Dixy Chicken - Rusholme in Manchester

This is completely unacceptable  We have rang the business and tried to sort the problem however they constantly give us the same response of blaming it on us.  My little sister now feels sick and is on the verge of vomiting. I am completely sickened and I want to take further action  basically we found a whole bobble of hair inside the food and it was horrible. i highly highly highly recommend that no one ever goes here ever again.

Food 2 hours late and they dont answer the phone. This is probably the worst take away in Manchester.

Ordered through just eat. Wanted for our order. A order arrived that wasn't even close to what we originally ordered. Tried calling them and it took 26 calls to get through. They say it will be 20 minutes for our order. 30 minutes later and still no order. Tried calling them again and 44 calls later and no answer. Now when I call it says line busy. I'm so annoyed and starving. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!! DISGRACEFUL!!!

Asked for peri peri chicken Wrap several times on different days, They always offer spicy oily wrap instead . Think it takes longer to make that’s why they say, we don’t have it. I started going to Fallowfield branch now.

I have just visited this place and spent over 15 pounds everything straight in the bin. Awful food taste like it was from overnight what a waste!!! Very disappointed

I know this is fast food but the chicken is far too greasy. The fry batter is very stodgy and heavy. I do not recommend eating here as it has made me feel very ill.

Won’t try this place it’s a disgrace, greasy food and you have to wait for simple fried chicken.....
