Lovely as always but need to cook chips a bit more thanks

Food was greasy and horrible, I ordered a donner kebab and only got the meat, the chicken strips were dripping in grease

Ordered pizza for the 1st time. Firstly the buy one get one free offer was great. Then they arrived and they were piping hot. Full of toppings and really tasty. Will definitely be ordering again

Absolutely terrible experience. Firstly food was over an hour late, had to ring 3 times to find out where it was and every single time I was told 15-20 minutes and the person on the phone was so rude. When food arrived it was soggy and warm not hot. Popcorn chicken was just cut up chicken with flakey batter. Chips were soggy and flavourless. Peri burger tasted like chicken tikka and was far too spicy, even for a peri burger. It all went in the bin. Absolutely do not order from this place.

The pizza was good but the peri whole chicken was not, it was rubbery and soggy as if it had been microwaved, definitely not griddled, and the it was very hot without a good flavour. Most of it went in the bin.

Ordered and waited friends and family all waited patiently and was excited but then it was late 40 minutes then we call just to hear they didn’t even make the order really shocking.

All 4 pizza bases undercooked and doughy - Shame as toppings were lovely. Child’s meal had no ketchup on as requested in notes.

We always enjoy pizzas and kebabs but tonite the kebab was hard not fresh like it should be spoilt our tea really !!

First time ordering from here and the food got here fresh and hot and presented very well the delivery driver clearly took care of the package and was very friendly. I will 100% be ordering from hear again!

Awful customer service. We asked for one pepperoni pizza and one vegetable. We received two pepperoni, which is a problem seeing as one of us is a vegetarian. Upon ringing the restaurant I was met with an indignant attitude from the staff who claimed it would take a while for them to deliver the vegetable pizza, meaning one of us would now be waiting an extra hour to eat. They then called back to request we give them the second pepperoni back, which seemed a bit spiteful to me, as they were clearly going to do nothing more than throw it in the bin. Unless they planned to reheat and re sell it of course, which would be extremely unhygienic considering the current circumstances. After I agreed to hand them back the pizza they then called back saying they won’t be delivering the vegetable pizza because the driver is now on the other side of town, and we were now to contact just eat to request a refund for one pizza, which I do appreciate, but it doesn’t solve the problem that one of us now won’t be eating. I certainly won’t be ordering from there again. They weren’t at all apologetic.

Asked for no cheese and brought it with cheese Redelivered the food overcooked and bits of the beef burger missing Can’t ring them to speak to them as none of the numbers work!

We had confirmation from Sizzlers to say that the food will be delivered 18.05.it was delivered 18.35. We have ordered dooner and shikh kebab pizza and burger.We have received chicken and dooner kebab which was wrong order.There wasn't much of it and chicken didn't taste right.Burger was extremely salty and chips were very hard not fresh at all.we used to order from Sizzlers a lot as we knew they do dooner and shikh kebab which my partner really likes so it was very dissapointing.

Sadly later than time given by 30 mins. Kebab could have been more exciting. Pizza could of had more cheese. However, the whole meal was about average. Delivery driver polite

Had to call the store twice and when it eventually arrived was cold do not recommend

When I revived the order 20 minutes late the chips was stone cold and I have NOT received the onion rings and the garlic bread was bearly cooked

Ordered from here a few times and food has been really nice but only just noticed yesterday that the hygiene rating for this restaurant is 1* !!!!! This is a big scare - should it even be allowed open?!

Keep going back as it's a good quality kebab with delicious nan bread and juicy meats

Very disappointed with the order and service! The chicken was half cooked and could see blood in it. Even took pictures!!! Rang the restaurant but they advised to ring just eat and get the refund from them. Contacted just eat and was told someone from customer service will give you a call but so far no one has contacted 🙄

What’s the difference between ‘sundries’’ and ‘premium sides’ apart from charging me more for the same thing? Pizzas nice but order delivered 20 mins late. Ordered cos we wanted an early tea and other places where still closed for delivery but will wait for our usual to open next time

I had an incomplete order, I telephoned to advise this and was told the delivery driver would return but he never did.

Used sizzlers for ages normally brill but tonite donner wrap was cold when delivered happens again bye bye sizzlers.Ive recomended u to loads of family&friends.2nite was out of order..

Didnt like the food when it came. Was cold, was late and just wasn't what I expected.

Food was ok but main grievance was I ordered 5 onion rings and they sent 4 chicken nuggets. When I called and questioned it, they just said they were out of onion rings so sent nuggets? I hate nuggets! Anyway managed to get a refund from justeat but not great service imo

First time order, nice and hot, delivery guy was really nice. I will defo order again.

Kebab was nice with a good amount of meat just a shame that it had spicy sauce when I clearly asked for mint sauce. Cheesy bites were all batter with very little filling. Kids chips were soggy, the nuggets were processed and looked as though they were the lowest quality around. Cheesy garlic bread was quite nice.

Barely any toppings on my pizza, I think you don't have to be that tight on your toppings if you want to be in pizza business.

Kebab was okay, half pounder burger and chicken wrap hit the spot. Driver needs to take note of, notes. Specifically asked for my phone to be called on delivery, easy force of habit mistake to make though.

We phoned up asking how long it would be, they said it would be 10 mins but it still took another 25 mins.

Great food but order was late, & they forgot an item

First and last time! Chicken kebab was burnt literally like charcoal the cheesy chips was stale and the garlic bread was soggy and undercooked . Absolute waste of money .

First time ordering from this take away. The food was hot on arrival and on time. Tasted fantastic no complaints from anything we ordered. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again. Thank you for a lovely meal

Driver very apologetic for being a little bit late but as its the first time iv order from here I was fine with that as it is a bit of a distance to drive. The chicken was so nice the batter was so crispy and not full of oil the chicken was lovely both the strips and the chicken the only thing I couldn't eat was the wings as they were spicy to me. My son had the mini chicken burger with chips and he even liked the chicken burger. All in all I would order from here again

I asked for the doorbell to not be rung but this did not happen. Overall food was good but very spicy wings and the garlic bread was seasoned with very dry herbs

Dinner meat was dry and hard the wrap was rock solid from the dinner wrap and the nan bread was over cooked wasn’t nice at all

Pizza and curry delivered bang on time and really hot and fresh. Rogan Josh wasn’t quite what I expected from a sauce texture (was almost like a lentil base) but it tasted great and I didn’t dislike the flavour! Pizza also hot and fresh and tasty! Will be back again.

Delivery was bang on time! Appreciated the call to let me know you didn’t have something and ask for an alternative option. Was all lovely and hot and fresh - second visit and not disappointed again. Tikka and Tandoori is quite spicy but we like it! Will be back again to try something else!

Food arrived slightly early ... overall was good pizzas were good personally I didn't like the donner meat but I think that's just a personal thing as no one else complained I had the chicken and donner mix which was nice but beware the chicken has a little kick to it again not a problem for me but was a bit of a surprise ... overall fairly decent meal I would order again from here for sure knowing more what im getting second time round will make it easier .... keep it up guys
