I've ordered from here before wasn't perfect but it was ok for a now & again thing...I ordered medium pizza & when it arrived it was so small & didn't taste fresh baked at all & the cookies like they had been microwaved...through the night I was sick & had terrible heart burn, headache literally done with takeaways now everything's gone down hill what a waste of money & still feel crap from it

We walk in the place and see many staff busy doing something productive. We then see a member of staff free but he was on his phone on snap chat or another type of app, this is ridiculous to see literally right in a place where he is seen by customers, if that was that important he should take it somewhere else. As me and my boyfriend waited he turned and clocked me and gave me a weird look. We then were served by someone pleasant.

The pizza is always as you expect for these places and the price reflects the quality. The staff are resonable and provide a good level of customer service. Good for a take away on a weekend if hungover or dont want to cook.

Worst domino’s experience. My partner and I ordered the £24 deal, which includes any two large pizzas, garlic bread, wedges and a drink. We ordered the same pizza each, and when they arrived (late might I add), the pizzas looked completely different to one another. Mine was missing the ‘double cheese’ and my partner’s clearly had less pepperoni. The dough was soft and it was impossible to pick up a slice without the toppings falling off and the undercooked dough tearing. The potato wedges were raw and hard. Not pleasant. We rang the shop to be spoken to by a male member of staff who clearly hadn’t been trained in how to handle complaints. He repeatedly put us on hold to speak to his manager. ‘My manager told me to tell you....’. In the end I asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold for about 30 seconds until a female member of staff answered. She said that it wasn’t possible for the food to be undercooked as the oven is set to a timer. I ensured her that it was possible and waited for an apology. She repeated herself stating that it can’t be undercooked and didn’t offer any other options. I asked what she can offer and she said another pizza. I reluctantly declined as she was convinced the pizza was cooked and I didn’t want to risk receiving another raw pizza. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t offer that. I said I wouldn’t be ordering from there again and would be leaving a review. She said ‘okay goodbye’ and hung up. Disgusted with how a so called ‘manager’ behaved when the food is clearly not up to the usual Domino’s standard. She was rude, unhelpful and not sympathetic in the slightest. Avoid at all costs.

Have purchased from the store previously and to be truthful was just above average if I'm honest but thought would give it another go and redeem themselves....bad error of judgement.  Ordered around 6 in the evening, it was basically 3 pizzas with a couple of side orders of chicken. Ordered via their online app allows you to watch each stage as it is being made and ready for delivery etc however with our order, it was marked out for delivery for a good 10 minutes with no sign of delivery (we live 3 mins from the shop). Eventually it arrived and normally you can feel the heat through the box but sadly it wasn't on this occasion. On opening the pizzas, they felt lukewarm at best but that was the good news as they were all overcooked to the extent that only about 1/4 of each pizza was edible due to being dry and practically burnt. I proceeded to attempt to contact the store immediately and after 36 yea, 36 calls unanswered finally gave up and sent an email to register the complaint. I would love to say they responded within a day or so but it took almost 3 weeks and a case being raised with resolver website We finally got a full refund and a weak apology call from the local store with a £20 credit which seemed to be forced upon them to contact me rather than a genuine call to Express there disappointment with the incident. A £50 bill for warm burnt pizza is not acceptable in this highly competitive area these days and next time I will be happier to travel to a local restaurant for hopefully better quality and service.

I visit this place on and off and despite the new trend being 'smashed burgers' at other takeaways, the burgers here are far more flavourful, tastier and much better value for money:-) I've recently
