Sent wrong item and had to wait for a reorder by that time chips was cold

I didn't realize my phone wasn't working until it came to the delivery time.. they still managed to get my food to me despite struggling to find my house and not being able to call me..thank you !! Food amazing as always best Peshawari naan !

the prawns where rubber and was a let down (mainly go rubber when they have been in the microwave) but everything else was delicious

that was absolutely beautiful! great service as always. very friendly staff always a bonus. will definitely order the biryani again!

Our meal was delicious. Lamb was so tender and it was all just the right temperature.

Hoagie wrap was superb . chicken chaat was not even edible . The coating was just like salt . I even tried leaving it and eating it cold later on but nope . Ended up in the bin . Pity

Just went hear and the man made me 2 pizzas when a order one trying to charge me 15 bar told him he’s got it wrong and wouldn’t even give me the one pizzas ridiculous won’t be back

Order from here regularly and things are almost always perfect. Curry is delicious and the one time there was a missing item a replacement was delivered very quickly. Great customer service.

just had a set meal for 2 delivered amd cannot eat it as the salt content is so strong its not eatable at all waste of 36 pound

when food was delivered there was sauce all over the inside of bag where other food was burger was soaked in sauce from chicken chat and the donner calzone was full of spicey chicken so far too spicy for me to eat :(

First time ordering, and quite a late dinner for us. People often get lost trying to find our place, but these guys had no trouble. The Chicken Biryani was fantastic. Pilau Rice and Chapati perfect. Looking forward to ordering again.

Fast delivery best food in town

I love chanda, but that pizza was like it was very old and re-cooked, had a solid base and soggy inside. Worst pizza I've ever ordered.

Delivery driver refused to leave part of the order. Food was cold and sauce was spilt in the bag.

No extra chilli sauce in the bag and it wasn't a prawn madras that came but chicken. Was hungry so ate it and it was good as is the food usually.

The initial order was on time but they forgot the potato & spinach which came about 35 mins later When it was delivered it was a container full of spinach with 3 pieces of hard potato . For £7.50 very poor value for money. .

Very hit or miss, one day it will be a brilliant meal and very fast delivery and the next I have to wait 2 hours for sub par pizza.

Quality of lamb was shocking. Was so tuff!

Delivery driver didnt deliver to back door. Banged loud on living room window when i went out he was back in car. Doesnt like dogs so wasnt coming to back door.Has put me off reordering again.

i used here for long enough with good meals but the last few times meal hasn't been up to scratch. donner meat really greasy, chilli sauce tasted more vinegary and a bbq kebab that's meant to be large but was more like a small. asked for salad and all it had was hard cabbage. phoned them and give them credit, they did send out another bbq kebab. May give here a bit of a miss for a while.....

Food inedible pure salt as if a full tub of salt had be dropped in sauce. Never had anything like it. Awful.. like seawater!! 95% in bin. Worst meal i have ever tasted. Ever!! Complained to just eat. Welcome to come and collect it! Avoid Avoid Avoid

Obviously was a busy period so I don't understand why businesses still take an order they obviously can't provide. It happens to often these days. Want the money bit can't provide the service 😡

Tikka masala sauce was very salty. Was like they had put double salt in. Once poured over chips went straight in the bin.

Chicken was chewy and the korma sauce had split. Absolutely awful meal. Tried to phone the takeaway to complain and it was permanently engaged. Would not recommend.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and ice cream. They sent the wrong flavours that I can't eat. When I called they said they were out of stock, but still had them advertised on just eat as food that I could buy. Disappointed.

Will never order from here again, food was rubbish and came 30mins late and didn't even get an apology. Phoned up 2 times and got told it was on its way. It shouldn't take nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive!

Missing my milkshake driver said he forgot it and would come back to deliver it fair to say I never seen it last time I order

i ordered a donner meat pizza and got a pineapple

Delivered on time and hot but the pizza was absolutely tasteless. No flavour to it at all.

Didn't enjoy it this time. At all. The peshwari naan bread was very dry with hardly any filling inside, the chips were soggy and cold, onions rings were dry, not crispy and very chewy. Very Disappointed this time. Shame as we were looking forward to our food but was let down.

Food was good quality good service and polite. But spicy chicken pizza was far too spicy.

Sent out wrong order, tried to correct with a phone call, for them to argue over phone and reluctantly send out the correct order for this to also be missing part of order still. Phoned up again to be hung up on several times and then ignored. Had to actually go to shop for them to still argue and eventually given the remaining of the order. Will avoid in future.

Everytime you go the order is wrong ordered 2 things tonight half pound cheese burger and doner meat and the only thing that was right was the doner meat

never really ordered from chanda apart from a week ago as was only thing open, glad i did as good has been fresh, donner meats been lovely. Garlic sauce is unreal. No complaints and had it 3 times now

Love the food here, mix hoggie wraps are amazing but pizza quite spicy, tried it but will get less spicy one next time, other than that I can't fault it

I order a lot from Chanda and usually it is great but my most recent meal was not nice. Food just didn't taste nice and I ended up binning most f it. The food had a weird after taste, chicken was super dry and general lower quality than I am used to. Really unfortunate.

Order was wrong I got veg samosas instead of mince! Arrived early and really hot. Great tasting food however tonight my food was way to greasy and the wrong samosas.

Was meant to have chicken tikka in my sweet and sour kebab tonight but only had doner meat in it , disappointed tonight but sure to be back
