Freddy's Chicken and Pizza in Manchester

I used to love the food from here years ago so was happy to see it on here for the first time ever tonight when I came on to order a lovely Friday night treat so i ordered my usual bits duck and pancakes, prawn toast etc , chicken and sweet corn soup, prawn crackers and a can but left some other usual bits out as it was a bit more expensive then my usual Chinese is as cost the same for everything mmm dumplings sauces banana fritters and a bottle of drink Instead of just the can as it did

turned up late with only one item, then took an hour and half to redeliver cold items with things still missing

It was amazing and the driver was nice and made sure it was delivered to the right person

This pizza was amazingly divinely incredibly good

Not one person in the house was disappointed. The chicken is amazing we’re on our 3rd time ordering tonight and we can’t wait 👌🏻

Absolute joke Food never turned up Cancelled my order after being 2 hours late Worker was rude down the phone swearing ect He told me they gave my delivery to someone else don't order from here Absolute outrageous

No sauce on the wrap it was cold and extremely dry the gravy was watery

Food was horrible never again! We normally use another Freddy’s which is much nicer. Don’t waste your money!

my order was wrong I was supposed to get 8 pieces of chicken and got five and some hot wings which my kids don't eat spicy food also the chips were put in a separate bag and my donuts were put in with the chicken so the chocolate was all melted surely the donuts should have gone in a separate bag

My order was over 45 minutes late, and they didn't bring half of it. They also did not issue any refund.

The only thing wrong with my order was the chocolate donut which was too hard yo eat and they delivered it a bit later then the estimated time I was given but that would of only been as they were very busy as it’s a very popular takeaway and n our local area!

everything was great except the garlic bread was burnt and had not much of taste

Awful, cold, dry, and to top it all off, pink chicken, also took 3 hours to come, don’t be fooled by deals, it’s rancid

Chicken was pink, bun was rock hard, fries were limp and unseasoned, wings tasted refried, soaked in oil and old.

I order pizza yesterday chekn tika one and I pay£ 11.50 p and they send only cheez and tomato one and after I call to explain they speak to me very rude. I no going again

I thought I'd try this today lunch time even after reviewing negative comments. Boy was I wrong, the chicken wings looked like they was from yesterday and the burger was hard to bite into including the bun having hardened up. Charged me 8 pounds for this junk just to make me feel sick straight after. What kind of food business is this just scamming people

Food was awful, greasy and barely warm. Mega meal tasted like the same oil had been used for months. The garlic bread with cheese tasted like it had gone off . The whole order £31.00 was disgusting. Save your money because this is not a tasty takeaway to spend your hard earned cash

Gravey had hard big lump in the bottom and the hot wings tasted like they been sat there for days disgusting also got instant tummy pains afterwords never will eat from here again

Half my order was missing and when I rang up they told me I did receive all my order and the delivery driver told them I was lying ! No help atall and so rude so so angry honestly do not order from here

Ordered at 5:35pm. Said delivery was due by 6:15pm. Food arrived at 7pm. Was still hot. When I asked for money back for the delay, it was refused and they stated they gave me something free from the menu. I did not receive anything extra.

The chicken wings look a few days old, reheated/fried dryed up gross food. These people have no humanity left 😒 My hungry children came from the park and were hungry.

Used them once in April 24. Server was on the phone when I arrived. No eye contact. Showed he hated his job. Asked what I wanted whilst talking on phone. Then when I selected from the lit up menu list above his head he didnt seem to know the menu. I paid him and he carried on with call holding my change for apprx 5 mins, before giving it to me with the food. Food was soggy. chips greasy. Service didnt deserve a one star. Never using again.

Couldn’t eat kebab at all as way too much sauce was put on it. Absolutely vile. The whole thing was completely covered, soaking all of the naan bread aswell

Wouldn't recommend Lansdowne Rd, Crumpsall. Staff member was rude and ignorant. Food poor. He took my order. I gave my cash but no thanks or eye contact. Took 5 minutes for my change as he was on the phone, then threw it across the desk. Not a pleasant experience. The chicken batter was soggy too. Never again.

Don’t order a chicken tikka wrap they no longer do them but allow you to order and send you something different without contact me to ask if that was okay, other than that the other food was quite nice so I am quite disappointed.

Didn't really wanna leave a negative review but in the end the shop wouldn't answer my calls. When it got 1 minute before the end of the delivery slot it said the order had been delivered and didn't come for another 45 minutes. I kept ringing the shop but they didn't answer.

The Fried Chicken is one of the best I've tasted. Big pieces of chicken, juicy and the coating is similar to Allen's Fried Chicken. Great value too. Chips were very good too - hot and not soggy.

This restuant is a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! never received my order after ordering through just eat and when I called was told it wasn't they're problem! I would comment on the food but I never even got a chance to try it and the customer service was basically non existent!

Think it may of been the worst takeaway I've ever had...

I went there once to get a chicken burger meal. While I was ordering the cashier smashed the pay machine on the floor and he said “fucking hell”. I was scared and hopeless. Then he started to talk angrily to me like I was the problem. When I got the meal the chicken was too hard on the crust and hard to chew.

This is the second time our pizza has just arrived upside down and smashed.
