items or incorrect amounts, which was impressive! All the pizza's were hot and fresh! We also had great feedback on the gluten and plant base pizza's! The person who we ordered the pizza's with was also extremely helpful too, we didn't get their name, but thank you!! Overall we would definitely recommend them for any event, big or small!

Ordered online for delivery. The app added another full price pizza to my order without my knowledge. So I saw the cheeky add on and removed it. However, I did not see that they also added a garlic and herb dip that I did not order. Only realised what they did when my delivery arrived! Complete underhanded scam. Never again am I ordering dominos, their loss not mine. You can keep the 2 quid dip payment..

Didn’t want to give any star. I ordered pizza and waited for 40 minutes and when I rang them they said they were still baking. I had to cancel because it was getting too late and it happened twice now. Even some of the drivers when they come for delivery they behave very harsh. Very Bad experience

Avoid this dominos for delivery — their average delivery time is over an hour and they very rude and unprofessional! There are a few other Dominos in the area, I’d go with those instead!

Manager overcharged me and act surprised as though he doesn't know his own prices, took my bank details and said he would refund the difference, obviously he never did. Scruffy tramps

Ordered online for delivery with the delivery being 22-34mins!! 50mins passed (according to the tracker the food had been sat in quality check for 20mins) so I called the store. Gentleman said it was on its way!! Food arrived 5 minutes later cold!!! Not good enough!! Called up and told me they’ve give me a large pizza next time I order!! Not good enough!! This is the pizza I’ve waited for since 10:39pm!! And no I don’t wNt another bringing at nearly midnight. Delivery driver came bk to collect and it and said it was no problem it was cold!!! Great service!!

Not much to do with pizza but one of your workers, (I'm really sorry I forgot his name) just did the biggest favour for me. I hopped off the bus at cosmo bingo realising my phone has fallen out of my pocket I went into the closest shop being dominos to ask to use the phone. He handed me the work phone without hesitation, it was just ringing though he asked how long was it since I got off the bus I said 2 seconds. So he took his apron off and drove me to trafford centre bus station, luckily somone had handed it in. Honestly he's an absolute credit to your company 👏 I couldn't thank him enough, he deserves an award. I'm so sorry for forgetting your name but I'm sure you know who you are

Imagine having 4 children under the age of 4 one who isn’t able to walk and because I live in a flat they can not enter the property due their policies. They told me that if I was disabled and lived in a flat they would not deliver my food. From such a big company how disgusting

Made an order to be delivered on a Saturday night. No complaints, driver arrived on time with hot food. Very nice pizza.

Order of our phone and Picked it up took maybe 15 mins which was great - our half and half was absolutely perfect, we have never had such amazing pizza, it was hot, it was delicious, it was quick, it was fresh it was overall amazing! Not the first or second time we’ve ordered from Eccles Liverpool Road but this time it was the ultimate best. Thanks to the staff working on Friday 16th, at around 6-6:30pm, we wanted to give a review , didn’t know how else other than here. Thanks guys you’ll be seeing us again soon! Thanks for your work! Next time will catch your names and give you a proper shout out!

I created my own pizza and it was amazing. It was cooked quickly and I collected it from the restaurant.

slow service! At under 2 miles away, I would have thought that an "ASAP" delivery should have taken less than the 1hr 15 min that mine took. Toppings not equally spread and bases not cut very well either.

Ordered pizza from here tonight and when the delivery man turned up we couldn't go down to him as our door had jammed. The delivery guy waited for us to try and get out for about 20 mins and then he rang us again and we asked if he would go to the neighbours and get them to come up and open our door from the outside which he did. Big thank you to him.

Ordered a small deal, a slight mistake on a sat nav got MY order delivered to Braunston avenue instead, round the corner. Instead of the people being honest saying it wasn't theirs, they basically pinched it! Held on to it in case someone came back and they did. The driver wasn't to know. They ended up paying for an unused pinched order I should think so! Mohammed bless him, brought a freshly made replacement straight here. Great service considering dishonest people trying to get a freebie, getting caught but Domino's putting it right immediately. Great customer service and lovely driver, moral - don't pinch someone else's food, you'll get caught. Shame on whoever that is. Honesty pays every time!

OK, I know it’s Dominos and you end up paying the brand. But I don’t understand why people order pizzas from here having around so many nice take aways that are cheaper and with better quality pizzas. Occasionally I order some and it’s fine, but I don’t thing it’s a good value though. Please mark this as helpful👍

I feel they could dealt with the pizza toppings little better and actually put something on that is requested not sparingly....

One of my favourite places with tasty food. Garlic bread is incredible good as long as pizza wich I create myself by choosing the toppings. Fast delivery and good prices.

Great quick service and never got an order wrong for me. Delicious food and although a bit pricey it's a treat so don't mind paying a little extra. One issue I had was a pizza wasn't cut right through the crust correctly thus when I picked a slice up it took its neighbour with it and landed on the floor. I informed their customer service via email and received a full refund the following day. Well done Domino's.

Food was ok, my pizza wasn't cut, let alone it's hard being gluten free. Cheese and ham n everything was all over the place as I had to cut it with a knife. £40 for two 9" pizzas, ice cream and garlic bites is ridiculous.
