Dixy Chicken Wythenshawe in Manchester

My food was delivered but the meals were completely incorrect I asked for chicken burgers with the 2 meals with the deal and when it came they where 2 cheese burgers as we can’t eat cheese I tried to contact the restaurant but had no response I am so disappointed with this I paid this money to not be able to eat the food due to not being able to eat chews if you could contact me it would be greatly appreciated so we can resolve this

Received the wrong order! If you have any dietary requirements, restrictions etc just avoid!! As a vegetarian I received a chicken wrap, the staff did not seem at all bothered, good job it only pretence not to eat meat and not an allergy!!!

who experience from start to finish with the restaurant and delivery driver was horrendous, would stay away from the place use the one on sale circle they are miles better. these guys are rude and don't care delivery driver even shouted at me because he couldn't find the house... food was freezing totally inedible... then just eat gave us 12 quid back from a 40 quid order ... disgusting

Great food, just what we expected from dixy chicken! Portions good size and burgers were delicious. Only down side is the meal we ordered said fillet burgers or zinger burgers but didn't give an option when adding 🤣 but, they were good!

I wanted to like this, I love dixy but this is not it. Spicy dip burger isn’t dipped it’s just hot sauce on the bun after it’s prepared. Don’t pay the extra for the mirinda cause they just give you tango anyway. Delivery came 20 minutes late even though it’s a 5 minute drive. Don’t bother

Well I've gotta leave a good review as since reopening they've not had the best reviews. been going here for years, chips are always hot and fresh, peri chicken n chicken strips are always lovely and cooked well. the milkshakes are quite nice too. the chicken on the chicken kebabs are tasty n well seasoned but the doner meat is a huge miss it kind of tastes like nothing so I don't recommend it. everything is good value for money and i always order extra for me work lunch

Sat 8pm Went into Dixys there is a guy behind the counter playing and combing his hair. Put the comb down with both hands put his hair back and asked me what I want. Told him to wash his hands and the look he gave me was if looks could kill, so I just walked out.

Just got a peri peri burger meal and the burger was cooked on the outside only it was pink inside and fleshy absolutely disgusting. The very basics of your business is to cook chicken and you can’t even get that right. Went straight back in for a refund. This place is salmonella central stay away

I ordered chicken pieces. It was overloaded with salt . I said it to the man over the counter. His reply was ‘ many people ordered the same, nobody came back saying it was too salty.’ He refused to either give my money back or replace it. It was damn so salty that none of us in the family could eat it. Very bad service.They didn’t even say sorry .

After explaining what I wanted 3 times with two different staff members they still got my order wrong and putting the chicken back that I ordered and taken home is a health and safety issue. The place needs inspecting and regulating, I won’t be eating here again.

Owner is abit of a weirdo, doesn’t really have a clue on how to run a business, he purposely short changes me I point it out and he tries to argue that it’s the right change, so I add it up with him and he has abit of winge saying he only owes me a little bit of money, I said it’s not my order I’m collecting so I need a receipt and the right change. He starts mumbling to his colleagues as he walks off, hands me my food all separate not even in proper packaging, then tells me if I want the food bags for my order it’s 10p for chip bag and chicken bag, he tried to get me to work here cash in hand for £5 an hour and I declined, he’s been funny with me ever since I said no

Met a chap in glasses with slick back hair and red t shirt. He told me he was the owner. I ordered the combo box but he over poured the salt and everything was bitter. Very rude gentleman, I asked for tissues and he snatched them away saying “need to save money”. Bear in mind I ordered a meal. The man then asked me for 110p (YES 110 PENCE!) for 2 pots of sauce. I was confused as he’s meant to be the owner and doesn’t understand British money.

Just ordered via Ubereats. The lamb ribs did not taste right or smell right. Each time I tried to take a bite - there was a whiff of raw meat. Tends to happen when the meat isn’t washed properly before cooking. Pizza could be better and fries went solid after about 5 mins. Won’t be ordering again from here. I ordered 2 cake slices and they were just placed in a carton. They’ve been rolled around and so the cheesecake resembles every other thing other than a cheesecake. Talk about common sense.

I recently tried the Tikka Pizza and Chicken Wings at Dixy Chicken in Wythenshawe, and both were absolutely delicious! The Tikka Pizza had fantastic flavors, and the chicken wings were perfectly cooked. The staff at the Wythenshawe location was friendly, and the service was efficient, making it an overall great dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty meals at Dixy Chicken in Wythenshawe.

Chicken burger was raw!! Fries were dead! Disgusting!! Go elsewhere until they realise you cannot serve food like this. Luckily JustEat refunded. I personally have been put off from ever ordering from this particular branch of Dixys. Where is your quality control!?!?

I recently ordered 2 milkshakes from this joint and I have report that I am slightly disappointed, firstly I’d like to talk about the size of the milkshakes we ordered large and it massive… not I feel sincerely sorry for those who ordered a regular. Also the flavour wasn’t but it didn’t drown out the fact that it the milkshake was 60% water but what can you expect for 5 pounds wait that’s lot all in all if you plan on getting a milkshake from here your better going down to Tesco and grabbing some red milk and couple Oreo’s (2 maximum) these guys should stay in there lane and stick to chicken. Dixy you’ve had a mare goodnight.

Food was great some of the best wings and chips I've ever had and for a very good affordable price. What let it down was the service. Had to wait quite a while and the the guy behind the till looked quite miserable as if he didn't want to be there and was abit rude with other customers.

I visited dixy 3days ago the person who served in the front end was really fab and homely. Loved the person and love dixy

server was incredibly rude! wanted to order a milkshake for the hot weather since all other shops were closed. They were out of stock (fair enough) then I proceed to look at the menu for other drinks/ items since it seems limited already and the server immediately tells me to hurry up as there are other people in the queue. A lot of attitude and the drink wasn’t even cold.

I looked at the chicken that was sat under the heater it looked rotten I asked him how long had it been sat there he said it doesn't matter ! STAY AWAY I ordered from this place for the first time off Uber, big mistake. The food came super late and was cold. The chicken was flavourless and dry, the fries were so oily you could see through them and the burgers had grey and moldy looking lettuce. I feel like I'm going to be sick. Had menu recently thought give it a try on Thursday night first time ordered from there my daughter did the order on just eat via her phone , the delivery was late due to traffic as I was told food was luke warm had to go in mcrowave ,, was tasty tho ,, considering it only came from Newhall Green to peelhall ? So tonight Sunday did another order by phone to give them benefit of doubt , was charged £37.54 it took an hour to be delivered food was luke warm and they'd sent a large box of chicken wings wich i didnt order ide asked for boneless strips ,, I rang em straight away when opened it up , the guy on phone didn't really seem interested and said he'd get them sent out straight away , and didn't arrive ,, terrible customer service won't use or order again
