There was no garlic sauce on the Chicken tikka kebab all the food was cold two kebabs and chicken tikka starter. The nan on chicken tikka kebab was blonde and could do being in oven longer. I use this place a lot and have always be happy with food quality and delivery times. I order it at 6.30pm and it arrived 8.40 pm.

My food is still not here says it’s been delivered and enjoy food 20 mins later

Rang up as it said delivered in the app! They just said” we’re busy sorry mate” Bumping up tings lying! Will not use this takeaway again!

the food took 2hrs to come I rang the restaurant two times and they said 10mins 45mins before they finally delivered it and then I phoned again and I got quoted hes leaving now traffic is bad then it arrived 30mins later. it's a 6 min drive from my house . I won't be ordering again

food arrived late, used just eat for update then had to phone the takeaway 3 times to see where the order was. food did arrive hot when it was eventually delivered, bfood awful pizza was like eating cardboard with cheese on top no taste of sauce at all pizza dry, like cardboard and rubbery. this place has seriously gone down hill and I will not be ordering in the future very disappointed 😔

Mixed kebab what a joke all lamb dinner and two tiny pieces of chicken the ham wasn't a ham but pita bread and as for the salad a quarter of a tomato and two pieces of cucumber and that was it for the salad.Deffinately not recommended.Oh and to top it all was 15 minutes late.

2 hour wait for 2 kebabs and korma sauce! I live 5 minutes away!!!! Food arrived freezing! Doesn’t surprise me when I rang they said it was out for delivery turned up 40 minutes later! Used to be my favourite place but gone down hill!

hi been getting food from here for 30 years + food amazing but tonight's delivery driver had an Aweful attitude wife didn't want the food after.as looked like the food had been opened i dont think it would have leftbthe shop like that boxes were also dented . so sorry to leave this review

Although delivered just within the delivery window, disappointed. Coriander chicken pizza was just chicken and onion, mix starter was just tikka pieces cut up. Shame as usually like food from here.

I ordered it at 6.14pm the app said it will be delivered between 7.05 to 7.25pm didn't arrive until 8.00pm

food was ok....nothing to celebrate! they told me after 1hr waiting would be 10 minutes.....I waited 1.5hrs all together. the food was hot which makes me think was I was being lied to when they said at the 1hr mark it's is 10 mins away.....when clearly it had not even been started yet.

1hour 55 minutes after placing the order food finally arrived. 30 minutes after the latest estimated delivery time. Chips cold and part of nan bread stuck to paper wrapping so kebab fell apart when removing from wrapper

Order was late but I'm not rating less as they were honest when I called, and therefore met my expectations. Also the food still arrived fresh, hot and as ordered, so I know it wasn't delayed by driver but they were unexpectedly busy which they explained.

Terrible! Don't order from this joke of a takeaway. My order was late it took around 1:45 mins. The order was wrong for the second time. I asked for the asian special pizza with no chillies, a portion of samosas and 2 diet cokes. I got a pizza full of chillies, a portion of chips and 2 normal cokes. Last time i didn't get the samosas either. When I contacted them to tell them about the problem I was just spoken to by a rude owner or possible employee. They obviously don't care about their customers and are very unprofessional as business owners. I Will never order from here again.

I went there and the man ask me hello what do u want and I said can I have a donner kebab pls he said yh he said 2-5 minutes I said ok I was in a rush then later on he keep doing stuff, and 5 minutes already pass and not even the bread was in the Oven I ask again how long will it take he says 5 minutes other people came and order he gave them straight away I was there standing for 30 minutes. Then the man finally ask pita or naan I said pita he puts it in the oven I ask do u guys have lettuce he says yes I said can u only have that with mayo and spicy garlic he says okey he put MANGO SEEET SOUCE and mayo and I though that was the that colour then he says £4.20 I give him a £5 note then I get home I found out this man put CABBAGE SWEET SOUCE AND CUCUMBERS I WAS SO CONFUSED SOBI WASTED 40 minutes of my time to eat a rubbish kebab

It’s been so hard to find a good kebab shop lately and absolutely enjoyed everything that came kebab meat nice and thin which taste so much better than thick had pizza and also kebab meat and chips all was mouth watering thanks I can’t wait for next time

sadly very outdated 1990s style of food. chips was double cooked or cooked in old oil, thrown most of it away. pizza had no texture or any flavour in it. the Donna was nice bit all the rest was just bland . My advice to the owners 1st impressions is last impressions. take this criticism and try some other popular places, put some heart in the food on flavours the number 1 rule if its not fresh then dont serve ,customers are willing to wait , then you'll get returning customers

barely any chicken on chicken kebab, salad was the biggest thing on it, donner kebab was not nice either, pigged out with cucumber and cabbage to make it bigger, might as well have ordered a salad sandwich, only saving grace was that it was cheap and on time

My food was barely lukewarm when I got it and although I asked for delivery driver to ring my buzzer flat number when the driver arrived he rang my mobile and I had to explain to him that he needed to ring my flat number on the buzzer system for me to help him gain entry into my building,so I had to go out and meet him at the electronic door system

I'm 68 years old and love my beef burger and chips from kibab king Thankyou guy's.

Ordered quite a few times this week as work late shifts and can never be bothered to cook. Food always on time or early. Always fresh and always hot. Says free item on £25 spend. Hit and miss if you get this or not 2 orders we did 3 we didn't so dont get your hopes up with this one as it's not guaranteed anyway. Otherwise all is great so far.

Could eat any of it chips was like reheats dripping in oil chicken burger would break your teeth it was that hard beef burger was all burnt naan breads was cold and hard

The food was almost cold and it took about 1hr 30/40 min for the foot to turn up I had to phone them twice to ask where it was I am not one to complain about food but for over all service I give them 1 may be and a big may be 2 out of 10 will never order again from them
