Flames in Manchester

Food arrived cold but chips were soggy, wrap was just thrown together. Peri chips had basically no salt on them and were soggy. 100% would not recommend. Driver was rude when called asking where he was 3 times he just hung up.

Never came says delivered but I haven't had anything

Appalling service. 40 mins late, food was cold and items missing. Called them, who then accused me of lying that there are missing items, after going to and fro he was going to deliver them. An hour later no one arrived. Never ordering again. Take your business elsewhere

The food came cold I went out at the arrival time and waited in the cold for 45 mins

always get my mix donnor and chicken kabab from here try many other take out and to me they do the 👌

Food was nice apart from the chicken korma. It tasted like it was cooked with a whole bag of sugar. I understand korma is a slightly sweet curry as it’s my favourite but this was way too sweet almost like candy. Me and my partner could literally taste the sugar grains that were yet to be dissolved.

Disappointed as I asked for red onion chutney on my food and it arrived with none please read comments box for orders as was looking forward to it with onions on. Not the 1st time it’s happened. Lovely food otherwise

yet again the food temperature is very poor. freezing cold chips and burger is cold (chicken&cheeseburger) very disappointed

Rubbish service. They didn't deliver everything we ordered but still charged us for it, we asked them the delivery the rest of the order but they said their drivers were too bisy and after asking for a refund they told us no. wouldn't recommend to anyone

Pizza looked like it had been thrown around was squashed and damaged in the box clearly not the restaurants fault but delivery driver lacking care with it not good at all

The order was completely wrong I’ve ordered from here loads of times and it’s been great but last night they got my order wrong tried phoning them and go no answer. It’s either changed owners or they’ve stopped caring. Very disappointing

Nearly 1hr 30mins to deliver and put wrong onions on food fuming!!! I commented red onions she sent purple why have a comment box if u don’t read it wraps both ruined and in the bin !!

Food took ages to get here, when it did the driver had handed our pizza to a different address and the rest of our food turned up cold and very greasy. I rang up 10 minutes before they closed and they told me they couldn't fo anything to solve the issue.

kebabs was absolutely lovely full of flavour and portions are huge you definitely get what you pay for did receive the wrong items for drinks however and couldn't drink them but that was soon forgoten when we tucked in 😁👍
