I would like to say the bestest manager is Josh!! Had phoned in an order which hadn't changed from the week before but had doubled in price!! Got told he was the manager but was just an arrogant man. Phoned back and got Josh on the phone and wow what an amazing man, best deal ever; we all know to get food now is a bit of a treat! Especially with the cost of living, but Josh was amazing and would definitely recommend that anyone phoning for deal ask for Josh!!!!

Tried to order a couple of pizzas and garlic bread on a Monday night, if I drove to the store which is 4 miles in total it would be 25.99 if I wanted it delivered 47.99. I wouldn’t drive as I had a drink. 22.00 for delivery is an absolute joke. Lost me as a customer

Hair in food, cold, microwaved over priced , complaints not taken seriously from staff, not ideal spending £27 on pizza to have to pick out a black greasy hair from your teeth

I ordered a pizza for 5:45 an I was given it 20 minutes later. They also didn't have any change.to accommodate for my group that came in at that time.

Ordered online, went in just short of 10 mins after app showed pizza as ready. Upon arrival 1 pizza ready, but they couldn’t find the other one. Server just moved on to labelling boxes, without coming near counter or providing an update. After a few more minutes they start making another pizza for the missing one. 1st pizza sat for 20 minutes until other 1 finally arrived. I asked for both to get re-made so they were both fresh at the same time. Staff refused and asked for refund - which takes 2-5 days. Staff dismissive and had to ask for manager. Left disappointed in staff and cold pizza. Wouldn’t use this branch again.

One thing about a chain as big as Domino's the quality is outstanding where ever you go. with a great choice of fillings . The prices are high but there are always a lot of special offers in the newspapers and on line so its worth checking before you go

I ordered a large pizza and 3 sides, but upon collecting the order I was told that the pizza was wrong and one of the sides weren’t ready. However, as compensation they offered to give me the order for free and a free pizza of my choice the next day. This more than compensates for the small error in the order.

Ordered 2 large pizzas but was very disappointed, not very warm and not alot of toppings either. It's expensive too should have been £32 luckily had a half price voucher but still not worth the money, can get better pizza from the fresh pizza section at Asda!!

This is a big shop and feels a bit impersonal when out visit - we much prefer delivery instead, although at the prices we don't indulge very often anyway!

Ordered 2 pizzas by phone to collect. Asked for a spicy pepperoni passion (can't recall exact name) to be told they didn't do it anymore. Asked staff member what was similar and he said 'nothing' and didn't even recommend something else! Go to store to collect and my friend asks if he had change of a tenner and he grunts no. I get my change for paying for the pizzas and notice I have foreign currency among my change. I point this out to the staff member and he says 'oh' and offers no apology or exchange! Don't normally get pizza from here due to the price and won't be ordering from here again due to the service! Go elsewhere!!

Have had pizzas quite a few times from here, but only in conjunction with vouchers or deals as frankly the prices are ridiculous without them. No problems with the food always enjoyed and so have the kids. However, on premises I wasn't impressed. Got sent in by a friend on way home from work to get these apparently fabulous cookies her daughter craved. Walked to the counter and looked down length of kitchen area. Couple of staff spraying and cleaning what did look like a nice clean kitchen/prep area. One girl standing further back folding boxes into piles or some such. Everyone ignores me for a couple of minutes until the folding girl finally stops what she is doing and languidly strolls up the kitchen towards me and says "yes?" I say "hi I'm in for these apparently amazing cookies but can't see any posters or menu etc. what types do you have?" "Just cookies. One type" she says. "Oh that'll be them then" I say. "how much are they?" "3.99" she says!!! - for 4 blooming cookies?! *Bearing in mind you can get 15 cookies from Subway for that, 10+ from any supermarket and who knows what from any Bakers shop I don't know what I was expecting* Anyway I say I'll take them, the girl rings up the money and turns around and walks away down kitchen to her previous position without another word. I stand there. Hmm wonder what's going on? Stand some more. Is anyone getting my cookies I think? Nope I see cleaning and folding going on. And standing. So I stand and fidget. Nothing to look at or read or do so I watch the staff avidly to see if they've remembered I'm here (the only one here) After 10 minutes that felt like 30, my friend rings from the car outside to ask me what I'm doing/what's taking so long. I say I don't know I'm standing here like a pudding and getting annoyed now. Folding girl then moves around behind a counter near other staff, and materialises with a cardboard box with what appears to be oft-used burnt and singed silicon paper hanging out it and hands it to me without a word. I say thanks and turn to leave, and have a quick peek in this apparent box of Manna from Heaven. You're having a laugh Dominos. 4 quid for 4 Jaffa-cake sized doughy squidgy cookie 'lumps'? Mugs buy these? Anyway, that's their prerogative. However I got served by a cabbage. Don't know if she was crabby, slightly 'licht', baked (not like the cookies) or just lazy and mannerless and poorly-trained, but if that's typical of her application and customer service she should not have a job. Lastly, 4 quid for 4 poxy cookies? Really? Hah!

This is the best chicken... I've ever had. No really I'm serious, I mean, it's crispy, but it's not dried out and... the seasoning its so... flavourful

Asked for small chips and curry sauce. Was not asked if they were to be separated. Didn’t get asked if I wanted salt and vinegar. Or the sauce on the side . They did what they wanted and was disgusting. Have kept my order and will demand a refund. Do not go here . Uhhh

I've used Kismet a few times not often maybe 3 times a year or so that we get a carry out. Their food has always been quite tasty and nice. But sadly this time I've got to be totally honest..... I ordered a 16inch ham and mushroom pizza with extra cheese. A large chicken pakora and a portion of chips, large doner kebab and finally an extortionate separate salad at £3.00. Didn't mind paying for the salad if it had at least more than two ingredients...... which were soggy iceberg lettuce and sliced white onion. The pizza was soggy and limp and really didn't taste as it should even the cheese (extra ordered and not delivered) was transparent..... yes it is practically see through. I mean ..... how does cheese end up being transparent? The chips were loverly and I maybe should've bought chips for our family once in a while treat this evening. Crispy and fluffy potato on the inside. Salad...... no further comment because I feel that this is an absolute rip off. Where do I start with the Chicken Pakora? £8 worth of dried out crispy chicken in a batter that would surely break and crack the best of turkey teeth. (No I don't have turkey teeth but had I bitten into these, I would've surely been suitable for cosmetic dentistry at their expense...... Should anyone wish to purchase some of these..... you would be well buying a chain saw to cut them) Husband loved the kebab..... after all they really couldnae get that bit wrong because it was plain pitta with doner and chilli sauce only. Thankfully they couldnt mess that one up. So anyway..... look at the photo they advertise and then what I actually got. Will never again buy food from Kismet. They're scraping the bottle of the barrel sending out absolute muck like I received this evening. Pointless ringing them..... nothing will ever get resolved so I post this in the hope someone (even if just 1 person) sees this and goes elsewhere. What an absolute change to their food..... (last order was some 10 months ago) New owners? New management? New business model? Either way their food has changed and it is not for the better.
