a bit rank have been rude to me and other people i know, swore at my friend got food the chips were freezing and i don’t want to eat here again for the price first and last time i will ever get dominos

I had a very disappointing experience with Domino Fallowfield. I ordered a pizza with a cheese crust, but it was not delivered and they promised a refund the same day. It's been almost a week, I called again and they said they'd call me back but nothing, I called again and the staff (on duty: 5 Aug 5 to 6pm) was very rude, he said there's nothing he can do and hanged up on me. I felt disrespected and attacked in our conversation. It's unfortunate that such a small mistake can lead to such an unpleasant experience, I felt compelled to share my experience. I don't think they care but I just wouldn't be ordering from them again, especially looking at all the other reviews....

Absolutely awful customer service, I ordered a pizza and it was made without any sauce, the pizza was undercooked. I went in to speak to a worker called ‘SID’ and he was very rude and walked off when I was speaking to him. He was ignoring me and ended the call on me when I called the store. He had no manners and was acting very rude towards me. He also lied about being the manager of the store and then refused to give me the name of his manager. The store is unhygienic and smelly. I would not order your food from this store. (SID does not work well under pressure) 0/10.

Delicious pizza... but oh my god I don't think I've ever met a team of people who clearly should not be working in customer service. I always order on the app. Arrive when the pizza is ready. Then proceed to stand at the counter staring at my freshly cooked pizza sat there, while every staff member (sometimes 6/7 people) completely ignores me. No eye contact. No 'I'll be with you shortly'. Just doing anything other than handing me my pizza. For sometimes 10 minutes!? Eventually somebody will turn around and look at me with a stare like I'm seriously inconveniencing them. 'What's your name??!' They'll say before handing my pizza that is now 10 minutes less freshly cooked. It's crazy really. I thought a colossal brand like dominos would take care in hiring and training of their team? This branch is a clear display of how wrong I was! Is customer service not necessary to work in customer service anymore? It takes less than a second to say 'hello'. It takes two seconds to give me my pizza. I'm paying 20 pounds for a pizza. Cmon guys make a bit more of an effort. The customers are the ones paying your wages?

Avoid this branch and better to go to the Didsbury branch. Paid for extra cheese topping and still received flat pizza with hardly any cheese.

Visited this Dominos and waited a while for the Staff members to turn around and notice a customer is waiting. There were more than 3 team members so I found it not so welcoming atmosphere! One of the male was working his socks off - cleaning his area and making orders while the female staff member and another male staff member who was working behind oven were too bust flirting with each other. I think perhaps a better management would be much helpful to present a professional image especially when customers are around and the cherry on the cake is they can understand your each and every word!! However, the Pizza was good and it took around 15 minutes from payment to collecting my order. Not sure if I’ll visit this branch again.

Sent me the wrong pizza, said they’d refund it and the manager would call back. Neither of those two things happened. Easily a contender for the worst Dominos in the UK.

The quality of the food was terrible

The employees were talking in a different language to each other which I understood. And whilst me and my friend were walking out the door in that language they ‘screamed get the hell out’ , which I understood

Dishonest business practices with dismissive and rude customer service. Be prepared to wait two and a half hours for a pizza after being told it had already been delivered so as to meet the corporate criteria.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza as its on their menu. When looking at their standard of making the pizzas their hands were all over the meats then they were dipping their hands in the cheese and vegetables. They do not have a vegetarian menu due to all the cross contaminated foods. If ur a vegetarian or Muslim do not eat feom here at all.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. Every time I’ve been the manager there has had terrible customer service. feel so bad for the staff there who have to work under her. She should be leading by example surely but it’s embarrassing how unprofessional and unwelcoming she is with customers. Willing to change this review if there’s change, hope she finds peace lol

Perfect! I made a mistake with collection times (and selected wrong restaurant to collect from), so food got cold but made me a fresh one when I got into fallow.

Ordered 3 pizzas, they were ready on time as stated, however, upon getting them home and opening the box saw they were very sparsely topped. Certainly nothing like the pictures online. A shame that the bueness is let down by franchisees who cheat the customer on topping like this

Poor customer service, either trying to scam us out of a gift voucher (as compensation for previous poor service) or stupid, wouldn't accept the voucher and didn't seem to know what they were talking about. Unfortunately, this branch has a monopoly over a student area - so no need to actually perform well. Avoid if you can.

Extremely slow delivery service. My nan could deliver pizza faster than this lot at peak times and she's dead. Ordered from here once and had nothing to show for it for an hour. We rang the store and nobody answered twice. The third time we had a halfwit on the phone who couldn't even identify our order. The pizza showed up almost two hours after being ordered. 2 stars because the pizza is good - when it finally bloody shows up. For the hassle just go somewhere else.

Awful, waited a hour and a half and then the food said that it was delivered although it hadn’t been and the restaurant don’t answer the phone if you order from here collect it because they will take your money and not deliver

Gone down hill it’s a hit n miss wether it’s going to be nice or not and they don’t give enough cheese on pizzas as there’s always burnt areas with no cheese,they used to have an extra cheese option and they don’t let you chose it anymore?

App said it was delivered when it wasn’t, phoned up and they apologised and said they’d send us the order within 10 minutes. Food came but was missing a couple of items, driver said he’d come back but never did. After 45 mins we phoned again, and the guy on the phone claimed that he couldn’t see our order and that we must have ordered somewhere else, despite having the order number, store name, address and phone number on our confirmation email. Also, it was the same guy I had already spoken too on the phone. When we called him out on that, he said he would send the items out to us. Never happened. Obviously annoyed that things were missing but mostly just don’t like being lied to to try and get away with it, would have been an easy problem to solve.

I went to to dominoes to take my friend for the first time to get cookies. Dez was lovely he was very persuasive and helped us decide that 4 cookies wouldn’t be enough so encouraged us to get 8. Defo coming back for some more 😁😁 omg this is an edit he jsut gave us free pizza !!!!!

I went into dominos for the first time to get the cookies. Dez was at the till and helped me to decide on how many cookies I should get. After a lot of debating dez suggested 8 cookies and I flowed with it. Finally having the 8 cookies and I will be returning for more cookies. This is after the order we now have pizza as well best experience ever will definitely be returning THANK YOU DEZ

Best pizza in fallowfield. Always cooked to perfection and really nice pizzas. Only had one issue when they forgot to put an extra ingredient I ordered on the pizza. I phoned up and got the pizza replaced no problem at all. Would recommend

Can't fault this branch, never had a wrong order, food always delivered hot and relatively quickly.

Dez provides the best customer service out of all of the takeaways in Fallowfield, every time I have seen him he greets us with a smile and is very patient with my special friends. Very polite and helpful, chatty and pleases us so much.

Pizzas are tasty but often they are late, it's quite expensive and one time they've messed my order so I'd had to wait an extra 15 minutes before getting my pizza.

After a drunken night aaaaaaut on the toon, lovely Simon made us two gorgeous pizzas after the manager said ‘we’re closed get out’ and tried to refuse us our beautiful food. Us two being fiery females took a stand and tried to revolt but lovely Simon here said it’s not a problem and made our food. Overall it’s any old dommys really, but simons customer service made it like a Michelin star meal❤️❤️❤️

I’m a student dental nurse, working for a NHS practice. I called into your store tonight with two of my friends after a long day at work with full intention of buying at least 3 large pizzas. I have a blue light card, which it states on the app that we would receive 50% on collection of pizzas in your store. When entering I took out my card and was greeted by a grumpy looking employee. He immediately said “no we don’t accept these cards”. I asked why and all he kept saying was “no” and began raising his voice as I was just trying to understand why they didn’t accept the card. Later we discovered he was a manager. I am disgusted by the way we were treated and can say I will be telling my friends and never return to this store again. As a NHS employee to be treated like that was completely unprofessional and I found it thoroughly disrespectful.

After forgetting to deliver half of my meal and being hung up on by a member of staff when trying to get the meal i had paid for, i then received a lot of shouting and threatening behavior when i called back. Yet they still refuse to give me the rest of the meal i have paid for. VERY RUDE, VERY ABUSIVE, THEIVES!!!

Waited 3 hours for our pizza and got no refund. They didn't process our order for starters even though they lied and said it was on its way, they even said it was on our road, waited another ten minutes and it just wasn't there. We had to ring them about 20 times to know what was happening as we were clearly lied to about the process of our pizza. Then when we rang to request a refund we were told specifically they would make us a new order so that the pizza wouldn't be cold, and our money would be refunded. We waited another 50 minutes waiting for our new order, happy as it was free, only to ring and our order AGAIN hadn't been processed at all, apparently we were only meant to get a refund or a new order. Obviously, we took the new order as we had waited 3 hours and were hungry- due to this we got no refund which means they delayed our order 3 hours, a massive inconvenience and nothing at all to compromise this matter!!!!

Okay, I'm no pizza connoisseur, but how in the world can a pizza get so messed up. The chaps running or cooking there must hate pizza. We ordered some as the crew was waiting for contractors to show up, and they never did, so we ordered whist waiting. I got sick. Took about 30 minutes to get the full affect of a really bad pizza. Where can one find a good pizza shop in Manchester?

Two large Pizzas for dinner for two people. Did not really fill us up as a bit light but taste very nice.better than Papa Johns

I have ordered from this branch a couple of times, mainly when the vouchers are out and about as domino's is extortionately expensive without the voucher discounts. Especially now that the large pizzas appear to be slightly smaller than they were a couple of years ago. The Didsbury branch offers good quality pizza when compared to other domino's branches, and they are pretty reliable when it comes to delivery times. The only real issue, and this happens to be a general tendency with domino's, is little variations from the order as requested. Often you will find that of the extra sauces you ordered, the selection is wrong. And creating your own pizza can sometimes be a worrying process, as you end up fearing the end result when odd toppings/stuffed crust are missing or not the one you ordered. So overall, a good domino's to order from, however more attention to the details would put it up there as the better of the sites in the general area.

Collected a takeaway from the Didsbury branch - found the pizzas to be average Domino's quality and not greasy. However, the pizzas weren't all that hot on arrival despite it being only a short drive home, so I guess they had been hanging around in Domino's for a while before serving them to us. Very overpriced unless you collect.
