Ordered a burger and chips when got home found the roll from the burger had mould on it

Great chicken pizza, unlike anywhere else

Ordered a delivery from the Miami App 30/5/24. Delivered on time but everything was cold apart from the can of coke that was warm. Requested chips to be crispy which has never been a problem before. However they were limp and soggy. Pizza topping was only on half the pizza and half the box. This definelty happened soon after pizza was out the oven as it was welded to the box hard, cold and unedible. Worst order I've ever had from Miami in over 30 years. Sorry for this bad review Gino it may just be a staff training issue that needs looked at. I will order from here again as I know this is not normal service.

Great takeout, our go to when working, as good delivery service

Disappointed is understatement.. Started using polystyrene instead of cardboard boxes. Got loaded fries, fries weren't even warm enough to melt the cheese. Usually enjoy their burgers, but tonight no. Instant heartburn. They've also changed their bbq sauce.

Opened for over 30 years food is always great 😊 cheap prices and delicious quality. Cakes are a must!

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:30pm and it was delivered at 5:50pm! I should’ve given it back to the driver but I decided just to take it. When I tasted it, it was barely lukewarm. I phoned the shop and was told that the early delivery was because of some issue with their new order system and they can’t read the required delivery time when they receive the order! Why use that system then? When I said the food was barely lukewarm he said I could have another delivery at 8:30 but when I said I had eaten a slice of the pizza I was told I couldn’t have a replacement. How the hell would I know it wasn’t hot until I tried it! I told him this was my first order and it would be my last and he didn’t even seem to care. There are too many good takeaways in this area to accept poor food and service from a (at best) mediocre establishment

It was OK portion sizes good but I don't know what they were trying to pass off as pepperoni it was disgusting.

Just had a delivery after 2 hrs pizza luke warm chips soggy burger luke warm.....i will never use this place again.....

Been a Miami customer for 20 years, have always loved the pizzas and chips and cheese from here. The last twice I’ve had chips and cheese has been a total disappointment, don’t know if they’ve changed the cheese, or the chips, or both! But the portion size is much smaller, less cheese and the quality of chips and cheese was really poor. Pizza was burnt, and also a let down! It’s like the prices have went up and quality and quantity have went down! Doubt I’ll be back :(

Nightmare waited a hour and got cold pizza poor service

me and my mates ordered 2 pizzas because we were Hank Marvin Starving, we waited a pure hour and it was the longest hour of my 54 years of living, when it arrived the peperoni looked like my pal mikeys circles and the spicy chicken was absolutely ranky danky

Feel bad for the delivery drivers having to sit and cope with that next to them in an Amazon delivery box, I got half pepperoni half cheese and it was disgusting the pepperoni looked like my pal mikeys nips and it spicy pizza was minging and tasted very sour. Never ordering from here again. Also I have a picture of it.

Ordered pizza tonight on a Wednesday. Took over an hour to come. Worst pizza ever, my pizza topping slid right off the base and my kids pizza had a huge long hair in it. Gross. Chips were horrible like they'd jst been scrapped off the floor n put into a bag. Won't be ordering from here again, obviously they're only in it for the money and not customer satisfaction.

Ordered a burger and chips. Received just the burger. Staff don't get back to you after you bring it up with them. Have emailed twice with no response. Salads are good but that's about all they got going for them. Ordered from them twice now and both occasions didn't get the full order. Stay away.

Hit or a miss depending on who working at the time .

i goes in to this place for some juice 10 mins before closing the staff was very rude told me the tills were off when i could clearly see them still on the staff was just not want to serve anymore absolute shambles of a place

I have bought many pizzas from here over the years but never again. 2hrs I waited for it to be delivered and when it eventually came it was luke warm and cheese was congealed. Disgusting. OK maybe delivery driver was all over Fife before he came to me but I'm sorry the state of the pizzas were unacceptable. Go elsewhere if you fancy a pizza.

I ordered baked potato with beans and cheese. It arrived cold, and was not served with fresh salad as stated. The potato had been microwaved not baked and was so overdone it was solid. I ended up throwing this sorry excuse in the bin. Partner got the 9" munchie box. This was also cold, and made from cheap frozen foods. The pitta bread was missing....bargain bucket chicken nuggets and kebab meat mostly gristle. Would not recommend this take away. Very poor quality.

Never usually have anything bad to say about the place but when you're charged extra for something you kind of expect it to be there. Chips and cheese without the cheese :(

the pepperoni pizza i ordered was most certainly not pepperoni.. very disappointed.. on calling was informed it was the shops own pepperoni.. made specially for the shop.. pepperoni is pepperoni.. will not be visiting this establishment again.. disgusted.. false advertisement...

Spun nutritional sludge deep fried to perfection. Reinforce your cultural identity here by eating starch based waste products and non determinate meat by products.

Last night after coming home late we decided to go out and pick up our supper, we saw the lights of the shop on and thought why not? I unfortunately decided to have fish and chips, we returned home to eat and found the fish and chips had been cooked from frozen, they were DISGUSTING. This is one shop I will never be back to.

Used to get their mixed meat salad, but not going to bother now as it's now not even half the size it used to be and it's more expensive to boot.

Fair play to the owner for having the only real pizza shop here but it's not real pizzas. There premade pizza bases and frozen toppings. Not the best place to eat from but that's my opinion

As far as small town pizza establishments go this one is not bad. Cosy little establishment and Marilyn Munroes smile is sure to cheer you up. Don't get me wrong the staff will always greet you with the greatest of ease. Orders are placed from the moment you arrive and don't take too long. Food is a treat and portions are sure to turn up the heat. Drink are also available at affordable prices and if you want you can sit in and no extra cost. Pizza's are great been going here since i can remember,chicken is real and freshly picked off a cooked chicken unlike most other places where its frozen cubed breast.Delivary times lets it down and they should try and do a fresh dough base rather than buying them in this will make it more authentic the owner should k ow this being Italian the only other place worth going for a pizza is Base in leven

Really good cheese pizza but the chips are sometimes bad

Love the chicken pizza. No where else prepares the chicken like it. So it gets nice and crispy around the outside.

I've been going to this Pizza parlour since it opened 30 years ago. Never had a bad pizza. If you love pizza you'll love the pizza from here.

After waiting one hour and five minutes I called to ask if everything was okay. Girl who answered phone asked if I had been advised they were busy when I placed my order. I said I hadn't, then heard girl in the background shouting about how she told me it would be over an hour (she hadn't). So was asked very abruptly if I want to cancel my order because it would be another fifteen minutes before it was ready. I told to keep my order in place. Arrived twenty minutes later Luke warm and burned to a crisp. Don't use this take away, i won't ever again. Disgusting.

Overdone pizza dripping in cheese. Used to love there pizza but will not be back her! Need to review there staff and have some training.

Had a few pizzas with friends from here and it was tasteless, we picked the order up and was concerned due to the fact the 4 girls behind the counter had their hair all over the place. The food was horrible and terribly overpriced.

Don't know why anyone would order pizza from here there are so many places serving far better quality food in the area
