Food cold and soggy was rude on the phone as well

asked for yoghurt sauce and was drowned in chilli sauce so couldn't eat any of it waited forever for it aswell

Rubbish service. They didn't deliver everything we ordered but still charged us for it, we asked them the delivery the rest of the order but they said their drivers were too bisy and after asking for a refund they told us no. wouldn't recommend to anyone

The order was completely wrong I’ve ordered from here loads of times and it’s been great but last night they got my order wrong tried phoning them and go no answer. It’s either changed owners or they’ve stopped caring. Very disappointing

AGAIN didn’t read the notes waited over an hour for the food and use put the wrong stuff on kebab CANT EAT IT fuming!!! Why have a notes box if you ain’t reading it !!!

Nearly 1hr 30mins to deliver and put wrong onions on food fuming!!! I commented red onions she sent purple why have a comment box if u don’t read it wraps both ruined and in the bin !!

Food took ages to get here, when it did the driver had handed our pizza to a different address and the rest of our food turned up cold and very greasy. I rang up 10 minutes before they closed and they told me they couldn't fo anything to solve the issue.

kebabs was absolutely lovely full of flavour and portions are huge you definitely get what you pay for did receive the wrong items for drinks however and couldn't drink them but that was soon forgoten when we tucked in 😁👍

It was late arriving but the kebab was well worth the wait.

Kebab wrap is always so fresh and nice, tonight we also got the cheesy garlic bread with spicy beef, it was absolutely delicious, nicest I’ve ever tasted! Delivery driver was also very friendly. Thank you flames for always providing the best food!

Customer service is disgraceful 2x this place has got the order totally wrong and when you ring up to confront them they don’t care and blame it on the new guy they said that for last 3 months as I have ordered 2x and both been wrong and that was the excuse I got each time very rude food is tough and rotten avoid!!!!!!!

Food is disgusting, was going past on a bus and seen a guy kneading dough with no gloves on and DIRTY long fingernails 🤮 made me physically sick and they are awaiting inspection I’d be surprised if they got more than one star. Eat at ur own risk

Food is really lovely every time (much better than it had been a few years ago) but it is really expensive. Plus extra charges on top (even get charged for a bag now) shame as we could order more often if the prices hadn’t been put up so much

I asked for a mixed kebab it was more like a donna kebab no sauce that I asked for and was a bit too dry

The chicken burger was over cooked and dry, chips were cold. the curry sauce that came with the chips and curry was basically coloured water with oil floating on the top

Ordered from here for the first time tonight . Safe to say I'll definitely be ordering from here again. The food didn't take long to arrive at all and when it did it was fresh , hot and tasty . Definitley deserved 5 stars
