Currently waiting an hour for my order when the website said 20- 30 minute wait time , so i called the store just to make sure they weren’t lost or anything ( wasn’t even a big order btw ) and lady on the phone was rude and just snapped back that it will still be another 15 minutes - no apology or anything! We will see if the food even bloody turns up at this point! My daughter is hungry and i have to explain that i have no idea when the food or if it will show up! 😭 Hope it’s worth the wait LOL!

a woman in the store was very racist to a coworker and said that because this is england he had to speak english and that was just horribly rude

Went here for a walk in as they were advertising deals for walk ins. It was 3pm and no one else was in and it still took 45 minutes to be ready. During this time 3 calls with orders came in and all were prioritised over ours. When it arrived you needed a microscope to see the toppings. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I visited the dominos during my lunch hour. Unfortunately my food contained hair and my vegetarian pizza had meat on it (photos attached) I called the establishment and spoke with somebody called Ali, who was unbelievably rude. He didn’t care in the slightest and refused to give me his name nor his email address telling me to get it from the website. I then called back and miraculously Ali had now been replaced by another manage called Ali and he also didn’t care. I requested a refund and was denied this - the only option being provided was another pizza. I think both these “managers” don’t realise that when you work you can’t just turn up in the middle of the afternoon to collect a pizza from somewhere that clearly doesn’t care about cross contamination, but that was the only option given. They have confirmed they take zero care re health and safety, hygiene and they have no regard for allergies or any dietary preference/ requirements. They also enjoy withholding refunds. I’ve emailed back and forth and they’ve made it clear they don’t care. Apparently it is expected that you may have cross contamination as that’s just a result of the speed of making food. I would recommend if you have any allergies avoid this establishment like the plague.

Jueves 1 calle Marzo aproximadamente 9:45 ¡Me atendió la mujer más grosera con la que me he encontrado! Ella no me sirvió durante 5 minutos jugando a pagar a otro hombre, ni siquiera un reconocimiento. Luego me gritó que es lo que quieres y me dijo que serían 20 minutos, me arrebató el dinero y me arrojó el cambio. Luego me senté y la observé irrumpir en el área de la cocina durante unos 20 minutos y su comportamiento fue vago, grosero y totalmente despreocupado. No entendí su nombre ya que nunca tuve la oportunidad de que se apresurara a servirme sin mirarme una vez y murmurar groseramente. Como camarera, entiendo la importancia del servicio al cliente y nunca he experimentado a alguien tan grosero en mi vida como un cliente que paga. Recuerdo que su nombre era de 4 letras, creo que comenzando con una M? ¡El pobre muchacho que hacía todo el trabajo era amable y educado así que gracias a él!

So, today I walked in to this restaurant of Dominos with my girlfriend to get our 2-toppings pizza for lunch. The queue was small - 6-7 people waiting for their food. We were waiting like 5 minutes, till one woman from the staff told us that they got BIG order and they wont take any more orders for the next two hours. I asked deeply politely that we want just a 2-toppings pizza and that's all, but that doesn't warm her hearth. So I'm asking to whom is reading this from Dominos staff: 1) You don't have enough staff or what, so you can handle the orders? 2) You keep the restaurant open, but don't receive orders? 3) Never happened to me to be rejected trying to give money for food in a restaurant, but Dominos obviously is the official food of being disappointed 4) How much time 2-toppings pizza need to be made? i was so excited the other day when i got handed and offer coupon BUT i can only use it online, which i only found out once trekking all the way to the shop :( not as cheap and cheerful as the students of the oxford road area would like.

I think dominos is SO overrated. make your own, deliver pizza express come on people, anything but dominos. Also went in the other day, they were so rude to me.

I decided to get a £1.99 personal pizza deal (collection only) today and I must say that it was really good, cheaper than many sandwiches and warming on a windy day! Took about 5 minutes from order to eating, so daily quick too, and you can order online if you do not want to wait.

Pizza is always satisfying. If you're feeling lazy and just want one go to dominoes. If you want good pizza, don't go. If you want cheap pizza don't go unless you get those vouchers.

I had vegetarian pizza with wedges. The pizza and wedges was very very tasty barbarcu sauce also very tasty. Will be back soon.
