Have been to the takeaway 3 times and been over charged every time, second time questioned the price and got a refund last time asked for a medium keebab got charged for a large one, I questioned it and got shown a receipt for the kebab I didn't order, then informed them that the price I was charged for the food I didn't order was different to the menu next to their till for the third time and that trading standards will be called tomorrow

We found no problems with the food, but I did receive the wrong pizza, or there were toppings on my pizza that weren't specified on the menu.

Awful customer service. After talking to me like garbage and saying my kebab don’t even exist (I’ve been ordering it for ten years) I just told them to forget it I’m not giving any business my money talking to me like that !!!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Tasty spot Freckleton and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The food arrived promptly, and everything was hot and fresh. The flavors were absolutely delicious – each dish was well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. The portion sizes were generous, providing great value for the price. The packaging was neat and ensured that nothing leaked or got soggy during transit. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating when I called with a special request.

Trying to over change me saying the prices had gone up. Not impressed at all by the service.

Garlic bread and tomato was bitter tasting and pizza was the worst I’ve ever had from there, very disappointing

Made an order via FoodHub waited over an hour. Called to see where it was...the driver has it!! Yeah course he does then it finally arrives tepid and burnt!! God knows how you can do that!! Plus part of the order missing and they argue to say it was sent and won't refund or send!!! AVOID - CRAP FOOD & SERVICE

We've been eating from Tasty Spot for a while now and can thoroughly recommend the Large Kebab Box. Absolutely excellent quality and value. You get tons of quality meats included. The Pizza and Garlic breads are brilliant too. A genuinely decent takeaway for once. Great customer service as well. Rob T.

Should of checked the online reviews not the just eat ones, partner ordered food 2 hours ago, got a notification to say it was here when it wasn't, we rang and all they bothered to say was "we are cancelling your order now it's too far"?! Why accept an order knowing how far it will be. Why allow orders to be placed with the restaurant that you deem to be too far away, just eat let's you set your radius for orders. Also common decency would tell you to ring the people and tell them, not leave them 2 hours waiting for food to then cancel it. Waste of time and money. Avoid avoid avoid!

Asked for my burger without mayo comes with Mayo Asked if we get free garlic bread with are order said not so bought one ended up with 2 for some reason so rang and asked why my burger was covered with Mayo and why we paid for garlic bread if we got one free and all they said was should of gone chilli hut least they would of spat on your food tell u what the owners off these takeaways need shutting down absolutely vile so after paying £30 I’m sat here with a meal I can’t eat bang out didn’t want to sort it and put phones down

I ordered bonanza bucket - Pieces chicken, 2 regular fries, 6 pieces wings & 2 hot apple pies, got a call to say they dont do this anymore, after take the payment online so said they would send a boneless meal instead. When it arrived we got 6 strip and 1nsingle frie Garlic bread was cold

Ordered a large order totalling £33 & we were sent 2 x small Donner tray instead of extra large. When we called to question it, we were told we hadn't ordered extra large. Then the manager said he'd call back. When he did, his lie had changed to "I never charged you for the extra large". Erm....yes he did, the bill was £33. Avoid, they rip you off & say you're wrong.

Absolutely awful over an hour late few bits of lettuce one slice of tomato and cucumber is not a salad in the kebab cardboard for naan bread must have been one mushroom in the whole calzone garlic bread will never use again and hope no one ever does really the worst takeaway ever stay away

Take care when you order a pizza that has chicken on, unless you like spicy chicken. I ordered a 16 inch pizza with ham mushroom and chicken. I did not ask for spicy chicken, yet the chicken was super spicy. Absolutely a non starter for kids. I phoned to complain and was basically told to whistle.... I will never go there again. Not only because of the food but because of the rudeness.

I ordered donner meat and chips and onion rings they forgot the donner meat not sure how you can forgot to put donner in tray with chips is beyond me not happy at all when I rang they said to add it on to next order that’s not the point so they just missed the main part of the meal painful

The food here is usually good, but recently both the food and delivery have been terrible. The last time we ordered they must have decided they don't want to go to far so just didn't deliver. We rang up twice (after an hour each time) to be told its with the driver. I hope the driver is OK because 2 weeks have gone by and we still don't have the food. They have also decided to keep the money for the food that wasn't delivered. This is the only place we order from but won't be giving them any more money until they give back what they took.

Was a regular customer, clearly not valued.. arrived cold and late for weeks on end. when questioned customer service was abysmal basically told that we was lying that we waited 2 and half hours for our order for it to arrive stone cold... not the first time this happened. I understand that takeaways are extremely busy. But I will not be using this take away again.. staff are rude.. and dishonest! Food is standard usually but recently absolutely appalling!

The pizzas are very good but not so good when we got them recently the base was very thin not to their usual standard and the fillings was not as good so we will try again it may just be a one off we shall see

Delivery driver took almost 30 minutes from our food setting off to call and say he lost, then rang back ten minutes later after having not moved to say he was still lost. 2nd time this has happened in 2 weeks

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I ordered food for delivery and they happily took my money and I didn’t receive the food. They claimed I live too far away, when I asked for a refund they declined! The manager is useless! KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKETS!

Ordered through just eat at 7.10pm was informed food would be delivered at 8.20pm. At 8.40 I rang the restaurant and after being put on hold for 10 minutes was told my food would be delivered in 20 mins(9pm). At 9.20 i still had no food. I rang the restaurant again and said he had given it his driver he was really sorry and it would be 5 minutes away maximum. At 10pm I gave up. No food had been delivered. I went to bed hungry. Tasty spot you was a disgrace tonight and I will never order from you again. Enjoy the £23 you had off me for nothing.

So I ordered the chicken tikka korma with rice and some onion bahjis. It arrived quickly which I’m happy about and the delivery driver was really nice but the food was just awful not much taste to it, it was all really greasy my plate was covered with grease. The onion bahjis was tasteless to say the least and the mint sauce that came with it was just like water. Was supposed to be a nice treat for me and the mother I will not be ordering this again was really disappointed.

Everyone happy, two curries Madras and Dansam, 1 kebab and 1 XL chicken kebab...perfect, delivered on time with social distancing ... I will be back x

I ordered a meal and was told it would be 30 minutes when I went to collect it wasn't ready and again told it would be another 30 minutes but it would be delivered for me, 40 minutes later still not arrived so rung again and told it was on it's way 10 minutes later it arrived the only good thing about the food was it was hot but inedible would not recommend the tasty spot to anyone stay away and save your money we had to through it all away

IV just had 2 chicken meals from tasty spot for me and my gf it was so bad dry and made me be sick only thing that was nice was the Fanta never getting food from here egen terrible

very disappointed the naan bread you could have broken a window with it it was solid and burnt wouldnt have minded if i had rice or poppadums so i ended up eating just chicken in sauce wasnt very pleasant no poppadums with my curry

Best pizza ever, anywhere. The special is very good. Lots of toppings and fast delivery. Stuffed crust option not required because they top right to the edge.

We ordered a takeaway at 21:13 and it didn’t come until 23:00, that is 107 mins waiting. Absolutely appalling service. It usually takes 45 mins but double that and a bit, absolutely outrageous We usually have a takeaway from here, which is usually 45 mins.

When you order food and request something not to be added because you hate them and you get home only to find out they didn't listen because they are more interested on answering the phone. Not happy will stick to having food delivered from another village at least they listen.

We ordered take away tonight, the vindaloo curry tasted so disgusting. The peshwari nan bread came with no coconut or raisin. The cook, while slicing kebab meat, dropped two pieces on the floor and couldn't be bothered to pick them up. I was there for 15 minutes, watching the whole thing. He kept touching his hair while cooking without washing his hands. All of the staff were not wearing protective clothing to prevent contamination of food. I am certainly not comming back here! My husband did enjoy the kebab though. . .

Good job 1 is lowest I can go. Absolute terrible service. An hour and half for food when promised 40 mins. Then for items missing and told they'll be with us in 15 mins but waited another 50 mins for those. Don't post a menu through my door again!! And I haven't even mentioned the food. 😂😂. No faults to the driver though. Very apologetic and friendly.

We got a starter, main and pickles.The starter with the pickles were underwhelming - you did not get enough of the pickle and they where insipid and runny, rather than nice mango pieces, it was like a sauce.The chicken tandoori was dry.The curries, Madras, had little meat in, I ordered a mix of lamb and chicken, and got a few pieces of chicken. It was mainly sauce.Very disappointed, and a waste of money.

Gave silly excuses as to why the food was over an hour late so overall took over two hours from order to delivery. They lied as to why it was late and wouldn’t accept the blame that they either hadn’t checked their system or had forgotten about the order.

Just fancied a Kebab so I went to Freckleton Tasty Spot ordered the Mix Chicken went large which was £5.00 best fiver I’ve spent on a take away its was huge and worth every penny enough for two and I can no see why the call themselves TASTY SPOT very impressed will defiantly be going again yummy

Since moving to these parts from Blackburn, our search for a good, Asian takeaway has so far proved problematic. However, whilst cat-sitting for friends, this place is definitely on our list. Great starters and though quite different flavours and spicing, the main courses were very good. Can recommend and we will return.

We've been regular customers of the Tasty Spot since it opened. The curries are good and the pizzas excellent. Never had a below average experience of this place. Love it!

Food arrived 40 mins late and was lukr warm on arrival. Looked and tasted distinctly average, far too much sauce on my kebab, which came in a pitta shaped naan bread and looked like it had been thrown together in a hurry. Barely any salad at all and the curly chips were greasy and mashed together. The curry required assembly and came in lots of different pots, but this didn’t disguise that it was a very bland tikka. Will not be using them again - would not recommend you do either.

Always a friendly smile and excellent fast food to be enjoyed here! A lengthy menu but the staff always manage to create really good takeaway food in a flash!

My 15 yr old daughter was in freckleton on holiday and decided to go for a takeaway while ordering her food the guys behind counter were asking if she had a boyfriend and being sleezy she was put off by whole encounter

ordered a pizza and a burger at 7.50. rang at 9 to find out where it was. said be there in 5 minutes. called back at 9.30 and they left me on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. rang again and they turned up with freezing cold food 15 minutes later. sent food back and asked for a refund. shocking.

Been a loyal customer to Tasty spot over the years but since the prices have gone up some of the food quality has gone down. The pakoras I had last night were awful. I opened the bag and instead of the big beautiful succulent and spicy pieces of pakoras that I’m used to I was greeted with the tiniest pakoras I have ever seen in my life. They looked completely different and when I took a bite the chicken was chewy, the batter bland and there was no spice! They didn’t look or even taste the same at all! I couldn’t even eat them in the end. I was very disappointed by them if I’m honest. The half tandoori chicken on the other hand was beautiful. I couldn’t fault it. It just fell off the bone lovely. The only downfall I have with that meal is that in my opinion there’s never a lot of vegetable curry sauce. The meal has gone up 50p but nothing about the meal has changed? In my opinion you should get more vegetable curry sauce than you do. The burger meal we ordered was good and so was the popcorn chicken meal.

i actually took photographical evidence of the appalling quality of food i received in exchange for my nearly £17 worth of hard earnt money. I wish i could upload the video to show you how vile it was. I ordered a prawn and tikka biryani which only came with prawns in it, which didnt even taste like they were cooked properly. My peshwari came with raisins in it when its supposed to only have almond flakes. I also ordered chips and a chicken burger for my friend, which was not a chicken burger. It was a dehydrated bun, no butter, with two birds eye chicken fillets that looked like they had been left in the sahara desert to be cooked. It had no salad or sauce on it and looked as appetising as the polystyrene box it came in. The chips were dry and stale and looked like they'd been left overnight and reheated. The only thing they didnt butcher was the mint sauce i ordered for my biryani and the cans of vimto that came with the food. Will 1 million % not be ordering from here EVER again even if my life depended on it. Will also be sharing this review and the video of my food on various social media platforms. This is the last time i am being scammed.
