Really disappointed. I think they have new owners ? As this used to be one of our favourite takeaways ! And now the menu has changed and the food is terrible ! And most of all ...once you order they cancel it after about an hour waiting ! We had to then wait for a refund and order from somewhere else ! What has happened leo? You were once really amazing ! And now you are absolutely terrible ! Really Really disappointed!

The food time took far to long, the delivery time got changed 3 times but they didn’t get in contact with me to tell me had to keep phoning them to see what was happening with my order. I sent £87 and the food was cold when it came it had been out for over 30 mins. When I phoned them the man on the phone was very cheeky then the manager brought the order to me and he was worse than the man on the phone. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE 😡

We ordered from here whilst we were on holiday in the area and were really looking forward to it as it had been lovely in the past. What a disappointment. We waited 2.5 hours for our food after phonecalls and they got part of the order wrong. They said about claiming a refund in the app. The food wasn't of the quality of previous visits and the only decent thing was the pizza. Won't be going back. It's a shame really.

Order late due to being busy, no discount on line. Worst service eve, called up fobbed me off. Absolute rubbish....

Honestly what is this I think licking the bottom of a foot would be nicer.spent to much on this and what do it get torn up peta bred(what I didn’t even order)no discount ever that they promised.”I don’t lie” then where is my discount.the chips were frozen they probably just put it in the microwave for like 1 minute.you tryed to make it up by giving us a free pizza that was problem sat in Aldi 5 minutes before we called then just sat it in the microwave,the food stinks aswell could even finish it without looking like 🤢this emoji.and the fact it took you over 2 hours to brig us the food is just lazy.you should be proud of 1star how you got 3.5 is more surprising then rocket science.I really don’t know how this place is still open and the customer service is horrid and to let them no a pizza is not a plaster not even my dog could wet it without gagging bless her.the kabab looked like a rats dropping it even smelt like it. Thank you 😊

What a disgrace did a just eat order at 20:30 and at 23:00 with still no food delivered and numerous phones, we have now been told no food will be delivered and to request a refund from the app. Will never order from this establishment ever again, got 4 hungry teenagers and had to order from somewhere else.

Thought that we would order from the take away as we had a positive experience from the last time we went. This time was different, the food was 2 hours late! Not only that they messed the order up and sent us bland, disgusting food. Food that rats wouldn’t even eat. The cheese pizza was the only nice thing I ate. When phoning to the restaurant about the terrible food, we had received terrible customer service, the guy on the phone was not listening and was a pain to talk to. Avoid this place like the plague. I will never be returning!

First time ordering and last time daughter ordered this after work to wait over 2 hours and still no food when called for update told on way 10 minutes to wait another 20 to be told again not there fault wait 10 mins and be laughed at down the phone. Rude with no customer service. Will never use again stay away

I always go here for a quick kebab ! Everything I highly recommend lovely staff and always look after there regulars 10/10 😊

Ordered chicken korma and boiled rice ,what came was chicken korma soup so much water on the plate tried to drain it off ,same with the lamb korma never ordered again ,had much better food

Ordered through just eat. Meal was inedible covered in barbecue sauce when I specifically asked for thousand island. JUST EAT would not refund me or even discuss it. 12-lb completely wasted.

Terrible. The preparation area is filthy. How this place is still open is beyond me. Almost 4 years since they stole my money and no refund. I visited to see what it was like. FILTHY, stay away. If you enjoy meeting your tea on the way back, visit. Absolutely disgusting

Been ordering from here for 2 years mainly curries like massala and bhuna always delicious no problems all good delivery is usually good

Waited over 2 hours for food. In the end had to go and pick up our own food we had no apology and no care in service. Food was rock hard and freezing cold. Very disappointed.

After a 2 and a half hour wait, to then be told they delivered it to the wrong address, my husband had to go into the shop to argue the fact we hadn't received the food and then to wait and having to bring it home himself. No refund for the delivery charge. And once we did sit down to eat, the food really wasn't that great! Very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again! What an absolute waste of time and money!

Not sure where negativity of other people is coming from, but my experience has been amazing. Nice driver, great food, for £10 you get full 9inch pizza box filled with chips and mixed kebab. Once forgot my milkshake but phoned them and they immediately drove back and delivered. Nice burgers as well.

Ordered from just eat the Jumbo box and said no sauce in the options because I am allergic to a lot of stuff in sauces, the box arrived with the food in sauce, phoned the restaurant, who sounded like they didn't care quite frankly, told them and they blamed it on Just Eat for not putting that all their Jumbo boxes come in sauce and you have to request no sauce in the comments for restaurant box, which is no where on the site apart from the ability to select no sauce when you actually order the thing, no dinner now and almost £12 in the bin, terrible customer service

Fantastic the woman who works there is so lovely and always helpful. The food is amazing never really had any problems with it.

I was hired as a delivery driver here but as usual Mark the other delivery driver got his freinds at 16 Dyer St to say they hadn't received no food after eating the order just to get more free food. I left the job don't like the way he was treating Becky and don't like his stuck up attitude and shows no respect to his staff.

Great Vegetarian Choices and Amazing Curries!! Never disappointed when I order from here, always fresh, hot and really tasty! I also love that they have so many vegetarian options. Being able to order Pizza AND Curry from one place saves alot of arguments in our house too ha!

The perfect blend and mix of spices with an authentic biryani taste… It’s a big thumps up 👍🏻 for your taste, quality n quantity aswell..

Amazing pizzas and curries, ordered vegetarian and chicken pizza , garlic bread with cheese. Large portion of chicken curry - everything was fresh and piping hot. Definitely recommend 10/10

Ordered 2 meals, they have delivered 1 meal, I tried repeatedly to phone them for 15 minutes to get them to deliver the second one but it appears they have taken the phone off the hook, we will definitely not be ordering again! Very disappointed!

My family and I have had some lovely tasty food from here. Every time it's been perfect. I would definitely recommend this place.

We have personally just called the manager. The food is outstanding. Piping hot and the taste and presentation was un real. This is now our preferred take away. We have used several in our local area however this is by far the most tasty curry and the fact it was the furthest away from our house but come so hot was brilliant. The manager also was so humble. We would highly reccommend this place 5 ☆

Terrible. Food was over 3 hours late. I had to go to bed eventually as I ordered at 7, still or here at 10. Promised a replacement the week after, it was inedible! DO NOT USE. go to Antonio’s instead

Ordered at 17:30 with a delivery time of 18:20 for me, my wife and kids. They changed delivery time to 18:45. Food eventually arrived at 19:30. Won’t be ordering again. Pathetic for a Tuesday night!

Not great, at all. We didn't eat the garlic bread or pizza, as the dough was awful. We couldn't taste any garlic on the bread. It was disappointing.

Only eaten from here twice but was lovely food and came promptly
