Not received my order and still waiting I’ve contacted the restaurant multiple times and not answered my call I want a full refund with compensation as this is disgusting service, I’m disgusted about this and want to take this matter further

My daughter Jane fetch me a vegetarian pizza from here, and when I taste it I say "this is the best pizza I have in my life"... the quality fantastic... now we always go here for pizza... thanks for fantastic food... Richard

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!! FOOD WAS FREEZING I MEAN EVERYTHING I ORDERED WAS FREEZING . OVER AN HOUR LATE . DONT ORDER FROM HERE ITS 💩

Came to Manchester for a night away and got food from here!! Absolutely horrific the chips were frozen and the kebab was awful I would have rather ate my dogs biscuits !!! Joke

Ignore these slanderous reviews you pay for exactly what you get and it bangs. Idk how their delivery is but what absolute lizard goes on Uber eats and thinks ‘Yh I’m defo craving a khans right now’.

We stayed in Manchester for 1 night and decided to get a takeaway. The order was confirmed but after trying to call the restaurant multiple times, we could not get through to ask them a question about the order. Nonetheless, the food arrived early, and somehow was still freezing cold. The pizza tasted awful and the kebab was so chewy. The grilled chicken, however, was pretty good (but this was the only good aspect of the whole meal) DO NOT GO TO THIS TAKEAWAY

My food never came. I order my food around 3am and I’ve been calling the restaurant so so long and nobody answered and it’s saying my food got delivered when it didn’t. If your shops is closed please MARK IT AS CLOSED INSTEAD OF TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND WASTING TIME.

Food arrived 3 hours late . Whole family has been vomiting for 2 days since. Chicken was completely uncooked on the pizza and on all of the pieces. stay away , please don't order from here even if it's the last place open . Now I can see why they are a 2 star rating . Anyone that works for this company should really question what their ambitions are in life , and try to find a brighter path for themselves.

Ordered kebab for delivery - it arrived an hour late. The kebab was stone cold and the chips barely cooked. Salad with the kebab was just iceberg lettuce and so little garlic sauce could hardly taste it. Absolutely awful ☹️

do not order from this place. It’s a scam, take your money, don’t deliver food and there’s no where to dispute or request a refund. Lost £20 on a takeaway not showing is a joke. Phone 10 times not answered once.

Ordered a Donner mix,the Donner wasn't the best but the chicken Donner was cold and bland, didn't like the atmosphere aswell the place was cold itself ruined when a bunch of 🤡s came in and kept opening the door and fooling around not once the staff told them to calm down,one woman even put her fat a55 on top my table on the edge, didn't even consider I was using it. The staff also made my brother and friend wait for ages while three of us had our food with us for over 10mins only to tell them he didn't make it does he still want the order, luckily them two walked out and saved themselves from the rubbish food. What a waste of money thanks to my useless friend who said it's nice.

Food taste alright but portions were small one tub of lamb jalfrezi was less than half full the other Madras just over half full . The jalfrezi wasn't enough to make a plateful

Had the flame grilled chicken kebab and could not have been happier. If you’re a fan of Abdul’s Fallowfield then you won’t like this place. Khans actually has good food.

Food took forever to arrive, called restaurant but no answer. Order was missing several items, food was all cold. Kebab was covered in chilli sauce when we asked for mango. Pizza was missing toppings and burger was full of gristle and bones and ended up going in the dogs bowl. No idea what it was made from but certainly should not be listed as “gourmet”. Orderd from this restaurant as we all wanted a different tea - We've ordered here before no issues tonight - one lot of chips missing, gravy missing poppadom missing - extremely poor service orders at 19.40 food arrives 21.50 - won't be using Khan's ever again. Poor service, poor food poor quality. I would like a full refund for this as 2 hours to wait for food that's only 4 miles away is completely unacceptable.

They’re trading under another name ‘Donor Company’ and have robbed me of £16+. Not answering my calls and have told Uber the foods been delivered when I’ve cctv to prove not a person has been near my garden, never mind door. Thieves!!!!
